TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
POWER IS CUT TO THE MOTOR BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH THE STABILITY CONTROL. VEHICLE WILL NOT GO OVER 5MPH. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES 3 OR 4 OF WHICH WHERE THE CAR NEEDED TOWING. THE PROBLEM HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 4 OR 5 OTHER TIMES WHERE IT WORKED AFTER THE INCIDENT. MY SELF AND OTHERS HAVE BEEN IN SERIOUS DANGER OF AN ACCIDENT. THIS PROBLEM OCCURS WHEN I AM TRAVELING ON HWYS, FREEWAYS, AND I HAVE BEEN LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO AVOID ACCIDENTS. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD GRINDING NOISE. THE DEALER COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDE A REMEDY, BUT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SAFE TO DRIVE. THE CONTACT DOES NOT WANT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE IN THIS CONDITION. I WAS DRIVING MY 07 EXT ESCALADE ON JAN. 3RD 11;50 AT NIGHT WHEN I NOTICED THAT IT WAS UNUSUALLY HOT IN THE TRUCK AND A BLOCK LATER IT SMELT LIKE HOT PLASTIC OR BURNING HAIR AND THEN I SAW SOME SMOKE FROM INSIDE THE CAB SO I SLOWED DOWN AND THEN IT GOT WORSE SO I JUMPED OUT OF THE TRUCK WILL IT WAS STILL MOVING IT RAN INTO A SNOW BANK I GOT UP AND RAN OVER TO THE TRUCK AND SHUT THE DOOR HOPPING TO SMOTHER OUT THE FLAME OF ITS AIR BUT THE TRUCK WAS RUNNING AND THE HEATER WAS STILL ON CALLED THE POLICE NOT TO LONG AFTER I SAW THE DASH ONFIRE THEN A WINDOW BLEW OUT AND THE WHOLE THING WAS ON FIRE AFTER 15 MIN. CRACKED DASH - THE DASH IS CRACKED AND EVERY MODEL 2007-2011 THAT WAS MADE HAS A CRACKED DASH. THE NEW REPLACEMENT DASHES FROM GM NOW HAVE REINFORCEMENTS THAT THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT DO NOT HAVE. IN THE EVENT THAT THE AIR BAG IS DEPLOYED IT WOULD CAUSE THE PLASTIC DASH TO FLY AROUND THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER COMPARTMENT CAUSING POSSIBLY FATAL WOUNDS!
2007 MODEL CADILLAC ESCALADE WHILE PARKED IN A GARAGE, NOT DRIVEN FOR ABOUT 2 DAYS CAUGHT FIRE ALL ON ITS OWN AND BURNT DOWN CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND OTHER VEHICLES. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 30-40 MPH WITH THE AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHTS ACTIVATED, THE HIGH BEAM (FLASH TO PASS) FEATURE SUDDENLY ENGAGED TO WARN OPPOSING DRIVERS OF AN ANIMAL IN THE ROADWAY. THE HIGH BEAM (FLASH TO PASS) FEATURE WAS FUNCTIONAL WHENEVER THE AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHT FEATURE WAS DEACTIVATED BY MANUALLY TURNING OFF THE HEADLIGHTS AND FLASHING THE HIGH BEAMS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THEY STATED THAT THE HIGH BEAM (FLASH TO PASS) FEATURE WAS OPERATING AS THE MANUFACTURER DESIGNED. THE TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED THAT THE MANUFACTURER BE NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER INVESTIGATED THE ISSUE AND STATED THAT THE COMPONENT WAS OPERATING TO THEIR SATISFACTION. IN ADDTION, THE RAIN TRACKER AUTOMATIC WINDSHIELD WIPERS SENSOR FAILED TO OPERATE PROPERLY IN PRECEPITATION OR MIST. THE AUTHORIZED DEALER WAS UNABLE TO REPLACE THE SENSOR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 47,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS, THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP AND THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS PLACED INTO REVERSE. THE REVERSE MODE, TILT DOWN EXTERIOR MIRRORS FAILED TO OPERATE. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE LURCHED FORWARD UNEXPECTEDLY. THE FAILURES OCCURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THEY STATED THAT THERE WAS NO PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE REVERSE MIRROR FAILURE. THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE OTHER FAILURES. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 45,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH IN THE RAIN, THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED AND CRASHED INTO SEVERAL TREES. THE VEHICLE SPUN AROUND AND ENDED UP FACING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY AND THE CONTACT WAS INJURED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 21V050000 (AIR BAGS) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. SANTA MONICA BUICK GMC (1717 SANTA MONICA BLVD, SANTA MONICA, CA 90404) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
I PURCHASED VEHICLE NEW AND TAKE EXTREMELY GOOD CARE OF MY CARS. OVER THE YEARS OF OWNING THE TRUCK, ALL FOUR DOOR HANDLES HAVE FALLEN OFF THE OUTSIDE. ONE FELL OFF THE INSIDE. AND ANOTHER DOOR AFTER A REPAIR WOULDN'T OPEN AT ALL. I RECENTLY HAD MY TRUCK IN DUE TO THE LAST OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE BREAKING. THE SERVICE MANAGER PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I WAS OPENING THE DOOR WRONG, AND WASN'T I EVER INSERVICED ON HOW TO OPEN A DOOR WHEN I BOUGHT IT? REALLY? I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED AN INSERVICE, AND HOW IS THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT MY FAULT? THREE OF THE 4 DOORS WERE UNDER WARRANTY. BUT AFTER READING THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM, I DON'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THE FORTH DOOR. *TR
FLASHING OF HEADLIGHTS DURING DAYTIME HOURS DOES NOT WORK WHEN THE HEADLAMPS ARE IN THE AUTOMATIC MODE. THE AUTOMATIC MODE TURNS THE HEADLAMPS ON DURING EVENING PERIODS & OFF DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A PART TIME FEATURE. IN ORDER TO USE THE "FLASH TO PASS" DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS, THE HEADLAMPS MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF THE AUTOMATIC MODE. I BELIEVE THIS HINDERS THE ABILITY TO USE THE HEADLAMPS FOR A SAFETY WARNING. *TR
THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION IS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 26 TIMES IN 10 MONTHS FOR MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND HAS HAD NUMEROUS REPLACEMENT PARTS INSTALLED. THE VEHICLE HAS HAD ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS CAUSING ENGINE FAILURE WHILE DRIVING, NAVIGATION FAILURE WHILE DRIVING, MOTORIZED GAS AND BRAKE PEDAL MOVEMENT WHILE DRIVING, FUEL TANK ELECTRICAL ISSUES, ALL OF WHICH HAS CREATED UNSAFE SITUATIONS FOR MY WIFE AND CHILDREN RIDING IN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE IS UNDEPENDABLE DUE TO NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES. I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH CADILLAC FOR A REPLACEMENT WITH NO SUCCESSES. IF WE CONTINUE TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE AS DIRECTED BY CADILLAC, IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE AN INJURY OR DEATH OCCURS. THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT FOR THE ENTIRE CADILLAC LINE AS THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS REGARDING ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH THIS BRAND. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. THE CONTACT WAS TRAVELING 5 MPH AND NOTICED AN UNUSUAL KNOCKING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE FRONT SHOCKS, STRUTS AND DRIVE TRAIN WAS REPLACED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED AFTER REPAIRS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS PRESENT SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 84,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNED A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. THE CONTACT FELL ASLEEP WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED. THE VEHICLE STRUCK A DITCH, WENT AIRBORNE, AND ROLLED OVER SEVERAL TIMES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. ALL FOUR WHEELS AND TIRES CAME OFF THE VEHICLE AND EACH WINDOW WAS BROKEN AND SMASHED. NONE OF THE EIGHT AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A BROKEN COLLAR BONE, SHOULDER BONE, ROTARY CUP, AND A BROKEN HAND IN TWO PLACES. THE INSURANCE COMPANY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. CADILLAC HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND WILL INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 28,000.
2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE SQUEALING NOISE WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED. CUSTOMER STATES IT HAPPENS AT ANY SPEED. ALSO HAS A THUMPING NOISE IN THE REAR WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. SQUEALING SOUNDS LIKE IT IS COMING FROM THE BRAKES. *KB THE DEALER STATED THE DIAGNOSIS FOR THE RATTLING NOISE WAS DUE TO THE STABILIZER BAR LINKS BEING LOOSE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS AND PROVIDED A DOCUMENT FROM GMC'S WEBSITE STATING THE DEFECT HAS TO DO WITH A/C AIR BELT COMPRESSOR CONDITIONING. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THERE WAS NO FIX FOR THE PROBLEM AT THE PRESENT TIME. THE DEALER FOUND THE STABILIZER LINKS LOOSE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN ATTEMPTING TO OPEN ANY OF THE DOORS, THE HANDLES BECAME SEPARATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE HANDLES WERE PLASTIC AND BECAUSE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF WEATHER THE HOLES FOR THE SCREWS HAD WIDEN CAUSING THE HANDLES TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE. THE HANDLES WERE REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 500.
MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE POWER TRAIN AND OR SENSOR THAT'S CAUSING TRUCK TO TRIP STABILITRACK
SQUEAKING FROM FRONT LEFT WHEEL...BRAKES RUBBING? TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TWICE. FIRST TIME THEY "ADJUSTED" SOMETHING IN THE BRAKING SYSTEM. SECOND TIME THEY SAID BEFORE I BROUGHT IT IN THAT THEY WOULD PUT NEW ROTORS ON IT WHEN I CAME IN AGAIN, SO I BROUGHT IT IN AND THEN THE 65+ YEAR OLD SERVICE PEOPLE COULDN'T HEAR THE SQUEAK AND MY ORIGINAL SERVICE PERSON WASN'T THERE...SO THEY SAID THEY DID SOMETHING...BUT NOW IT IS WORSE! I AM GLAD TO I SPENT 70K ON A POS! *JB
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH FAILED. IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE THE SIGNAL, THE BUTTON ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL MUST BE MANUALLY DEPRESSED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 26,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. WHEN IT RAINED, WATER WOULD LEAK AROUND THE SUNROOF. THE WATER LEAKED INTO THE SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAG. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE DRAIN HOSE WAS NOT ORIGINALLY INSTALLED; THEREFORE, THEY INSTALLED THE DRAIN HOSE AND REPLACED THE SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAG. WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED INTO SECOND GEAR AND BEGAN TO SPIN. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AFTER IT FINISHED SPINNING, THE VEHICLE STOPPED. THE CONTACT COULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 30 MPH WHILE DRIVING HOME. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE RANGE SWITCH IN THE TRANSMISSION FAILED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNKNOWN. THE DEALER REPLACED THE RANGE SWITCH. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD. THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN FOR 3-4 SECONDS. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS SUDDENLY DEPLOYED WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING 60 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO PUT THE AIR BAGS BACK IN PLACE AND REPLACED THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE ON STAR SAFETY DEVICE INDICATED THAT THE AIR BAGS NEEDED TO BE CHECKED FOR MALFUNCTIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE AIR BAGS WERE DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 4,300.
EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES KEEP BREAKING PROBABLY BECAUSE THE ARE PLASTIC. *TR
MANY NEW VEHICLES HAVE LED TAILLIGHTS WHICH ARE STROBED. SOME OF THESE ARE STROBED AT SUCH A LOW RATE THAT THE STROBING BECOMES EVIDENT TO FOLLOWING DRIVERS. THIS IS EXTREMELY IRRITATING AND DISTRACTING TO THE POINT THAT I BELIEVE IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE. I HAVE GREAT DIFFICULTY FOLLOWING SUCH A VEHICLE. THIS IS A PROBLEM EVEN AT A SIGNIFICANT FOLLOWING DISTANCE, SAY 1/4 MILE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. *NM

THE CONTACT HEARD A HUMMING SOUND WHILE DRIVING, AS IF THE STEPS WERE ATTEMPTING TO SLIDE OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE REPAIRED, BUT THERE STILL HAD BEEN NO RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. THERE HAVE BEEN 2 FALLS, RESULTING IN INJURIES DUE TO THE RETRACTABLE STEPS NOT WORKING. I JUST LIKE INFORM TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I AM OWNER OF CADILAC ESCALADE ESV THAT I BOUGHT BRAND NEW BACK IN DECEMBER OF 2006 , I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLAIN THAT THIS WAS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CAR THAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT IN MY LIFE IN ONE YEAR TIME THE CAR SAT AT THE DEALER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS FOR MANY ISSUES AND DEFECTS AND WHEN I MEAN MANY I MEAN OVER 80 ISSUES WITH THE CAR AND MOST IMPORTANT THESE CARS HAVE MAJOR DEFECT ON THEIR BAKES I HAD ALMOST A SERIOUS ACCIDENT WHEN THE TWO FRONT CALIPERS BRAKES FAILED AND THE WAS ONLY 6 MONTHS IN MY HAND SINCE THEN IT HAS HAD OTHER BRAKE FAILURES AND MANY OTHER DEFECTS INCLUDING WIRE HARNESS TO CATCH ON FIRE THIS CAR IS TICKING TIME BOMB WAITING FOR SOMETHING ELSE TO GO WRONG I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH GM THE MANUFACTURER OF CADILLAC UNTIL TODAY FROM DAY ONE IT HAS HAD DEAD BATTERY IF YOU LET IT SIT FOR MORE THEN 3 DAYS FROM DAY ONE INCLUDING ENGINE LIGHT ALSO FROM DAY ONE THAT THEY NEVER WERE ABLE TO FIX I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT THESE CARS OR VERY UNSAFE SO BODY SHOULD TALK TO THE MANUFACTURER TO FIX THESE SERIOUS ISSUES SOME BODY CAN GET HURT FROM THESE PROBLEMS THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. *TR
TL*- THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE EXT 1500 ON A CLEAR DAY WITH GOOD ROAD CONDITIONS AT 70 MPH AND HIS AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. T HE CALLED JERRY'S CADILLAC IN WEATHERFORD, TEXAS TO TOW HIS VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GM INVESTIGATOR INFORMED HIM THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT AND REMOVE A BLACK BOX FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THEY DID INFORM HIM THAT THE BOX HAD BEEN REMOVED AND THEY FOUND NO INFORMATION ON THE BOX THAT INDICATED ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE AIRBAGS OR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED HIM THAT HE COULD PAY TO HAVE THE AIRBAGS REPAIRED, AND IF THEY FOUND ANY FAULT TO DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING OF THE AIRBAGS, THEN THEY WOULD REIMBURSE HIM FULLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN AT JERRY CADILLAC SINCE 12/12/06, AND HE HAS BEEN GIVEN NO ANSWERS ABOUT THE VEHICLE THAT HE ONLY DROVE FOR 1 MONTH. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1999.*AK
SIDE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED IN CONTACTS CAR. ON STAR HAD NOT BEEN WORKING. CONTACT TOLD BY DEALER THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REPAIR ANYTHING ON THE CAR UNTIL THE INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED. TOOK CAR IN AND SPOKE WITH ADVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD WORK ON IT AND LET HIM KNOW WHEN THE CAR WOULD BE READY. LATER RECEIVED A CALL STATING THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FIX THE CAR BECAUSE THE ON BOARD COMPUTER SAID THAT THERE WAS SIDE IMPACT. CONTACT TOLD THE ADVISOR THAT THE CAR HAD NO DAMAGE ON THE CAR OR UNDERNEATH THE CAR. ADVISOR SAID THAT THERE WAS A SCRATCH AND A DENT ON THE TIRE AND THE RIMS. A CONTACT SAID THAT A FRIEND HAD DROVE THROUGH A CAR WASH AND MESSED SCRATCHED AND DENTED THE 24 IN NON-ORIGINAL TIRES ON HIS CAR. THE CONTACT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR OVER A MONTH NOW BECAUSE DEALER WILL NOT FIX THE CAR. INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY FOR THE REPAIR BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT AND THEY SAID THAT IT IS A WARRANTY ISSUE. CONTACT SAYS THAT HE WAS NOT IN AN ACCIDENT OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE THE DRIVERS AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY IN THE FRONT. PLEASE INVESTIGATE, THANK YOU HENRY ADAMS. *NM

2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE HEATED WINDSHIELD WASHER MODULE SHORT CIRCUIT. *NJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED WITHIN THE 60 DAY PERIOD NOR WAS IT REPAIRED WITHIN 365 DAYS OF THE RECALL NOTICE. DUE TO THE PROBLEM NOT BEING FIXED, THE CONSUMER EXPERIENCED OTHER ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. THE RECALL PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
