AIR BAG LIGHT IS ON AND WAS TOLD BY DEALERSHIP IT WAS SOMETHING WITH THE HEAD RESTRAINT....IN WITCH I SEE HAS BEEN RECALLED ALREADY BUT MY VEHICLE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL WHEN I SEARCH MY VIN....HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THIS
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE CONTACT OBSERVED LIQUID LEAKING FROM UNDER THE ENGINE AREA AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE INCREASED. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER AND NOTICED AN ABNORMAL SEWAGE ODOR UNDER THE HOOD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE LOCAL DEALER (CHEVROLET & IMPORTS 210 MACCORKLE AVE SW, SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV, 25303) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THERE WOULD BE A DIAGNOSTIC FEE. THE CONTACT DID NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT DUE TO THE FEE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. ELECTRICAL SHORT, DESTROYED ALTERNATOR, PCM AND BATTERY. MANUFACTURER IS REFUSING TO PAY OR HELP . UPON REVIEWING THER INTERNET WE NOTICED THAT MOST OF THERE VEHICLES SINCE 2012 HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM THE FEE TO PAY IS OVER 2000.00 AN NO GUARANTEE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
LAST NIGHT MY ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL (ETC) LIGHT CAME ON. I MADE IT HOME JUST FINE AND THE LIGHT WAS ONLY ON FOR A FEW SECS. THIS MORNING I TURNED THE CORNER ON A STREET MY CAR WOULDN'T GO OVER 20 MPH. THE ETC LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED ON. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT BACK HOME. I'VE BEEN DOING RESEARCH AND THIS SEEMS TO BE A POPULAR (NOT POPULAR) PROBLEM. MY CAR HAS APPROX. 78,000 MILES. IT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER YET.
I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT, THE FRONT AIR BAG ON THE DRIVER SIDE BURST OPEN AND ALL THIS MIST OF DUST CAME OUT OF THE BAG. THE BAG HIT MY FACE, UNDER MY MOUTH, AND PUSHED MY HAND AGAINST THE DRIVER DOOR AND THE LEFT HAND BROKE. THE OTHER AIRBAG DID NOT BURST OPEN LIKE THE DRIVER SIDE. I HAD RED MARKS ON BOTH ARMS, FACE, AND CHEST, WITH A NOT UNDER MY CHIN. I HAVE BEING HAVE HEADACHES EVERYDAY SINCE THE ACCIDENT.
I WAS DRIVING STRAIGHT ON THE HIGHWAY MY CARS ENGINE LOST ALL POWER. LIGHTS STILL WORKED, IT JUST WOULDN'T RUN, I GOT MY CAR BRAND NEW LESS THEN 5 MILES ON IT, IT WONT RUN NOW WONT TURN OVER WONT DO ANYTHING. DEALERSHIP CLAIMS THAT THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS HAPPENING. NOW I HAVE A CAR SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY GOOD FOR NOTHING OTHER THEN A THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLAR PAPER WEIGHT CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP
IN JUNE 4, 2016 I WAS ATTENDING 2 HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATIONS. IT WAS RAINING THAT MORNING SO MY WIPERS WERE ON. I GET TO THE CENTER AND GO INSIDE. AFTER THE 2ND GRADUATION AND SPEAKING WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS I GO TO THE PARKING GARAGE TO LEAVE. I GET TO MY CAR TO FIND MY WIPERS STILL GOING. I GET IN THE CAR A TRY TO TURN THE SWITCH OFF. ITS ALREADY OFF. I DRIVE HOME. MY HUSBAND AND I CHECK FOR THE FUSE TO REMOVE. NO LUCK. HE DISCONNECTS THE BATTERY. THERE IS A LOT GOING ON SO I GET IT TO A MECHANIC A WEEK LATER. HE TESTS IT AND THE RESULTS COME BACK AS THE WIPER MOTOR. WE SCHEDULE THE REPAIR BUT FINDS IT IS NOT THE MOTOR. HE RETESTS THE CAR AND TELLS ME ITS THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED PIWER MODULE OR TIPM. HE SUGGESTS THAT.I CALL CHRYSLER. THEY TELL ME TO GO TO A CHRYSLER MECHANIC AND CALL THEM BACK. I GO TO THE NEAREST 2 CHRYSLER DEALERS IN MY AREA. NEITHER COULD HELP ME AT THE TIME. I NOW HAVE A MECHANIC SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW. I HOPE TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM CHRYSLER,
I HAVE TO REPLACE THE THROTTLE BODY, AIR FILTER& PCV VALVE AT 74,516 MILES. IS THIS TYPICAL WITH THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE. THE COST IS 823.19 AND NOT UNDER WARRANTY.

THE CARS AUTOMATIC LOCK SYSTEM WAITS UNTIL THE CAR IS IN MOTION BEFORE LOCKING. IF YOU HAVE YOUR ARM UP ON THE WINDOW IT PINCHES YOUR ARM AND LEAVES A PAINFUL MARK.
2013 CHRYSLER 300. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT AVAILABLE TO REPAIR RECALL NOTICE 16V-240. *SMD
I HAVE A 2013 CHRYSLER 200, IT HAS ROUGHLY 70,000 MILES, AS I WAS ACCELERATING ONTO THE HIGHWAY THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT GO OVER 40-50 MPH. I WAS ALMOST REAR-ENDED BECAUSE EVERYONE WAS TRYING TO GET ONTO THE HIGHWAY. I COULDN'T PULL OVER BECAUSE OF IT BEING OVER A BRIDGE. WHEN I WENT TO PULL OVER THE CAR STALLED AND WOULD NOT START UNTIL THE 3RD OR 4TH TRY. THE CAR IS PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW THERE IS NO WAY THIS SHOULD BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM. AS I AM READING MANY OF THE OTHER COMPLAINTS THIS SEEMS TO BE PRETTY COMMON IN THIS VEHICLE & YEAR.
THE CAR KEEPS STALLING IN TRAFFIC, GET AN ENGINE JUMP THEN STALLS. CHRYSLERS TECHS CAN'T EVEN FIGURE IT OUT. ALSO STALLS ON FREEWAYS AND IS GOING TO GET SOMEONE KILLED. FROM WHAT I SEE IT'S HAPPENING IN THESE CARS FROM 2012 TO 2015 MODELS EVERYWHERE. I'M VERY SICK OF GOING TO THE DEALER AND PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF COURSE IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, HOW CONVENIENT. THEN EITHER RIGHT AWAY OR A MONTH LATER THE SAME ISSUE OCCURS AND GET WORSE AND WORSE. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO STOP FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED AS THE THROTTLE CONTROL WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MINUTES LATER, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
ON THE EVENING OF MAY 3RD, 2016 I RETURNED TO MY VEHICLE AFTER WORK TO FIND THAT THE DRIVER HEAD RESTRAINT HAD BEEN DEPLOYED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS. EARLIER THAT DAY I WENT TO THE BANK ALL WAS WELL THE HEAD RESTRAINT WAS COMPLETELY INTACT. AT APPROXIMATELY 5:05PM I RETURNED TO MY VEHICLE TO HEAD HOME AND NOTICED THAT I COULD NOT REST MY HEAD AS I DO ON A DAILY BASIS ON MY DRIVE HOME. MY CONCERNS ARE THAT IF I WERE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC OR ON THE FREEWAY AND IT UNEXPECTEDLY DEPLOYED POTENTIALLY CAUSING AN ACCIDENT OR WORSE DUE TO A CHAIN REACTION. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE CHRYSLER RECALL CENTER. FILED A COMPLAINT, ISSUED A CASE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME TO INVESTIGATE WITH A POSSIBLE RESOLUTION. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED AS OF 5/9/2016. I ALSO FOLLOWED UP ON THE CASE FRIDAY MAY 6TH . THE CASE NUMBER HAD NOT BEEN ASSIGNED. I'M LOOKING FOR A RESOLUTION AS TO WHY THIS HAPPENED UNEXPECTEDLY AND WHAT IF ANYTHING WOULD BE MY OPTIONS. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER, THIS COULD POTENTIALLY BECOME A SAFETY HAZARD.
S61/NGTSA 16V-668 NOTIC RECEIVED GREATER THAN 1 YEAR AGO CONTACTED DEALER, REPAIR NOT YET COMPLETED
DRIVING NORMAL UNTIL I SLOW DOWN OR APPLY BRAKES. IT SHUTS ITSELF OFF, I PUT IT IN NEUTRAL ON A COMPLETE STOP AND IT TURNS BACK ON.
THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE BRAKE WARNING LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE BRAKE PEDAL FELT SPONGY WHEN DEPRESSED, CAUSING THE BRAKING DISTANCE TO BE EXTENDED. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE FAILURE. THE ABS MODULE, BRAKE BOOSTER AND BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER WERE REPLACED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. ADDITIONALLY, THE VEHICLE OCCASIONALLY STALLED AND LOSS MOTIVE POWER WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000.
OK.. SO LET ME VENT HERE. I FIRST BOUGHT MY CAR THIS YEAR. (MARCH) AND THEY LET ME TAKE MY CAR FOR A NIGHT TO SEE IF I WOULD LIKE THE CAR. THEY HAD A 2013 CHRYSLER 200 LX 2.4CYL. OR A 2014 CHRYSLER 200 LIMITED 3.6 V6 THE 2013 HAD 37K THE 2014 HAD 21K. I WANTED THE 2014 BUT WHEN THEY ASKED ABOUT IT. IT WAS ALREADY SOLD... I DIDN'T KNOW THAT. SO I WENT FOR THE '13 LX. DROVE IT OFF THE LOT FOR A TEST DRIVE. DROVE JUST FINE. GOT BACK TO THE DEALER. SIGNED A PAPER AND LEFT WITH IT FROM THE DEALER FOR THE NIGHT. WELL ON MY WAY HOME. I THOUGHT WOULD GO OUT OF MY WAY A LITTLE BIT FOR A LITTLE EXTRA DRIVE. (KEEP IN MIND I HAD A FULL TANK FROM THE DEALER) LOL! SOMETHING I REQUESTED. BECAUSE WHEN I TEST DROVE IT. IT WAS ON E. AND GAS LIGHT WAS ON. BUT BACK TO THE POINT. WHILE GOING OUT OF MY WAY. I STOPPED TO GET PIZZA. AND LEFT MY CAR RUNNING. ALL LIGHTS WERE ON. I'M SITTING INSIDE WAITING FOR MY PIZZA. SINCE I CALLED IT IN BEFORE HAND. GOT MY PIZZA. COME OUT TO MY CAR. AND I STOPPED IN MY TRACKS. AND THOUGHT. HMM. I COULD HAVE SWORE I LEFT MY CAR RUNNING. LIKE WTF. AND MY HEADLIGHTS AND EVERYTHING WAS STILL ON! AND THEN I THOUGHT. OH [XXX]... I GOT INTO MY CAR. EVERYTHING IS ON. AC (WHICH OF COURSE WASN'T COLD AIR SINCE ENGINE WASN'T RUNNING) AND ALL MY LIGHTS WERE ON. AND I KNEW AS SOON AS I GOT INTO MY CAR AND THE RPM'S ARE ON 0 AND EVERYTHING IS STILL ON. I SAT THERE FOR A MINUTE. IN SHOCK AND DISAPPOINTMENT. TURNED MY KEY BACK. AND TURNED IT BACK AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP. SO I WAS UPSET BUT DIDN'T THINK MUCH OF IT. CALLED MY DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. TOOK IT IN AND THEY GAVE ME A LOANER WHILE THEY "FIXED" IT. GOT IT BACK AND DIDN'T HAPPEN AFTER THAT. NOW IT JUST STARTED AGAIN TODAY. BOUT A MONTH WORTH'S OF TIME... I'M SICK OF THIS. MY CAR ONLY HAS 45K NOW. AND I GOT IT WITH 37K... TAKING MY CAR IN ONCE AGAIN. THIS IS GOING TO KILL SOMEBODY... THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
THE INTERMEDIATE DRIVE SHAFT BREAKS AND RESULTS IN LOSS OF STEERING AND CONTROL OF VEHICLE. THIS IS DURING MOTION OF THE VEHICLE IN THE CITY AND HIGHWAY. CAN BE VERY NOTICEABLE DURING TURNING AND ADVANCING IN SPEED.

CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO NON DEPLOYMENT OF AIRBAG DURING ACCIDENT, ISSUES WITH AIRBAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER RECALL NOTICE. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED AFTER GETTING INTO AN ACCIDENT AND HER BODY, FACE, AND CHEST SLAMMED INTO THE STEERING WHEEL, SHE RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE. AT APPROXIMATELY 41,000 MILES, WIRING HARNESS TO FUEL PUMP SHORTS OUT NEAR FUEL PUMP END, CAUSING ELECTRICAL ARCING AT FUEL COMPONENTS. ENTIRE WIRING HARNESS TO FUEL PUMP MUST BE REPLACED DUE TO DAMAGE. OVERLOAD (FUSE BOX) SYSTEM FAILED TO MITIGATE DAMAGE. ARCING AND FIRE COULD HAVE CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE OR EXPLOSION. VEHICLE WAS ON A CITY STREET WHEN IT SIMPLY STOPPED WORKING. VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY AT PUTNAM CHRYSLER IN BURLINGAME, CA, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THE DEFECT. DOCUMENTATION IN POSSESSION OF THE DEALER.
MY CAR JUST HAD THE ETC LIGHT AND ELECTRONIC STABILITY LIGHT COME ON AND THE CAR LOSES HORSEPOWER. FROM MY RESEARCH ONLINE THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH THEM.
TAKATA RECALL. HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE I CONTACTED CHRYSLER ABOUT THE AIRBAG RECALL. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IN THIS TIME FRAME. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE AIRBAGS FIXED BEFORE ACCIDENT DOES OCCUR.
WHILE OPERATING VEHICLE AT NORMAL SPEEDS ON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS, THE ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ENGAGE ON THE DASH INDICATING A MALFUNCTION OF THE ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL AT 23,000 MILES. VEHICLE BECOME SLUGGISH IN DRIVETRAIN PERFORMANCE.
FAULTY TIPM CAUSED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS TO FAIL. OPERATING THE VEHICLE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS IN INCLEMENT WEATHER DUE TO THIS.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE AND IT JERKED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN AND IT WAS HESITANT TO ACCELERATE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED FIFTEEN TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE PRESSURE IN THE CATALYST WAS CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION FLUID TO GET DIRTY AND CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION NOT TO SHIFT OUT OF GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,000.
TAKATA RECALL LOSS OF AIR BAG AND SEALT BELT NOT WORKING.
ACCORDING TO DARCARS, AT AUTH WAY, TEMPLE HILLS, MD 20744, TURN SIGNAL OVERHEATED, CAUSING BULB TO FUSE INTO LAMP. THE ENTIRE LIGHT HAS TO BE REPLACED.
I WAS PROCEEDING TO GET ON THE INTERSTATE HIGHWAY WHEN I NOTICED THAT I WAS PRESSING THE GAS, BUT THE CAR WAS NOT ACCELERATING. I LOOKED DOWN AND TWO LIGHTS WERE ON, THE STABILITY CONTROL LIGHT AND THE THROTTLE BODY LIGHT. I JUST PURCHASED THIS CAR ON 9/9/2015 USED. ANOTHER TIME BEFORE THAT, I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK AND MY RADIO POWERS OFF AND WHERE MY MILEAGE IS IT SAYS NO FUSE. WHEN I GOT HOME I TRIED TO LOCK MY CAR WITH THE KEYPAD, BUT I COULDN'T. I HAD TO LOCK IT MANUALLY. I MEAN I HAVE HAD MORE PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR SINCE I HAD IT.
WHILE DRIVING MY VEHICLE IN THE DARK WHEN HEADLIGHTS ARE ON LOW BEAM THERE IS NO GRADUAL FALLING OFF OF THE LIGHT. THEY LIGHT UP THE ROAD FOR A FEW YARDS AHEAD AND THE LIGHT IMMEDIATELY ENDS. IT IS LIKE THERE IS A WALL THAT STOPS THE LIGHT ABRUPTLY, I FEEL VERY UNSAFE DRIVING THIS CAR AFTER DARK AND MY HUSBAND DOES ALSO. ADJUSTING LIGHTS DOES NOT HELP IT IS THE DESIGN. ON OCT 14, 2015 A DEER RAN INTO THE SIDE OF MY CAR BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING WITH LOW BEAMS ON I NEVER SAW HER IN THE ROAD.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE AND THE RPMS INCREASED. MY HUSBAND WAS DRIVING IN THE FAST LANE ON THE EXPRESSWAY WITH OUT 3 GRANDCHILDREN IN THE CAR AND THE ENGINE JUST SHUT OFF...THEY ALL COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED HAD HE NOT MANAGE TO COAST THE VEHICLE ONTO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD...TOOK A TRIP TO TAKE MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO COLLEGE 2 HOURS AWAY AND THE ENGINE AGAIN SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING...BECAUSE OF THIS MALFUNCTION I HAVE TO STOP DRIVING MY CAR AND THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS BECAUSE I AM AFRAID SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN TO MY FAMILY IF WE CONTINUE DRIVING. I PURCHASED A USED CHRYSLER 200 TOURING 2014, ON 2/24/2015. THE YEAR MAKE OF THE VEHICAL IS 2014 ON THE INSIDE STICKER, BUT THE MODEL # OF THE ENGINE IS 2013. THE VEHICAL WAS PARKED IN THE GARAGE AS, I TURNED THE KEY TO START THE CAR THE CAR ENGINE BEGAN TO MAKE A KNOCK, CLUNKING SOUND AND IT HESITATED TO START. THE ENGINE SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO BREAK, OR ENGINE DAMAGE HAD OCCURED. THIS HAPPENED ON TWO OCCATIONS WITHIN 6 MONTHS. IN MORE THAN 5 OCCATIONS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY TO SPEED UP, OR TO CHANGE LANES THE VECHICAL ACCELERATING IS STUCK AND KEEPS ACCELERATIMG IN AN UPWARD RHYTHEM. IN ADDITION, THERE IS NO CONTROL OF THE GAS PEDAL DURING TIME THE VEHICAL IS ACCELERATING. I BROUGHT THE CAR IN TO BE CHECKED AT HONDA WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICAL, HONDA THIS DAY HAD THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP DO A DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON MY CHRYSLER TOURING 200, 2013 MODEL. I WAS TOLD THAT NOTHING WAS FOUND WRONG WITH THE VEHICAL, AND NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE NEEDED. I AM SHOCKED THAT THEY HAD NOT BEEN MORE COURTEOUS, OR HELPFUL ABOUT THE POTENTIAL RISK, AND PROBLEMS DESCRIPTIONS OF THE CHRYSLER TOURING 200 2013. I'VE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTING. WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY GOING UP A SLIGHT INCLINE THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS FROM 6TH GEAR TO 5TH AND BACK TO 6TH RAPIDLY. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF CRUISE CONTROL OR MANUAL. THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE STARTING THE CAR AND PUTTING IT INTO DRIVE. IT GOES INTO GEAR HARD THE OUT OF GEAR AND BACK INTO GEAR. WHEN I START TO DRIVE THE TRANSMISSION WILL NOT SHIFT. IT IS STUCK IN GEAR. I CAN PUT IT INTO MANUAL SHIFT AND IT WILL NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I HAVE TO PULL OVER. SHUT OFF THE VEHICLE AND START IT BACK. THEN THE TRANSMISSION WILL SHIFT CORRECTLY. THIS HAPPENS MAYBE ONCE A MONTH. RECENTLY IT HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN TWO WEEKS. THE THIRD ISSUE IS DOWNSHIFTING OF THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. I HAVE LET OFF THE GAS AND IT DOWN SHIFT HARD ENOUGH TO PULL YOUR BACK FROM THE SEAT. IT IS WORSE COASTING DOWN A STEP HILL WHEN IT DOWNSHIFT HARD. I HAVE BEEN TO THE CHRYSLER DEALER FOUR TIMES SO FAR FOR THE SAME ISSUES FIRST 08/26/2015 SECOND 10/28/2015 THIRD 05/25/2016 FOURTH 09/17/2016 I HAVE ALSO BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CHRYSLER. BOTH THE DEALER AND CHRYSLER SAYS THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS ISSUE. THE DEALER WILL TAKE A 6 MILE ROAD TEST AND SAY THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. THE LAST APPOINTMENT THE DEALER WAS SUPPOSED TO DRIVE OVER 50 MILES TO TRY TO DUPLICATE MY ISSUES. THEY NEVER TOOK THE CAR ON THE ROAD AND SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG AND IT DROVE FINE. CHRYSLER OR THE DEALERSHIP HAVE NOT MADE AN ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. I HAVE TWO VIDEOS OF THAT THE CAR DOES ON THE ROAD AND THE TRANSMISSION ACTS UP.
