2006 TOYOTA SCION XB. CONSUMER STATES INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS. VEHICLE STALLING, SURGING AND TRANSMISSION NOT SHIFTING UP OR DOWN. *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ANY OF THE PROBLEMS. THE ENGINE STALLED AND SURGED, LOW/ROUGH IDLE, SLOW ACCELERATION, AND THE ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. *JB
