My automatic braking system malfunctioned twice within a year. It stopped and started right up again even though there was no car close in front of me or beside me. The first time it happened on Interstate 95. The second time I was driving on a road going approximately 45 miles per hour. Thankfully, on both occasions, there was no car close behind me. I took it a Nissan dealership. They test drove it and did a diagnostic test. The problem could be diagnosed or duplicated. Since this last occurrence 2 weeks, I now manually disable the ABS every time I get in my car.

I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM THE STORE ON BRAGG BLVD AND I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 45 MILES PER HOUR AND OUT OF THE BLUE AN ALARM WENT OFF AND LIGHT ON THE DASH STARTED FLASHING AND THE AUTO BREAKING STARTED TO STOP MY 2020 NISSAN ROGUE SPORT FOR NO REASON NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF ME OR BEHIND ME AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE ROUGE WHY WAS IT TRYING TO STOP ON THE HIGHWAY AT 45 MILES PER HOUR, JUST TRIED TO STOP FOR NO REASON.
