Vehicle was involved in a fatal head-on collision. Upon inspection of the driver restraint system, the driver restraint webbing was torn. The airbags and pretensioners deployed in the collision. The maximum recorded longitudinal delta-v was -41.4 miles per hour (with recorded clipping).
UNKNOWN The vehicle stalled mid turn as I was turning left, my wheel locked up and brakes wouldn’t engage.
I had recalls “repaired”, but my airbags do not work and Bob Howard Toyota told me that they work and that they only check the sensor to make sure the sensor works. My fuel pump was was supposedly replaced but I still experience issues such as stuttering, slight stalling, engine is working harder to produce normal speeds, fuel economy has depleted and I’m loosing 194 mpg after each fuel up. There are no lights on, but I have a code reader that pulls in two issues. I reported to Toyota’s customer service and because they put in the system everything is okay they were unable to do anything.
While driving on the highway the airbag sensor light came on. I did not hit anything and air bags did not deploy but the light is on showing some issue but I can not get into dealership to check for sometime. There are other recalls on this issue for this same car but not for my particular VIN. Sure seems like a safety issue that Toyota should check out for free to owners.
On February 17, 2024 I was involved in a hit and run. I was T-boned on the passenger side and the front passenger door wouldn't open and no airbags deployed. Later on in February I received a Toyota Airbag Contol Unit Settlement. I haven't ever received an recall information on any recalls for my vehicle.
I had a head on Collison and the air bags did not deploy and should have.
Airbag SRS Malfunction light keeps showing up and popped up out of nowhere

MY DRIVER SEAT BELT WILL NOT FASTING IT STOP WORKING AND MY BACK SEAT, SEAT BELT STOP WORKING AS WELL. I had gotten in my car to leave and pull the seat belt and try to fasting it and it would not lock.
Involved in accident, my car hit the car in front and then was rear ended by car behind me. Significant impact and damage to both front and rear. No air bags ever deployed
Hit an embankment and car went 60ft then hit fire hydrant and other objects but drivers side airbag didn’t deploy
Seat Belts Front Driver Side: Seat belt buckle won't engage and fails to go in for multiple attempts and has to be slammed into the Seat belt to actually work. Front Passenger Side: Seat belt buckle will not disengage when the button is pressed and has to be squished down as hard as a average man can do, my Girlfriend doesn't have enough strength to press it down. I Fear that if i get into an accident that the driver side wont be secured all the way and the passenger side will fail to disengage and cause my passengers to get stuck in the car Body Front Driver Side: The Bumper in the front Driver side continuously pops out, Car has not been in an Accident nor has anything collided with the front, i fear that it can go into the wheel well and cause my car to crash. The car is Quiet low in the front but barely scrapes when you go over a big dip, but i have watched my buddys do this and their bumpers dont fall out.
