THE WEATHER CAUSED THE FAILURE AND THE COWL HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPLACED TWICE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY FUTURE REPAIRS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 27,000.
