I HAVE HAD MY VAN FOR A LITTLE OVER 3 YEARS AND HAVE ALREADY HAD TO REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKES ON IT TWICE AND THE REAR BRAKES ONCE. BOTH TIMES THE ROTORS AND BRAKE PADS HAD TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES AS WELL, AND THAT WAS ONLY AT A LITTLE OVER 40,000 MILES. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE BATTERY, AND I AM NOW FIXING THE A/C & HEATING SYSTEM FOR THE THIRD TIME. AND EVERY TIME I CHECK THE MAIL I RECEIVE ANOTHER RECALL NOTICE! AND ALL THE ISSUES "COULD CAUSE A FIRE". IN ADDITION, MY REAR AUTOMATIC DOORS DO NOT ALWAYS CLOSE, I HAVE TO MANUALLY CLOSE THEM OR THEY COME BACK OPEN. I HAVE BEEN PAGED OUT OF A STORE FOR MY BACK DOORS BEING OPEN, AFTER I WATCHED THEM BEGIN TO CLOSE. I ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE RADIO FREEZING. *KB
2008 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY LIMITED --- THE AUTOMATIC SLIDING SIDE DOOR CAME OPEN WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION GOING FORWARD AT ABOUT 30 MPH WITH CHILDREN IN THE VEHICLE. THE DOORS HAD HAVE PREVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH NOT SHUTTING ALL THE WAY. WE HAD BEEN SHUTTING THEM BY HAND. WE DID TAKE THE VAN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT FIXED. THE VAN WAS RETURNED AND WE WERE TOLD IT WAS A ELECTRONIC PROBLEM. LESS THAN ONE WEEK LATER THE VAN DOORS WILL NOT SHUT AUTOMATICALLY AGAIN. *TR
WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE WE BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE IN SEPTEMBER 2007. FIRST, THE DOORS REOPEN BY THEMSELVES - THAT TOOK 8 TRIPS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT BEFORE IT WAS FINALLY FIXED IN MAY 2008. ANOTHER ISSUE THAT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED IS THAT THE STARTER STICKS WHEN YOU START THE VEHICLE. THIS IS AN OCCASIONAL PROBLEM AND DIFFICULT FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO DUPLICATE. YESTERDAY, JUNE 8, THE VAN COMPLETELY LOST POWER WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I LOST ALL POWER STEERING, BRAKES, LIGHTS - EVERYTHING! I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT AND DAIMLERCHRYSLER HAS NOT BEEN ANY HELP. IN FACT, WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A REPURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE - I ASKED 4 TIMES TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEN THE AGENT HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I INSISTED THAT I SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR! I'M EXTREMELY WORRIED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THIS VEHICLE. I WILL NOT ALLOW MY CHILDREN TO RIDE IN THIS VEHICLE AGAIN. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. HE STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DETACHED FROM THE STRUCTURE OF THE VEHICLE WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO INSTALL A CHILD SEAT. AS OF JUNE 5, 2008, THE DEALER HAD NOT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 300.
BRAKE ROTORS WARPED -- 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY LIMITED. WITH LESS THAN 6,000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE, WHEN APPLYING NORMAL PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL TO STOP THE VEHICLE, THE PEDDLE WOULD PULSATE AND THE VEHICLE WOULD SHIMMY SLIGHTLY. I SURMISED AND IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE ROTORS WERE OUT OF ROUND (WARPING). THE DEALER REPLACED THE REAR ROTORS AND RESURFACED THE FRONT ROTORS. WITH SUCH LIMITED MILEAGE ON THE VEHICLE, I WOULD SUSPECT THE ROTORS ARE INADEQUATE FOR THIS VEHICLE. THE DEALER INDICATED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE REAR ROTORS WAS WITH NOT ONLY NEW ROTORS BUT WITH AN UPGRADED PART. I'M STILL CONCERNED THAT THE FRONT ROTORS MAY BE INADEQUATE. GENERALLY, WHEN YOU FEEL A SHIMMY IN THE BREAK PEDDLE AND STEERING WHEEL IT OCCURS DUE TO AN ISSUE IN THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. I'M GOING TO CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE STATUS OF THIS SITUATION AND IF IT OCCURS AGAIN, WILL REQUEST REPLACEMENT OF THE FRONT ROTORS. HAVE THERE BEEN OTHER REPORTS OF THIS NATURE WITH 2008 CHRYSLER MADE MINIVANS. I HAVE THE 4 LITER ENGINE WITH 6 SPEED AUTO TRANSMISSION. *TR
MY GIG SYSTEM, INCLUSIVE OF RADIO, NAVIGATION, HANDS FREE (BLUETOOTH) PHONE, REAR BACK-UP CAMERA, AND VIDEO SYSTEM, CONTINUES TO LOCK-UP, RE-BOOT ITSELF, AND GENERALLY CREATES UNSAFE DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO ITS INABILITY TO PROPERLY FUNCTION. THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN REPLACED TWICE, BUT THE ISSUES CONTINUE. THERE ARE SEVERAL TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. CHRYSLER AGREED TO A COLLATERAL EXCHANGE OF THE VEHICLE IN AUGUST 2008, BUT IS NOW REFUSING TO FOLLOW THROUGH (MANY OTHER PROBLEMS ALSO EXIST WITH THE VEHICLE LIKE THE POWER SLIDING DOORS DON'T PROPERLY SHUT AND OPEN BY THEMSELVES, TRANSMISSION ISSUES, RADIATOR ISSUES, ETC.) *TR
FOLLOWING A FRONT END DEER STRIKE ON THE HIGHWAY, OUR AUTO BODY SHOP COMPLETED THE REPAIRS TO THIS AUTO - A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. OUR CONCERN AFTER WE STRUCK THE DEER WAS THAT THE HOOD FLEW UP "BLINDING" US AS WE ATTEMPTED TO GET TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I ORIGINALLY FELT THAT THE HOOD LOCK MUST HAVE FAILED. THE AUTO BODY SHOP SAID THAT THE ISSUE WAS THAT THE "UPPER TIE BAR" BROKE FREE. THIS IN TURN [IN WAYS THAT I DON'T COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND] TOOK THE HOOD LOCK WITH IT. THE RADIATOR SUPPORT ALSO WAS INVOLVED SOMEHOW IN THIS FAILURE. APPARENTLY, WHILE THE HOOD LOCK WAS METAL, SOME OF THESE OTHER PIECES ARE PLASTIC AND COULD NOT WITHSTAND THE FRONT END IMPACT WITHOUT FAILING. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS TREMENDOUSLY DANGEROUS AND THAT THE MANUFACTURERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT, WHILE THE AIRBAGS FUNCTIONED PROPERLY, WE COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THE LOSS OF VISION CAUSED BY THE HOOD. I NOTIFIED CHRYSLER BUT THEY SAID THAT SINCE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED, THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY WILL DO ABOUT THIS. *TR
I HAVE A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTY THAT I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE DOORS ABOUT A MONTH AFTER I PURCHASED IT. I HAD JUST PARKED IT WAS CHRISTMAS EVE AND THE SIDE PASSENGER DOOR OPENED BY ITSELF AND MY PUPPY GOT OUT IN A VERY BUSY SHOPPING CENTER. I HAVE GONE OUT TO GO TO WORK IN THE MORNING AND THE DOOR IS OPEN. ON MONDAY, MAY 21 I CAME OUT OF WORK AND THE BACK HATCH WAS OPEN. I HAVE MADE A NUMBER OF TRIPS TO THE DEALER. THEY REALLY ARE NOT MUCH HELP. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE HAVING TO REPROGRAM THE DOORS AND IN SOME CASED EVEN PUT IN NEW RAILS. CHRYSLER REALLY HAS A SAFETY ISSUE WITH THIS VAN. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE IGNITION KEY WAS TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION, THE KEY FAILED TO DISENGAGE FROM THE VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO DO THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 128,000.
ELECTRICAL FAILURE THE CAR DEALER CANT FIND THE PROBLEM IT IS A TOWN COUNTRY 2008 THEY HAVE CHANGED MANY MODULES WIRING ALTERNATOR STARTER AND CANT FIND WHAT'S THE CAUSING THE PROBLEM BASICALLY THE PROBLEM IS SOMETIMES IT STARTS THE ENGINE AND SOMETIMES IT JUST DOESN'T START. THE CHIEF TECH AT THE DEALER IS EVERARDO RAMIREZ RODRIGUEZ PLEASE CONTACT HIM IN REGARDS OF DETAILED INFORMATION. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY. ON MAY 1, 10, AND 16, 2008, THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 20-50 MPH. THE VEHICLE LOST POWER STEERING AND ALL THE COMPONENTS IN THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT SHUT OFF. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER TO THE SHOULDER AND THE VEHICLE RESTARTED ON ITS OWN. HE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AS NORMAL. ON MAY 19, 2008, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. HE WAS INFORMED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE LOSES POWER WHEN DRIVING AROUND CORNERS, BUT DOES NOT SHUT OFF COMPLETELY. THE VEHICLE FAILS TO IMMEDIATELY ACCELERATE FOR UP TO FIVE SECONDS, AND THEN OPERATES NORMALLY. ON OCCASION, THE RADIO WILL NOT TURN ON FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES BEFORE OPERATING NORMALLY AGAIN. IN ADDITION, THE SLIDING DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR HAS A HISTORY OF OPENING WHEN THE CONTACT IS AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 2,100 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,638.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY. THE FIRST DAY THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL FAILED. THEREAFTER, THE INSTRUMENTAL PANEL WORKS INTERMITTENTLY. ON OCTOBER 4, 2008, THE POWER WINDOWS AND DOORS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES FOR THE FAILURES. NO PARTS WERE REPLACED. ON OCTOBER 21, 2008, WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, A VEHICLE SUDDENLY MERGED INTO TRAFFIC WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO GIVE WARNING BECAUSE THE HORN FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER TOOK A REPORT AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 7,000.

DOORS OPENING WHILE DRIVING NEEDED NEW SOFTWARE = MILEAGE 26,000- HAD TO FIGHT WITH CHRYSLER TO GET A RENTAL AFTER 4 DAYS OF THEM HAVING CAR*** I WAS DRIVING ON THE EXPRESSWAY WITH MY CHILDREN AND THE BOY SCOUTS TO A CAMPING TRIP WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPS ON THE EXPRESSWAY A CAR COULD HAVE HIT US FROM BEHIND! -/4/2011 ?RECALL- FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS/RECALL HVAC DRAIN AND TUBE..OIL LEAKING NEEDS A PCV VALVE WHICH I REFUSE TO PAY FOR 4/28/2011- CAR BACK 4/29/11 ENGINE LIGHT ON EGR FAIL- 8/1/11 TIPM A THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE REPAIR SHOP FOR A WEEK, DUE TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. UPDATED 09/15/11
1. SAFETY DEFECT IN THE WIRELESS IGNITION MODULE (IGNITION) IN 2008 TOWN & COUNTRY (TOURING MODEL). VEHICLE WILL RUN BUT MOST ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WILL NOT WORK, INCLUDING TURN SIGNALS, WINDOWS, REMOTE MIRRORS, LIGHTS, HORN SEAT, DOOR LOCKS, WINDOW LOCKS, CLOCK, AC RADIO AND WIPERS. THE RESULT OF THE DEFECT INCLUDES INABILITY TO SAFELY OPERATE THE VEHICLE ONCE IN MOTION. DRIVER IS NOT NECESSARILY AWARE OF THE PROBLEM UNTIL THEY GO TO USE THE HORN, LIGHTS, OR TURN SIGNAL. CHRYSLER DENIED THE EXISTENCE OF THE PROBLEM UNTIL I MADE THEM COME TO MY HOME DURING AN EPISODE. 2. DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP. VEHICLE IDLES EXTREMELY HIGH AND THE ENTIRE VEHICLE VIBRATES VIOLENTLY. CHRYSLER REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP YET THE SAFETY DEFECT CONTINUES. CHRYSLER DENIED REARING OR FEELING THE VIBRATION UNTIL A CHRYSLER FACTORY REP WAS CALLED TO THOMASVILLE IN RESPONSE TO A STATE OF GEORGIA OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS LEMON LAW CLAIM. CHRYSLER REPLACE THE PUMP YET THE SAFETY DEFECT CONTINUES. 3. SEVERE GRINDING/SCRAPING NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR TENTER OF THE VEHICLE. TO-DATE, CHRYSLER DENIES THE NOISE AND HAS NOT REPAIRED THE PROBLEM. I FEE THE ISSUE OS ONE OF A POSSIBLE FIRE HAZARD DUE TO ITS PROXIMITY TO THE FUEL SYSTEM AND UNKNOWN DEFECT IN THE FUEL PUMP. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, ALL OF THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. IN ADDITION, THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED AND THE SLIDING DOOR SPONTANEOUSLY OPENED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE WIRING SYSTEM, THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE, AND THE WIN MODULE. AS OF DECEMBER 8, 2008, ALL OF THE REMEDIES HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN REPAIRING THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,402 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 8,700.
CRUISE CONTROL WILL SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. VEHICLE MUST BE RESTARTED, WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. *TR
I OWN A 2008 TOWN & COUNTRY THAT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP FOR A NUMBER OF THINGS, THE LATEST BEING THE SLIPPING OF THE TRANSMISSION THAT STARTED AT 2000 MILES AND THERE WAS A BURNING SMELL, I TOOK IT TO THE SHOP 3 TIMES, AND AT 35000 MILES ON 1-7-2010 I TOOK THE VAN IN AND THEY FOUND A LEAK AND THE FLUID WAS BURNT, SO THEY HAD TO REBUILD THE TRANSMISSION THIS TIME BECAUSE OF A DEFECTIVE PART THAT WAS PUT IN THE VAN WHEN IT WAS BEING BUILT. WE ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MYGIG ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, THE SLIDING DOORS, THE BACK HATCH, THE ELECTRICAL, AND THE BRAKES THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED AT 25000 MILES. BUT CHRYSLER SAID THAT I DON"T HAVE A LEMON!!!!!!!!!!!! *TR
2008 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY TOURING VAN, BOUGHT IN JANUARY OF 2008. SINCE I BOUGHT THE VAN THE RADIO HAD TO BE REPLACED TWICE, THE DVD PLAYER AND MONITORS HAD TO BE REPLACE, AND THE BACK SHOCK OR STRUT LEAKED ALL THE FLUID OUT ON MY GARAGE FLOOR. THE SLIDING DOORS BOTH OPERATE WHEN THEY WANT, THEY WILL START TO CLOSE AND THEN JUST REOPEN, IF YOU TRY TO CLOSE THEY DON'T WANT TO, THE BACK HATCH HAS DONE THE SAME THING. THE DRIVER'S WINDOW HAD TO BE FIX TWICE BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T OPEN OR CLOSE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THE SOUND BARRIER THAT HAD FALLEN OFF OF THE DOOR AND IT NEED TO BE REATTACHED. THE DRIVERS SEAT HAS A BROKEN TRACK ON IT AND ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE 190 MILES AND ON, NOW HAVE 10089 MILES ON THE VAN AND STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SLIDING DOORS. *TR
THE SLIDING DOORS ON MY NEW MINI VAN DON'T CLOSE PROPERLY PLUS THE DOORS CAN BE OPEN AND IT LETS YOU DRIVE AWAY. IT GIVES ONE SOUND AT THE BEGINNING. THE COMPANY DOES NOT RECOGNIZE A PROBLEM WITH ONE SIDE (EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER DOES THE SAME THING AND IT RECOGNIZED IT-HOWEVER EVEN AFTER FIXED IT STILL DOES IT). THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE OPEN DOORS WHILE YOU DRIVE AWAY THING. WHEN DOORS ARE CLOSED, THEY WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL CAR IS IN PARK. THEY SHOULD MAKE IT SO WHEN CARS ARE OPEN, YOU CAN NOT TAKE IT OUT OF PARK. *TR
BRAKES AND ROTORS WERE SO SHOT BY 11,000 MILES THAT THE PAD RIVOTS WERE RUBBING AGAINST THE ROTORS AND SQUEALING WHILE DRIVING. *TR
REN MULTIMEDIA SYSTEM (CONTROLS RADIO/ CD / DVD / SATELLITE ECT IS DEFECTIVE & CHRYSLER DOES NOT HAVE ANY REMEDY. I HAVE CALLED MANY DEALERS & THEY ALL HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR THE SOLUTION. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST TWO MONTHS & THEY ARE STILL SELLING THESE VEHICLES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. *TR
BEGINNING WITHIN WEEKS OF PURCHASE, CRUISE CONTROL WILL RANDOMLY NOT TURN ON; MUST RESTART ENGINE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE HAS ALSO HAD SYMPTOMS OF A POSSIBLE STROKE. HE HAS A PROBABLY BICEP TEAR. HE ALSO HAS EXTREME MUSCLE SPASMS. HE ALSO TAKING PAIN MEDICATION AND ANTI SEIZURE MEDICINE. HE HAS PHYSICAL THERAPY THREE TIMES A WEEK. THE RECLINER SEAT BELT IS A VERY HARD PLASTIC AND THE SEATS ALSO COMES DOWN WITH EXTREME FORCE. THE CONTACT IS AWARE OF THE SAFETY RISK INVOLVED. THE SEATS ARE DESIGNED WITH THE SEAT BELTS LOCATED IN THE INSIDE ON THE SHOULDER OF THE SEATS. THERE ARE NO WARNING LABELS PRESENT. AFTER NEW BRAKES AND CALIPERS AGAIN AND BEARINGS REPLACED, AGAIN THIS WAS DONE IN NOVEMBER 2010 CUSTOMER COMPLAINED OF REAR NOISES AS BRAKES STICKING OR SOME PROBLEM WITH BEARINGS THAT WERE REPLACED. DEALER FOUND "NO PROBLEM". 3/11/2011 HOWEVER THE CAR IS STILL MAKING NOISES AND CONCERN FOR SAFETY IS THE ISSUE FOR THE CUSTOMER. ALSO, THE DEFROSTER DO NOT ALWAYS WORK AND CUSTOMER HAS TO SCRAPE THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOW TO SEE OUT. DEALER COULD NOT RE-CREATE. ALSO WHEN IT RAINS OR SLUSH THE UNDERNEATH OF THE CAR BANGS AS IF SOMETHING IS LOOSE. CUSTOMER ASKED DEALERSHIP TO CHECK ALSO ON 3/11/2011 AND STILL THE SAME ANSWER "COULD NOT RE-CREATE" AND FOUND NOTHING. CUSTOMER ASKED TO CHECK BRAKES, BEARINGS, CONVERTER AND DIFFERENTIAL ON 3/11/2011 FOR THE 4TH TIME AND AGAIN NOTHING WAS FOUND. CAR HAS HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS FROM DAY ONE INCLUDING THE GEAR SHIFT COMING OFF IN HAND. HOT WHEEL SYNDROME IN 2009 FIXED BUT IS BACK. CUSTOMER GOING ON TRIP AND WANTS THIS DOCUMENTED.

ALSO ALL OF THE WARNING LIGHTS WOULD ILLUMINATE ON THE INSTRUMENT CONTROL WITHOUT WARRANT. ALSO THE VEHICLE WOULD INTERMITTENTLY GO INTO LYMPH MODE, WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO DOWN-SHIFT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES, AND THE CLOCK-SPRING, WIRING-PLUG, AND PVC VALVE WERE REPAIRED. NONE OF THE REPAIRS REMEDIED THE FAILURE. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THE PADS HAD CUT INTO THE METAL OF BOTH ROTORS. THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE AFTER HAVING THE BRAKES AND ROTORS REPLACED BY A THIRD PARTY. CHRYSLER DENIED THE CONSUMERS REQUESTED FOR REIMBURSEMENT BECAUSE THE CONSUMER DID NOT HAVE THE REPAIRS DONE AT A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP.
