NOTIFIED, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY CONSUMER COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. MANUFACTURER WAS GOING TO SEND AN ENGINEER OUT, BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP. *AK.
