There is the known recall for my truck. 2019 Ram 3500 with Cummins diesel engine. The CP4 high pressure fuel pump if prone to failure and can cause the vehicle to immediately stall and possible causing serious injury. (Y78/NHTSA 21V-880) I took my truck in and was told parts are not available for 2019's. I called FCA customer service today and was told that the parts are available but only for vehicles with failed high pressure pumps. So I need for my pump to fail and possible injure or kill myself or someone else and they will complete the recall? Makes no sense.
