The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that water had entered around the windshield enclosure. The windshield was replaced, and the vehicle was repaired; however, the contact stated that she was concerned that the water damage could cause future issues. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed to take the vehicle back to the dealer. The contact was provided a case number. The failure mileage was approximately 24,000.
