IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN MORE FREQUENTLY WHEN YOU ARE TURNING RIGHT. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU PUSH THE ACCELERATOR DOWN , , OR CLEAR TO THE FLOOR, WHEN IT HAPPENS YOU HAVE NO POWER FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT MANDATE RECALL FOR EMISSIONS. THE OTHER ISSUE AFTER THE EMISSION RECALL IS THE VEHICLE ACC/PAS SYSTEM WILL ERROR OUT WHEN CRUISE ENGAGED AND THE VEHICLE NEEDS TO ACCELERATE FOR AN INCLINE IN THE ROAD. THERE HAS BEEN COUPLE OF TIMES ALSO; REAR-ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE BECAUSE OF ACC/PAS FAILURE.

WHILE ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL IS ENGAGED THE VEHICLE WILL BRAKE ON ITS OWN. THIS OCCURS WHEN THERE ARE NO OTHER VEHICLES OR OBJECTS IN SIGHT. THE VEHICLE APPLIES THE BRAKES HARD ENOUGH WHERE IF ANOTHER CAR IS FOLLOWING CLOSELY IT COULD REAR-END MY VEHICLE. I HAVE HAD THE CAR IN TO CIRCLE PORSCHE 5-6 TIMES WITH NO RESOLVE. THIS WAS FIRST REPORTED TO THE DEALER ON JUNE 29, 2015.
