NHTSA HAS CONTACTED ME TO SAY THAT MY VEHICLE'S TAMARA MADE AIR BAG IS PART OF A RECALL. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE DEALERSHIP THAT SERVICES MY VEHICLE. THE DEALERSHIP SAYS THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR DIRECTIONS FROM GENERAL MOTORS ABOUT WHAT TO REPLACE OR REPAIR. THIS RECALL HAS BEEN IN EFFECT FOR ALMOST A YEAR. PLEASE MAKE GM REPLACE THE INFLATORS IN MY VEHICLE
"TAKATA RECALL" THIS RECALL WAS ISSUED ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO AND I HAVE CONTACTED GM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT A "REMEDY IS NOT AVAILABLE" I HAVE TWO CHILDREN THAT RIDE IN MY VEHICLE ON A DAILY BASIS AND IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT AND ONE OF THEM IS HURT WITH THE AIR BAGS DUE TO THIS RECALL IT WILL NOT BE A GOOD THING. I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY VEHICLE TO ANY DEALER THAT GM WANTS TO GET THIS REMEDIED AT ANYTIME BUT IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND HALF AND THEY NEED TO REPLACE THESE AIRBAGS ON THESE EFFECTED VEHICLES.
TAKATA RECALL I GOT THE RECALL NOTICE OVER A YEAR AGO, CHEVROLET HAS STILL NOT FIXED THE AIRBAGS. THEY SAID I COULD PAY TO FIX THEM, THEN TRY TO GET REIMBURSED FROM CHEVROLET. IF THEY HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX THE AIRBAGS WHY WON`T THEY FIX THEM.

"TAKATA RECALL" TIRED OF WAITING ON GM TO HANDLE THIS RECALL. I GET THE IDEA GM IS NOT PLANNING ON ADDRESSING THIS RECALL. I WOULD LIKE TO VOICE MY COMPLAINT.

WE GOT A LETTER FROM TK HOLDING INC. SAYING OUT AIRBAG INFLATORS ARE DEFECTIVE AND THEY ARE FILLING GOT CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY AND I HAD A RECALL MAY 16 2016 THE NHTSA # :16V383 AND THE MANUFACTURE #:2049152 I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET IT STRAIGHTEN OUT BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.
