2020 Nissan Rogue Sport Driver Assist & ADAS Problems

The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the vehicle came to an abrupt unintended stop. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal failed to respond while depressed. The Forward Collision Avoidance warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the cause of the failure was not determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 62,000.

My automatic braking system malfunctioned twice within a year. It stopped and started right up again even though there was no car close in front of me or beside me. I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM THE STORE ON BRAGG BLVD AND I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 45 MILES PER HOUR AND OUT OF THE BLUE AN ALARM WENT OFF AND LIGHT ON THE DASH STARTED FLASHING AND THE AUTO BREAKING STARTED TO STOP MY 2020 NISSAN ROGUE SPORT FOR NO REASON NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF ME OR BEHIND ME AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE ROUGE WHY WAS IT TRYING TO STOP ON THE HIGHWAY AT 45 MILES PER HOUR, JUST TRIED TO STOP FOR NO REASON.
