TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BMW 525. THE CONTACT STATED HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER BECAUSE HE HEARD A RATTLING NOISE UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE MAIN FRAME WAS DAMAGED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
