THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A SCRATCH ON THE RIGHT HAND, WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
