ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2015, WE WERE TRAVELLING TO OUR LOCAL BEACH AND I NOTICED A LOW TIRE PRESSURE INDICATOR ON THE VANS DASHBOARD. I WAS LUCKY TO KNOW THIS PARTICULAR PART OF THE BRONX, SO WE IMMEDIATELY GOT OFF OF THE HIGHWAY AND STOPPED AT A LOCAL GARAGE. THINKING THAT IT WAS JUST A SLOW LEAK, WE PULLED OVER TO THE PAY-FOR-AIR KIOSK AND I WENT TO FILL THE FRONT, PASSENGERS SIDE TIRE, WHICH APPEARED LOW. THE TIRE WAS NOT FLAT, JUST LOW. TO MAY COMPLETE AMAZEMENT, WHEN I APPLIED THE REQUIRED PRESSURE ONTO THE VALVE STEM WITH THE TIRE INFLATOR, THE VALVE STEM DISAPPEARED INTO THE RIM! THIS IMMEDIATELY DEFLATED THE TIRE. THE KIDS IMMEDIATELY STARTED COMPLAINING THAT THIS WAS GOING TO RUIN THE BEACH TRIP, BUT I ASSURED THEM THAT SINCE THE GAS STATION WE WERE LUCKILY DISABLED IN FRONT OF WOULD BE OF IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. I ENTERED THE GARAGE AND FOUND THE SOLE MECHANIC TURNED WITH HIS BACK TO ME, WORKING ON A VEHICLE. HE DIDNT SEE US COME IN AND DIDNT KNOW I WAS THERE UNTIL I EXCUSED MYSELF AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THIS CRAZY THING THAT HAD JUST HAPPENED TO ME. LET ME GUESS, ITS A CHRYSLER, RIGHT? TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, HE TOLD ME THAT THE THREADS ON THE CHRYSLER/DODGE VALVE STEMS ARE MADE OF SUCH SHODDY MATERIALS THAT THEY, IN HIS WORDS, TURN TO DUST. WHEN HE FINALLY GOT THE VALVE STEM OUT OF MY TIRE, IT WAS INDEED NEARLY COMPLETELY OXIDIZED. THE NEXT DAY, I BROUGHT THE VAN TO OUR LOCAL TIRE REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE ALL OF THE VALVES REPLACED WITH GOOD, OLD FASHIONED RUBBER ONES. THE REMAINING WERE ALL IN SIMILAR, TERRIBLE CONDITION. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE AFTERMARKET SENSOR WE HAD PURCHASED LAST YEAR. THE TIRE SHOP SAID THAT IT WAS A COMMON OCCURRENCE AMONG DODGE AND CHRYSLER VEHICLES. I FEEL THIS SAME CONDITION CAUSED THE BLOWOUT WE HAD EXPERIENCED THE YEAR BEFORE AS WELL.
SEPTEMBER 7, 2015, WAS ENTERING INTERSTATE, CAR CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE WITH ACCELERATOR DEPRESSED, PRESSING ON BRAKE WAS MINIMALLY FUNCTIONAL, MANAGED TO GET CAR ON OFFRAMP AND TO PARKING LOT, HOWEVER BRAKES WERE EXTREMELY HOT AND BRAKE LIGHT WAS ON. TURNED OFF THE IGNITION, AND RESTARTED CAR. ACCELERATOR WAS STILL DEPRESSED SO TURNED CAR OFF. CAME BACK AFTER TWO HOURS AND CAR FUNCTIONED NORMALLY. TOOK CAR TO DODGE SERVICE REPAIR, SHOWED A CODE P2299, BRAKE PEDAL POSITION-ACCELERATOR POSITION, AND CODE C0021 BRAKE BOOSTER PERFORMANCE. MECHANIC CLEARED CODES, STATED THAT HANDICAPPED HAND CONTROLS WERE ENGINEERED IMPROPERLY AND ALLOWED BOTH BRAKES AND ACCELERATOR TO BE USED AT SAME TIME. SERVICE MANAGER STATED THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF A WIRELESS THROTTLE BODY CONTROL PROBLEM AND THAT I WAS THE FIRST TO COMPLAIN. LATER STATED THAT SEVERAL OTHER HAND CONTROL UNITS THEY HAD WORKED ON FUNCTIONED IMPROPERLY. IT WAS EXTREMELY EVIDENT THEY WERE COVERING A STUCK THROTTLE BODY PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN SEEN BY A NUMBER OF NON-DODGE AUTHORIZED MECHANICS.

THE HEADLIGHTS INTERMITTENTLY WORK, BUT MOSTLY DO NOT LIGHT UP WHETHER TURNING ON THE HEADLIGHTS USING THE MAIN SWITCH. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS, THE LIGHTS WILL FLICKER SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN GO OUT. MY WIFE WAS DRIVING HOME FROM THE GROCERY STORE AND THE POLICE PULLED HER OVER AND ASKED WHY SHE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE AT NIGHT WITH HER HEADLAMPS OFF. MY WIFE NOTICED, BUT THOUGHT A HEADLAMP HAD BURNED OUT. MY WIFE SETUP AN APPOINTMENT AT A EXPERIENCED MECHANIC WHO SHOT THE WIRES AND DID NOT IDENTIFY ANY ISSUES WITH THE HEADLAMP SWITCH ASSEMBLY OR THE WIRES. WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DODGE DEALERSHIP IN A FEW DAYS, HOWEVER, READING ONLINE THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT COULD ENTAIL A CIRCUIT DEFICIENCY WITHIN THE TOTAL INTEGRATED POWER MANAGEMENT (TIPM) MODULE. WE JUST PURCHASED THE VAN FROM A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP 2 MONTHS AGO AND THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE HEADLIGHTS INTERMITTENTLY WORK. THE VAN IS GROUNDED FROM OPERATION AT NIGHT AND DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS AS THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE CONDITION.

WHILE STEERING TO THE LEFT, THE NOISE DECREASED AND, WHILE STEERING TO THE RIGHT, THE NOISE INCREASED. WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE NOISE STOPPED. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

DRIVING ON NY STATE THRUWAY AT 1 AM FRIDAY NIGHT AND TIRE SENSOR LIGHT WENT ON BUT NO INDICATION ANYTHING OTHER THAN LOW TIRE PRESSURE. SOON AFTER THE CAR MAKES NOISE WE PULL OVER TO SAFE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND SEE THE TIRE IS FLAT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. LUCKILY NO ONE WAS HURT AND NO CRASH. BROUGHT CAR TO MONRO AS BEFORE WHEN THIS HAPPENED BEFORE. CAN CHECK WITH THEM WHEN. SO THE TENSOR BROKE OFF AS BEFORE AND WENT INTO THE TIRE. SHREDDED THE TIRE ON THE INSIDE AS BEFORE. I HAVE TO GET A NEW TIRE AGAIN AND NEW SENSOR. WILL COST ME A LOT OF MONEY FOR INFERIOR DESIGN AND MATERIALS FOR THE SENSOR. NEEDS TO BE RECALLED AND STRONGER MATERIAL SHOULD BE USED. ALSO A NEW DESIGN FEATURE LIKE SUBARU TO HAVE A FLASHING LIGHT IF THERE IS A SERIOUS ISSUE OTHER THAN JUST LOW TIRE PRESSURE. THE DODGE JUST HAS A STAY ON LIGHT WARNING. SO HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW SENSOR NEW TIRE AND HAD TO PAY FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. CALLED DODGE AND FOUND OUT THERE HAVE BEEN MANY REPORTS OF THIS ALREADY. THE WOMAN KIM, WILL REPORT THIS TO DODGE.
THERE IS A KNOWN RECALL NOW FOR 2008-2010 DODGE CARAVANS FOR THE IGNITION SWITCH OR WIN MODULE MALFUNCTIONING. MY VAN STARTED WITH NOT TURNING COMPLETELY OFF WHEN THE KEY WAS IN OFF MODE AND REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION. THE RADIO WOULD STILL BE ON AND LIGHTS ON THE DASH WITH THE KEY COMPLETELY OUT OF IGNITION. I HAD TO REMOVE THE BATTERY CABLE TO GET THE VAN TO TURN OFF COMPLETELY. THIS WORKED FOR A COUPLE DAYS BUT NOW IT WILL NOT START OR RUN AT ALL. THE ERROR ON THE DASH DISPLAY SAYS "BAD KEY" AND I AM UNABLE TO START OR USE MY VAN AT ALL. WHEN ASKED ABOUT RECALL THEY SAY MY VAN DOESN'T FALL INTO THE MONTHS THEY ISSUED THE RECALL FOR IN 2010? I AM GOING TO HAVE TO GET THIS FIXED BECAUSE I CANNOT USE THE VAN OTHERWISE AND TO REPLACE THE WIN MODULE IT IS GOING TO COST ME AROUND $600 (WHICH I DO NOT HAVE!). I JUST PURCHASED THE VAN ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND 05/2015 SO I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS VEHICLE ROUGHLY 3 MONTHS AND IT IS ALREADY BROKEN DOWN. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS FINALLY REPLACED AS A RESULT OF A RECALL. SHORTLY AFTER THE REPLACEMENT WE BEGAN EXPERIENCING A SITUATION IN WHICH THE VAN WOULD NOT START. ALL WE COULD GET WAS A "CLUNK" SOUND FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. IT HAS A BATTERY THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AND USUALLY STARTS FINE. THE SITUATION EXISTS WHEN WE TRY TO USE EITHER KEYS. SO FAR, WE HAVE BEEN LUCKY IN THAT IT STARTS FINE AFTER AFTER 8 OR MORE TRIES; THE ENGINE WILL START AND FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO A COUPLE OF WEEKS THINGS ARE FINE AND THEN THE SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN. ALL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS SEEM TO BE OPERATING PROPERLY EXCEPT FOR THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT. IT, TOO, HAS STARTED ACTING UP WITH ABOUT THE SAME FREQUENCY. THE DODGE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FEELS IT MAY BE THE BATTERY IN THE PRESSURE SENSOR VALVE. FUNNY THAT THEY BOTH STARTED ABOUT A MONTH OR TWO AFTER THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS REPLACED.
I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE IN APRIL 2015. ON 08/13/2015, I WAS DRIVING LATE AT NIGHT ON INTERSTATE 5. BOTH HEADLIGHTS UNEXPECTED FLASHED ON AND OFF, THEN STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. I PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY AND ATTEMPTED TO GET THE HEADLIGHTS WORKING BY JIGGLING THE LIGHT SWITCH, BUT NOTHING WORKED. THE SIDE MARKER LIGHTS AND FOG LIGHTS DID WORK, SO I USED THOSE SO I COULD GET OFF THE FREEWAY UNTIL DAYLIGHT. SINCE THAT DATE, IT HAS HAPPENED THREE MORE TIMES. ONE TIME, IT OCCURRED WHEN I SIMPLY HIT THE REMOTE DOOR UNLOCK. THE HEADLIGHTS STARTED FLASHING, THEN WENT OFF. I WAS UNABLE TO GET THE HEADLIGHTS TO TURN BACK ON BY MANIPULATING THE LIGHT SWITCH AND HAD THE USE THE PARKING LIGHTS AND FOG LIGHTS. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE CAUSED BY A FAULTY SWITCH. THIS IS AN EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD. I HAVE READ NUMEROUS REPORTS ONLINE THAT THIS IS NOT A RARE OCCURRENCE.

SAFETY RECALL R03/NHTSA 14-V-373 WIRELESS IGNITION NODE MODULE. VAN HAS SHUT OFF 3 TIMES DEAD IN ROAD. CONTACTED DELAER 5 TIMES. DEALER HAS NO PARTS. DEALER FORCED ORDER OF PART. 2 MONTHS HAVE GONE BY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I DO NOT NEED MY FAMILY DEAD.

THE DEALER DID NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER COULD NOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL FAILED TO WORK WHILE WAITING FOR THE PART. THE CONTACT HAD TO MANUALLY UNLOCK THE DOORS DUE TO THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
WE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FROM DODGE SEVERAL WEEKS AGO R03/NHTSA/14V-373. I CALLED THE DEALER, DISHMAN DODGE RIGHT AWAY TO SCHEDULE REPAIRS AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE PARTS, AND HAD NO IDEA WHEN THEY WOULD GET THEM. THEY PUT US ON THE LIST AND SAID THEY WOULD CALL WHEN THE PARTS CAME IN. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME HAS PASSED WITHOUT REMEDY. THIS SAME PART WAS REPLACED A FEW YEARS AGO AND THAT'S WHEN WE STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE SHUTTING DOWN. THE REPLACEMENT PART EVEN BROKE ON OF OUR FOBIK'S AND THE DEALER WOULDN'T REPLACE IT. THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM - SHUT DOWN.
ATTEMPTING TO START OUR VEHICLE, THE ENGINE WOULD ATTEMPT TO START, HOWEVER NEVER TURN OVER. THIS HAD HAPPENED TO MY VEHICLE A BIT BACK HOWEVER AFTER TAKING OUT THE KEY AND TRYING AGAIN THE VEHICLE STARTED UP. THIS TIME WE HAD THE VEHICLE FLAT-BEDDED TO THE DEALERSHIP AS THIS WAS A SIMILAR ISSUE AS THE OTHER TIPM ISSUES FROM THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE NHTSA. THE DEALERSHIP HAS DIAGNOSED THE TIPM FAULTY AND ALSO BELIEVE THERE IS A FUEL CONTAMINATION. WHILE I KNOW THE TIPM IS AN ISSUE, I AM NOT COMPLETELY BELIEVING THE FUEL SYSTEM HAS AN ISSUE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE LOW AND HIGH BEAM HEAD LAMPS WERE ACTIVATED, BUT FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
CAR STALLS WHILE I AM DRIVING IT. TOOK IT TO CAR DEALER AND IT DOESN'T POP UP WITH CODES, SO THEY SAY THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG. HEAD OVER MECHANICS DROVE IT AND HE WAS DRIVING IT AT 30 MILES AN HOUR AND IT TURNED OFF AND HE SAID HE ALMOST WRECKED MY CAR. MECHANIC ALSO DUPLICATED IT, BUT NO CODES, SO THEY ARE SAYING THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO FIX. IT IS THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION I HAVE, BUT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE AS WHEN IT STALLS I HAVE NO POWER STEERING OR BRAKES. I AM AT MY WITS END, BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED TO REACH CHRYSLER ITSELF AND ALL I GET IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE A CASE OPEN, BUT GETTING NO RESULTS. I ALSO HAVE CLUNKING IN MY TRANSMISSION, BUT AGAIN NO CODES. I AM AT MY WITS END AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. I CAN'T AFFORD TO KEEP PUTTING MONEY IN THIS CAR AND IT NOT GET FIXED. I STILL OWE 5 YEARS ON THIS CAR ALSO. I HAVE HAD PEOPLE RIDING IN THE CAR WITH ME WHEN IT HAS HAPPENED. I RECEIVED A LETTER CONCERNING RECALL R03/NHTSA 14V-373 IN JUNE OF 2015. ON FRIDAY, JULY 31, WE FOUND THAT THE VAN WOULD NOT START, BUT WHEN THE KEY WAS TURNED A FEW TIMES, IT WOULD. THINKING THAT THIS COULD POSSIBLY BE RELATED IN SOME WAY TO THE RECALL, I CAREFULLY READ THE DOCUMENT THAT STATED THIS COULD CAUSE UNINTENDED ENGINE SHUT OFF AND INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH. THE DOCUMENT SAID NOTHING ABOUT PROBLEMS INITIALLY STARTING THE VAN. ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, AS THE VAN WOULD ONLY INTERMITTENTLY START, I BROUGHT THE VAN TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP. THE LOCAL REPAIR SHOP DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A DEFECTIVE STARTER. AFTER THEY INSTALLED THE STARTER, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD THEN DONE SOME RESEARCH AND THAT THERE WAS A RECALL OUT FOR THIS PROBLEM. THEY STILL CHARGED ME $390.00. I DROPPED OFF THE VAN THIS MORNING WITH THREE CHRYSLER KEY FOBS, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A FREQUENCY OPERATED BUTTON IGNITION KEY OR FOBIK, AND AN ADDITIONAL AFTERMARKET KEY FOB MADE BY ILCO, WHICH PERFORMS THE SAME FUNCTIONS AS THE OEM KEY FOBS DO. THE PEOPLE AT LARCHMONT CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM STATED THAT THIS RECALL ONLY WOULD REPLACE OEM CHRYSLER KEY FOBS. 1)WHY DOES IT TAKE THREE MONTHS TO SET UP A DATE FOR A SAFETY RECALL? 2)WHY DID THE NOTICE NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT IGNITION PROBLEMS BUT ONLY UNINTENDED ENGINE SHUTOFF? THE WAY THIS NOTICE IS WRITTEN, MOST PEOPLE WOULD INFER THAT THE ENGINE WOULD ALREADY BE ON AND ONE WOULD BE DRIVING TO EXPERIENCE THIS DIFFICULTY. 3)WHY, WHEN A LOCAL VAN WAS BROUGHT TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP, DIDNT THIS DIAGNOSTIC CODE IMMEDIATELY MENTION THE RECALL AND STATE THAT THE RECALL PART IS THE PROBLEM, NOT THE $390 STARTER? 4)WHY, IF A PERSON HAS GONE THROUGH THE RIDICULOUS EXPENSE AND BOTHER OF GETTING FOUR KEY FOBS WHICH ALL FUNCTION, AND THAT IT IS CHRYSLERS FAULT ENTIRELY FOR THE PROBLEM, CANT AN ADDITIONAL KEY FOB BE PROVIDED?

IN REGARDS TO THE SAFETY RECALL OF THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE MODULE. AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALER WHERE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD ONLY REPLACE 2 OF THE FOBIKS THAT WE HAD. WE HAD PURCHASED AN ADDITIONAL 2 FOBIKS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE PAST, WHICH ACCORDING TO THE RECALL SHOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN REPLACED. AFTER ARGUING AND READING THE RECALL NOTICE OVER THE PHONE TO THE REPRESENTATIVES AT THE DEALER THEY AGREED THAT THEY WOULD REPROGRAM OUR ADDITIONAL FOBIKS BUT NOT REPLACE THEM. UPON SHOWING UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT ON AUGUST 3, 2015, I MENTIONED THAT THE ADDITIONAL FOBIKS IN MY POSSESSION SHOULD ALSO BE REPLACED WHEREAS THEY SAID THAT ONLY THE 2 WOULD BE REPLACED ACCORDING TO THEIR SERVICE MANAGER. I DID NOT ARGUE ANY FURTHER WITH THEM BECAUSE I AM DONE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. READING AND FOLLOWING A RECALL NOTICE SHOULD BE A VERY SIMPLE PROCESS. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR GET SERVICE AT FURY MOTORS OF ST. PAUL OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES IN THE FUTURE.
SOME OF MY DASH LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING. I TOOK TO MY MECHANIC AND HE SAID, "THIS WOULD BE AN EIGHT-HOUR JOB AND COST ABOUT $800.00. HE DID NOT WANT THIS JOB AND SUGGESTED I CONTACT DODGE TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY RECALLS. I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS REPAIRED. IS THERE SOMETHING DODGE CAN DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF PROBLEM WITH ANY OF MY VIHICLES BEFORE AND THYIS IS THE FOURTH DODGE I HAVE OWNED. STEERING WHEEL BECAME EXTREMELY HARD TO TURN WHEN TRYING TO PARK MY CAR. IT FELT LIKE THE STEERING WHEEL WAS ABOUT TO LOCK ITSELF.

I KNEW THIS AND HAD ALREADY CONTACTED A DODGE DEALER TO HAVE REPLACED. NOW HERE'S THE PROBLEM, I TRAVEL A LOT AND HAVE MY OWN VEHICLE. MY WIFE NEEDS THIS CARAVAN TO GO TO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE R03 RECALL ON THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE SINCE THE MIDDLE OF JULY 2015. OUR VEHICLE IS A POOL VEHICLE FOR OUR COMPANY AND HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO BE USED NOW FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. I CONTACTED OUR LOCAL DEALERSHIP ON THE 14TH OF JULY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN A WEEK LATER WAS NOTIFIED THAT OUR APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO A LACK OF PARTS. WE HAVE BEEN PUT BACK ON A WAITING LIST ON 8/26/15 BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS. MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN A RECALL BE ISSUED AND CHRYSLER NOT BE PREPARED TO HANDLE THIS IN A TIMELY MANNER. OUR POOL VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR USE FOR OVER 2 MONTHS NOW, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
