VEHICLE ACCELERATION - HAVE A TOYOTA TUNDRA 2006 AND IT HAD ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. I WAS VERY LUCKY THAT I PRESSED BOTH FEET DOWN ON THE BRAKES AND TURNED THE VEHICLE WHICH MADE ME GO UP ON A SIDEWALK. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HIT A WALL BUT IT DID NOT. I THEN CAME HOME AND CALLED THE PLACE THAT WE PURCHASED THE TRUCK AND WAS TOLD TO BRING IT IN FOR ANOTHER RECALL AND THAT THEY WOULD LOOK AT IT. UPON PICKING UP THE TRUCK WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT SEE ANYTHING THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE ACCELERATION. I NOW SEE THAT TOYOTA IS HAVING SUCH A PROBLEM SO I WANTED TO REPORT THIS. I AM JUST SO HAPPY THAT I WAS NOT ON A HIGHWAY. I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN AND I AM NOW SO WORRIED ABOUT DRIVING THIS TRUCK. *TR
2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA SR5 V8 4X4 SHOWING EARLY SIGNS OF EXCESSIVE RUST ON THE UNDER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE WELDS ARE SHOWING EXCESSIVE RUST, AS IS THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL AND AXLE. THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 39,000 MILES ON IT AND I EMAILED PHOTOS TO 3 FRIENDS WHO ARE MECHANICS AND MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN I AM. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE NECK AND BACK WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.
THIS COMPLAINT IS TO INCLUDE ODI #'S 10183308,10288886, AND 10293097. THE ODI #'S ARE ALL FOR THE SAME VEHICLE BUT ARE FOR DIFFERENT DATES IN WHICH THIS VEHICLE HAD SOMETHING TO REPORT THAT WAS DIFFERENT BUT WERE ASSOCIATED. THIS COMPLAINT IS FOR AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED ON NOV. 27TH 2009. I WAS PARKED ALMOST ALL THE WAY OUT OF MY GARAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING AND TRANSMISSION WAS IN PARK WITH EMERGENCY BRAKE APPLIED. FORTUNATELY I WAS SITTING BEHIND THE WHEEL AND IMMEDIATELY SHUT THE IGNITION OFF. I DO NOT KNOW THE RPM'S. MY WIFE WAS GETTING INTO THE TRUCK ON THE PASSENGERS FRONT. WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE ENGINE RACED AS IT WOULD HAVE AS DESCRIBED AS "UNINTENTIONAL SUDDEN ACCELERATION". THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT THE TRUCK DID THIS EXCEPT THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS IN PARK. BEING OUT IN THE DESERT AND THIS HAPPENING AND BEING IN THE GARAGE IN PARK SENDS OUT TO ME A MESSAGE THAT THIS TRUCK HAS A GLITCH IN IT THAT NOW HAS HAPPENED TWICE. IF I WAS NOT IN THE TRUCK, GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. I HAVE REPORTED THE SUDDEN ACCELERATION TO TOYOTA ALREADY. TOYOTA HAS LOOKED AT THE TRUCK AT MY DEALERS AND HAS SENT THE INFORMATION TO THEIR LEGAL DEPT. TO DECIDE WHAT THEY WILL DO. I HAVE NOT REPORTED THE LATEST INCIDENT. THE TOYOTA PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME MONDAY THE 30TH. I SHALL TELL THEM ABOUT THIS INCIDENT AT THAT TIME. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE IMPOUNDED THE VEHICLE BUT INSTEAD THEY LET ME DRIVE THE VEHICLE HOME. WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IS TOYOTA NEEDS TO BUY THE TRUCK BACK AND MAKE ME WHOLE ON THE COMPLETE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE TRUCK. ONCE THAT IS DONE THEY CAN USE MY VEHICLE AS A TEST TRUCK.THE FLOOR MATS ARE THE CORRECT TOYOTA ISSUED WITH ONE KEEPER. MY GAS PEDAL DOESN'T HANG UP, SO POSSIBLY THEY WILL ACTUALLY HAVE TO FIND THE PROBLEM. I REALLY HOPE THEY FIND WHAT THE ISSUE IS. BUT ONCE THEY SAY THAT "IT IS FIXED". I'LL WAIT ANOTHER YEAR BEFORE I AMUSE MYSELF TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TRUCK. I ALWAYS TRUSTED TOYOTA BUT NO MORE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT RESISTANCE AND PRESSURE WAS APPLIED, FOLLOWED BY AN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. SUDDENLY, THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS PLACED INTO THE "NEUTRAL" POSITION AND THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. IN ADDITION, THE FRONT PASSENGER POWER WINDOW RELEASED IN A DOWNWARD POSITION WITHOUT ASSISTANCE WHILE STARTING THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTIONS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES FAIEDL WHEN HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKES. THE PEDAL GOES ALL THE WAY WAY TO THE FLOOR. THE BRAKES FAILED A COUPLE TIMES. THE LAST TIME HE HIT A DEER AND DAMAGED HIS VEHICLE BECAUSE THE BRAKES WOULD NOT STOP THE VEHICLE. HE HAS TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES BUT THEY CANNOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. HE FINALLY CONTACTED THE TOYOTA MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THAT IS THE WAY THE BRAKES SHOULD BE OPERATING. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
LOOKING AT THE COMPLAINTS, THIS LOOKS SIMILAR TO ODI ID NUMBER : 10222095 DATE OF FAILURE: MARCH 21, 2008. I WAS AT A DEAD STOP. I TURNED MY STEERING TO THE LEFT AS POSSIBLE. AS I WAS ROUNDING THE TURN SLOWLY, THE POWER STEERING WAS LOST. I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE U-TURN COMPLETELY. I HAD TO RUN OFF OF THE ROAD. AFTER DRIVING STRAIGHT TO REPAIR SHOP, THE MECHANIC SAID THE RACK AND PINION HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE THE RODS WERE BENT TO WHAT LOOKED LIKE COULD HAVE BEEN SERVICE WORK RELATED TO THE BALL JOINT RECALL. I'VE ONLY GOT 19800 MILES ON A 2006 TUNDRA CREW CAB. NO WAY THIS SHOULD OCCUR WITH THIS FEW MANY MILES. I'M JUST GLAD I WASN'T AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND TRYING TO ROUND A CURVE. I DON'T DRIVE IT MUCH AND NOT USED ON A FARM. IT'S BEEN VERY WELL CARED FOR SO IT SHOULDN'T HAVE CAUSED THAT MUCH STRAIN ON THE RACK. *TR
TOYOTA TUNDRA 2006 DOUBLE CAB 4WD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. I WAS 4 WHEELING AND STOPPED BEHIND A POLARIS, BY APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET. I WAS IN DRIVE AND 4WD AND BRAKES APPLIED. I STOPPED BECAUSE THE POLARIS HAD STOPPED. ALL OF A SUDDEN WITH THE BRAKES APPLIED MY TUNDRA LUNGED FORWARD AT A VERY HIGH RPM CRASHING INTO THE POLARIS. AT THAT POINT I PUT THE TRANSMISSION INTO PARK AND SHUT THE ENGINE OFF. HAD I NOT RESPONDED WITH THE ACTION I TOOK I WOULD HAVE SHOVED THE POLARIS WITH 2 PEOPLE INTO A VERY DEEP WASH. NEEDLESS TO SAY THERE IS A GREAT DEAL OF DAMAGE DONE TO MY TOYOTA. THE TOYOTA HAS MAJOR DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END. HAD I NOT TAKEN THE ACTION THAT I DID, WE ALL WOULD HAVE ENDED UP IN THE DEEP WASH WITH MAJOR INJURIES. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TIM'S TOYOTA IN PRESCOTT ARIZONA WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. THE 2 PEOPLE THAT COULD HELP ME WITH THE SITUATION WERE NOT AVAILABLE SO A CALL TO THEM TOMORROW WILL BE IN ORDER. I HAVE NOT CONTACTED MY INSURANCE AS YET AS I FEEL THAT TOYOTA IS THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY FOR THE ACCIDENT. I HAD WRITTEN TO YOU QUITE A LONG TIME AGO REGARDING THE CRUISE CONTROL SURGING TO 5000 RPM'S WHEN APPROACHING EVEN A MINOR INCLINE. SO I DON'T USE IT ANYMORE. I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE MY TRUCK INTO MY GARAGE FOR FEAR THAT THE TRUCK WILL LUNGE FORWARD, ONLY THIS TIME IT WILL CRASH INTO MY HVAC AND WATER HEATER, BOTH ARE ON PROPANE. *TR
I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT WITH REFERENCE TO ODI #' S 10183308 AND 10288886. THESE ODI'S WERE PUT IN BY ME. THESE ARE LEAD UP'S TO THIS COMPLAINT. AFTER THE COLLISION WITH THE POLARIS I DROVE MY VEHICLE HOME. THE NEXT DAY I DROVE THE VEHICLE TO TIM'S TOYOTA IN PRESCOTT AZ. WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED. THEY LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD CALL FOR A FACTORY REP. TO LOOK AT MY VEHICLE. THIS WAS TO BE ON NOV. 9, 2009. I DID DRIVE MY VEHICLE TO YARNELL AZ FOR DEER SEASON. I DROVE THE VEHICLE BACK TO PRESCOTT TO MEET WITH THE FACTORY REP. HE DID WHATEVER THEY DO AND SAID HE HAD ALL THE INFORMATION HE NEEDED. HE ALSO TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD AND GET AN ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIRS BUT NOT TO HAVE IT REPAIRED UNTIL I HEARD FROM TOYOTA. THE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE IS JUST SHY OF $2000.00. THIS ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN TO JEFF LOCKE TO BE SENT TO TOYOTA. MY QUESTION TO ALL OF THIS IS, WHY DID TOYOTA ALLOW ME TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE AFTER THE MEETING, WHEN THEY KNOW THAT I AM DRIVING A TIME BOMB. ALSO WHY HASN'T NATIONAL HIGHWAY SAFETY INVOLVED ITSELF INTO AN INVESTIGATION OF ITS OWN? I NOW KNOW THE VERBIAGE FOR THE INCIDENT. IT IS CALLED " SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION" WHICH IS TIED TOGETHER WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL, THROTTLE BODY AND OTHER ELECTRICAL, VACUUM CONTROLLED , MECHANICAL UNITS. LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELVES. IT WILL OPEN YOUR EYES TO WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS CONDITION. MY VEHICLE SITS IN MY GARAGE SO ANYTIME NATIONAL HIGHWAY SAFETY WANTS TO DO AN INVESTIGATION IS FINE WITH ME. TOYOTA HAS NOT DONE A PROPER EVALUATION OF THE ISSUE. MY INSURANCE COMPANY IS BEHIND ME 100% AND IS NOW GOING TO CONTACT TOYOTA TO TRY TO FIND THE CAUSE FOR "SUDDEN ACCELERATION" AND CRUISE CONTROL UNITS TO BEHAVE THE WAY THAT THEY ARE. RACING TO OVER 5000 RPM'S AND HUNTING GEARS THE WAY THEY DO IS JUST NOT THE WAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO OPERATE. TOYOTA WOULD HAVE US BELIEVE THAT A FLOOR MAT IS AT FAULT AND NOW THE WHOLE PEDAL ASSEMBLY. OR IS IT THAT WE DON'T KNOW THE GAS FROM THE BRAKE PEDAL? *TR
WHY HAVE MY ODI'S NOT BEEN ADDRESSED ? 10183308, 10288886, 10293097, 10293888, 10314732. I HAVE A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA THAT HAS PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE NOV. 2006. THAT IS WHEN I PURCHASED IT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME I DIDN'T HAVE REPAIR ORDERS WRITTEN UP. I AM NOT ON THE RECALL LIST AND THAT'S FINE. BUT REGARDLESS I WANT MY VEHICLE FIXED. I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT IN OCT. 2009 DUE TO SUA. I REPORTED IT TO MY DEALER AND MY INSURANCE CARRIER. THE VEHICLE WAS LOOKED AT BY A FACTORY REP. IT WAS DECIDED BY TOYOTA THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD BY TOYOTA TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIRS. THAT WAS A PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE OF JUST UNDER $2000.00. I WAS TOLD NOT TO HAVE THE REPAIRS DONE UNTIL I HEARD FROM TOYOTA. TO THIS DAY OF MARCH 5, 2010 THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. I CHOSE NOT TO HAVE THE TRUCK FIXED BECAUSE I WAS HOPING TOYOTA WOULD, AS MR. BURTON FROM TEXAS TOLD JIM LENTZ, "IF YOU KNOW WHERE A VEHICLE IS THAT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED GO GET THAT VEHICLE, I DON'T CARE IF IT COST ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS, GO GET THAT VEHICLE. I MUST SAY MR. LAHOOD YOU HAVE DONE THAT. THIS IS THE REASON MINE IS NOT REPAIRED. I HAVE BEEN WRITING EMAILS TO ANYONE THAT CARED. THE TRUCK IS STILL HERE? I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH PEOPLE FROM TOYOTA ABOUT GETTING MY VEHICLE PURCHASED BACK AND THEN THEY CAN TEST IT. I'M REMINDED ALL THE TIME THAT MINE IS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST. I SAY SO WHAT! THE RIGHT FRONT STEERING TIE ROD ON MY 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA RUSTED AND TOTALLY DISCONNECT. I HAVE 48000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. TOYOTA COMPANY WOULD NOT REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY. I BELIEVE THE PROBLEM IS CONNECT TO THE BALL JOINT RECALL PROBLEM ON THE TOYOTA TUNDRA. *TR
MY 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA HAS FRAME RUST ISSUES. TRUCK IS LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD. TOOK DELIVERY OF BRAND NEW TRUCK ON JANUARY 27, 2007. NOW WHERE MY TRUCK IS PARKED IN THE DRIVE WAY THERE ARE MAJOR RUST STAINS ON THE DRIVEWAY. AGAIN, TRUCK IS DRIVEN IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY AREA, IS LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD, HAS LESS THAN 40,000 MILES AND IS SHOWING SIGNS OF RUST ON FRAME THAT ARE SO BAD THAT IT IS STAINING THE DRIVEWAY. NOTIFIED TOYOTA TODAY, AND WILL GET THE TRUCK INSPECTED BY A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA SOON. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH INTO A PARKING LOT, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BECAME STUCK. THE VEHICLE UNCONTROLLABLY ACCELERATED OVER A CURB AND CRASHED INTO A BUILDING. THE CONTACT WAS APPLYING EXTREME PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT STOP. HE WAS FORCED TO SHIFT GEARS INTO NEUTRAL, REACH DOWN AND PULL THE PEDAL FROM THE FLOOR. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER AND TESTED; YET, THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER ALSO TESTED THE MICRO CHIP IN THE ENGINE AND IT REGISTERED THERE WERE NO FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,828.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA. HE SLIGHTLY TAPPED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, AND THEN THE VEHICLES SPEED INCREASED AND CRASHED INTO AN EMBANKMENT. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES. AN AUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN INSPECTED THE VEHICLE; HOWEVER, HE DID NOT PROVIDE A REMEDY BECAUSE HE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. HE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANUFACTURER, IN WHICH A TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST WAS SENT TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE SPECIALIST WAS ALSO UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA SR-5 46K MILES TODATE. RAIN, EVERYTIME PRECIPITATION IS EXPERIENCED, VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. RAIN LEAKS INTO PASSENGER COMPARTMENT AROUND WINDSHIELD. COMPLAINTS ALL OVER THE INTERNET FOR TUNDRA'S TACOMA'S AND RAV4'S. MY PROBLEM BEGAN APROX 7/09 40,K MILES. WINDOWS FOG, INSTRUMENTS POSSIBLY RUSTING, AND OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS IN PASSENGER CONSOLE/COMPARTMENT SUBJECTED TO H-2-0. POTENTIAL RUST AND MILDEW PROBLEM ON FLOOR AND CARPET RESPECTIVELY. *TR

MY HUSBAND HAD A CRASH ON 06/26/2009 ON HIS TOYOTA TUNDRA 2006 IN CONCORD, CALIFORNIA (HIGHWAY 242). HE SAID HE WAS ON THE FREEWAY AND THE TRAFFIC STOPPED SUDDENLY. HE PUSHED THE BRAKE PEDAL, BUT THE TRUCK KEPT RUNNING AT THE SPEED THAT IT WAS WITHOUT STOPPING. HE CRASHED 3 CARS, AND THE TOYOTA TUNDRA 2006 WAS A TOTAL LOST. THANK GOD NOBODY WAS HURT IN THAT ACCIDENT. BUT IT TOOK US SO LONG FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO REIMBURSED US THE COST OF THE TRUCK. ALSO, I THINK IT WASN'T FAIR, BECAUSE THE TRUCK WAS IN SUCH GOOD CONDITION, HE WAS TAKING CARE OF THAT TRUCK LIKE IT WAS HIS BABY. *TR

THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BEGAN TO STICK WITH AN UNINTENDED INCREASE OF ACCELERATION. THERE WERE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BEFORE THE VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN. THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO RESUME TO NORMAL OPERATION. MY 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA PICKUP TRUCK HAS DEVELOPED MAXIMUM ACCELERATION ON SEVEN (7) OCCASIONS WHEN I MADE HARD ACCELERATIONS IN ORDER TO PASS OTHER VEHICLES WHILE ALSO ENGAGING THE RESUME MODE OF THE CRUISE CONTROL. THE THIRD TIME I CUT THE IGNITION OFF I HEARD A THUMP IN THE FLOOR BOARD CLOSE THE GAS PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE SLOWED AND OPERATED NORMALLY WHEN I TURNED THE IGNITION BACK ON. I FEEL THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE AND CAN LEAD TO CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE ALLOY WHEELS ON TOYOTA TRUCKS CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY AND POSSIBLE DEATH TO DRIVER AND/OR PASSENGERS. I HAVE TAKEN THE HORNS OFF AND BOUGHT ANOTHER SET OF HORNS THAT ARE 2 WIRE FOR CONNECTION. YOUR HORN IS ONE WIRE AND THE FRAME OF THE HORN IS THE GROUND. FINALLY I FIGURED OUT, AFTER THE SWITCH, WHY YOUR TOYOTA HORN IS NOT WORKING OR IS WORKING POORLY. YOUR DESIGN RELIES ON THE CASE OF THE HORN GROUNDING TO THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE FOR THE NEGATIVE POLE. THE WHOLE HORN IS PAINTED SO THERE IS LITTLE CHANCE OF GROUNDING TO NEGATIVE POLE. THE MOUNTING BRACKET IS PAINTED, FURTHER HAMPERING THE NEGATIVE CONNECTION. THE MOUNTING BOLT AND FRAME ARE PAINTED MAKING A NEGATIVE CONNECTION ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW. THE HORN IS REQUIRED AND SHOULD BE WORKING VERY WELL AND NOT MARGINALLY. THE HORN ON THE TOYOTA IS MARGINALLY SAFE. *JB

THE ESTIMATED COST FOR ADJUSTING THE REAR BRAKES WAS $70.00. HE WILL CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WERE 35,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE, WHERE A CERTIFIED MECHANIC REPLACED THE FRONT LOWER BALL JOINTS AND REPLACED THE DAMAGED TIRE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON A SEPARATE OCCASION AND WAS REPAIRED. IN 2007, THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 07V013000 (SUSPENSION). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE.
