ON FEBRUARY 3, 2008 AFTER RETURNING HOME FROM A TRIP TO THE GROCERY STORE, I PARKED MY CAR AS I NORMALLY WOULD AND ENGAGED THE EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE. AFTER GOING IN THE HOUSE, I NOTICED THE SMELL OF SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER MY CARPORT. WHEN OPENING THE DOOR, I FOUND MY CAR ENGULFED IN WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD, THE VEHICLE AND SMOKE HAD COMPLETELY FILLED THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE. I IMMEDIATELY GOT MY CHILDREN OUT OF THE HOUSE AND CALLED 911; THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CAME AND TRIED TO INVESTIGATE WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE SMOKE TO NO AVAIL. IN TRYING TO PREVENT THE CAR FROM POSSIBLY SPARKING THE HOUSE ' IT TOOK FOUR FIREMAN TO PUSH MY CAR IN NEUTRAL TO THE OUTSIDE OF MY CARPORT. MY INTERIOR WAS SMOKED AND MY CARPET WAS CHARRED UNDER MY SEAT AND UNDER MY CHILDREN'S CAR SEAT ' TURNS OUT MY EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE MELTED ALONG WITH THE INTERIOR PLASTIC, CREATING A SPARK THAT IGNITED THE CARPET AND MELTED THE PLASTIC MOLDING IN MY CAR. MR. SANDERS STATED THAT THE CAR WAS FIXABLE HOWEVER HE HAD 'NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE' THE FIX HE STATED WAS TO REPLACE THE EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE CABLE (TWO HOUR FIX) HOWEVER HE COULD NOT TELL US WHY THIS HAPPENED. MR. SANDERS STATED THAT HE WOULD NOT REPLACE THE CARPET NOR GET THE INTERIOR CLEANED THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH NISSAN CORPORATE. MELISSA IS NOW STATING THAT NISSAN IS WILLING TO FIX THE PARKING BRAKE CABLE, REPLACE THE SCORCHED CARPET, DETAIL THE INTERIOR AND CARPET AND FIX THE HARNESS AND PAY FOR OUR RENTAL CAR. MELISSA COULD NOT EXPLAIN TO MY HUSBAND THE FUNCTION OF THE HARNESS AND HOW IT RELATES TO THE POSSIBLE FIRE, SHE STATED THAT POSSIBLY THE PARKING BRAKE AND HARNESS WERE MISROUTED AND CONNECTED THUS CREATING A SPARK THAT MELTED THE CABLE, MOLDING, AND CARPET. SHE STATED SHE IS NOT SURE AND COULD NOT GO INTO IT TECHNICALLY; SHE ALSO STATED THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE US WITH ANY WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION BECAUSE IT IS A NISSAN INTERNAL DOCUMENT. *TR
I HAD THE HEADLIGHT BULBS BLOW OUT A SECOND TIME. AND THE CAR ONLY HAS 34,000 MILES ON IT. THAT IS UNUSUAL. *TR
LAST YEAR, THE ENGINE STOPPED WHILE DRIVING. DEALER REPLACED CPU AND TOLD ME RATS CAUSED THE DAMAGE. NOW, SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT TURNS ON. SEARCHING ON THE INTERNET SHOWED THAT THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE THAT IS MOUNTED UNDER THE WIPER GETS WET, BECOMES CORRODED, AND THE CAR LOOSES CONTROL. WHO KNOWS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN QUEST. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE WOULD HEAR A CRACKING NOISE WHENEVER SHE TURNED THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE VEHICLE WAS EVENTUALLY TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FRONT CONTROL ARMS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT BOTH TIE ROD ENDS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
TL *- THE CONTACT CALLED REGARDING A 2005 NISSAN QUEST. THE CONTAC HAD MAJOR REPAIRS DONE IN DECEMBER 2007. THE NISSAN DEALER TOOK THE ENGINE APART TO REPLACE THE TIMING BELT. SINCE THEN WHEN THE HEATER WAS ON AND THE VEHICLE STOPPED THE HEATER FAN WILL STOP WORKING, AND HE HEARD A HUMMING NOISE. ONCE HE RESUMED DRIVING HE HEARD A CLICKING SOUND ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND THEN ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, THEN THE HEAT WILL START WORKING AGAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HAD NOT HAPPENED BEFORE THE REPAIR SERVICE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A MECHANIC AT NISSAN LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE AND SAID THAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO THAT. *AK
THE 2005 NISSAN QUEST HAD A RECALL THAT PREVENTED INJURY WHEN FOLDING DOWN THE MIDDLE SEATS. THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS WERE 05V474000 AND 05V480000. AFTER HAVING THIS RECALL PERFORMED ON MY VEHICLE, IT IS NOW ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ATTACH A CHILD RESTRAINT TETHER TO THE TETHER ANCHOR POINT. I BELIEVE THAT THE FIX FOR THIS RECALL HAS CAUSED AN EVEN MORE SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM THAN THE ONE IT ATTEMPTED TO FIX. *NM
THE OEM TIRES INSTALLED IN MY 05 NISSAN QUEST S WHEN NEW ARE IN NEED OF BEING REPLACED AT ONLY 30000 MILLES. THE TIRE IN QUESTION IS THE GOODYEAR EAGLE LS2. I'VE BEEN READING REVIEWS OF OWNER OF THIS KIND OF VEHICLE. WE ARE MOSTLY COMPLAINING OF THE LACK OF TREAD WARRANTY IN THIS TIRES, ALSO ABOUT HOW FAST THESE TIRES' LIFES ARE GONE SO FAST AND FINALLY THAT THIS IS THE ONLY TIRE IN THIS SIZE AVAILABLE. IN OTHER WORDS WE NEED TO KEEP UP PURCHASING A REALLY BAD TIRE AT A HIGH PRICE. CAN YOU HELP US, THE CONSUMERS. *NM
I HAVE A 2005 NISSAN QUEST THAT I BEEN TAKING TO THE DEALER EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR STEERING WHEEL VIBRATION. THEY INSIST THAT IS THE TIRES, I FINALLY FOUND THAT IS REALLY THE TIRES. WENT TO THE TIRE SHOP AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO WARRANTY THE TIRES. I JUST FIND OUT THAT MOST OF THE QUEST OWNERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS TIRES. I HOPE YOU GUYS HELP US AND OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS GOODYEAR NISSAN MAFIA. THIS ARE THE GOODYEAR LS2 TIRES ORIGINALLY INSTALLED BY NISSAN. THANKS !! *NM
THE FIRST FAILURE WAS A COMPLETE LOSS OF ALL ELECTRICAL POWER ON THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING AND IN TRAFFIC. THIS REQUIRED A WALK HOME AND TOW OF THE VEHICLE. IT WOULD START WITH A JUMP BUT THEN SHORTLY AFTER WOULD COMPLETELY DIE. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THIS AS AN ALTERNATOR FAILURE AND REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR. THE SECOND FAILURE IS A PERIODIC SLIPPING OF THE TRANSMISSION OUT OF GEAR. THE FIRST OCCURANCE FELT LIKE SLIPPING IN SNOW THEN GRABBING. WE CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD US IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION AN ERROR LIGHT WOULD APPEAR ON THE DASH. THE SECOND OCCURANCE 2 WEEKS LATER WAS A COMPLETE LOSS OF ACCELEARATION WHEN PULLING INTO TRAFFIC. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHERE IT FELT AS IF IT WAS IN NEUTRAL WITH ENGINE REVING BUT NO POWER TO WHEELS. WE VERIFIED THE SHIFT WAS IN D AND THE DASH INDICATOR SAID "D". WE LOOKED FOR ANY TROUBLE LIGHTS ON THE DASH BUT SAW NONE. WE TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF ONCE AND RESTARTED WITH THE SAME RESULTS. WE TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF A SECOND TIME AND RESTARTED. THIS TIME THE TRANSMISSION ENGAGED AND THE VEHICLE DROVE NORMALLY. WE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY TEST DROVE IT AND FOUND NO PROBLEM. THEY ALSO FOUND NO ERROR CODES IN THE COMPUTER. THE DEALER IS NOW WAITING FOR TECHNICAL DIRECITON FROM NISSAN AND I AM WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL FROM A NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS REGIONAL SPECIALIST. *NM
MY NISSAN QUEST 2005 COMPUTER SYSTEM FAILED WHEN MY WIFE AND I AND KID WAS DRIVING IN INTERSECTION. GAS PEDAL WAS NOT RESPONDING. WE BY MIRACLE AVOIDED AN ACCIDENT WITH A BIG TRUCK ON IRVING PARK RD IN CHICAGO. DEALER FOUND THROTTLE CHAMBER ELECTRONICS FAILED AND WAS REPLACED 08/28/06. THEY HAVE OLD PARTS. PART NR. 16119-8J103 I WILL FILE STATE ATTORNEY ABOUT REPLACEMENT OF CAR BECAUSE I SCARE TO DRIVE NOW. *JB
I OWN A 2005 NISSAN QUEST MINIVAN. THE 2 SEATS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VAN HAVE CURTAINS ON THE ALL AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE SEAT. THESE ARE CONSTANTLY COMING UNDONE AND SPREAD OUT ON THE FLOORBOARD OF THE VAN. THEY ARE A TRIPPING HAZARD AND MY DAUGHTER HAS TRIPPED OVER THEM AND FALLEN OUT OF THE VAN AND LANDED ON CONCRETE. ACCORDING TO THE DEALER, THE ONLY RECALL IS ON THE SEATS IN THE REAR WHICH THEY HAVE REPAIRED. I WAS INFORMED TO CONTACT NISSAN DIRECTLY AND THEY JUST REFERRED ME BACK TO A DEALER (THE RUN-AROUND!!)THESE CURTAINS DO NOT STAY PUT AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX THEM PERMANENTLY BEFORE SOME CHILD IS SERIOUSLY HURT. *NM
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR FAILED TO STOP WHEN OBJECTS WERE IN THE WAY. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALERTED.*AK
WATER HAS LEAKED INTO THE CAR FROM THE AREA OF THE SUNGLASS HOLDER ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE SUNGLASS HOLDER IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE RIGHT AT THE TOP EDGE OF THE WINDSHIELD. ON ONE OCCASION IT LEAKED AFTER WASHING THE CAR. ON THE SECOND OCCASION IT HAPPENED DURING A HEAVY RAINSTORM. THE DEALER WOULD NOT FIX OR INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM FURTHER BECAUSE THEIR GLASS CONTRACTOR COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM USING A HOSE. *NM
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR SLIDING DOOR WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN. THE CONTACT MANAGED TO OPEN THE DOOR BY USING EXTREME FORCE. ALTHOUGH THE PROBLEM PERSISTED, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SEEN BY A DEALER.
CONSUMER 2005 NISSAN QUEST CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE WHEN BRAKES WERE DEPRESSED. *TS THE CONSUMER MANAGED TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE INTO THE PARK POSITION. THEN TURNED THE KEY TO OFF. THE ENGINE WAS STILL RACING LOUDLY BEFORE THE CONSUMER TURNED THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, HOWEVER THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE CONSUMERS CONCERN. *JB
I HAVE HAD THE VAN IN THE SHOP AT LEAST 4 TIMES(~15 DAYS) WITH ONGOING PROBLEMS WHICH INCLUDE: THE WINDOWS FAILING TO ROLL UP WHEN BUTTON IS PUSHED, THE GAS GAUGE FAILING TO REGISTER GAS AFTER FILLING IT UP, THE GAS METER AFTER A HALF A TANK NEVER REGISTERS CORRECTLY (WHEN LIGHT INDICATES NO GAS AND TANK IS FILLED THE VAN WILL ONLY TAKE 16 GALLONS AND OWNERS MANUAL INDICATES A 20 GALLON TANK), THE TRANSMISSION SLIPS, THE SLIDING DOORS SQUEAK AND RATTLE, REAR INTERIOR CLAMPS ON FLOOR OF CAR ARE RUSTING, IDIOT LIGHTS COME ON INTERMITTENTLY, THE GASKETS ON THE DOORS ARE COMING OFF, THE HEATED SEATS HAVEN'T WORKED IN HIGH AND LOW, THE ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM DOESN'T RESPOND TO REAR AV, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT COOL ENOUGH AND IT STINKS. THE AUTOMATIC SLIDE DOORS WILL NOT STOP FOR SMALL OBJECTS BUT THIS PRODUCT WAS DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES. THESE DOORS WILL REMOVE A CHILD'S FINGER AND THE SWITCH TO INITIATE THE AUTO SLIDE IS LOW, WHERE ONE CHILD CAN PUSH IT WHILE ANOTHER IS GETTING IN, OR HAS THEIR HAND IN THE WAY AND DIDN'T REALIZE THEIR BROTHER PUSHED THE BUTTON. I DID MY OWN LITTLE RESEARCH TEST, I GOT PENCILS AND EVERYWHERE I PLACED A PENCIL THE DOOR CLOSED WITH THE PENCIL BEING SNAPPED INTO MANY PIECES AND CRUNCHED UP IN THE DOOR. THEN I TRIED THE SAME THING ON MY FRIEND'S HONDA, BUT THE HONDA'S AUTO SLIDE DOORS BOUNCED OFF EVERY TIME. NISSAN ONLY DESIGNED THEIR DOORS TO RESPOND TO LARGE EXTREMITIES. I HAVE AN ATTORNEY AND I AM GOING THROUGH A PROCESS FOR LEMON LAW. I DIDN'T REALIZE THE ISSUES WITH THE VAN IN A FEW DAYS SO I DON'T THINK NISSAN SERVICE WILL RESOLVE ALL THESE ISSUES IN 2 DAYS WITH A SPECIAL NISSAN ENGINEER SENT OUT FROM THE COMPANY AS PART OF MY LEMON LAW PROCESS. AND IN REGARDS TO THE SLIDING DOOR CONCERNS ALL ANYONE WILL SAY IS THAT THE DOORS ARE PERFORMING THE WAY THEY WERE DESIGNED TO. SO NISSAN DESIGNED A PRODUCT FOR FAMILIES THAT WILL REMOVE A SMALL HAND OR FINGER. *JB
CONSUMER COMPLAINT REGARDING NISSAN QUEST RECALL FOR SEAT MECHANISM. *TS THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER FAILED TO DISCLOSE THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM UNTIL DECEMBER 2005. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRED BEFORE IT WAS SOLD. THE SOUND THROUGH THE DVD WAS FULL OF STATIC. *JB
WE RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER FROM NISSAN ON A SEAT PROBLEM ON OUR 2005 QUEST [XXX] LAUNCHED IN OCTOBER 2005. HERE IT IS END OF MARCH 2006 AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE DEFECT REPAIRED BECAUSE OF LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF PARTS FOR MY VEHICLE. I HAVE CALLED BOTH THE LOCAL DEALER AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE OF NISSAN AND SO FAR NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO TELL ME WHEN THE PART WILL COME IN. THE CORPORATE OFFICE HAS NOT RETURNED REPEATED REQUESTS FOR RETURN CALLS. PURCHASED VEHICLE ON APRIL 30, 2005, HAVE HAD VEHICLE BACK AT DEALERSHIP 7 TIMES DUE TO THE SUNGLASS CONTAINER LEAKING ON THE CONSOLE WHEN IT RAINS. DEALERSHIP HAS RE-SEALED WINDSHIELD AND THIS ONLY MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE. TAKING VEHICLE BACK FOR A SECOND TIME TO HAVE THE WINDSHIELD RE-SEALED. ATTORNEY HAS BEEN CONTACTED REGARDING THE PROCEDURE FOR THE LEMON LAW. *JB
OUTER REAR SEAT BELTS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY. THERE IS STITCHING IN THE SEAT BELT THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE CLASP TO MOVE FREELY. THE CLASP GETS STUCK BELOW THE STITCHING AND IT GETS STUCK ABOVE THE STITCHING. I CHILD CANNOT WORK THE SEAT BELT PROPERLY. ONCE THE CLASP IS BELOW THE STITCHING WILL IT WORK PROPERLY IN AN ACCIDENT? *NM
INTERMITTENT COMPRESSOR & AC/ HVAC SYSTEM FAILURE, WHILE DRIVING WITH AC ON AIR WILL TURN WARM FOR SOME TIME AND THEN GET COLD, SOMETIMES CAN HEAR THE COMPRESSOR TURN ON AND OFF. DEALER WILL NOT FIX, AS THEY STATE THAT THEY CAN NOT REPLICATE THE PROBLEM, SERVICE TECH SAYS OH IT IS A POOR DESIGN AND IS SUPPOSED TO CYCLE WARM AIR. *JB
DT: CONTACT OWNS A 2005 NISSAN QUEST. THE ANGLE OF THE WINDSHIELD AND THE COLOR OF THE DASHBOARD REFLECT OFF THE DASHBOARD, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE CONSUMER TO SEE OUT OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE LOCAL DEALER CALLED NISSAN, AND NISSAN REFUSED TO ADMIT THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. THERE WAS ONLY 3,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. *AK *JB
I WAS ACCELRATING ONTO AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY WHEN MY WINDSHIIELD CRACKED. THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THIS SINCE NO OTHER VEHICLES WERE IN THE VICINITY OF MY VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NEW (1500 MILES). I REPORTED A STRESS FRACTURE TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED AND TO THE NISSAN CORP. EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH SAID SOMETHING HIT THE GLASS AND REFUSED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING HITTING THE GLASS. MY MECHANIC AND AN INSURANCE INVESTIGATOR AGREED WITH ME. THE PROBLEM REMAINS UNRESOLVED.
DT: THE CONTACT STATES THAT THE 2005 NISSAN QUEST HAS TIRES THAT FEATHERED ON THE INSIDE EDGE OF ALL FOUR TIRES. THE TIRES HAVE BEEN BALANCED AND ROTATED EVERY 5,000 MILES. THE TIRES STAYED AT THE RIGHT PRESSURE, WHICH WAS 35 POUNDS. THE TIRES STARTED SHOWING SIGNS OF FEATHERING AROUND 10,000 MILES. THE TIRES WERE THE ORIGINAL ONES THAT CAME ON THE VAN. THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT 16,000 MILES. THE CONTACT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH GOODYEAR AND NISSAN. THE VAN HAS BEEN IN ALIGNMENT THE WHOLE TIME THAT THE CONTACT OWNED THE VAN. SHE STATED THAT GOODYEAR SAID THAT ONE OF THE TIRES WAS OUT OF ALIGNMENT BY .011. GOODYEAR WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO FOUND ANY PROBLEM WITH THE ALIGNMENT. THE REPRESENTATIVE FROM NISSAN HAS CHECKED THE ALIGNMENT AND THE TIRES WERE WITHIN THE SPECS. THE DAMAGE WAS APPARENT AT 10,000 MILES. AT THIS POINT, GOODYEAR HAS SAID THAT THEY WOULD PAY FOR 50% OF THE COST ON ANOTHER SET OF EAGLE LS TIRES. THE CONTACT WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE BRAND OF TIRES. THE CONTACT HAS EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF DOCUMENTATION OF WHERE SHE HAS HAD THE TIRES ROTATED AND BALANCED. NISSAN AND GOODYEAR WERE TELLING HER THAT THE PAPERWORK WAS NO GOOD FOR THEM BECAUSE IT DID NOT COME FROM THE DEALERSHIP.*AK
2004 NISSAN QUEST MINIVAN HAD ALL SIDE AIRBAGS DELPOY WHILE TRAVELING 65 MPH WITH NO ACCIDENT TO CAUSE THE DEPLOYMENT. NISSAN HAS BEEN UBABLE TO EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR DEPLOYMENT AND HAS AGREED TO FIX THE VAN BUT PROVIDES NO ASSURANCE THAT THE VEHICLE IS SAFE. I HAVE REPEATLY ASKED FOR THE CAUSE OF THE ERRANT AND UNSAFE DEPLOYMENT OF ALL OF THE SIDE AIR BAGS AND EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE. NISSAN IS UNRESPONSIVE TO MY SAFETY CONCERNS.

TOOK THE VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP, WHO SAID THIS WAS NORMAL, THEY SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT IT, AND TO COVER THE BRAKE AS IF THE VEHICLE HAD MANUAL TRANSMISSION. FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT FAILED TO STAY FASTENED. THE BELT PLATE POPPED BACK OUT OF THE BUCKLE WHEN FASTENED. THERE WASN'T ANYTHING JAMMED IN THE BUCKLE. DEALER WILL BE CONTACTED. *AK

THE CONSUMER ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE SWITCH WHILE HEAD WAS OUT THE WINDOW AND THE WINDOW ROLLED UP. THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE AUTOMATIC DOOR SLIDING DOOR CLOSED ON THE CONSUMER'S FINGER. THE CONSUMER AS TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. THE FINGER WAS NOT BROKEN. *NM
