the white paint is peeling off
Blue color paint on hood and trunk of vehicle peeling off.The vehicle only has 29,000 miles and is parked in garage. Toyota needs to repaint car and absorb the cost.
This is a white Toyota where the paint is peeling on both sides of the windshield and the top of the trunk. This is a known issue with certain white Toyotas.

MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING THE 2013 TOYOTA COROLLA AND WAS INVOLVED IN A MAJOR COLLISION. SHE HAD MADE A LEFT HAND TURN INTO TRAFFIC AND STRUCK A NISSIAN PICKUP TRUCK. THE COLLISON CAUSED HER VEHICLE TO SPIN AND CRASH INTO A STEEL LIGHT POLE HEAD ON. THE AIR BAG SYSTEM FAILED TO DEPLOY AND THE SEATBELT SYSTEM FAILED TO WORK PROPERLY CAUSING HER HEAD TO HIT THE STEERING WHEEL . THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED OVER $8000.00 IN DAMAGE INCLUDING FRAME DAMAGE. *JS
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 TOYOTA COROLLA LE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, A STRONG GLARE DEVELOPED FROM THE SUN REFLECTING OFF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CAUSING THE VISIBILITY OF THE SPEEDOMETER TO BE AFFECTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO ALTER THE DESIGN OF THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
