THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSING THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TO MAKE A HOWLING SOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
