Inside door panels started to separate from the door, this is causing my power locks malfunction on the driver side (the separation is causing a lock button to misalign with the hole in the door panel). This started approximately 2 weeks ago. This problem started with the driver side door and has now affected 3 of the for doors in the car. Of course it happened about 4 months past the 3 year Dodge warranty period.
2018 Dodge Charger R/T uConnect system has a well-documented history of delaminating causing a series of hazardous conditions. The screen will jump from menu item to menu item, from one control to another, will disconnect phone calls, will prevent phone calls from being made, will exit out of navigation screens while driving, will distract drivers with constant beeping at loud volumes, will cause backup camera systems to cease functioning, will prevent users being able to access security features, and will generally have a negative impact on the mental state of drivers while driving down the road. These are dangerous conditions and the product should be recalled regardless of warranty status. NHTSA is charged with protecting the human lives while driving down the road and should act by instituting a recall.
THIS AT ABOUT 5:30 AM WHEN I WAS GETTING IN MY CAR TO GO TO WORK I NOTICED THE PANEL ON MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR WAS BEGINNING TO LIFT UP.MY CAR IS RARELY PARKED IN THE SUN LIGHT BECAUSE I PARK IT IN MY GARAGE AT HOME AND A SHADED AREA AT WORK.
WHILE STOPPING INTO A GAS STATION FUELING UP MY CAR AND SETTING HOUSE IN AUTOMATIC STOP WHEN FUEL TURN THE CAR ON TO START HEADING HOME BEFORE ARRIVING TO MY HOME CAR STARTING TURNING OFF ON ME MADE IT TO MY DRIVE WAY AND THEN STARTED POURING FUEL FROM THE REAR PASSENGER RIGHT SIDE BY THE TIRE
Interior door panel warping and coming undone on passenger side door close to window
MY DODGE CHARGER SHAKES WHEN I PUSH THE BRAKES ON A DOWN HILL OR WHEN DRIVING IN SPEED . THERE IS NO AVS LIGHT SYSTEM ON . THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND SO HAVE THE ROUTERS . HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO SEVERAL MECHANICAL SHOPS AND EVERYONE SAYS THERE IS NO ISSUE YET MY CAR SHAKES WHEN BRAKED DOWN HILL OR IN FAST SPEED. THIS IS DANGEROUS

I REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE BECAUSE MY BRAKES FAILED. I HAD BOTH FEET PUSHING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL AND MY BRAKES FAILED TO STOP MY VEHICLE. THEY DID NOT LOCK UP OR ANYTHING I ROLLED RIGHT INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. I SEE A LOT OF CHARGERS THAT ARE CRASHED IN THE FRONT JUST LIKE MINE. I REALLY THINK THESE BRAKE SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO OR ISSUE A RECALL.*DT CONSUMER STATED VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND MANUFACTURE WAS NOT CONTACTED.*JB
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE U-CONNECT 8.4 SCREEN WAS DELAMINATING WITH A GHOSTING AFFECT TO THE INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM AND ALL ASPECT OF THE VEHICLE CONTROLS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER DUE THE REPAIR COST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO A DEALER. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD PROVIDED A LOW-KEY RESET PROCEDURE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 43,000.
2018 Dodge Charger with only 6900 miles. Issue began in fall 2020 at about 6700 miles, shortly after the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty ended. U-CONNECT 8.4 System malfunctions as often as twice per second and perhaps 30 times per minute, causing unsafe distractions (multiple beeps) and possibly more. Sometimes it is the radio switching channels, with an annoying beep each time. Sometimes it is a clock setting display which pops up with a beep asking "Do you want to change clock settings?" When these thing happen, other electronics act up - map and navigation goes crazy, phone bluetooth interface goes crazy. When U-Connect is acting up badly, the rearview backup camera sometimes does not work when transmission is shifted into reverse. The U-Connect can be used to adjust drive-train performance thus representing the possibility of an additional safety hazard. Disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it seems to reset it but only helps for a little while; from 1 minute to a day before it starts acting crazy again.

ADDITIONALLY, THE BLUETOOTH FUNCTION WOULD INDEPENDENTLY ACTIVATE, DIAL A NUMBER AND THEN HANG UP THE CALL. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO GRIFFIN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (961 E US 74 HWY, HAMLET, NC 28345) TO BE INSPECTED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE RADIO CONSOLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO AN UNSTATED ELECTRICAL FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,000.
UCONNECT NAVIGATION INACCURATELY SHOWS LOCATION. RANDOMLY, WITHOUT EXPLANATION OR ACTION THE GPS LOCATION WILL BE OFF SET AND NEVER RETURN CORRECTLY. SYSTEM WILL ALSO FREEZE WHILE DRIVING OR WILL NOT TURN OFF WHEN THE CAR IS STOPPED AND DOOR IS OPENED. THIS AFFECTS ALL UCONNECT FEATURES (PHONE, BACK UP CAM, RADIO).THE INCIDENTS OCCUR WHILE THE VEHICLE IS BOTH STATIONERY AND IN MOTION. ACCORDING TO UCONNECT REPRESENTATIVES, THE ONLY SURE WAY TO FIX THE ISSUE IS TO TOTALLY REPLACE THE RADIO. SYSTEM IS SUPPOSED TO ASSIST IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS TO ALERT SAFETY PERSONNEL; ASSIST WITH ROAD INFORMATION FOR SAFE DRIVING AND ARRIVAL, AND PROVIDE ACCURATE STORM INFORMATION, BUT CANNOT AS IT IS INACCURATE WITHOUT A FIX BESIDES REPLACEMENT. THE DEALERSHIPS BLAME UCONNECT AND REFUSE TO PERFORM WORK. HOWEVER, UCONNECT REFERS CUSTOMERS TO THE DEALERSHIPS AS THEY CANNOT FIX ANYTHING.
THE UCONNECT RADIO IS DELAMINATING AND THERE CAUSING TO JUMP FROM STATION OR IT WILL JUMP TO RESETTING THE CLOCK CAUSING ME TO LOOK AWAY FROM THE ROAD WHICH IS A DISTRACTION AND I ALSO BELIEVE THAT IT CONTROLS MORE THRN JUST THE RADIO. I CALLED CHRYSLER CUSTOMER CARE AND WAS TOLD IT IS MY EXPENSE. BUT WHEN I TOOK IT TO A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP U WAS TOLD BY THE TECH ON DUTY IT WAS S KNOWN PROBLEM.
THE VEHICLE SCREEN WILL FREEZE AND BE STUCK. THIS HAPPENS WHEN I START THE CAR UP ALSO AS I'M DRIVING. ALSO I BELIEVE WHATEVER HAPPENING IT AFFECTING MY HEADLIGHTS AS WELL AND MY BACK UP CAMERA GOES OUT AS WELL
LCD SCREEN DETACHING FROM THE GLASS WHICH CAUSES THE HEATING AND AIR TO NOT WORK PROPERLY, THE STEREO, GPS, HEATED AND COOLING SEATS CONTRACTION CONTROL, PRETTY MUCH ALL INSIDE FUNCTIONS.
DODGE CHARGER SCATPACK 2018 HAS A ISSUE WITH THE RADIO WHERE IT'S CONSTANTLY PRESSING BUTTONS BECAUSE OF THE SCREEN HAVING AIR BUBBLES/ DELAMINATION. IT TURNS ON THE HEATED SEATS, HEATED STEEEING WHEEL AND MESSES WITH MY SPORTS MODE WHERE IT'S CHANGING MY STEERING FROM NORM TO SPORT. IT IS A DISTRACTION WHILE DRIVING BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CLICK THE X BUTTON.THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT COULD CAUSE MANY ACCIDENTS.
Manufacturer Claim that the wheels on the Dodge Charger are fully powder-coated, which they are not (VIN: [XXX]). Therefore, since the wheels are not fully powder coated, the poorly painted wheel tends to fail to adhere to the tire, causing slow undetectable leaks and fast wear on the tires. About a year ago I have Purchased brand new tires and had the Vehicle Aligned to prolong the tire's life. Now the problem seems to get worse as the days go on and I am looking to replace my wheels for that reason. I would like for Dodge to at least re-powder coat my wheels entirely since I was sold partially painted wheels. Issues with the door panel coming loose where my air bag is. Both of my front door panels are coming loose and this is a safety concern I have.
PASSENGER DOOR PANEL WORKED WHILE VEHICLE WAS PARKED. THIS CAUSED THE UPPER PART TO PULL AWAY FROM ITS MOUNTS AND IS EXPOSING THE SIDE AIRBAG LEAVING IT EXPOSED TO ADDITIONAL HEAT AND ELEMENTS. IT IS MY CONCERN THAT THE ADDITIONAL EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE THE AIRBAG TO DISCHARGE
WENT TO GET IN THE VEHICLE ONE MORNING AND THE DOOR HANDLE ON THE DRIVER SIDE WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT WILL OPEN FROM THE INSIDE, I BELIEVE THE SCREW HAD COME OUT, AND WENT TO GET IN THE VEHICLE THIS MORNING AND NOTICE THE PANEL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR PANEL PEEL UP FROM THE TOP OF THE DOOR WHERE THE LOCK IS. *TR

THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT A CHILD MAY STICK THEIR FINGERS IN BETWEEN THE DOOR PANEL AND THE DOOR FRAME AND HURT THEMSELVES. THE DEALER WAS NOT CALLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000.
THE TOUCH SCREEN UCONNECT STEREO IS DELAMINATING WHICH MAKES THE DISPLAY HARD TO SEE WHICH ALSO ALLOWS HUMIDITY TO ENTER THE GAP AND MAKES THE STEREO FLIP BETWEEN SETTINGS (RADIO, NAV, SEAT HEATING CONTROLS, CLIMATE CONTROL) AND PROCEEDS TO RANDOMLY CLICK THE TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE BUTTONS. THIS CAUSES DISTRACTIONS AND HAS RESULTED IN A FROZEN TOUCH SCREEN WHILE DRIVING (WHICH RENDERS THE CLIMATE CONTROLS DEAD AS WELL AS BACKUP CAMERA, NAVIGATION AND THE STEREO). AFTER TAKING THIS TO THE DEALER I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS PAST MY WARRANTY WHICH MEANS THIS IS AN OUT OF POCKET FIX.
DURING MY TIME DRIVING THE VEHICLE IT HAS BEEN RUNNING GREAT BUT RECENTLY AFTER REACHING 23,500 MILES IT STARTED ACTING FUNNY AS IN. SLOWING TO A COMPLETE STOP AND ACCELERATING IT WOULD LOOSE RPM THEN GO UP THEN IT HARD SHIFT UP UNTIL THE 4 GEAR. PUTTING IN REVERSE IT WOULD MAKE A ROCKING NOISE UNDER THE HOOD. TO STOP IT I WOULD HAVE TO PUT IT IN PARK. THIS HAPPENED 4 TIMES. I BROUGHT IT UP TO MECHANICS THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. *TR
I HAVE A 2018 GT AND WHENEVER I TRY TO USE LAUNCH CONTROL IT'S STUCK AT 1000 RPM AND THE SCROLL BAR MOVE BUT IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE RPM. *TR

THE DEALERSHIP WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME $200 TO TELL ME A OBVIOUS PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THE SCREEN IS LIKE PEELING ON THE INSIDE SO IT LOOKS LIKE IT GOT AIR BUBBLING GOING ON.
PROBLEM 1) I HAVE 2018 CHARGER. COUPLE OF THING HAVE HAPPEN WHERE THE REAR PASSENGER TAIL LIGHT COME ON AND GOES OFF RANDOMLY . I HAVE CHANGE THE FUSES IN THE FUSE BOX. PROBLEM 2) THE ABS & TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT COMES ON AND OFF WHILE DRIVING. THE BRAKE PEDAL WILL TIGHTEN UP SOME TIMES. I CHANGE MY BRAKES , KEEP MY WHEEL BALANCE AND ROTATED. STILL HAVING ISSUE. AGAIN SPEED SENSORS HAVE BEEN REPLACE. PROBLEM 3 ) UCONNECT RADIO SOMETHING IT WILL FREEZES UP AND WONT PLAY ANY SOUND , WONT CONNECT TO THE PHONE. IT?S BLANK OUT AND I HAVE GO TO THE BACK FUSE BOX IN THE TRUNK AND HARD RESET IT BY PULLING THE FUSE. *TR
THE VIDEO DISPLAY HAS A BUBBLE FORMING WITHIN THE SCREEN AND IS INCREASING IN SIZE. THE WARPING DOES NOT GO AWAY WHEN THE VIDEO DISPLAY IS TURNED ON. IT IS PRESENT IN ALL DRIVING CONDITIONS (I.E. DRIVING, PARKED, AND REVERSE.).
THE U-CONNECT TOUCH SCREEN IS DEFECTIVE. THIS A "GHOSTING" PROBLEM WHERE THE TOUCH SCREEN BUTTONS ACTIVATE ON THEIR OWN, RANDOMLY, CONSTANTLY ACROSS ALL SCREEN CONTROL SYSTEMS. THIS DEFECT IS ACTIVATING MULTIPLE CAR SYSTEMS INCLUDING SEAT HEATERS, RADIO, BLUETOOTH, ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS, ODOMETER UNITS, AND 911 CALLING. THE CAR HAS BECOME UNSAFE DUE TO ACTIVATION OF MULTIPLE SYSTEMS WHILE DRIVING. THE PROBLEM IS VERY PREVALENT AMONG DODGE CHRYSLER VEHICLES. I CONTACTED DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR OR RECALL THIS U-CONNECT CONTROL SYSTEM.
WHILE DRIVING THE RADIO BREAKS UP AND JUST SHUTS OFF COMPLETELY. IT TAKES A FEW MINUTES BEFORE YOU CAN TURN IT BACK ON WITH THE POWER BUTTON. THIS HAS TO BE AN ELECTRONIC PROBLEM?? THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHILE IN MOTION IT IS FACTORY RADIO IT AS NEVER BEEN MESSED WITH.
MY CAR OFTEN TIMES WON'T REGISTER THE FOB. MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO UNLOCK OR START MY CAR. I HAVE BOTH FACTORY FOBS WITH NEW BATTERIES, SOMETIMES THE CAR REGISTERS THEM AND SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MONTHS.
THE DODGE CHARGER 2018 SXT BACK TAILLIGHT GOING IN AND OUT AND HAS A SHORT IN WIRE HARNESS AND ACTING LIKE ITS NOT GETTING ANY POWER TO IT. ITS GOES IN AND OUT EVERY OTHER DAY. I HAVE REPLACE THE WHOLE LIGHT. ITS COST ME $400 TO REPLACE. I BARLEY HAD THIS VECHILE FOR A YEAR. UNDER 50K MILES.
THE NAVIGATION IS REPORTING I'M IN ANOTHER STATE, ALSO THE ENTIRE RADIO SCREEN AND FUNCTIONS STOP WORKING AND SWITCH BACK AND FORTH WITHOUT TOUCHING IT.

THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER MCKINNEY DODGE (4574 CALHOUN MEMORIAL HWY, EASLY SC.) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
ALL INTERIOR DOOR PANELS ON MY CHARGER IS LIFTING AND EXPOSING INTERIOR OF DOOR PLASTICS AND ELECTRONICS.
MY DAUGHTER COULD NOT GET THE CAR TO STOP, AS SHE WAS ENGAGING THE BREAK TO THE FLOOR. SHE IS UNSURE IF WHEN SHE TURNED CRUISE CONTROL WAS SET, BUT EITHER WAY THE BRAKE SHOULD HAVE TURNED IT OFF. THEN WHEN THE POLE WAS HIT, ALL THE AIRBAGS WENT OFF EXCEPT THE PASSENGER LOWER AIRBAG. I WAS THE PASSENGER AND I HAVE A HURT ANKLE, KNEE, AND HIP. WHY WOULD ALL AIRBAGS GO OFF EXCEPT ONE IF THE IMPACT WAS DIRECTLY IN THE FRONT OF THE CAR? THE VEHICLE WAS TURNING WHEN SHE NOTICED IT WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN.
TIRES HAVE VIRTUALLY NO WET TRACTION. EVEN LIGHT RAIN RESULTS IN VEHICLE BEING DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. BOUGHT AS REPLACEMENT TIRES TO THE MICHELIN TIRES THE VEHICLE CAME WITH. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE WORN TO THE POINT OF NEEDING TO BE REPLACED, THEY HAD BETTER WET TRACTION THAN THESE TIRES. EITHER THE TREAD DOESN'T SHED ANY WATER, OR THE MATERIAL THE TIRE IS MADE FROM IS TOO HARD RESULTING IN NO CONTACT ON EVEN SLIGHTLY WET ROADS. CONTACTED MANUFACTURER OF TIRES, AND THEY OFFERED NO RESOLUTION.

The failure on the driver’s side door panel created a visual obstruction when the driver looked over the shoulder to view oncoming vehicles. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were contacted regarding the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.
TODAY WHEN GETTING IN MY CAR MY POWER STEERING SERVICE LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO BE SERVICED FOR A U60 14-18MY LA/LX/LD CAN BUS AS PE RECALL (REPROGRAM). I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY CONCERN WITH MY POWER STEERING. WHEN I WEN TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE I WAS TOLD THE UNIT HAD TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CAUSED MY POWER STEERING TO GO OUT. On 07/30/2019, your staff made an error on the mileage. It was reported 111,000 miles which would mean someone drove over 100,000 miles in a year? Which I'm not real sure if that is even possible... The mileage should of been reported as 11,100. The car currently has 27,073 miles. Please assist me on getting this corrected. Thank you. ENGINE FIRE: TOTAL LOSS
I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND OUT OF NO WHERE MY SUNROOF EXPLODED. I WAS GOING THE SPEED LIMIT AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE NOTHING HIT ME. THANK GOD MY SUNROOF SHADE WAS PULLED FORWARD OR ELSE GLASS WOULD'VE BEEN COMING AT MY INFANT DAUGHTER AND MYSELF AT 70 MPH. I CALLED MY INSURANCE AND EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS A FREAK EVENT THAT HAPPENED, I HAD TO PAY $500 TO GET IT FIXED. I WAS READING THAT THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME A SUNROOF FROM MY MAKE, MODEL, AND YEAR HAS EXPLODED.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (VICTORVILLE MOTORS 14617 CIVIC DR, VICTORVILLE, CA 92394) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE RESULT OF THE DIAGNOSIS WAS INCONCLUSIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

INTERIOR, I BELIEVE THE SUN OR HEAT WARPS THE DOOR TRIM INSIDE AND IT POPS OUT REVEALING THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR, NEAR THE WINDOWS. IT'S HAPPENED TO MY PASSENGER DOOR AND RECENTLY TO MY DRIVER DOOR.
WE HAVE 12 DIFFERENT DODGE CHARGERS THAT ARE STALLING OUT WHILE THE OFFICER IS DRIVING. *BF VEHICLE WOULD PERIODICALLY (3 TIMES A WEEK, ABOUT 3-4 TIMES A DAY) HESITATES WHEN IT'S IN THE PROCESS OF SWITCHING GEARS. WHEN QUICKLY ACCELERATING AND BRAKING RUNNING (CODE 3) ON 4 OCCASIONS TO DATE WHILE CRUISING REGULARLY (PATROL SPEED) VEHICLE. WHEN AT A STOP WHEN GOING TO ACCELERATE TO CROSS AN INTERSECTION THE CAR GOES BUT SUDDENLY FEELS AS IF IT LOOSES POWER REALLY QUICK AND SLOWS DOWN AS IF MY FOOT IS NOT ON THE GAS AND THEN THERE'S A HARD KICK (OR JERK) THAT THE CAR DOES AND IT REVS UP AS IF IT DIDN'T SLOW DOWN ON ITS OWN AND IT GOES. THIS HAS HAPPENED WHEN TRYING TO ACCELERATE FROM A COMPLETE STOP AND WHILE TRYING TO GAIN SPEED ON THE HIGHWAY.
THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN A MONTH. VEHICLE IS PARKED. ONE HEAD LIGHT OUT, DEPENDING WHICH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. VEHICLE WILL NOT TURN OVER BUT ALL ELECTRICAL COMES ON AND STAYS ON. DASH BOARD MESSAGES INCLUDE: "SERVICE TRANSMISSION CONTINUE IN D. DO NOT SHIFT OR TURN ENGINE OFF", 'UNTIL YOU REACH A DESIRED LOCATION YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SHIFT AGAIN UNTIL SERVICED','SERVICE STABILITRACK' OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES, AND "KEY FOB NOT FOUND" EVEN THOUGH KEY FOB IS IN CAR. SHIFTER CONTINUOUSLY BLINKS AND A CONSTANT DINGING AS IF A KEY WAS LEFT IN AN IGNITION. YOU CANNOT MOVE SHIFTER OUT OF PARK. ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS STAY ON AND WILL NOT SHUT OFF. CAR HAS ACTED LIKE IT DOESN'T WANT TO START BUT ENDS UP TURNING OVER SLOWLY, A FEW TIMES BEFORE THESE PROBLEMS STARTED. THIS ISSUE STARTED AT AROUND 5250 MILES (BUT RESTARTED AFTER 15 MINS), THEN AGAIN TWO DAYS LATER AT 5300 MILES (GOT IT TO RESTART AFTER AT LEAST 30 MINS) TOOK INTO DEALERSHIP AND THAT'S WHEN DODGE REPLACED THE SHIFTER AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR A WEEK. AGAIN THE ISSUE HAS OCCURRED AT 5857 MILES. MOVED CAR OUT OF GARAGE, NOTICED ONE HEAD LIGHT OUT, AND I KNEW I HAD TO TRY AND RESTART IT FROM PREVIOUS ISSUES. SURE ENOUGH, IT WOULD NOT TURN OVER BUT ALL ELECTRICAL CAME ON AND STAYED ON. HAD TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED BACK TO DEALERSHIP WITH MALFUNCTIONING ELECTRICAL STILL ON. BATTERY HAD DIED BY THE TIME THE DEALERSHIP SERVICE TEAM LOOKED AT IT.
THE VEHICLE TRY TO CUT OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE EXPRESSWAY IT GOT STUCK IN DRIVE AND ONCE I GOT IT HOME WE HAD TO TAKE CABLES OFF BATTERY TO PUT CAR IN PARK THE CAR WILL NOT CRANK UP AND ALSO THE GEAR IS FLASHING WANT GO IN DRIVE

THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT A CLAIM WOULD BE FILED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT CALLED BACK. THE CONTACT WAS NOT SURE WHETHER THE MANUFACTURE WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
