The contact owns a 2022 Ram 3500. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 MPH during the rain, the windshield wipers suddenly failed to operate as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the park switch wiring had failed. The wiring was replaced; however, the failure remained. The dealer determined that the Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) had failed and DTC: B2303/11; was retrieved. The contact stated that the VCM was repaired; however, the failure remained. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 161,000.
