THE LOCAL MECHANIC INSTALLED A MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR TO THE ENGINE HOWEVER THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE ACCELERATION FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
