THERE IS A LARGE CRACK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE DASHBOARD. IT IS BY THE AIRBAG. THIS CAUSES THE ENTIRE DASH TO VIBRATE AND MAKE NOISES. I AM AFRAID THAT THE AIRBAG MAY BE COMPROMISED. THIS JUST OCCURRED ONE DAY. MY TAHOE IS KEPT IN THE GARAGE. I HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT OFF ROAD OR 4 WHEEL DRIVING TO CAUSE THIS.
TAKATA RECALL. ITS BEEN A YEAR SINCE GETTING ANY NEW INFORMATION ON THIS PARTICULAR RECALL AND NOW MY DASHBOARD IS CRACKING!!! CALLED ALL CHEVY DEALERS IN HONOLULU AND ITS GOING TO COST AN ARM AND A LEG TO GET MY DASHBOARD CHANGED!!! VERY UNACCEPTABLE THAT GM WON'T FIX THIS PROBLEM. I JUST FINSISHED MY EXTENDED WARRANTY AND NOW THIS HAPPENS!!!! COME ON GM, FESS UP TO THIS PRPBLEM!!!!!
DASHBOARD HAS BEEN CRACKING AROUND PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG AREA, CONCERNING ME THAT IF GOD FORBID AN ACCIDENT HAPPENED AND THE AIRBAG WAS DEPLOYED ON PASSENGER SIDE, SHARDS OF THIS CRACKED DASHBOARD COULD BE DISPERSED INTO THE AREA, CAUSING POSSIBLE LACERATION OR FATAL HARM TO PASSENGER AND DRIVER. WHEN INVESTIGATING, I FOUND THIS TO BE VERY COMMON IN THIS VEHICLE MAKE AND MODEL, WITH MANY MANY PEOPLE( THOUSANDS OF THEM) POSTING PICTURES AND DESCRIBING THE SAME ISSUE IN "THE EXACT SAME SPOTS"!!!!. ALSO, THE CRACKS SEEM TO HAPPEN OVER THE STEERING COLUMN IN ADDITION TO THE PASSENGER AIRBAG, CAUSING MORE SAFETY CONCERNS THAT DRIVING COMPONENTS COULD NOW BE EXPOSED TO DAMAGING HEAT AND ICE RAYS AFFECTING DRIVING SAFETY. I HAVE BROUGHT THIS ISSUE TO GM DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED CAR, AND THEY HAVE IGNORED ME. I HAVE ALSO CALLED CORPORATE, AND THEY HAVE ALSO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THERE IS APPROXIMATELY 20,000 PEOPLE ON A WEB FORUM CALLED "CHANGE.ORG.", THAT HAVE EXPLAINED IDENTICAL CONCERNS FOR AIRBAG SAFETY WITH THESE CRACKING DASHBOARDS, AND THE PETITION HAS EVEN BEEN BROUGHT TO GM CEO ATTENTION. I AM CONCERNED FOR MY FAMILIES WELL-BEING AND LIVES, IF EVER I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WHERE THESE AIRBAGS DEPLOY. THE CRACKED DASHBOARD IN THAT AREA COULD BE A POTENTIAL LETHAL WEAPON CAUSING HARM. THE DASH BOARD IN MY 2010 TAHOE IS CRACK INTO PIECES. I AM TRULY AFRAID THAT IF I HAD A ACCIDENT THAT PIECES OF THE DASH CAN REALLY DO MORE DAMAGE!
OUR DASH CRACKED IN TWO DIFFERENT SPOTS; SURROUNDING THE AIRBAGS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND IN FRONT OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. OUR MAIN CONCERN IS IF THE AIRBAG DEPLOYS, THERE WILL PLASTIC SHRAPNEL THAT WILL FLY OUT. IT WAS NOT CRACKED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE, IT IS A WELL KEPT VEHICLE THAT IS NOT DRIVEN OFFROAD. APPARENTLY THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM THAT CHEVY IS HAVING.
THE DASH BOARD HAS 4 DIFFERENT SPOTS THAT IT IS CRACKING AND KEEP FORMING NEW CRACKS ALL THE TIME WHY ISN'T THERE A RECALL ON THIS COULD THE SHARP PIECES FROM THE DASH PUNCTURE THE AIR BAG AND NOT LET IT PROPERLY INFLATE TO SAVE A PERSONS LIFE OR IS THIS NOT A CONCERN TO CHEVROLET
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT CRACKS APPEARED ON THE DASHBOARD BY THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG LOCATION. THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN IF THE AIR BAG COMPONENTS WOULD BE AFFECTED DUE TO THE FAILURE IMPACTING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE DASHBOARD. THE DEALER (CLAY COOLEY CHEVROLET, 1251 E AIRPORT FWY, IRVING, TX 75062, (469) 351-0319) WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS NO WARRANTY, NO RECALL, AND THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NEED TO BE DIAGNOSED SO THAT THEY COULD ORDER THE PART FOR THE DASHBOARD REPAIRS. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V381000 (AIR BAGS). THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE AND DID NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD ARRIVE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INDICATED THAT THERE WAS NO WARRANTY OR RECALL, AND SUGGESTED THAT THE DEALER REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
THE DASH BOARD IS CRACKING AND FALLING APART. THE VEHICLE IS PARKED INSIDE THE GARAGE DAILY. FOR WHAT THESE VEHICLES COST, THE DASH SHOULDN'T BE FALLING APART. VERY SAD ON GM'S PART.
DASH BOARD CRACKED IN TWO PLACES. ONE NEAR PASSENGER AIRBAG AND THE OTHER IS ABOVE THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. NO ACCIDENT AND CRACKS CAUSING LOOSE DASH BOARD. NOTICED CRACKS WHEN RATTLE SOUND WHILE DRIVING 2/17.
DASHBOARD HAS TWO CRACKS ONE LOCATED ABOVE STEERING AND PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG.
"TAKATA RECALL" I FINALLY GOT A LETTER FROM GM STATING MY VEHICLE WAS UNDER THE RECALL ABOUT 9 MONTHS AGO, IT SAID I WOULD BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE REPLACEMENT AIR BAG WAS AVAILABLE. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED AND I RECENTLY WENT TO A GM DEALER AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. IN THE MEANTIME I FEEL LIKE MY WIFE IS DRIVING AROUND IN A TIME BOMB! I THINK IT'S ABOUT TIME THEY GOT IT FIXED.
IN DECEMBER OF 2013 I DISCOVERED TWO CRACKS IN THE DASHBOARD OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION WITH THE DEALER, THE DASH WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND I PAID $100 PLUS $9.25 IN TAX FOR THE REPLACEMENT. IN JANUARY 2017, THE REPLACEMENT DASH HAS CRACKED AS WELL. THE CRACK IS ALLOWING THE DASH TO BOW AND YOU CAN SEE THE MECHANICS UNDER THE DASH.

AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED FOR THE RECALL REMEDY WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE AND NO ESTIMATED TIME FOR RECEIVING THE PARTS COULD BE PROVIDED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
CRACKED DASHBOARD BEHIND THE STEERING WHEEL AND JUST BEHIND THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG.
I AM THE 2ND OWNER OF MY 2010 CHEVY TAHOE Z71. I LOVE THE VEHICLE BUT RECENTLY, THE CRACK THAT WAS ONCE A SMALL MINUTE CRACK ABOVE THE DRIVER SIDE DASHBOARD HAS DRAMATICALLY BECOME LARGER. WHEN I START MY CAR, THERE IS ALWAYS A POPPING SOUND OF THE PLASTIC AS THE DASHBOARD CRACKS. THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER CRACK NEAR THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG WHICH CONCERNS ME. I RECENTLY WENT TO MY LOCAL DEALER WHO I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM AND THEY TOLD ME TO "CONTACT GM AND EXPRESS YOUR CONCERN". THAT DOESN'T SEEM TO SOLVE A PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IF INTERNET SEARCH HAS SHOWN AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF OWNERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED BY A RECALL BY GM.
THE DASH IN MY TAHOE RECENTLY CRACKED, & UPON LOOKING ON THE WEB, APPEARS TO BE IN THE SAME PLACE AS MANY OTHERS' ISSUE. I'M NOT SURE WHEN THE CRACK HAPPENED (DRIVING, PARKED, ETC.), BUT IT BECAME VISIBLE TO MY ATTENTION THE OTHER DAY AFTER SOME COLD EVENINGS (COLD FOR SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA). I USE A SUNSHADE WHEN POSSIBLE. IT IS A REGULAR DRIVER. IMAGE BELOW IS NOT MY VEHICLE BUT ALMOST AN EXACT PLACEMENT VERSION FOR REFERENCE. *TR
TAKATA RECALL HAS BEEN AN ONGOING, UNRESOLVABLE ISSUE SINCE IT BEGAN. THE DEALER HAS NO INSIGHT AS TO WHEN, IF EVER, IT WILL BE FIXED. THEY SAY TO KEEP WATCHING THE NHTSA/GM BOARDS FOR UPDATES. OTHER ISSUE IS THE DASHBOARD & ITS CRACKING. I HAD FILED WITH THE NHTSA IN 2017 WITH THE ORIGINAL CRACK THAT HAPPENED BY THE PASSENGER AIRBAG (YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ASSIGNED BY NHTSA FOR THIS ISSUE IS 10939141), BUT AM ADDING THIS SITE NOW. ADDITIONALLY, THE DASH HAS CRACKED BEHIND THE DRIVER'S "POD", CONNECTIONS HAVE LET LOOSE FOR THE MIDDLE PORTION OF THE DASH ALLOWING IT TO FLAP OVER BUMPS & THE LATEST IS THE NEW METALLIC RATTLE THAT HAS BEGUN SOMEWHERE BEHIND THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/DASH AREA. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY CRACKING OFF OF SHARDS, BUT AS THE TRUCK WAS REGULARLY GARAGED, PARKED IN A PARKING GARAGE AT WORK, & NOW IN A CARPORT, IT'S FRUSTRATING TO HAVE THINGS OCCUR WITHOUT THE BLAZING SUN TO CONTRIBUTE. UNLIKE OTHERS, I HAVEN'T HAD MAJOR CUTS OR FLYING PIECES, JUST SMALL CUTS TO FINGERS WHEN I FORGETFULLY AM WIPING DOWN THE DASH. I'VE SPOKEN WITH THE DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES AS THINGS HAVE PROGRESSED ON THE DASH & INITIALLY THEY SAID IT WAS UNFORTUNATE & TO WATCH THE ORIGINAL ONE (PASSENGER AIRBAG AREA), BUT AS THERE ARE NOW MORE ISSUES WITH THE DASH, THEY SAY TO TAKE IT UP WITH GM DIRECTLY. I HAVEN'T STARTED THAT PROCESS YET, BUT AS THE AIRBAGS & THE DASH ARE A NEVER-ENDING ISSUE, I WILL MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO START.
THE DASHBOARD HAS CRACKED OVER THE AIRBAG AND IF THE AIRBAG DEPLOYS THERE WILL BE SHARDS OF PLASTIC PROPELLED AS SHRAPNEL THROUGHOUT THE CAR. THE CRACK APPEARED AFTER USING THE DEFROSTERS ON A COLD DAY. THERE WAS NO IMPACT TO THE DASHBOARD NOR ANY WEIGHT PLACED ON IT. IT WAS JUST A "CRACK" SOUND AND IT APPEARED.
THE DASH BOARD IN THE VEHICLE HAS 2 CRACKS IN IT. COULD BE A SAFETY HAZARD INVOLVING THE AIRBAGS. ONE CRACK IS LOCATED AT THE CURVE OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ON THE GEAR SELECTOR SIDE AND THE OTHER IS LOCATED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND THE CRACKS WERE ALREADY THERE. I KNOW THAT THIS IS A POPULAR PROBLEM AND I BELIEVE THAT GM HAS PROFITED GREATLY FROM THE SALES OF THESE VEHICLES AND SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INTEGRITY OF THEIR PRODUCT. *TR
THE DASHBOARD OF MY CHEVY TAHOE HAS BECOME CRACKED IN MULTIPLE PLACES. ONE OF THE CRACKS GOES FROM THE WINDSHIELD TO THE FRONT OF THE DASHBOARD. THE CRACKS SEEM LIKE A SAFETY HAZARD SPECIFICALLY IN THE EVENT OF A CAR ACCIDENT. IN A CAR ACCIDENT THE CRACKS MAY IMPEDE THE OPERATION OF THE AIRBAGS OR ALLOW PORTIONS OF THE DASHBOARD TO MORE EASILY BECOME PROJECTILES WHICH COULD CAUSE INJURY TO MYSELF OR PASSENGERS IN MY VEHICLE.
THE CRACKING DASH, IN MY OPINION, ON A 2010 CHEVY TAHOE HAS BEEN A LONG RUNNING ISSUE THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR. ASIDE FROM THE PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND SAGGING, I FEEL THAT IN THE EVENT OF AN AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT THERE WOULD BE MORE CHANCE FOR IMPROPER INFLATION OR FRAGMENTS FROM ALREADY BROKEN DASH BECOMING PROJECTILES. THE BLIND EYE THAT HAS BEEN TURNED TO THIS ISSUE FROM THE POWERS AT BE IS ASTONISHING. I BELIEVE THE CONSUMER HAS BEEN DONE AN UNJUST SERVICE WHILE THE MANUFACTURER IS GETTING AWAY WITH NOT HAVING TO CORRECT A SAFETY FAULT.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE DASHBOARD BY THE AIR BAG WAS FRACTURED. THE CONTACT ALSO NOTICED A FRACTURE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DASHBOARD OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE INSPECTED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
I HAVE TWO CRACKS ON THE DASH OF MY 2010 CHEVROLET TAHOE 4D 4X4 LTZ ONE IS HALF WAY UP MY INSTRUMENT PANEL SIDE THE OTHER GOES TO THE CORNER OF MY AIRBAG OPENING.
THE DASHBOARD IS CRACKING IN MULTIPLE PLACES. THE CRACKS ARE GETTING WORSE WITH TIME. THIS COULD CAUSE FRAGMENTS OF SHARP PLASTIC TO BE LAUNCHED INTO THE VEHICLE IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT MAY ALSO BE COMPROMISED.
DASH IS CRACKED WITH SHARP PLASTIC SHARDS PROTRUDING AROUND AIR BAGS AND INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
I NOTICED THAT THE DASH IN MY 2010 CHEVROLET TAHOE LTZ IS CRACKED ABOVE THE AIR BAG ON PASSENGER SIDE. I ALSO HAVE READ WHERE THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS HAPPENING TO LOT OF TAHOES , SUBURBANS AND YUKONS ETC. THIS SHOULD BE UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE SPEND ON THESE VEHICLES . SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THIS. MY TAHOE STAYS GARAGE KEPT OUT OF THE SUN AND THIS STILL HAPPENED.
DASHBOARD CRACKING. POSSIBLE COMPROMISING THE AIR BAG FUNCTIONALITY.

SAME CRACK IN DASH AS 1000'S OF OTHER OWNERS OF TAHOES. GM REFUSES TO CLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND IS ASKING $1200 FOR THE REPLACEMENT. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD AS IT IS CRACKED AT THE AIR BAG.
'TAKATA RECALL' IT'S BEEN A CONSISTENT DOWN FALL OF MY DASH AROUND MY AIR BAG. THEIR IS A GAPING HOLE ABOVE MY AIRBAG NOW. THE SERVICE GENTLEMAN AT AUTONATION STATED IF THE SHRAPNEL FROM THE AIR BAG DOES NOT GET YOU, YOUR DASH BOARD SHRAPNEL WILL! LAST JANUARY I SIMPLY WIPING MY DASH DOWN SLICED OPEN MY HAND REQUIRING STITCHES. I MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR MY AIRBAG REPLACEMENT THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHY I WAS DRIVING THERE TO DROP MY VEHICLE OFF BUT ONCE I ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THERE IS STILL NO PART AVAILABLE. THE TECHNICIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISARM THE ARM BAGS. IN MOTION THE ENTIRE DASH VIBRATES, THE SMALLEST BUMP CAUSED PIECES TO FALL OFF, GOING OVER RAILROAD TRACKS A CHUNK BROKE OFF AND HIT ME IN MY RIGHT EYE. I FEAR FOR THE SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN WHICH MY 4 YEAR OLD ALSO CUT THE SIDE OF HER ARM ON MY DASH. THE DATE BELOW IF AROUND WHEN I RECIEVED THE AIRBAG RECALL.
DASH HAS CRACKS ON IT. IF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOY IT COULD SEND SHARDS FLYING. COMPROMISE THE AIR BAG INTEGRITY.
DRIVERS SIDE DASH IS CRACKING TWO PLACES AND SPREADING HIGHER TOWARDS THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. HAPPENED BETWEEN 8/26/16 8/28/16. HAPPENED WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON A CITY STREET. ABOVE THE CENTER SPEAKER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DASH THE PLASTIC CLIPS THAT HOLD THE TWO PIECE DASH TOGETHER ALSO BROKE TO. I'M WORRIED THAT IT'LL GET WORSE AND POSSIBLY COME LOOSE. BETWEEN THE TWO CRACKS THE PLASTIC IS FAIRLY LOOSE. I'VE READ A LOT OF REVIEWS ABOUT THIS ISSUE. FROM 2007 TO 2010 TAHOE'S ARE THE WORST.
DASHBOARD CRACKED, BROKEN PIECES FELL INSIDE, DASHBOARD HAS A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE. CRACK IN DASHBOARD IS EXPANDING.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (MCKELVEY CHEVROLET, 17488 US-280 DADEVILLE, AL 36853) WHO STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACTED MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V381000 (AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 74,488. UPDATED 11/07/17*LJ *TR
THE DASH BOARD HAS CRACKED AT THE AIRBAG COVER OVER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, ALSO ON THE DRIVER SIDE DASH IT HAS CRACKED AND BEGINNING TO CREATE A HOLE. I'M JUST NOW FINDING THAT THERE HAS BEEN OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THIS AND OTHER CHEVY MODELS.
MY DASH IS CRACKED! THIS IS A DEFECT AND SHOULD BE A RECALL. I WANT TO GET THIS FIXED BEFORE IT TOTALLY FALLS APART. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WHEN I NOTICED IT.

2010 TAHOE LT - GARAGE KEPT SINCE BOUGHT IN 2011 - DASH HAS CRACKED AT THE TOP LEFT OF THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG. THIS POSES A SIGNIFICANT RISK IF THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG WERE TO DEPLOY. LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS TO GET THIS FIXED. VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE GARAGE AND WAS FINE, THE NEXT MORNING THE DASH WAS CRACKED.
THE DASH BOARD CRACKED AFTER BEU6NG PARKED OUTSIDE FOR NO MORE THAN 4 HOURS.

THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V381000 (AIR BAGS) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO PERFORM THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALER DECLINED A LOANER VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. IN 2016 WE WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT A RECALL ON OUR 2010 CHEVY TAHOE. THE RECALL WAS FOR THE TAKATA AIR BAGS. WE WOULD RECEIVE MORE DETAILS ON HOW TO FIX THIS AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING TO DATE. I HAVE GONE TO THE DEALERSHIP A COUPLE TIMES AND THERE IS STILL NO FIX. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHEN THAT WILL HAPPEN. IN MEANTIME, I AM TAKING CHANCES DRIVING OUR VEHICLE SHOULD A CRASH HAPPENS AND AIRBAGS DEPLOY.

TAKATA RECALL I WAS NOTIFIED IN JULY 2016 THAT MY VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN THIS RECALL. I HAVE CALLED CHEVROLET SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST YEAR AND 5 MONTHS AND THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO REPAIR IT. I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM TK HOLDINGS INC, THAT NOTIFIES ME THAT THEY HAVE FILED CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRING MY AIRBAG? THE VEHICLE IS OBVIOUSLY NOT SAFE TO DRIVE IF YOU ARE IN AN ACCIDENT. I AM UNABLE TO SALE MY VEHICLE UNTIL THE AIRBAG IS REPAIRED.

RECALL FOR PASSENGER-SIDE AIRBAG HAS NOT BEEN PERFORMED AFTER BEING REQUESTED AND PARTS BEING ON ORDER SINCE JUNE 2016. CANNOT OBTAIN AN EXPECTED PARTS DELIVERY DATE FROM MY DEALER.
THE DASHBOARD OF MY 2010 CHEVROLET TAHOE IS CRACKED FROM ABOVE THE STEERING WHEEL IN 3 AREAS TH THE CORNER OF THE PASSENGER AIRBAG.
TAKATA RECALL, THE DASHBOARD IS CRACKING AND SHATTERING INTO SMALL PIECES AND WHEN YOU USE THE DEFROST THE LITTLE PIECES OF DEBRIS START FLYING EVERYWHERE INCLUDING THE DRIVERS FACE. AND IT'S VERY ANNOYING AND DISTRACTING. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.
