TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SPARK. WHEN THE CONTACT ACTIVATED THE DEFROSTER, THE SEAT BELT CHIME SOUNDED AND THE TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS STOPPED OPERATING. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WAS NOT DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 47,000. UPDATED 06/02/17*LJ *CN
WHILE TRYING TO ACCELERATE FROM STOPPED POSITION CAR WILL HESITATE AND STALL OUT. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. TOOK TO DEALERSHIP AND HAD 1400 MISFIRE CODES IN HISTORY. HAS BEEN BACK TO DEALERSHIP 5 MORE TIMES AND CANNOT DUPLICATE CONCERN. NOW WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY CAR HAS LOST ACCELERATION AND STALLED OUT A TOTAL 4 TIMES IN 85 MILES. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY CONCERN FOR ME. I'VE BEEN LUCKY SO FAR TO AVOID BEING HIT BUT I SHOULDN'T BE PLAYING RUSSIAN ROULETTE WHEN I'M DRIVING A VEHICLE WITH LESS THAN 30K MILES ON IT. I'VE HAD THE CAR SINCE 12/2016 AND IT'S BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. GM NEEDS TO RECALL ALL THESE CARS BEFORE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IS FILED. I'M PAYING FOR A CAR THAT I AM SCARED TO DEATH LITERALLY, TO DIE!!!
THE ALTERNATOR FOR MY CHEVROLET, SPARK 1LT 2014 DOES NOT WORK ALL THE TIME CAUSING ME TO BE STRANDED WHEN I TRY TO RESTART MY CAR. AUTO ZONE CHECKED MY BATTERY FOR FREE AND TOLD ME THAT THE BATTERY WAS GOOD AND THEN A CAR MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT THE ALTERNATOR FOR THE CAR NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I CURRENTLY HAVE A BATTERY JUMP STARTER THAT I USE WHEN THE CAR DOESN'T TURN ON. I'M DISAPPOINTED THAT MY WELL MAINTAINED CAR HAS ELECTRICAL ISSUES THAT CAUSE ME TO BE STRANDED UNTIL I JUMP MY CAR.
BOUGHT A 2014 IN JULY 2016,NOT EVEN HAD THE VEHICLE 6 MONTHS THE RADIO,ONSTAR,SEATBELT CHIMES ALL WENT OUT.IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE RECALL LIST DATED 6/2016.NOW HAVING ISSUES WITH THE IGNITION,WONT START.SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THIS. TOOK SAID VEHICLE TO ROSNER CHEVROLET IN MELBOURNE, FL. CONCERN WAS THAT TRANSMISSION SLIPS AT ENTERING ONTO BUSY HIGHWAYS, FAILING TO GAIN NECESSARY ACCERLATION IN MERGING WITH NORMAL TRAFFIC FLOW. THIS REPRESENT A SERIOUS FLAW IN THIS VEHICLE THAT COULD LEAD TO A SERIOUS CRASH WITH FATAL LOSS OF LIFE. THE TECHNICIANS AS ROSNER CHEVROLET TESTED SAID VEHICLE AND THEY CONCURRED AS WRITTEN ON INVOICE CVCS177737 ROAD TESTED VEHICLE AND VERIFIED CUSTOMER CONCERN. CONTACTED TAC CASE # 8-2745507764 THEY SAID TO TEST VEHICLE WHILE GRAPHING THROTTLE POSITION, OUTPUT SPEED AND PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PULLEY SPEEDS. DATA INDICATES NO ISSUE. SNAPSHOT TO GM AND THEY VERIFIED CONCERN TO BE NORMAL, CONDITION CAUSED BY LOW SPEED TORQUE CONVERTERIN IN HIGH GEAR/RANGE WHEN LIGHT THROTTLE IS APPLIED, NO REPAIRS ATTEMPTED.{END} ALTHOUGH THE TECHNICIAN NOTICED THE FAULT WHEN ROAD TESTING VEHICLE THERE WAS NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN AS PER GM. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION AND I WOULD HOPE THERE COULD BE SOME ACTION BY GM TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE BEFORE A FATALITY HAPPENS, THIS VEHICLE TRANSMISSION DID NOT SLIP WHEN NEW BUT HAVE BEEN GETTING WORSE AS TIME GO BY. SOLUTION IS NOT KNOWN AT THIS TIME FROM CUSTOMER POINT OF VIEW.
THE TRANSIMISSION SLIPS. THE ORIGINAL TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED IN AUGUST 2016. THE NEW TRANSMISSION IS NOW SLIPPING AS WELL. WHEN YOU START THE VEHICLE AND ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IT DOES NOT GO. THE ENGINE REVS FOR A FEW SECONDS BEFORE THE CAR MOVES FORWARD. THIS CONDITION ALSO HAPPENS WHEN BACKING UP, STOPPING AND THEN ATTEMPTING TO GO FORWARD. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PULL OUT OR BACK OUT INTO TRAFFIC. THE VEHICLE WILL JUST SIT THERE AND NO GO. I HAVE TAKEN TH VEHICLE TO MY DEALERSHIP AND THEY HAVE CONTACTED GM. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT GM HAS INFORMED ME THAT, ACCORDING TO THEIR TECHNICIANS, THIS IS NORMAL OPERATION FOR THE TRANSMISSION. I'VE ALSO HAD THIS CONDITION HAPPEN AFTER SLOWING DOWN FOR A SHARP CURVE, THE VEHICLE WILL REV AND CONTINUE TO DECELERATE RATHER THAN ACCELERATE OUT OF THE CORNER UNTIL THE TRANSMISSION ENGAGES. THIS VEHICLES OPERATION IS UNSAFE, YET NORMAL BY GM TECHNICIANS STANDARDS BECAUSE THERE IS NO ERROR CODE ON THE COMPUTER.
I WAS DRIVING MY SPARK EV TO THE DEALER AROUND 1:45PM ON 12/29/2016 FOR THEM TO FIX THE NON-FUNCTIONING HEAT, THE AIRBAG PRETENSIONER RECALL, AND FAILURE TO FAST-CHARGE. I WAS TRAVELING STRAIGHT AT ABOUT 25 MPH ON A RESIDENTIAL STREET. WHEN THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME STOPPED I TRIED TO STOP BUT THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR AND THE CAR FAILED TO STOP. IN AN INSTANT I CHECKED TO BE SURE I WASN'T PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR, THEN PUSHED WITH ALL MY MIGHT EVEN HARDER ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. THE CAR EVENTUALLY STOPPED BUT ONLY AFTER COMING WITHIN AN INCH OF THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. MY CAR SOUNDED A WARNING "DING," AND THE DASH ILLUMINATED THE SERVICE LIGHT, THE STABILITRAK LIGHT, AND THE PARKING BRAKE LIGHT, AND THE MESSAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DISPLAY SAID "SERVICE STABILITRAK MODULE." SEE ATTACHED IMAGE FOR WHAT WAS DISPLAYED. I PUT THE CAR INTO LOW AND MOVED IT INTO THE PARKING STRIP. IT WAS STILL INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO STOP. I POWER CYCLED THE CAR AND WITHIN 5 SECONDS OF STARTING UP THE SAME ERROR WAS DISPLAYED AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS NEARLY USELESS. I CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. THEY HAD ME WAIT 90 MINUTES IN THE COLD WITH A CAR WITH NO HEAT FOR THE TOW TRUCK TO ARRIVE. I WAS ONLY A FEW BLOCKS FROM WHERE I WOULD HAVE BEEN GETTING ON THE FREEWAY. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED ON THE FREEWAY THEN I AM CERTAIN THAT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH WOULD HAVE RESULTED. THE CAR IS NOW AT WENTWORTH CHEVY IN PORTLAND, OR. I HAVE HAD OTHER BRAKE ISSUES WITH THIS CAR BEFORE. LAST YEAR THE ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE WAS FAILING TO RELEASE ON ONLY ONE WHEEL, WHICH WOULD BECOME EVIDENT AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS WHEN THE CAR WOULD START SHAKING VIOLENTLY AND ONE REAR WHEEL WOULD GET VERY HOT. IT TOOK 3-4 VISITS FOR THE DEALER TO REPAIR IT, MOSTLY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE ME THE FIRST FEW VISITS.. *TR
THE BRAKES ON THE CAR STOPPED WORKING AT FULL POWER, IT TOOK 5X LONGER FOR THE CAR TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. TOOK TO DEALER, DID RECALL REPAIRS. SAME SYMPTOMS RETURNED AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF NORMAL OPERATION. WHEN THE BRAKES START TO LOOSE FULL BRAKING POWER THERE ARE MANY WARNING LIGHTS THAT APPEAR ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND IS AGAIN ACKNOWLEDGE AT THE DEALER AWAITING DIAGNOSES. THE CAR IS UNDER FULL WARRANTY, IT HAS 26K MILES. I WAS GOING ABOUT 50MPH
I WAS INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT WHERE I HIT A CONCRETE WALL AND ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY BUT THE CAR DID SUSTAIN ENOUGH DAMAGE THAT THE STEERING WHEEL AND DRIVERS SIDE AIRBAG SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED. THE CAR DID DISPLAY A ERROR CODE 95 FOR FAILED AIRBAGS. GM HAS BEEN CONTACTED. I SUSTAINED HEAD INJURIES.

PURCHASED A USED 2014 CHEVY SPARK IN NASHUA NH IN 2016 I HAD THE VEHICLE NOT EVEN 4 MONTHS WHEN I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND ALL OF SUDDEN THE ON STAR,RADIO,CHIMES FOR SEAT BELTS ALL WENT OUT BROUGHT IN TO SHOP CHARGED ME 50,00 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT WOULD COST ANOTHER 100.00 TO FURTHER DIAGNOSE IT CHECKED OUT THE RECENTS RECALLS ON THIS VEHICLE AND IT APPEARS THAT THERE WERE RECALLS ON THE SAME SITUATION BUT MY CAR WAS NOT ONE OF THE VIN NUMBER SO WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS? I BELIEVE MY VIN SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED THANK YOU
TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK: P0075 ERROR CODE. VEHICLE PREVIOUSLY HAD A FLUID LEAK FROM A BOLT SECURING TRANSMISSION HOUSING TO ENGINE. LEAK VISIBLE UNDER VEHICLE NEAR THE MUFFLER PIPE. SEAL REPLACED ON VEHICLE; APPROX MILEAGE 15,000. CAME TO COMPLETE STOP AND WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE GRINDING NOISE/NO POWER. VEHICLE EXHIBITED ODD BEHAVIOR IN DRIVE/TRANMISSION. VEHICLE WENT INTO LIMP MODE SEVERAL TIMES AT AROUND 85,000 MILES, ON MAKING A STOP AT A STOP SIGN AND WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. REPORTED TO DEALERSHIP ONLY MISFIRING CODES FOUND. FAILURE AT 101,000 MILES. MADE A COMPLETE STOP AFTER DRIVING AND VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. P0075 CODE. I FOUND THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS LEAKING FROM THE SAME LOCATION, NEAR THE MUFFLER PIPE BENEATH THE ENGINE.
A DEER RAN OUT IN FRONT OF ME ON I29 - I WAS GOING ABOUT 65MPH STRAIGHT ON THE INTERSTATE AND NOT ONE OF MY AIR BAGS WORKED- NOTHING DEPLOYED. AFTER THE ACCIDENT A CODE 95 WAS DISPLAYED ON THE DASH. I WAS LUCKY I ALWAYS WEAR MY SEAT-BELT AS I COULD HAVE DIED.
I AM ON MY 3RD TRANSMISSION IN 2 YEARS. THE CAR HESITATES WHEN PULLING OUT FROM A STOP. AT TIMES THE HESITATION IS SO GREAT THAT THE CAR DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL, DESPITE THE GAS PEDAL BEING PRESSED TO THE FLOOR. THE MOST RECENT EPISODE WAS TOTAL TRANSMISSION FAILURE. BUT THE TRANSMISSION HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE I GOT THE CAR AND THE DEALER HAS TRIED TO "FIX" IT REPEATEDLY, WITH NO SUCCESS.
THE CODE 95 APPEARED OUT OF NOWHERE AND WILL NOT CLEAR. NO THERE IS NO CRUISE CONTROL AND ALL THE BUTTONS ON THE STEERING WHEEL DO NOT WORK NOT EVEN THE LIGHT THIS CAR WE BOUGHT A YEAR AGO HAVE HAD MULTIPLE RECALLS AND PROBLEMS WITH INCLUDING SOMETHING MAJOR IN THE ENGINE TO THE POINT IT COULD NOT BE DRIVEN SAFELY.
WENT TO STORE A COUPLE MILES FROM HOME, CAME OUT OF STORE AND CAR WOULD NOT START. THINKING MAYBE THE BATTERY WAS AT FAULT I TRIED JUMPING THE BATTERY AND STILL NOTHING SO TURNED THE IGNITION OFF AND TOOK KEYS AND GOT RIDE HOME. THEN UPON RETURNING TO STORE TO PICK UP ITEMS PURCHASED THE CAR WAS RUNNING WITHOUT THE KEYS AND THE IGNITION WAS IN THE OFF POSITION. I HAD THE WOMAN COME OUT OF THE STORE TO SEE THIS. AND IT ALSO FREAKED ME OUT ON HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN. THEN I CALLED VIC KOENIG IN CARBONDALE, ILLINOIS WHERE I PURCHASED THE CAR, AND AT FIRST THEY SAID IT WASN`T COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE IT HAD 39,000 AND WARRANTY RAN OUT AT 36,000 AND THAT THEY NEVER HEARD OF THAT WHERE A CAR JUST STARTS UP WITHOUT THE IGNITION TURNED ON. THEY WANTED ME TO BRING IT IN, I WAS AFRAID TO EVEN DRIVE IT SO I CALLED NAPA DOWN THE ROAD AND A COUPLE OF THERE MECHANICS COME OVER TO SEE THAT IT HAD STARTED WITH THE IGNITION TURNED OFF. SO THEN THEY GAVE ME A RIDE HOME AND THE OTHER ONE TOOK THE CAR BACK TO NAPA GARAGE TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY CABLE AND SEE IF THAT WOULD SHUT IT OFF, FOR I DID NOT EVEN WANT TO STEP FOOT IN THE CAR.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 CHEVROLET SPARK. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE DRIVER FELL ASLEEP DUE TO FATIGUE AND CRASHED INTO A MAILBOX AND DITCH. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY; HOWEVER, THE DRIVER SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED TWO FRACTURED VERTEBRAE, A FRACTURED STERNUM, AND MULTIPLE BRUISES AND CUTS TO THE HEAD. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V298000 (AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,400.
HESITATE UPON ACCELERATION
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SPARK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE REVVED ABNORMALLY AND ACCELERATED EVEN WHILE THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE OPERATED NORMALLY UNTIL IT WAS REMEDIED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V422000(ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, EQUIPMENT). THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE REPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 24,000.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR THREE MANUFACTURER RECALLS. PRIOR TO THE REPAIRS, THERE WERE NO FAILURES. AFTER THE REPAIRS, THERE WAS AN ANTIFREEZE LEAK, AN OIL LEAK, AND THE GEARS WERE SLOW TO CHANGE OVER. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHO INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE DIAGNOSED TO DETERMINE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT REPORTED TO THE MANUFACTURER THAT FAILURES PROGRESSED AFTER THE DEALER SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETED THREE RECALL REPAIRS. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR THE MANUFACTURER TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REPAIR SOLUTION TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT HAD BEEN WAITING FOR LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS FOR A SOLUTION FROM THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, AND IT WAS AN ISSUE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS CAUSING A ROUGH START AND A WARNING I COULD LOSE POWER. AFTER I TOOK MY CAR TO MY SHOP, HE FOUND THAT MY FUEL INJECTOR WAS THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEM. PO301 CYLINDER MISFIRE #1 INJECTOR PLUGGED. I WAS PARKED, AND WHEN I TURN ON MY CAR, THE ENGINE LIGHT STAYED ON WHEN THE OTHER LIGHTS WENT OFF.,
RECALL MY RPM IS GOING UP TO 6 AND 7 RPM RANGE BEFORE IT SHIFT INTO THE NEXT GEAR OR LEVEL. IT IS HARD TO GO UP HILLS. NOW IT IS BURNING MORE GAS NOW.
THIS VECHICLE HAS BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE BRAKING SYSTEM AND SPEED. WHEN I BRAKE IT'S SOMETHING COMING UP UNDER MY FEET AND THEN THE TRACTION LIGHT COMES ON, :SLIPPERY WHEN IT'S WET LIGHT" ON THE PANEL. NOW, I HAD TAKEN IT TO BOB BELL TWICE AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY FIXED IT, BUT MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SAME CONDITIONED. I WANT SOMETHING DONE BEFORE I LOSE MY LIFE.
I HAVE HAD TO TAKE THIS CAR IN 4 TIMES BECAUSE THE 4TH CYLINDER KEEPS GOING OUT. THE AIR BARELY WORKS AND I AM JUST SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CAR.
WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING THE RADIO LOCKED AND SCREEN WENT BLANK ALL RADIO FUNCTIONS STOPPED WORKING. ALL WARNING CHIMES STOPPED WORKING. I PURCHASED THE CAR FOR MY NEWLY LICENSED DAUGHTER 6 MONTHS AGO, AND THIS IS THE SECOND PROBLEM I'VE HAD WITH THIS CAR AND I FEEL IT IS UNSAFE FOR HER TO DRIVE. I CONTACTED GM AND THEY WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM BECAUSE OF MY VIN # EVEN THOUGH I SAW A RECALL ON THE PROBLEM, STATING THAT I HAVE TO COME OUT MY POCKET TO FIX IT. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER GM/CHEVROLET. CAR AGAIN, THEY ARE A PIECE OF CRAP!
I WAS DRIVING ON THE TURNPIKE NEAR WEST PALM BEACH AND I LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY. THE BRAKES WAS NOT WORKING AND THE STEERING LOCKED ON ME PREVENTING ME TO TURN THE WHEEL RESULTING IN THE VEHICLE CRASHING INTO THE GRASS TO A GUARD RAIL. ALSO THE AIR BAGS IN THE FROM DID NOT DEPLOY. ONLY THE SIDE AIR BAGS. I INJURED MY HEAD AND HAD TO GET STITCHES BECAUSE OF THIS.

ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR AND TCM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS INTERMITTENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.

2014 CHEVY SPARK WITH JUST OVER 4 K MILES WITH SEVERE ACCELERATION PROBLEMS FROM A STOP. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER THE FIRST TIME AND WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER HAD TO LEARN MY DRIVING STYLE THIS WAS WITH ABOUT 2K MILES DRIVEN. THEN ON JUNE 11, 2015 I TOOK IT BACK TO DEALER AGAIN WITH THE SAME COMPLIANT THIS TIME THEY DID A DRIVING TEST AND SCAN THE CVT WAS FOUND TO BE STICKING IN HIGH GEAR AND WOULD NOT SHIFT INTO LOW GEAR. A NEW TRANSMISSION WAS ORDERED AND IT TOOK ABOUT 8 DAYS TO ARRIVE. THEY INSTALLED THE NEW CVT AND WHEN THE TECHNICIAN TRIED TO BACK MY CAR OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE IT WOULD NOT GO INTO REVERSE ANOTHER BAD TRANSMISSION. SO ANOTHER NEW CVT TRANSMISSION WAS ORDERED AND INSTALLED SO FAR THIS ONE IS WORKING, TOTAL TIME FOR THIS REPAIR WAS FROM JUNE 11, 2015 TO JULY 3, 2015.

I CALLED GM CORPORATE AND EXPLAINED THAT THIS WAS A DANGER TO THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AND JEOPARDIZED MY LIFE, AND THEY MADE ATTEMPTS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION AT HAND.. AUTONATION CALLED AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY DID NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO FIND THE PROBLEM.
