TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN HE OPENED THE TRUNK WATER WAS COMING FROM THE TRUNK LATCH. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER MAINSTREET. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE STEERING WHEEL VIBRATED AND PULLED TO THE RIGHT. THE FRONT TIRES ALSO WORE PREMATURELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE FAILURE. THE DEALER BALANCED AND ALIGNED THE FRONT TIRES. THE ENGINE WAS ALSO LIFTED TO INSPECT THE MOTOR CRADLE. THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED. THE STEERING WHEEL CONTINUED TO VIBRATE AND PULL TO THE RIGHT. THE FRONT TIRES ALSO CONTINUED TO WEAR PREMATURELY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 9,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE SITTING AT A TRAFFIC STOP. THE FAILURE RECURRED FOUR TIMES AND WOULD ONLY OCCUR ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS AT A COMPLETE STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS BUT THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE A FAILURE WITHIN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK WITH THE MANUFACTURER BUT ONLY RECEIVED A RECORDED MESSAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 7399.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVING AT IDLE SPEEDS WHEN THERE WAS AN INCREASE IN ENGINE RPMS AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATION INCREASED. THE FAILURE WAS RESOLVED TEMPORARILY WHEN THE ENGINE WAS RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 640 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 1010.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A FAILURE WITH THE SUSPENSION. WHEN TRAVELING OVER UNLEVELED LAND OR IN INCLEMENT WEATHER AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE REAR SUSPENSION SWAYED BACK AND FORTH. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY FORCE TO THE STEERING WHEEL TO PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM SWAYING ON THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AT LEAST FOUR TIMES, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED NO REMEDY. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 55 MPH WHEN THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A POLE. DURING THE CRASH THE SEAT BELTS DID NOT RESTRAIN AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUFFERED A CONCUSSION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A REPAIR SHOP WHERE THE MECHANIC ADVISED THAT DURING THE CRASH THE SENSORS WERE PULLED IN FROM THE SUB FRAME, CAUSING THE SENSORS NOT TO RECEIVE ANY IMPACT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000.

REAR SHIFTS SIDE WAYS WHEN GOING OVER ANY BUMP OR EXPANSION JOINT ON ROAD. DRIVING IN SNOW OR ICE IS VERY DANGEROUS BECAUSE REAR IS ALWAYS SLIDING BACK AND FORTH HAD CAR CHECKED ALIGN IS GOOD THEY SAID SWAY BAR IS CONECTED TOO FAR AWAY FROM WHEELS ALLOWING REAR TO SWAY. *TR
