CONSUMER CALLED COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A REAL BAD SMELL THAT COMES FROM THE VENTILATOR SYSTEM. ALSO STATED THAT THIS PROBLEM COMES EVERYTIME THE VEHICLE COMES TO A FULL STOP. DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE AS FAR AS TESTING THE VEHICLE. TS
THE REAR OUTBOARD SHOULDER BELTS CONSTANTLY TIGHTEN. THE OCCUPANTS HAVE TO CONSTANTLY RELEASE THE SEAT BELTS IN ORDER TO LOSEN STRANGLE HOLD. THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD BY THE MANUFACTURE THAT "THIS IS A SAFETY FEATURE. PLEASE DESCRIBE DETAILS
FAST ACCELERATION OCCURS WHEN BRAKES ARE DEPRESSED. THE DEALER SAID THE PROBLEM WAS DETERMINED THAT THE GAS PEDAL WAS TO CLOSE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL . *MR *CB *JB
THE GLARE FROM THE SUN CAUSES POOR VISIBILITY OF THE NUMBERS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. *AK
WHILE DRIVING, THE CONSUMER NOTICED THE SUN SHINE REFLECTED ON THE DASHBOARD, WHICH RESULTED IN POOR VISIBILITY. *AK IN BRIGHT SUNLIGHT THE DASHBOARD INSTRUMENT, INCLUDING THE SPEEDOMETER, ENGINE MONITOR GAUGES, AND THE RADIO WERE NOT VISIBLE DUE TO THE DESIGN AND RED ILLUMINATION. *SCC *JB
THE CONSUMER INDICATED THAT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER PRODUCED HYDROGEN SULFUR THAT CAUSED A ROTTEN EGG SMELL. THE ODOR THEN ENTERED THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE AIR VENTS AND MADE THE OCCUPANTS SICK. *AK THE MANUFACTURER DENIED THERE WAS A PROBLEM. *SC *JB
WHILE DRIVING SUN GLARES ON THE DASHBOARD, CAUSING POOR VISIBILITY OF THE SPEEDOMETER AND OTHER CONTROLS ON THE DASHBOARD. DEALER FOUND NO PROBLEM. *AK
THE WINDOWS DIDN'T "WIPE" CLEAN OF THE RAIN DROPS WHEN THE CONSUMER ROLLED THEM DOWN. *PH THE RUBBER WINDOW GUARDS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW DID NOT WIPE THE WINDOW WHEN THE WINDOW WAS ROLLED DOWN. THIS CONDITION CAUSED POOR VISIBILITY OUT OF ALL FOUR WINDOWS. THE VEHICLE IS STILL COVERED UNDER IT'S 36000 MILE TWO YEAR WARRANTY BUT THE DEALER REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. *NM
