WHILE DRIVING ENGINE CHECK LIGHT WOULD COME ON AND REMAIN. PRIOR TO ENGINE CHECK LIGHT COMING ON, VEHICLE WOULD RUN ROUGH/ WOULD JERK, AND HESITATE. PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT. BEEN TO DEALER FOR REPAIRS, AND AIR PUMP SOLENOID WAS REPLACED. *AK
GAS GAUGE WAS INADEQUATE. HAS RAN OUT OF GAS TWICE. HAD SENSORS AND CLUSTERS CHANGED.PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. DEALER CONTACTED. UPON TALKING TO REPRESENTATIVE THERE WAS NOTHING TO BE DONE, BUT TRY TO KEEP FUEL IN VEHICLE ABOVE HALF TANK. GENERAL REPRESENTATIVE STATED PROBLEM WITH PROGRAM IN VEHICLES.*AK

VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN FOR SERVICE. THE MECHANICS INFORMED CONSUMER THAT THERE WAS A FRONT END PROBLEM, BUT THEY HAD NO TIME TO REPAIR IT. THEY ASSURED CONSUMER THAT IT WAS NOTHING SERIOUS AND COULD BE LOOKED AT LATER. CONSUMER TOOK VEHICLE TO ANOTHER MECHANIC WHERE THEY REMOVED, SOAKED AND REINSTALLED THE BUSHINGS IN THE FRONT END. THIS DID NOT REMEDY THE PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ANOTHER CHEVY DEALER WHERE THEY ATTEMPTED TO MAKE REPAIRS. NEW FRONT COIL SPRINGS WERE ORDERED. THE ORIGINAL SPRINGS THAT WERE IN THE VEHICLE WERE 149 NM. THE SPRINGS DESIGNED FOR THIS VEHICLE WERE 116NM. CONSUMER FOUND OUT THAT THE DEALER WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED HAD WORKED ON THIS VEHICLE BEFORE CONSUMER BOUGHT IT FOR THE EXACT SPECIFIC HEIGHT PROBLEM AND WERE UNABLE TO CORRECT IT. THEY STILL SAW FIT TO SELL CONSUMER THIS VEHICLE KNOWING ABOUT THE DEFECT. CONSUMER WOULD LIKE TO SETTLE THIS MATTER BY HAVING THE DEALER SHIP BUY BACK THE VEHICLE. THERE WAS ALSO A PROBLEM WITH THE REAR SPRINGS. THEY WERE WORN AND THE PINION SEALS NEEDED REPLACING. *JG

THE VEHICLE DISPLAYED NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS.* MR THE DOOR LOCK MALFUNCTIONED, THE WINDOWS WERE NOISY, THE SEAT MOVED BACK/FORTH WHILE DRIVING,THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE INTERMITTENT WHILE IN USE, THE RADIO CLOCK BLINKED ON/OFF, THE FUEL GAUGE WAS INOPERATIVE, THE HEADLIGHTS WERE DIM, AND THE BATTERY LEAKED ACID. THE FUSES AND MODULES REPLACED, AND WOULD ONLY WORK FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN QUIT. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED A NEW VEHICLE. SCC *JB
