VEHICLE CUTS OFF WHILE BACKING OUT OF PARKING SPOTS, TRAFFIC LIGHTS, AND STOP SIGNS. ALSO WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE SPUDDERS LIKE IT'S GOING TO QUIT, AND THEN SUDDENLY SURGES AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. ALL OF THIS IS RANDOM, AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS, AND IS WORSE IN THE CITY WHEN THERE IS MORE STOPPING. NO CODES OR LIGHTS ARE COMING ON, SO A DIAGNOSTIC CAN'T BE RAN. MY MECHANIC HAS HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS AND CAN'T DETERMINE THE PROBLEM.

TAKATA RECALL I WAS DRIVING ON THE STREET WHEN MY CAR SHUT OFF ON ME I THEN ATTEMPTED TO TURN THE CAR BACK ON AND IT WOULDNT BUDGE MY DASHBOARD LIGHTS FLICKER ON AND OFF I CONSTANTLY HAD TO GET A JUMP UNTILL IT WOULDNT WANT TO POWER ON ANYMORE
I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS AND I NOTICED THAT WHEN I FILLED UP THE GAS TANK IT WOULD CUT OFF. I THOUGHT THAT I WAS PUTTING TOO MUCH GAS IN IT, SO I STOPPED FILLING IT UP. THEN MAYBE 3-4 MONTHS AGO IT STARTED ACTING AS IF IT DID NOT WANT TO START OR WAS NOT GETTING ENOUGHT GAS. SO I STARTED PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT STORES I WENT TO, TO GET GAS. TWO DAYS AGO, I TRIED STARTING MY CAR AND AT FIRST IT WOULD NOT START AS IF IT WAS NOT GETTING ENOUGH GAS, BUT THEN IT FINALLY STARTED AND AS I WAS IN TRAFFIC, MAKING A RIGHT TURN, IT JUST CUT OFF AND WOULD NOT START BACK UP. I LATER LEARNED THAT IT IS AN UNLIMITED RECALL ON THE FUEL TANKS FOR MY CAR. I CALLED SEVERAL CHRYSLAER DEALERSHIPS, AND IT SEEMS THAT WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON IT THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX IT FOR MAYBE A MONTH OR TWO AND ONE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I HAD MORE THAN 150,00 MILES ON MY CAR THEY WON'T FIX IT.
I HAVE A CHRYSLER 300 C 2006 I'VE HAD IT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW IT'S DEFINITELY BEEN CAUSING MY A LOT OFF ISSUES AND I'VE DONE RESEARCH ON THIS CAR A LOT OF OTHERS HAVING SAME ISSUES AS SUCH AS ME . ISSUE SUCH ASS CAR STOPPING WHILE DRIVING AFTER FILLING UP GAS TANK , AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS FALLING OFF CAR WHILE DRIVING WHICH IS NOT SAFE AND I HAVE A SMALL CHILD WHICH CAN BE DEADLY DRIVING IN THIS CAR FOR BOTH OF US. ONCE THE VEHICLE RESTARTED, THE ENGINE IDLED LOW AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL HAD TO BE DEPRESSED IN ORDER TO KEEP THE ENGINE RUNNING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED HOME. THE CONTACT RECEIVED INFORMATION FROM THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THERE WAS A PIECE OF PISTON THAT FRACTURED AND WAS RATTLING AROUND IN THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 170,342.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE THROTTLE BECAME STUCK AND THE VEHICLE UNINTENDED INCREASED TO 95 MPH AS THE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SLOW DOWN AND THE ENGINE REVVED RAPIDLY. THE CONTACT'S FOOT WAS PLACED UNDERNEATH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IN ORDER TO DECREASE THE VEHICLE'S SPEED AND THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. AFTER RESTARTING, THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN WITH CAUTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,000.
CAR RANDOMLY STALLS, AT ANY SPEED, DASH LIGHTS FLASH ON AND OFF, WIPERS TURN ON BY THEM SELF , HORN SOUNDS BY ITSELF. HAD IT AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 2 MONTHS, HAD AT SOMETIMES 40+ CODES COME UP ON THE COMPUTER. CHANGED MULTIPLY MODULES THEY CANT FIGURE IT OUT
MY WIFE WAS DRIVING HOME AT NIGHT FROM THE STORE IN A RESIDENTIAL STREET AND CAR ALL OF A SUDDEN ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN. WIFE TRIED HARD TO APPLY THE BRAKES BUT CAR WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN. SHE TRIED HARD TO CONTROL CAR TO AVOID POLES AND TREES AND HIT HARD IN DITCH. AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. WIFE SUFFERED CONTUSIONS AND BRUISES. CAR WAS CONSIDERED A TOTAL LOSS BY INSURANCE COMPANY. TRIED TO NOTIFY MANUFACTURER TO REPORT THE FAILURE AND JUST KEPT GETTING A RUN AROUND FROM THEM. APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I SEE SEVERAL OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THIS SAME ISSUE BUT NO RECALL WAS EVER ISSUED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER 300. AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO SHIFT, BUT THE SHIFTER BECAME JAMMED. IN ADDITION, THE STEERING COLUMN WOULD NOT LOCK. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 175,000.
THE ENGINE SHUTS OFF WHILE I'M DRIVING AND IN REVERSE. I CAN RESTART IT WITH NO PROBLEM AS LONG AS I IMMEDIATELY STEP ON THE GAS PEDDLE. I HAVE TO SHIFT INTO NEUTRAL TO KEEP THE ENGINE RUNNING WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT & BACK TO DRIVE. WHEN I TURN THE KEY I DO NOT HEAR THE FUEL PUMP LIKE I USED TOO! I'VE HAD REPAIRS COSTING$509.96 AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! I THINK MY FUEL PUMP IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY OR ABOUT TO STOP WORKING! IS THERE A RECALL FOR THE FUEL PUMP?
I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE USED 2 WEEKS AGO. INITIALLY THE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING FINE UNTIL I FILLED IT UP WITH FUEL. AS SOON AS I PULLED OUT OF THE GAS STATION MY VEHICLE STARTED STALLING AS IF I WAS LOSING POWER TO MY VEHICLE. AFTER A FEW MILES THE STALLING STOPPED. IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS THE STALLING HAS BECOME WORSE EVERY TIME I PUMP FUEL. IT SHUTS OFF IF I'M IDLE AT A LIGHT, IT SHUTS OFF WHEN I'M ATTEMPTING TO PARK, TURN LEFT, OR IN A DRIVE THRU. AS SOON AS I WOULD CRANK MY VEHICLE UP AND GO TO ACCELERATE THE CAR WON'T MOVE UNTIL AFTER A FEW SECONDS AND THEN IT JUST JERKS OUT BEFORE A SMOOTH DRIVE. YESTERDAY I TOOK IT TO A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE AFTER INFORMING THE USED CAR SALES LOT WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE THEY COULDN'T FIND THE ISSUE AND WANTED TO KEEP MY CAR FOR A WEEK. AFTER 10 HOURS OF TRYING TO FIND THE ISSUE THEY STATED THERE HAD BEEN A RECALL ON THE FUEL TANK FOR 2006 CHRYSLER 300S. HE SAID THAT SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND I SHOULD BE ON MY WAY. SO I WAS RELIEVED TO HEAR THE GREAT NEWS COMING FROM THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. WELL AFTER HEADING HOME AND 20 MILES OUT FROM THE DEALERSHIP THERE GOES THE STALLING AGAIN LAST NIGHT. MY VEHICLE SHUT OFF AT THE LIGHT AND AGAIN AS SOON AS I ATTEMPTED TO PARK MY VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY. IN ADDITION TO THE FUEL SYSTEM ISSUE IS CAUSING ANOTHER ISSUE THAT I TRULY FEE WASN'T INVESTIGATED THOROUGHLY. I NOTICED A RECALL ON 2006 CHRYSLER PACIFICA WHERE THE STALLING WAS CAUSED BY THE FUEL SYSTEM, TCM, AND PCM MODULE BASICALLY DEALING WITH THE POWER TRAIN AND THIS IS VERY HIGHLY THE SAME ISSUE GOING ON WITH 2006 CHRYSLER 300. THERE SHOULD'VE BEEN A RECALL ON BOTH AND THERE ISN'T. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AS WHEN I STALLED ONTO THE FREEWAY I WAS ALMOST HIT BY AN 18 WHEELER TRUCK ON LAST WEEK. THE TCM AND PCM CODES ALONG WITH THE FUEL SYSTEM CODE WERE SHOWING IN THE DIAGNOSTIC ISSUE YESTERDAY. HELP PLEASE

WHEN I FILL MY GAS TANK WITH FUEL, FOR THE FIRST MILE OR SO IT KEEPS DYING AT SLOWS TO STOPS. EVERY STOP OR SLOW DOWN FOR THE FIRST SEVERAL MINUTES AFTER FUELING. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE BECAUSE IT WILL DIE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC OR IN A TURN LANE, AND I AM AFRAID I WILL BE REAR-ENDED. I HAVE TO PUT IT INTO NEUTRAL OR PARK TO START IT. SOMETIMES IT TAKES 3 TO 4 TRIES TO GET IT TO START WHEN IT HAS STALLED LIKE THIS. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I FUEL UP NOW. THE FIRST INCIDENT WAS IN 2016.
THE THROTTLE LIGHT COMES ON THE LN AT AN INTERSECTION THE CAR DIES.START BACK UP THEN IDLES VERY HARD.GOTTEN IT CHECKED OUT&THERE WAS OIL ON TOP THE INTAKE GASKETS..I'VE DONE REGULARLY MANTIENCE ON THE CAR SO THE SHOULDN'T BE ABLE.NOW THE CAR IS JUST SITTING IN THE DRIVE WAY UNTIL I CAN AFFORD A MOTOR...IVE LOOKED ON GOOGLE&THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM SO OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT THE CUSTOMER...IVE CALLED CHRYSLER TO SEE IF THE WOULD REIMBURSE ME MY MONEY IF I GOTTEN A NEW ONE PUT IN&BASICALLY THEY SAID NO TO A PROBLEM THAT IS THERE FOUGHT
ABOUT A MONTH AGO, I FILLED UP MY VEHICLE WITH GAS. I HAD MY NIECES IN THE CAR WITH ME, AND AS I PULLED AWAY FROM THE GAS STATION, THE CAR STALLED AND SHUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. I GOT IT TO CRANK BACK UP BEFORE GETTING HIT. IT DIDN'T HAVE MUCH POWER BUT FINALLY GAINED ITS POWER BACK. EVERY TIME I FILL MY TANK UP (NOT TOPPING OFF, BUT STOP ONCE IT CLICKS OFF) AND I DRIVE OFF, THE CAR QUITS AND HAS TO BE CRANKED BACK UP. IT APPEARS TO ONLY HAPPEN WHEN THE CAR IS FILLED UP. THIS IS HAPPENING ONLY WHEN IT'S FILLED UP (WHICH ONE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO DO). THIS IS SCARY AND DANGEROUS AS WHEN YOU PULL OFF INTO TRAFFIC, THE LAST THING YOU NEED IS TO HAVE A CAR DIE ON YOU AND YOU GET HIT. PLEASE HELP! I SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM.

THE VEHICLE STALLS IN MOTION AND WHEN AT IDLE AFTER I GET GAS. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME NOW, SINCE JANUARY 25, 2016 IT DID NOT HAPPEN BEFORE THIS DATE.
TRANSMISSION STUCK IN PARK. CHRYSLER HAS KNOWN ABOUT THE DEFECT FOR YEARS PUT US IN DANGER. CAR LEFT US STRANDED.
MY CAR KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. TODAY WHEN I WAS LEAVING MY SONS APPOINTMENT MY CAR SHUT OFF IT WOULD CRANK RIGHT BACK UP BUT IT KEPT CUTTING OFF. I TRYED IT FIVE TIMES AND IT WOULDN'T STAY CRUNK. I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR STRANDED BECAUSE IT WAS SLEETING OUTSIDE AND MY SON WAS IN THE CAR. I HAVE TOOK MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME THEY CAN'T DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM SO THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT ARE KILLED.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 68,700.

WHILE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC MY CAR LOSS POWER. THEN AGAIN WHILE DRIVING IN HIGHWAY TRAFFIC AT A SPEED OF 60 MPH THE CAR LOSS POWER. WHEN THIS HAPPEND I WAS ABLE TO PULL OFF ONTO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. CAR STALLS UNEXPECTED AFTER FUELING UP
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH AND WHILE AT A COMPLETE STOP, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. IN ORDER TO START THE VEHICLE, THE GEAR HAD TO BE PLACED IN THE PARK POSITION. THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, BUT NO FAILURES COULD BE FOUND. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER A SECOND TIME; HOWEVER, NO FAILURES WERE FOUND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
MY CAR HAS BEEN CUTTING OFF EVERY TIME I FILL IT UP SINCE I PURCHASED IT. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER ON 12/01/2015 THEY SAID IT WAS A FAULTY GAS TANK THEY REPLACED THE TANK ON 12/14/2015. ON 12/19/2015 I WAS GOING OVER 50 MILES PER HOUR AND MY CAR JUST CUT OFF NO WARNING. I WAS ABLE TO CRANK IT BACK UP AND PULL OFF THE ROAD AND SOON AS I GOT OFF THE ROAD IT CUT OFF AGAIN THIS TIME A BOLTING LIGHT CAME UP ON THE DASH. I WAITED TWO MINUTES AND CRUNK IT BACK UP IT IMMEDIATELY CUT BACK OFF AND THE BOLTING LIGHT AGAIN. I WAITED 10 MINUTES AND IT STAYED CRUNK AND I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT HOME. THE NEXT DAY THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED AGAIN THE RPM GAUGE JUST DROPS AND THE CAR SHUTS OFF.
THE FRONTEND HAS DEATH WOBBLE GOING ON THE HIGHWAY MORE THAN 65MPH I'VE HAD THE WHOLE FRONT END REPLACED WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM, THE MOTOR ALSO WAS REPLACED DUE TO ONE OF THE CYLINDER GOING RIGHT THREW THE MOTOR AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN AFTER MOTOR OVER HEATED A YEAR LATER
I BOUGHT MY CAR IN JANUARY 2015. AS OF DECEMBER 2015 IT STARTED STALLING. IT WOULD START JERKING WHEN I GAVE IT GAS. IT WOULD SHUT OFF WHEN I EITHER TRIED TO TAKE OFF FROM A COMPLETE STOP OR WHEN I WAS JUST STOPPED OR IN THE MIDDLE OF ME DRIVING WITHIN 40 MPH. I TOOK IT TO THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP (NOT THE DEALER I BOUGHT IT FROM) THEY DIAGNOSED IT WAS THE WIRING HARNESS. I PAID OVER $1200 TO GET IT FIXED. THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ME PICKING IT UP. IT WAS THERE FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS, THEY SAID IT DID NOT DO ANYTHING WHEN IT WAS THERE. ONLY SAID I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. I HAD THEM REPLACE THE BATTERY. THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN ABOUT A MONTH LATER. THIS TIME THEY DIAGNOSED THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ONCE WORK WAS COMPLETE I PICKED IT UP AND LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING I WAS BROKE DOWN AGAIN. THIS IS THE 5TH TIME ITS BEEN THERE IN THE LAST 5 MONTHS. ALSO I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND AFTER THE MIS-DISGNOSIS! THIS IS FRUSTRATING!

THE CONTACT WAS TOLD BY HIS LOCAL DEALER THAT THERE WERE NO PARTS OR A REMEDY AVAILABLE TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, WHEN CONTACTING THE DEALER THAT WAS FURTHER FROM HIM, HE WAS ADVISED THAT THEY DID HAVE PARTS AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED BECAUSE THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE ON THE HIGHWAY DUE TO A DISABILITY. THE CONTACT WAS LATER INVOLVED IN A CRASH WHERE HE WAS REAR-ENDED WHILE SITTING AT A RED LIGHT AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE NECK, WRIST, KNEE AND HEAD. ANOTHER PASSENGER ALSO SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE BACK, NECK AND LEGS. BOTH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED OF THE INCIDENT. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED WITH THE TIME INVOLVED WITH HAVING THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER TO INQUIRE ABOUT A LOANER VEHICLE HOWEVER, HE WAS PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR TO BE PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 67,000. ENGINE FAILURE. MY WIFE WAS DRIVING THE CAR AND IT WAS RUNNING FINE. SHE WENT INTO THE STORE AND CAME BACK OUT AND THE CAR WOULDN'T START. HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE AND IT WOULD BE $8000 TO REPAIR IT. I CONTACTED CHRYLSER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER SHOP JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG. I WAS TOLD THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE 2005-2007 5.7 HEMI MOTORS. HE TOLD ME IT'S NORMALLY CAUSED BY A INTAKE VALVE SEAT FALLING OUT. SURE ENOUGH WHEN HE TOOK IT APART THE #4 INTAKE VALVE SEAT HAD FELL OUT AND WRECKED THE #4 CYLINDER. I KNOW THIS MIGHT NOT BE A SAFETY ISSUE BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE ELSE TO TURN. I'VE BEEN SEARCHING THIS ISSUE ONLINE AND THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME AND WE CAN'T GET ANYTHING DONE ABOUT IT. THIS IS NOT A VEHICLE MODEL ISSUE THIS IS AN ENGINE ISSUE BECAUSE IT IS HAPPENING IN ANYTHING THAT THE 5.7 HEMI MOTOR WAS PUT IN AND MAINLY FROM 2005-2007. SOME PEOPLE HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM WHILE DRIVING SO I'M JUST LUCKY THAT MY FAILURE HAPPENED WHEN MY WIFE WAS PARKED.
THE INDICATOR LIGHTS ON THE DASH COME ON WHILE DRIVING, WITCH CAUSES THE HEAD LIGHTS TO GO OUT. I THINK THIS IS A VERY DANGERS THING TO HAPPEN. CHRYSLER CORPORATION SHOULD RECALL THIS MODEL CAR AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE I HAVE AN ACCIDENT.
WHILE ON A CURVY ROAD AFTER DARK, AT 45 MPH, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM SHUT DOWN, DASH LIGHTS FLASHED AND WENT OFF, ENGINE DIED. 40 MPH ON A CURVY ROAD WITH NO LIGHTS. AFTER 20 SECONDS IT ALL CAME BACK ON. HAD NO PROBLEMS FOR 3 MONTHS. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS MOMENTARILY SHUT DOWN ON 4 OTHER OCCASIONS SINCE THEN. ON 12/08/15 MY WIFE WAS IN LINE AT THE DANDRIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PICKING UP MY GRANDSON. WHILE IN CAR PICKUP LINE WITH THE TRANSMISSION IN DRIVE, THE DASH LIGHTS CAME ON, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED (SURGED FORWARD) THEN DIED. ENGINE DIED 5 TIMES BEFORE SHE COULD GET IT HOME. THIS WOULD BE CALLED A NEAR MISS ACCIDENT IN A WORKPLACE SETTING.CAR IS OPERATING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME. I HELD AN ASE MASTER TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION AND IN MY OPINION IT IS A DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL CONDITION. I REALIZE THAT SOMEONE MUST DIE IN ORDER TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED AND THAT IS A SHAME.
I CAME OUT OF HOME DEPOT TO A CAR THAT WOULDN'T START THIS GIVE A JUMP BUT WE COULD HERE SOMETHING GRINDING IN THE MOTOR AT FIRST I THOUGHT MAYBE A BELT BROKE OR THE FAN WAS LOOSE THE NOISE WAS SCARY THE CAR WOULDN'T STAY ON SC I CALLED FOR A TOW TO THE DEALERSHIP. THE RESULTS WERE I NEED A NEW ENGINE.. THE #5 CYLINDER DROPPED AN INTAKE VALVE AND DAMAGED THE ENGINE $9448. I PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE BRAND WITH 74 MILES IT NOW HAS 78000 ALL THE MAINTENANCE WAS DONE AT THE DEALERSHIP. THERE WAS NO APPARENT REASON FOR THE ENGINE DYING NO WARNING SYSTEM SAID OK THIS CAR HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. NOW I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SHELL OF A CAR WITHOUT AN ENGINE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME THANKS
WHEN I'M DRIVING AROUND 55 MILES PER HOUR ON THE HIGHWAY OR BELLOW THE CAR ONCE TO SURGE AND STALL IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING.
