CONSUMER WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT RECALL 03V084000 FOR DEBRIS/FIRE IN THE ENGINE ALTHOUGH THE VIN NUMBER WAS INCLUDED. VEHICLE WAS SERVICED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM BY THE DEALERSHIP, AND NOTHING WAS EVER SAID ABOUT RECALL.*AK
PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLE'S STEERING SYSTEM.*MR SIX DAYS AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED THE CONSUMER RETURNED IT TO THE DEALER BECAUSE OF VIBRATIONS IN THE STEERING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED ON FIVE OCCASIONS TO REPAIR THE VIBRATIONS WHICH RETURNED DESPITE THE REPAIRS (ATTORNEY FOR CLIENT). *NLM
CONSUMER SAID VEHICLE WAS TAKING IN TOO MUCH OIL. EVERY 800 MILES VEHICLE NEEDED 8 OUNCES OF OIL. DEALERS WAS AWARE OF PROBLEM. *AK
WHILE DRIVING INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS WOULD BLINK AND SHUT OFF INTERMITTENTLY. DEALER REPLACED THE CLUSTER ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. *AK
HEADLIGHTS BLEW OUT. THIS WAS CAUSED BY THE BULB BURNING OUT THE ASSEMBLY BOARD, PER THE DEALERSHIP. *AK
REPAIRS REQUIRED FOR 3 RECALLS, REPLACEMENT OR RADIATOR AND MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR. HOWEVER, MANUFACTURER IS WILLING TO PAY REPLACEMENT OF RADIATOR, BUT WON'T PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR. *LA *MR
CONSUMER EXPERIENCED AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT CONTINENTAL TIRES ON HER 2002 NISSAN ALTIMA. *PH THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS A TRACTION PROBLEM WITH THE TIRES REGARDLESS OF THE ROAD SURFACE CONDITIONS. *JB

CONSUMER RECEIVED HER THIRD RECALL NOTICE SINCE OWNERSHIP. *PH THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED ENGINE FAILURE. THE ENGINE SENSOR KIT AND THE ECU CASE HOLDER FOAM RECALLS WERE REPLACED. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED COMPENSATION FOR ONE MONTH'S CAR PAYMENT. RECALL #03V455000. *SC *JB
