THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BY THE CONTACT'S INSURANCE COMPANY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000.

ADDITIONALLY, THE CONTACT NOTICED A BURNING ODOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING DIAGNOSIS OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN AND STOPPED ILLUMINATING WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT AFTER HAVING THE BRAKES, ROTORS, AND CALIBERS REPLACED AT THE DEALER, THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BECAUSE THE DEALER STATED THAT MOISTURE WAS PENETRATING THE BRAKE SYSTEM. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 41,000.
In 2012, I was driving down a somewhat of a curvy road when all of a sudden when approaching a curve, the car would not turn!!! I was headed straight for a tree as well as traveling into opposing traffics lane. Fortunately, no one was coming. Eventually the steering came back which sent me back in the other direction as I was pulling on the wheel trying to get it to turn. This sent me over a curb that was on my side of the road, resulting in damage that had to be repaired at a collision center. I was scared to drive the car after this because of what happened, but everyone I talked to said there wasn't nothing wrong with the car. I started driving it again and everything was fine, until in 2022 as I was pulling into my mother's driveway, and it happened again!! I started the turn and boom no steering and ended up in her front yard. I haven't drove it since because I am terrified it will happen again. Today I decided to look into if anyone was having the same issue as I, and I found that my car was under a GM special coverage 15356 which has now expired. This should have been a RECALL!! If I wouldn't have thought to look into the problem I would have never known. Not only am I out money for the repair from the first incidence this could have ended poorly not just for me but other drivers around me as well.
I HAVE TO CHANGE HEAD LIGHTS 3 TIMES. ONLY CAN TAKE TO DEALER ($150.00). WHEN HAVING TIRES REPLACES AND BRAKES. THE ABS/ESC/TRACTION CONTROL ALARMS LIGHTS STAYS ON WHILE DRIVING. I CONTACT CHEVROLET NOW FOR LAST THREE YEARS. I WAS TOLD BECAUSE MY CAR IS OUT WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT APPROVAL REPAIR. I RECENTLY TAKEN CAR TO DEALER RECALL # 13036. THAT MY CAR WOULD BE APPROVAL FOR LOANER. CHEVROLET/ DEALER. ALL WARRANTY HAVE EXPIRES THAT WOULD NOT APPROVAL FOR REPAIRS THERE'S NO ONE TO BILL OR PAY FOR REPAIRS AND LOANER. I WILL BE TAKEN THIS PUBLIC. AS A CONSUMERS AND WOULD LIKE TO STAY A PURCHASER OF GM/CHEVY TO WARN EVERYONE OF THEIR PRACTICES. *TR
DRIVING CAR AND THE BRAKE LIGHT CAME ON. THEN THE CHECK BRAKE FLUID WARNING CAME ON. THEN THE SERVICE ESC CAME ON. TOOK IT TO DEALER ON MONDAY MORNING THEY SAY THE MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAKE BOOSTER ARE BOTH FAULTY AND NEED TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $1056.00. I JUST PURCHASED THIS CAR FROM COX CHEVROLET ON MAY 2 2015. THIS SEEMS TO BE A MUCH TO COMMON A PROBLEM FOR THE CAR AT ONLY 53000 MILES. HAS TO BE A SLOW LEAK THAT WAS ALREADY A PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. SO FAR NO SATISFACTION WITH COST OF REPAIR FROM DEALERSHIP.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE PARKED, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TURN SIGNALS AND THE HAZARD LIGHTS WOULD NOT FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTICS. THE MECHANIC REPLACED THE HAZARD SWITCH UNIT AND THE RELAY HOWEVER, THE FAILURE CONTINUED AFTER THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE MECHANIC WHERE THE TURN SIGNAL UNIT AND IGNITION WERE REPLACED BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A MANUFACTURER'S RECALL FOR THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING BUT HER VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
MY SERVICE SEAT BELT SIGN GOES ON OCCASIONALLY WHEN I START CAR, BUT GOES OFF IF I SHUT OFF CAR AND RESTART IT. THE DEALER SAID THEY CANNOT TEST IT IF THE SIGN ON DASH IS NOT ON. ALSO, I HAD TO REPLACE REAR BRAKES AND GRIND ROTORS AT 37,000 MILES-SEEMS KIND OF PREMATURE. NOW I AM HAVING SOME KIND OF POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL DRAW SINCE MY OLD AND BRAND NEW BATTERY HAVE GONE DEAD. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THESE PROBLEMS? *TR
THE STEERING ON THIS MODEL AND MAKE OF CAR IS ALL MESSED UP. IT IS THE SAME PROBLEM THAT SO MANY OTHER HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT ON THIS SITE. THE STEERING "FREAKS OUT" AND PULLS ONE WAY AND THEN GOES TO THE OTHER. IT'S BEYOND DANGEROUS. EVEN WHEN THE CAR IS STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT, IF YOU TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE WHEEL, THE STEERING WHEEL JERKS VIOLENTLY BACK AND FORTH. SOMETIMES ITS WORKS FINE AND THEN OUT OF NOW WHERE, IT GOES CRAZY AND PULLS YOU TO ONE SIDE OR THE OTHER AND THEN YOU HAVE TO TURN THE WHEEL TOE OPPOSITE WAY TO KEEP IT GOING STRAIGHT. I SEE TONS OF OTHER GM RECALLS AND EVEN ON THIS YEAR AND MODEL, BUT GM SAYS THAT MY PARTICULAR CAR IS NOT COVERED RIGHT NOW. THE DANGER OF THIS DEFECT IS SO HIGH THAT IF THEY THINK THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH LAWSUITS OVER IGNITION SWITCHES, THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT THEY WILL PAY WHEN THESE STEERING LAWSUITS START TO COME IN WILL PUT GM BACK INTO BANKRUPTCY. THE DANGER OF THIS DEFECT IS OFF THE CHARTS. *TR

THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO DISPLAY A "SERVICE TRACTION/ESC" MESSAGE ON THE HUD. BRAKE LIGHTS WOULD COME ON RANDOMLY AND STAY ON, SOMETIMES FOR MINUTES, SOMETIMES FOR HOURS. AS A RESULT OF BRAKE LIGHTS BEING ON, CRUISE CONTROL WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL. HAD A SENSOR REPLACED WHICH TEMPORARILY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. THE PROBLEM HAS RETURNED 53 WEEKS AND 17,000 MILES LATER. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WITH CONSTANT REDUCTION IN THE ENGINE POWER. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE THEY INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE CRANK SHAFT SENSOR WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,000.

THE POWER LOCKS ON THE CAR WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOORS, LEAVING THE PASSENGERS TRAPPED INSIDE. WE WERE UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOORS MANUALLY, ELECTRICALLY OR EVEN WITH INSERTING THE KEY INTO THE DOOR. PASSENGERS HAD TO CRAWL OUT OF THE WINDOWS. AFTER TRYING THE KEY AND REMOTE NUMEROUS TIMES THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR UNLOCKED BUT WOULD NOT RELATCH WHEN THE DOOR WAS CLOSED OR EVEN AFTER STARTING THE ENGINE AND PLACING THE TRANSMISSION IN GEAR. THE LOCKS SOUND LIKE THEY ENGAGE AND DISENGAGE LEAVING ONE TO THINK EVERY THING IS OKAY BUT, IT IS NOT. THIS A SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD AND ONE THAT COULD BE LIFE THREATENING. *TR
I HAD A HEADLIGHT GO OUT OVER A YEAR AGO, HAD TO PAY 300$ TO GET IT REPLACED (NEW DESIGN.... MAKES EVERYTHING COMPLICATED, THANKS GM!). NOT EVEN 3 MONTHS LATER, SAME HEADLIGHT OUT AGAIN (PASSENGER). MY MECHANIC NOTICED WATER IN THE LIGHT COMPARTMENT (CONDENSATION) WHICH HE SAYS WILL CAUSE THEM TO OVERHEAT AND DIE. GOT THE LIGHT CHANGED AGAIN, HOPING AVOIDING CAR-WASHES WAS THE SOLUTION. NOPE. OUT AGAIN. AND THEN ON AGAIN! AND NOW OUT AGAIN FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS. I HAVEN'T HAD THE MONEY TO GET IT FIXED AND BY THE GRACE OF GOD I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A TICKET. THE BRIGHTS BOTH WORK!!!! I BELIEVE IT IS A WIRING PROBLEM, AND JUDGING FROM THE INTERNET THIS PROBLEM SEEMS FREQUENT ENOUGH TO WARRANT A RECALL. NOTE: THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS ON THIS CAR, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO FOCUS ON THIS ONE GETTING RECALLED. *TR
REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR DOES NOT UNLOCK UNLESS MANUALLY UNLOCKED. VEHICLE WAS SOLD TO ME USED BY CADILLAC WEST OF LAS VEGAS. UPON SELLING OF THE VEHICLE, I WAS TOLD THIS WAS A MALFUNCTION AND THE DEALERSHIP WOULD FIX THIS. TRIED CALLING ONCE AND THEY REFUSED TO DO SO, SAYING IT WAS GM'S ISSUE. FIGURED THEY JUST SOLD IT "AS IS", WASN'T AWARE THAT THIS WAS SO COMMON. *TR
"NO ESC" LIGHT APPEARED. 6 SERVICE ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. ISSUE STILL ACTIVE. *TR
POWER STEERING - WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL, YOU FEEL NON-SMOOTH CONDITION, UNUSUAL HUMMING OR MOANING NOISE. SOME POWER STEERING FLUID HAD TO BE REPLACED BUT NO NOTICEABLE LEAK IS EVIDENT. HAD PRIVATE AUTO MECHANIC LOOK INTO PROBLEM AND HE ADVISED TO LET DEALER TAKE CARE OF IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE COMPUTERIZED EQUIPMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE REPAIRS. AUTO MECHANIC STATED THAT HE HAS EXPERIENCED SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CHEVY MALIBU. CHEVY DEALER CHECKED PROBLEM AND ADVISED US TO WAIT FOR PROBLEM NO "WORSEN" BECAUSE ANY DIAGNOSTIC WORK WILL COST US "A LOT OF MONEY" WONDERING IF NHTSA HAS SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON FILE BECAUSE I'M CONCERNED ABOUT ANY SAFETY ISSUE? *JS

SPORADICALLY THE DOORS WOULD NOT RESPOND WHEN THE CONTACTS VEHICLE WAS IN THE PARK POSITION. THE DEALER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DECLINED TO PROVIDE THE CONTACT WITH A REMEDY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
AT FIRST, ONLY THE ESC LIGHT WOULD COME ON AND THE CAR WOULD BEGIN TO MISS AND SKIP. TOOK TO THE DEALER, THEY "COULD NOT DUPLICATE". HAPPENED AGAIN, THIS TIME ALL THE ELECTRONIC LIGHTS (ESC, POWER STEERING, TRACTION CONTROL, BRAKES, ETC) WOULD LIGHT UP AND BLINK. WHEN THIS IS HAPPENING, THE CAR WILL JERK AND MISFIRE, AND SLOWLY PICKS UP SPEED WHILE JERKING. AS SOON AS THE LIGHTS GO OFF, THE CARD DRIVES PERFECTLY FINE. TOOK TO DEALER AGAIN, WAS TOLD THAT THEY SAW ALL THE CODES, BUT COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM, CLEANED THE WIRE LEADS AND THAT WAS THAT. SEVERAL WEEKS LATER, STARTED UP AGAIN. THIS TIME, ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON, NEARLY EVERY ELECTRIC LIGHT WARNING YOU CAN THINK OF, AND ALL OF THE GAUGES DROP TO ZERO. THE CAR JERKS INTO GEARS, SOMETIMES THE POWER STEERING DOESN'T WORK, VERY HARD TO TURN, AND ON TOP OF THAT, THE AIR CONDITIONING STOPS WORKING. IT'S SO RANDOM AND INTERMITTENT, AS SOON AS THE SERVICE ESC LIGHT GOES OFF (ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER WARNINGS). THE CAR DRIVES LIKE ITS BRAND NEW, AIR WORKS PERFECTLY FINE, POWER STEERING WORKS PERFECTLY. THE SAD PART ABOUT IT IS THAT I HAD TAKEN MY CAR IN A COUPLE TIMES, WHILE I WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE DEALERSHIP, 'COULD NOT DUPLICATE, COULDN'T FIND PROBLEM, NOW IT IS HAPPENING MORE OFTEN THAN NAUGHT, ESPECIALLY IN WARM WEATHER. THIS VERY COLD WINTER, THE PROBLEM DID NOT OCCUR NOT ONCE, AS SOON AS THE WEATHER WARMED UP, THE PROBLEM OCCURS. SOMETIMES EVERYDAY, SOMETIMES IT'LL GO A WEEK AND THE CAR DRIVES PERFECTLY. ONLY WHEN THESE LIGHTS COME ON, DOES THE CAR BEGIN TO MISFIRE, JERK, AIR STOPS WORKING. THIS IS A VERY ODD PROBLEM, AND I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL STORIES ON THE INTERNET OF OTHER FOLKS HAVING THIS SAME PROBLEM WITH CHEVY MALIBUS. THIS SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A RECALL ISSUE; THE POTENTIAL FOR HARM IS GREAT, ESP, WHEN THESE LIGHTS JUST POP ON WHILE DRIVING THE EXPRESSWAY OR IN BAD WEATHER. *TR

THE VEHICLE ON-STAR SYSTEM PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC WHICH LOCATED THE FAILURE AT THE FRONT BUMPER SENSOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE AND ALL OF THE LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL HAD BEEN REPLACED TWICE BEFORE BUT THE MOST RECENT FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS WHERE THE DOORS AT TIMES WILL NOT OPEN AT ALL. NOT ONLY WOULD WE TRY TO UNLOCK WITH THE PUSH BUTTON, BUT WE WOULD TRY WITH THE KEY. THIS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS & WE HAVEN'T HAD THE CAR FOR A FULL YEAR YET. WE WOULD HAVE TO CLIMB THROUGH THE BACK TO GET OUT. WE HAD INSTANCES WITH BOTH OF THE FRONT DOORS. IT'S A CONCERN BECAUSE ANYTHING COULD BE GOING ON (CAR ON FIRE, LEAKING GAS, ETC) & IF WE NEED TO GET OUT THE CAR QUICKLY & THE DOORS WILL NOT OPEN EVERY TIME, THEN WE'RE IN TROUBLE. *TR
SINCE THE 1ST OF MARCH THE HEADLIGHTS HAVE BEEN BURNING OUT. I HAVE BEEN REPLACING THE HEADLIGHTS WITH REGULAR OEM REPLACEMENTS. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE PLUGS ARE MELTING ON THE HEADLIGHTS. THIS IS A GREAT SAFETY CONCERN IN MY OPINION. I CAN UNDERSTAND NORMAL LIFE OF THE BULB, BUT TO HAVE 4 SETS OF LIGHTS GO OUT IN JUST OVER A MONTH IS AN ISSUE. I THINK THIS MAY BE HAPPENING DUE TO NO VENTILATION BEHIND THE HEADLIGHT CAUSING EXCESSIVE HEAT THEREFORE CAUSING A POSSIBLE FIRE HAZARD AND POSSIBLE ACCIDENT DURING NIGHT DRIVING. PLEASE CONSIDER LOOKING INTO THIS AS A POSSIBLE RECALL. *JS
IF CRUISE IS ENGAGED, SOMETIMES IT WILL JUST TURN OFF. THIS IS ACCOMPANIED BY CONSTANT BRAKE LIGHTS EVEN WHEN THE BRAKES ARE NOT PRESSED. OTHER TIMES, THE CRUISE WILL NOT ENGAGE AND THE BRAKE LIGHTS WILL BE ILLUMINATED CONSTANTLY. USUALLY THIS OCCURS ALONG WITH AN ERROR MESSAGE REGARDING THE EST STABILITY SYSTEM ON THE CAR. USUALLY AFTER TURNING THE VEHICLE OFF EVERYTHING WORKS AGAIN. *TR

ADDITIONALLY, WHEN THE BRAKE WAS BEING DEPRESSED, THE BRAKE LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000. *TR
AFTER LOWERING THE LEFT-SIDE PASSENGER WINDOW SEVERAL INCHES, I WAS UNABLE TO RAISE IT VIA THE DRIVER'S DOOR CONTROL PANEL. I COULD MAKE IT DESCEND ALL THE WAY USING THAT PANEL BUT NOT ASCEND AT ALL. BACKING OUT OF MY DRIVE WAY THE LEFT FRONT BRAKE CALIPER LOCKED UP AND WOULD NOT RELEASE THE ROTOR. UNDER WARRANTY THE DEALER REPLACED THE ROTOR, CALIPER, FLEXIBLE HOSE AND PADS. THE CAR WOULD MOVE FORWARD BUT FELT LIKE THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. AFTER A SHORT DISTANCE THE ROTOR HEATED UP AND WAS SMOKING. THIS SAME THING OCCURRED AGAIN ON 9/24/2012. MILEAGE AT THAT TIME WAS 37900. DEALER CURRENTLY HAS THE CAR AND IS TRYING TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *TR

BACKING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT POWER STEERING GAVE OUT. SERVICE ESC LIGHT CAME ON. POWER STEERING MESSAGE LIT. PULLED INTO PARKING SPOT SHUT CAR OFF. STARTED CAR SECONDS LATER - NO WARNING LIGHTS ON AND POWER STEERING WAS BACK BUT DID NOT FEEL RIGHT. TURNED WHEEL WHILE PARKED AND ESC AND POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. CAR STILL WONDERS, WHEELS STILL WOBBLE..STILL PLAY IN STEERING WHEEL. SPOKE WITH GM REP. EXPLAINED ISSUE. GM REP. ALSO SPOKE WITH DEALER MECHANIC. DEALER MECHANIC ADVISED GM REP. THAT CAR WHEELS AND STEERING WAS FIXED. INCORRECT. DEALER DID NOT ADDRESS STEERING WHEEL. ONLY REPLACED TIRES. ISSUE STILL EXISTS. EASY TO LOSE CONTROL. WHILE DRIVING AT 68MPH WITH THE SPEED CONTROL ENGAGED, THE SPEED CONTROL TURNED OFF. I LOOKED IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR AND SAW BREAK LIGHTS ON. I CHECKED THE MAT TO VERIFY THAT IT WAS NOT PRESSING THE PEDAL. I THEN DEPRESSED THE PEDAL, THE CAR SLOWED AND THE BREAK LIGHTS TURNED OFF. NOW THE BRAKE LIGHTS ARE ALWAYS ON WHEN THE PEDAL IS NOT PRESSED, AND THEY TURN OFF AFTER PRESSING THE PEDAL. THIS CAUSES OTHER DRIVERS TO NOT BE AWARE THAT I AM STOPPING. *TR

THE LEFT DOOR CANNOT BE LOCKED FROM THE BUTTON I HAVE TO REACH OVER DRIVERS SIDE TO LOCK THE REST OF THE DOORS. CONDENSED WATER FROM MY CARS AIR CONDITION IS DRAINING INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND ACCUMULATES BEHIND THE RIGHT PASSENGERS SEAT ON THE FLOORBOARD. I HAVE NOTICE IT WHEN THE WATER WAS ABOUT 1 INCHES HIGH. AFTER CLEANING THE DRAIN PIPE, WHICH IS VERY HARD TO GET TO AND $150.00 LATER, THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED FOR A DAY. AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN PARKED FOR A FEW HOURS, THE CRUISE & BRAKE LIGHTS WORK PROPERLY. ANYONE FOLLOWING HER, ESPECIALLY @ NIGHT, MIGHT ASSUME THAT SHE IS STOPPING WHILE DRIVING & DRIVING WHILST STOPPING.
