MY DASHBOARD HAS A 2" CRACK STARTING FROM THE TOP OF THE AIRBAG AND RUNNING UP TO THE HEAT EXCHANGE VENT. THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN AND I HEARD A POPPING/CRACKING SOUND AND AFTER I RETURNED FROM MY TRIP I NOTICED THE SMALL CRACK IN THE DASH.THE CRACK CONTINUES TO GROW AND NOW HAS SPREAD ALONG THE HEAT EXCHANGE. CHEVROLET SAID I WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE DASH AT MY EXPENSE. THE VEHICLE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND BECAUSE SUCH CARE HAS BEEN PROVIDED IT SHOULD BE WARRANTIED BY CHEVROLET.
DASH CRACKED ABOVE AIRBAG ON PASSENGER SIDE AND CRACKED ABOVE THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ON DRIVERS SIDE!
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET TAHOE. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE SUN ROOF ABRUPTLY SHATTERED INTO PIECES. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
MY 2014 TAHOE DASH IS CRACKED BETWEEN THE PASSENGER AIRBAG AND THE WINDSHIELD VENT. I IS JUST HARD PLASTIC. I HAVE A SUNROOF AND KEEP IT OPEN DURING THE HOT MONTHS AND THE WINDOWS ARE CRACKED TO ALLOW THE HOT AIR TO ESCAPE. I ALSO KEEP HUGE SUN SHADES IN THE WINDSHIELD. I TRIED TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. ALL SHE COULD DO WAS TRY TO MEND THE CRACK BUT DIDN'T HAVE ANY LUCK IN FILLING THE GAP. SHE SAID SHE SEES A LOT OF THESE AND BELIEVES IT IS DUE TO A DESIGN FLAW. I BELIEVE IT TOO. MY DASH STILL MOVE UP AND DOWN WHEN DRIVING. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL AND REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT GM'S EXPENSE. I HAVE ASKED MY LOCAL CHEVY DEALERSHIP HOW MUCH FOR THEM TO INSTALL A NEW ONE. IT WOULD BE $ 1,500.00. I NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO BECAUSE IT INVOLVES THE AIRBAG. I AM A DEVOTED CHEVY OWNER AND HAVE SPENT WAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO HAVE SOMETHING LIKE CHEAP PLASTIC AS A DASHBOARD.
DASHBOARD CRACKED BY PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG AND DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL
DASHBOARD SEVERELY CRACKED ABOVE THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
THERE IS A DASHBOARD CRACK NEAR THE PASSENGER SIDE DASHBOARD AIRBAG COVER. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THIS YEAR AND MODEL VEHICLE.
WAS GETTING 20 TO 22 MPG ON THE HIGHWAY THEN IT SUDDENLY DROPPED TO WHERE I WOULD ONLY BE GETTING 15 TO 16 MPG. I HAVE ALSO GONE OUT AND GOTTEN GAS THE NIGHT BEFORE AND AFTER RESETING THE AVERAGE MPG I WOULD BE BACK UP TO GETTING 19 TO 20 ON CITY STREETS AND GO OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND ON THE FIRST START UP AND IT WOULD DROP BACK DOWN TO 12 TO 13 ON WHILE STATIONARY AND STAY THAT WAY FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK EVEN AFTER GOING BACK ON THE HIGHWAY AT TIMES. I HAVE HAD THE EFI CLEANED AT LEAST 3 TO 4 TIMES SINCE OWNING THE VEHICLE. SO I'M STARTING TO WONDER IF A PART OF THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT COULD POSSIBLY NOT BE WORKING PROPERLY.
DASHBOARD IS CRACKED AND OUT OF WARRANTY. THIS VEHICLE IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD.
TAKATA RECALL CRACKING DASH BY THE PASSENGER AIR BAG VEHICLE ONLY HAS 39,000 MILES
DASHBOARD CRACKED BY AIR BAG AND NOW CRACKED BY STEERING WHEEL
ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHEN ACCELERATING, HIGHWAY AND SUBDIVISION STREETS, THE VEHICLES TRAILER BRAKE WOULD ENGAGE AND THE CAR WOULD BECOME UNSAFE TO CONTINUE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE'S RADIO WOULD ALSO RANDOMLY RESTART, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WOULD FLICKER ON AND OFF AND THE POWER DOOR LOCKS WOULD CYCLE UP AND DOWN CONTINUOUSLY. THE ONLY WANT TO RESET THE VEHICLE WAS TO TURN IT OFF FOR A LITTLE BIT AND THEN BACK ON AND THE PROBLEM WOULD GO AWAY FOR A LITTLE WHILE. THERE ARE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS ONLINE OF OTHER CHEVY VEHICLES HAVING VERY SIMILAR ISSUES, ALL WHICH SEEM TO BE RELATED TO THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE NOT PROPERLY HANDLING THE LOAD AND NEEDING TO BE REPLACED.
DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD, MY DASHBOARD CRACKED ON THE CORNER OF THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG. THE DASHBOARD WAS NOT STRUCK IN ANYWAY OR THE CAR DID NOT HIT A BUMP. I'M AFRAID OF THE CRACK BEING THERE BECAUSE IT IS SO CLOSE TO THE AIRBAG HOUSING.
GM RECALL NUMBER: 16145 INDICATES ENGINE COOLING FAN FIRE IS POSSIBLE AND VEHICLES SHOULD NOT BE LEFT TO IDLE. OUR DEPARTMENT WAS NOTIFIED IN NOVEMBER BUT PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE TO MAKE THE CORRECTION. THIS POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS MANY OF THESE TAHOES AFFECTED AND 3 OF THEM ARE K-9 VEHICLES THAT REQUIRE LONG PERIODS OF IDLING TO KEEP THE K-9 COOL. (I AM SURE THIS IS THE CASE FOR POLICE DEPTS. ACROSS THE US) I HAVE CALLED GM CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTING MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECALL PARTS PRODUCTION OR IF THERE IS ANYTHING THEY CAN DO FOR OUR K-9 VEHICLES SPECIFICALLY BEFORE THE WEATHER GETS WARMER AND I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY ASSISTANCE. I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD CONTINUE TO CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR INFORMATION. THEY GAVE ME A REFERENCE NUMBER TO MY CASE 8-2851903801. *THIS IS THE VIN I USED WHEN CONTACTING GM, NOTE WE HAVE OTHER VEHICLES WE WANT FIXED QUICKLY ALSO. WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE YET BUT THIS KNOWN PROBLEM PUTS LAW ENFORCEMENT AT RISK OF LONG RESPONSE TIME AND A SERVICE ANIMAL AT RISK FOR FATALITY OR HARM.
SEVERAL LARGE CRACKS APPEARING IN THE DASHBOARD ABOVE THE STEERING WHEEL AND ALONG THE SPEAKERS IN THE DASHBOARD.
ON JAN. 15TH, 2017 MY 2014 CHEVY TAHOE GOT A CRACK ON DASH BOARD LOCATED ON PASSENGER SIDE BY AIR BAG. OTHER ISSUE IS THE DRIVER SIDE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE IS ALSO BREAKING OFF. TOOK MY VEHICLE TO CHUCK NASH CHEVY IN SAN MARCOS, TX ON 1-25-17 & SERVICE ADVISOR MENTIONED THESE ARE WAY TO COMMON ISSUES WITH THESE VEHICLES AND CHEVY MOTORS IS FULLY AWARE OF THE ISSUES. SERVICE ADVISOR MENTIONED THE NEWER VEHICLES SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE ISSUES ANYMORE. HOWEVER, I AM EXPECTED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AS MY WARRANTY OUT.
THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILS, CAUSING THE ENTIRE CAR TO STOP OPERATING. GM SAYS THAT THEY WILL NOT FIX, EVEN THOUGH THEY PUT OUT A GM RECALL BULLETIN 14515B. GM SAYS MY VIN# IS NOT INCLUDED. IT IS A 2014 WITH THE SAME ISSUE AS IN BULLETIN? INTERIOR LIGHTS BLINK, SERVICE TRAILER BRAKE CONTROL LIGHT COMES ON, THEN ENTIRE VEHICLE LOSES ALL ELECTRICAL. CAR STOPS AND WILL NOT RESTART. FIRST STARTED IN 04/16, EVERY FEW MONTHS, AND MOST RECENTLY 01/04/17 AND AGAIN 01/14/17. *TR
MY TAHOE HAS TWO MAJOR CRACKS ABODE THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND BY THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG AND GM REFUSES TO ADMIT THAT THEY HAVE A ONGOING AND SERIOUS ISSUE THAT IF THE AIRBAG WAS TO DEPLOY WOULD BE A SAFETY ISSUE
THE DASH SURROUNDING THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG HAS DEVELOPED MULTIPLE CRACKS. THIS CREATES CONCERN WITH THE INTEGRITY OF THE PLASTIC IF THE AIRBAG WERE TO DEPLOY. THIS VEHICLE IS GARAGE KEPT AND ONLY USED ON THE WEEKENDS DUE TO THE USE OF ANOTHER VEHICLE FOR WORK.
THE DASHBOARD IS CRACKED IN THREE PLACES WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF EACH OTHER. I WAS DRIVING 35 MPH WHEN I HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD THAT CAUSED THE FIRST CRACK TO OCCUR IN THE CENTER. THEN THE OTHER TWO HAPPENED JUST WITH NO OTHER PRESSURE OR DRIVING HAZARDS.
THE DASH HAS CRACKED AND WAS TOLD BY MY COUNTY OFFICER THAT IF I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT MY AIRBAGS MAY NOT DEPLOY. ALSO I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PUT GAS IN MY SUV DUE TO IT TAKING 27 MINUTES BECAUSE IT CLICKS OFF.
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET TAHOE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF AN INTERIM RECALL NOTICE FROM THE MANUFACTURER CONCERNING THE AIR BAGS IN MID JULY OF 2016. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER (COVERT BUICK GMC 11750 RESEARCH BLVD, AUSTIN, TX 78759 (512) 583-3411) INDICATED THAT FURTHER TESTING WAS BEING DONE FOR MONTHS BY GM AND THEY HAD NOT YET PROVIDED A REMEDY AND PARTS TO SERVICE THE AIR BAG ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AGAIN TO DETERMINE WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR PARTS. THE CONTACT WAS NOT EXPERIENCING A FAILURE.

WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE REAR HATCH AJAR WARNING INDICATOR AND THE INTERIOR LIGHTING ILLUMINATED AND ALL OF THE DOORS UNLOCKED INDEPENDENTLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V614000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2014 CHEVY TAHOE WITH RIGHT AT 40,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. SHORTLY AFTER I NOTICED THE DASH HAD CRACKED ON THE DRIVER SIDE BY THE TOP AIR VENT. THE CRACK HAS GOTTEN EVEN BIGGER IN THE FOLLOWING WEEKS. I ALSO HAVE A 2007 CHEVY SILVERADO AND THE DASH IS CRACKED ON IT AS WELL. I KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THIS SAME ISSUE WITH POOR QUALITY GM PARTS. MY TAHOE IS AN LTZ AND EXPECT QUALITY WHEN BUYING SUCH. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP I BOUGHT THE TAHOE FROM AND WAS INFORMED THEY DO NOT FIX THESE UNLESS I WANT TO PAY FOR IT ALL OUT OF MY POCKET. THIS IS A GM QUALITY ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE RECALLED AND REPAIRED BY GM NOT THE CONSUMER.
CRACKING DASH BOARD. MY CAR WAS BOUGHT BRAND NEW AND MY FIRST CRACK OCCURED AT 2 YEARS OLD TO THE LEFT CORNER OF MY AIRBAG. SECOND CRACK JUST RECENTLY OCCURED NEAR DRIVERS SIDE. CHEVROLET AND MY DEALERSHIP ARE NOT HELPING ME TO REPLACE MY DASH.
THERE ARE SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE PLASTIC FRONT DASH. ONE CRACK IN FRONT OF PASSENGER FRONT SEAT NEAR AIRBAG. ONE IN FRONT DASH IN FRONT OF DRIVER SEAT. THE INSIDE DOOR PANEL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE ALSO IS BROKEN. THE PART THAT YOU GRAB TO CLOSE THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE.
2014 CHEVROLET TAHOE. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE SIDE BLIND ZONE ALERT SYSTEM FAILURE. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED THE SIDE BLIND ZONE ALERT DID NOT PROVIDE SAFETY OR SECURITY DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE SYSTEM FAILED TO OPERATE ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER, THE CONDITION WAS NORMAL. *JB
A NUMBER OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IN ARIZONA ARE CONTINUING TO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WITH 2012-2017 CHEVROLET TAHOE PPV'S ON HIGH TEMPERATURE DAYS. THE PROBLEM MANIFESTS ITSELF AT TEMPERATURES ABOVE 100 DEGREES, EXHIBITS LACK OF ACCELERATION PULLING INTO TRAFFIC AND STALLING WHEN BOTH IN MOTION AND SITTING IDLING. THE, ISSUE, FOR THE ORO VALLEY POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED IN THE SUMMER OF 2015 AND INCLUDED VEHICLES IN OUR FLEET FROM 2012'S THROUGH 2015'S. THIS SUMMER, MORE VEHICLES EXHIBITED THE ISSUES TO INCLUDE 2016'S INCLUDING ANOTHER AGENCY'S 2017 THAT BECAME AN ITEM OF DISCUSSION AT A GM CONFERENCE ON FLEET VEHICLES HELD UP IN PHOENIX. GM SPENT APPROXIMATELY A YEAR AND A HALF TRYING TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM TO EVENTUALLY DETERMINE THAT THE FUEL PUMPS NEEDED TO BE REDESIGNED ALONG WITH A NEW HIGH PRESSURE FUEL LINE. WE HAVE HAD SOME VEHICLES RECEIVE THE NEW PUMPS, BUT NOT ALL AS THE ISSUES WENT AWAY AS THE TEMPERATURES WENT BELOW 100. AT THIS DATE WE ARE NOT SURE IF THE "FIX" IS LIMITED TO 2015'S AND 16'S AND ARE LEFT WITH POSSIBLE ISSUES WITH 2012-2014'S. AT A GM CONFERENCE ON 6/29/17, IN DISCUSSION WITH THE REGIONAL FLEET SALES REP FOR GM, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WERE NO REDESIGNED FUEL PUMPS AND HIGH PRESSURES HOSES AVAILABLE IN THE U.S. AND NO TIME TABLE FOR THE EXISTENCE OF SAME. IT WAS LEARNED AT THE GM CONFERENCE THAT NUMEROUS AGENCIES ARE EXPERIENCING THE ISSUES. OUR DEPARTMENT HAS DOCUMENTATION THAT WOULD FAIRLY CLEARLY SHOW THAT THE ISSUES DESCRIBED ARE OCCURRING TO CIVILIAN CHEVROLET TAHOES ALSO. INDICATIONS ARE GM CONTINUES TO PUT OLD FUEL PUMPS ON VEHICLES PRODUCED AFTER THE REDESIGN. THE POOR ACCELERATION AND STALLING IS A SIGNIFICANT SAFETY CONCERN FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT. GM HAS BEEN LESS THAN HELPFUL IN CORRECTING THE OVERALL PROBLEMS AND LESS THAN FORTHCOMING ABOUT THE EXTENT OF THE PROBLEM.
DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE (I-90 MT), ON CRUISE CONTROL, BRAKING FOR A CAR IN FRONT GOING SLOWER, FOUND THAT NO BRAKING OCCURRED, SUDDEN ACCELERATION TO 90 MPH, TRIED TO CHANGE GEARS, TURN OFF ENGINE, PUMP BRAKES WITHOUT RESULTS, THEN GLANCING BLOW TO VEHICLE IN FRONT, NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYED, BAILED OFF ROAD INTO BURROW PIT, EVENTUALLY SLOWED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER FOR WEEKS AND WAS NOT ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME OF WHEN THE RECALLS WOULD BE PERFORMED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED NEW AND HAS CRACKING ON DASHBOARD NEAR AIRBAG. BOTH FRONT DOORS HAVE LOST ALL PLASTIC IN THE DOOR HANDLE MAKING IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GRIP DOOR TO CLOSE THE DOORS, NO FORM LEFT TO DOOR HANDLE. BOTH DOOR AND DASH HAVE BEEN THIS WAY FOR 2 YEARS AND OUT OF WARRANTY SO NO ONE WILL FIX THE ISSUES!

CLASSIC CHEVERLOT SOLD ME MY TAHOE AND TAKING RESPONSIBILITY SINCE DAY ONE FOR THE ORIGINAL RECALL . I HAVE BEEN HERE 2015/2016/ 2017/2018/2019 FOR THE 'TRAILER BREAKING SYSTEM ' PER DASH BOARD FLASHING AT ME. THEN CAR DOESN'T WANT TO START AND IT'S NOT MY BATTERY!!! IT'S A DEFECT IN THE CAR MODULE SYSTEM!
CHASI ELECTRICAL COMPONENT RECALL , TRAILER BREAKING SYSTEM , CAR DEAD WON'T START 3 YEARS OF THIS , BATTERY REPLACED EVERY YEAR , SPARK PLUGS ETC I HAVE BEEN TO CLASSIC CHEVERLOT VERY YEAR AND THEY JUST SIT THERE AND DIE THE SAME THING AND PULL RECORDS SAYING SHOWED BATTERY AND THAT'S FRAUD . I BRING IN FOR THIS AND STARTS WITH CAR NOT STARTING THEN BREAKING SYSTEM AND THEN AL POWER LOSS .PURCHASED VEHICLE 5/2014, RECALLED , 12-2015 12-2016, 12-2017,1-2019. SAME THING CAR WON'T START , FLASHES TRAILER BREAKING SYSTEM

HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO DEALER. DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID IT WAS A KNOWN PROBLEM, AND SAID THEY APPLIED MANUFACTURER SOFTWARE UPDATE THAT WAS ISSUED. DEALER SAID THAT NO OFFICIAL RECALL HAD BEEN ISSUED BY MANUFACTURER BUT A SERVICE BULLETIN AND SOFTWARE PATCH HAD BEEN ISSUED. VEHICLE RETURNED. 'SERVICE 4WD' WARNING LIGHT STILL COMES ON EVERY TIME VEHICLE IS STARTED DESPITE SOFTWARE PATCH. KEEP VEHICLE 4WD SELECTOR SET TO 2WD IN FEAR THAT USING 4WD OR AUTO WILL RE-ENGAGE 4WD AND VEHICLE WILL BE STUCK IN THAT MODE - DIFFICULT TO DRIVE OR STEER, AND UNABLE TO ACCELERATE TO NORMAL ROAD SPEEDS. *TR
WAS ACCELERATING ON THE INTERSTATE ON-RAMP. ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND WHEN I RELEASED FOOT OFF PEDAL, IT STAYED IN ITS POSITION CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO CONTINUE TO ACCELERATE. I STOMPED ON PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT TO RELEASE. IT FINALLY RELEASED AND I WAS IN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. *TR

VEHICLE PRESENTED WITH NEAR COMPLETE STALLING AT IDLE IN PARK, AS WELL AS IDLE IN DRIVE WITH BRAKE APPLIED - WHERE ENGINE INTERMITTENTLY HAS TROUBLE STABILIZING RPMS BETWEEN 0.7 AND 0.6, AND THE GAUGE NEEDLE MOVES BACK AND FORTH, SOMETIMES ERRATICALLY. ALSO LACK OF POWER OR LAG, SEVERAL SECONDS HESITATION UPON RAPID AND NON-RAPID ACCELERATION (MAKING EVEN GAUGING AND PULLING DIRECTLY OUT INTO HIGHWAY SPEED TRAFFIC UNSAFE), UNCONTROLLED IDLE SURGE WHEN IDLE STALLING REGAINED THROTTLE (RESULTING IN FORWARD LUNGING). VEHICLE RECEIVED A HOT WEATHER SURGE/SAG ENGINE CALIBRATION WHICH ONLY SEEMED TO MITIGATE SOME SEVERITY OF SYMPTOMS, BUT PROBLEMS RETURNED WITHIN DAYS TO WEEKS. VEHICLE RECEIVED AT LEAST ANOTHER TWO SEPARATE ENGINE CALIBRATIONS WITH SAME RESULTS. WITH LESS THAN 15K MILES, ORIGINAL SYMPTOMS REMAIN AND ECHO THOSE OF SEVERAL OTHER USERS IN THE SAME AGENCY (EVEN IN COOLER WEATHER). THESE ARE VERY SIMILAR TO SAFETY CONCERNS RAISED IN THE 2013 MODEL IN COMPLAINTS BY MUNICIPALITIES IN NHTSA COMPLAINTS ID# 10598212 06/19/14 AND 10641010 10/14/14.
