THE RIGHT REAR DOOR WILL NOT LOCK CAUSING A CONCERN FOR MY SAFETY AT ANY TIME I'M IN THE PUBLIC. ANYONE CAN ENTER THAT DOOR IF THEY JUST TRIED TO SEE IF ITS UNLOCKED. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH AS I AM AN UBER DRIVER AND SOMETIMES UNRULY PASSENGER TRY TO GET INTO MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THAT CAN ALSO BE ANYONE WHO IS PREYING ON WOMEN TO KIDNAP THEM.
REAR SLIDING DOOR SUDDENLY BECAME STUCK IN THE LOCKED POSITION AND I AM UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR IN ANY WAY. THIS IS CAUSING MY CHILDREN TO HAVE TO EXIT THE VAN ON THE TRAFFIC SIDE OF THE CAR. THIS WOULD ALSO LEAVE MY CHILD TRAPPED IN THE CAR SHOULD AN EMERGENCY ARISE OR AN ACCIDENT OCCUR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE VAN.
Rear sliding door locks. The locks on the vehicle have malfunctioned and makes it unsafe for passengers in the rear of the vehicle to exit in an emergency. The driver side door is stuck in the lock position and the door cannot be opened in any way rendering it useless. The actuator on the passenger side has mail functioned as well and cannot be locked/unlocked with the buttons in the vehicle or the fob. This seems to be very common in these vehicles and dodge needs to fix this issue. It is very unsafe as most minivans are purchased for families with children. Heaven forbid the vehicle is involved in a bad accident and the children cannot be removed because the doors are stuck in the locked position
DRIVING MY RPM WOULD AUTOMATICALLY JUST KEEP GOING HIGH. THEN I'LL BE OK THEN IT WOULD GO HIGH WITHOUT ME HITTING GAS. IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I WAS SCARED DRIVING IT. HAD TO PULL OVER WITH HAZARDS ON CAUSE I COULDN'T ACCELERATE TO GET UP TO SPEED WITH RPM JUMPING HIGH. I WAS AFRAID SOMEONE WOULD HIT FROM BEHIND. I HAD TO GET MY VAN TOWED BACK TO ME HOUSE. I NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN AND TODAY ALL OF SUDDEN OUT OF NOWHERE THIS STARTED TO HAPPEN. AT FIRST IT DID IT A LITTLE UP AND DOWN RPM AND DIDN'T THINK MUCH OF IT. IF I DIDN'T NEED TO ACCELERATE AND KEPT IT BETWEEN IT SEEMED LOW OR BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2.0 RPMS IT SEEMED OK. THEN GOING UP HILL/SLOPE MOSTLY DRIVING ON HIGHWAYS IF I PUSHED ON GAS PEDAL IT WOULD TRY TO ACCELERATE THE RPM'S HIGHER. THEN IT WOULD ACCELERATE ON IT'S OWN WITHOUT PUSHING GAS PEDAL. I PARKED ON SHOULDER SHUT OFF CAR AND RESTART TO FET GOING AGAIN. SAME THING ALL OVER HAPPENED. IT WAS SCARY.
SHORTLY AFTER WE BOUGHT OUR VEHICLE, WHEN WE WOULD UNLOCK THE DOORS, THE VAN MADE A LOUD BUZZING SOUND. WE HAD IT CHECKED WITH ANOTHER WARRANTY ISSUE AND THEY FOUND NOTHING. THEN, IN DECEMBER, THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR STOPPED WORKING AND IT WAS LOCKED. IT COULDN'T BE UNLOCKED OR OPENED BY ANY METHOD. LAST WEEK, I SCHEDULED IT TO BE FIXED AT THE DEALER. THEN THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR ALSO LOCKED SHUT AND IT'S UNABLE TO BE OPENED. DEALER SAID IT IS THE DOOR ACTUATORS (COVERED UNDER WARRANTY). HOWEVER, SINCE THE ACTUATORS WENT BAD, THE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED. THE DOORS MUST BE OPENED TO TAKE FOR PANELS OFF TO ACCESS/REPLACE ACTUATORS. THEREFORE, THEY HAVE TO BREAK DOOR PANELS TO ACCESS (NOT COVERED WARRANTY PART). QUICK RESEARCH ONLINE SHOWS ACTUATORS GOING BAD IS VERY COMMON ON MULTIPLE YEARS OF DODGE CARAVANS. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE AS IT RENDERS THE PASSENGERS TRAPPED INSIDE THE VEHICLE, WHICH COULD BE A PROBLEM IN AN EMERGENCY. I FEEL REPLACING THE ACTUATORS SHOULD BE A RECALL AND SHOULD BE DONE ON ALL CARAVANS THAT HAVE THE PARTY THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN TO BE AN ISSUE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE WARRANTY WORK AFTER THERE IS AN ISSUE ON THAT SPECIFIC VEHICLE.
Passenger side sliding door would not lock electronically. I forced the lock to move and now it makes a loud buzzing sound.
MY DRIVERS SIDE PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT OPEN OR UNLOCK. AFTER SOME RESEARCH IT SEEMS ITS THE ACTUATOR. WHICH IS COSTLY TO REPAIR AND A SAFETY HAZARD. I READ LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE DOOR BEING STUCK AND ALL OF A SUDDEN COMING OPEN WHILE DRIVING. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS IN THE CAR. OR WHAT IF THERES AN ACCIDENT AND WE CANT GET THE DOOR OPENED TO GET EVERYONE OUT SAFETLY.
DRIVING NORMALLY ON 2 LANE ROAD WHEN TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT CHANGE FROM LOWER GEAR TO HIGHER ONE, LOSS OF POWER, AND HIGH RPM. COULD ONLY DRIVE IN LOW GEAR.
THE PASSENGER REAR SLIDING DOOR IS STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. ATTEMPTS TO UNLOCK OR OPEN THE DOOR BOTH MANUALLY AND BY KEY FOB WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. DOOR WILL NOT OPEN NOR WILL IT UNLOCK. FIRST NOTICED WHILE VEHICLE WAS RUNNING BUT STATIONARY.
THE DRIVER SIDE, REAR SLIDING DOOR ON MY 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN WHEELCHAIR VAN WITH 38,806 MILES IS LOCKED SHUT. THIS HAPPENED ON APRIL 10, 2021. CANNOT ACCESS THE PERSON IN THE WHEELCHAIR IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE QUICKLY IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. THIS DEFECT APPEARS TO AFFLICT THIS DODGE VAN. THE DEFECT PART IS AN ELECTRICAL ACTUATOR THAT LOCKS/UNLOCKS THE SLIDING DOORS.
STARTED THE CAR AND IT WAS MAKING A SOUND LIKE AN ELECTRICAL CAR WOULD. THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS JUST WARMING UP AND I WAS IMAGINING IT. DROVE TO TOWN AND IT STARTED SHIFTING HARD. BY THE TIME I TRIED TO GO HOME IT WOULDN'T SHIFT INTO HIGHER GEARS, HAD REALLY HIGH RPM. I GOT IT INTO A PARKING LOT AND IT WOULDN'T DRIVE AT ALL!
MY 2016 DGC STARTED BUZZING WHEN EVER YOU LOCK AND UNLOCK DOOR. IT STARTED A MONTH AGO AND NOW IT DRAINED MY BATTERY. MECHANIC THINKS IT'S RELATED TO THE DOOR. THE COST TO GET IT FIXED IS OVER $500, I'M A DISABLED VET I CAN'T AFFORD THAT, AS WELL AS THERE HUNDRED OF OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING OF THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE 2016
WHILE DRIVING, VEHICLE BROKE DOWN WITHOUT WARNING OR ANY PRIOR ISSUE. NO POWER TO ENGINE AND RPM RACING TO RED LEVELS. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO TWO DEALERS WHO HAVE INFORMED ME THAT TRANSMISSION NEEDS TO BE REBUILT OR REPLACED. VEHICLE IS LESS THAN 6 YR. OLD AND HAS APPROX. 63,000 MILES.
BACK PASSENGER SEAT SLIDING DOOR LOCK BUZZES WHEN UNLOCKED FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE, AS WELL AS WITH THE KEY FOB, WHILE THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY. THE ASSUMPTION BEING MADE IS THAT THIS IS RELATED TO THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THIS VEHICLE ONLY HAS 35,644 MILES, THUS THIS ISSUE SHOULD BOT BE OCCURRING. NOTHING HAS BEEN NOTED VISUALLY THAT WOULD CAUSE THIS NOISE WHEN UNLOCKING VEHICLE DOORS. CURRENTLY THE DOOR CAN BE OPENED AND CLOSED. THIS DOOR LOCK PROBLEM MAY BE A SAFETY CONCERN IN ITSELF, OR IF THIS IS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE, THEN THERE IS A LARGER CONCERN. IT IS EVIDENT THAT THIS HAS BECOME A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS VEHICLE BASED ON RESEARCH COMPLETED PRIOR TO FILING THIS CONCERN. THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS DEFECT IN THE DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM, ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS HAS BEEN SHOWN TO BE A COMMON OCCURRENCE IN THE 2016 MODEL. THANK YOU.
The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated while driving 40-45 MPH, the vehicle downshifted to 1st gear and began to stall. The check engine warning light illuminated. The contact was able to veer to the side of the road. The contact was able to restart the vehicle, but the vehicle would only remain running for a minute. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was then towed to the dealer who diagnosed that transmission pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred while driving. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that transmission pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that transmission pump had failed and needed to be replaced. The dealer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact that she would be responsible for the cost of the repair as the vehicle was out of warranty. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and confirmed the dealer’s information. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
THE SLIDING DOOR ON MY 2016 CARAVAN SOUNDS A LOUD BUZZING ALARM WHILE DRIVING WHEN THE AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS ENGAGE. IT WILL PERIODICALLY NOT UNLOCK WHEN STATIONARY AND THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN WHEN NEEDED. DISABLED MEMBERS ARE NOT ABLE TO HAVE A SAFE EXIT THROUGH THE DOORWAY.
The transmission pump lost pressure which caused the vehicle to stop on the side of the road, and it created a hazardous circumstance for my daughter. We had to have the vehicle towed to our residence since the transmission was not working properly. We have not had it looked at by a dealer or certified mechanic since it requires towing to get it to the destination. No warning was given by any lights or indicators in the vehicle prior to the incident. The check engine light did come on after the vehicle had stopped on the side of the road. I plugged in my FIXD sensor, and it indicated the problem was with the transmission pump. A Safety Recall (S44) was issued for the 2015 - 2016 Grand Caravans, but for some reason a notice was not sent to the owner of this vehicle, even though the date of manufacture listed on the vehicle indicates it should have been included in the original safety recall notices.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V461000 (POWER TRAIN) HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING A RESPONSE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 147,000.
THE SLIDING DOOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY BECAME INOPERABLE FOR NO REASON. IT DOES NOT OPEN, CLOSE, LOCK, OR UNLOCK. IT WOULD TRAP A PERSON IN THE VEHICLE IF THE WAS A NEED TO ESCAPE FROM THAT SIDE.
DRIVER SIDE MOTORIZED SLIDING DOOR STUCK CLOSED AND WILL NOT UNLOCK TO OPEN. CANNOT MANUALLY UNLOCK DOOR AS THE MECHANISM WILL NOT MOVE. UNLOCKING BY KEY FOB OR BUTTON WILL NOT WORK EITHER. ISSUE FOUND AFTER PARKING VEHICLE UPON ARRIVAL HOME. THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND I HAD TO ROLL DOWN THE WINDOW TO GET MY INFANT OUT OF THE CAR SEAT LOCATED BY THE STUCK DOOR. I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN IN THE BACK WHO ARE NOW LIMITED TO ENTERING AND EXITING THROUGH A SINGLE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR. IF THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT OR EMERGENCY THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO EXIT THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE WITH MY CHILDREN BEING THE MOST AT RISK DUE TO A FAILURE OF THE SLIDING DOOR LOCKING ACTUATOR. WITH A HIGH COST OF REPAIR AND NO RECALL CHRYSLER IS JEOPARDIZING THE LIVES OF MANY IN A VEHICLE MADE FOR FAMILIES. THE ISSUE IS ACKNOWLEDGED IN SAFETY BULLETIN 23-017-20 BUT THIS MAY NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY. THERE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.

MY 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN HAS 67,842 MILES. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. LOUD BUZZING SOUND EVERY TIME I PARK 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN AND PRESS UNLOCK TO UNLOCK DOORS. I WAS TOLD IT IS THE ACTUATOR. I WAS TOLD ACTUATOR IS $500 TO $600 TO FIX. I WAS TOLD THIS IS COMMON IN 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVANS WITH 60,000 MILES. NHTSA SHOULD CLASSIFY THIS COMMON ACTUATOR COMPLAINT ON 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVANS WITH 60,000 MILES AS A RECALL.
I DRIVE 10 MINUTES AND PARKED. I WENT TO UNLOCK REAR DRIVER SIDE SLIDING DOOR. IT WAS STUCK. MY INFANT DAUGHTER IS THERE AND I COULD NOT MANUALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY GET THE DOOR TO OPEN. IT'S A SAFETY CONCERN.
RPM STARTED BOUNCING BETWEEN 5-7K THEN I COULDN'T ACCELERATE ON FREEWAY AND KEPT LOSING SPEED. HAD TO ACCELERATE HARD TO GET TO THE SIDE OF FREEWAY
MILEAGE NOW 41,000 MILES. VEHICLE PARKED. DRIVER'S SIDE REAR DOOR LATCH IS STUCK IN LOCKED POSITION. THE REAR DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED BY THE REMOTE, INSIDE DOOR BUTTONS OR MANUALLY. IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH INVOLVING THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR,OCCUPANTS ARE STUCK IN THE REAR. POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. THIS IS THE SECOND FAILURE OF THE SAME LATCH. IT WAS REPLACED ORIGINALLY IN NOV 2017 UNDER WARRANTY AT 25,500 MILES. LOOKING AT OTHER INTERNET COMMENTARY, THIS IS A KNOWN PART FAILURE AND DEFECT WITH POTENTIAL TO CAUSE PASSENGER HARM. I FEEL CHRYSLER / DODGE SHOULD ISSUE A RECALL TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS OR AS A MINIMUM REPLACED FAILED LOCK ACTUATORS UNDER A SPECIAL WARRANTY.
Sliding door actuator will not lock
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH, A DEER JUMPED IN FRONT WHICH RESULTED IN THE VEHICLE BECOMING DESTROYED. UPON IMPACT TO THE FRONT END OF VEHICLE, NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED IN VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUFFERED FROM WHIPLASH AND MEDICAL TREATMENT WAS NEEDED. NO POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A COLLISION CENTER (KEVIN BALL AUTO BODY 100 E WOODLAWN DR, LEADINGTON, MO 63601 (573) 431-2767). OUR PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR, OF OUR 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN, HAS BEEN MAKING A BUZZING NOISE WHEN WE HIT THE UNLOCK BUTTON. AFTER DOING SOME READING WE HAD CONCERNS THE DOOR WOULD SOON NOT FUNCTION. THEN, JUST A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, OUR DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR WAS STUCK IN THE LOCK POSITION. IT CAN'T OPEN, MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY. HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. I BROUGHT IT INTO THE SHOP AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR WILL BE $1,000 TO FIX AND THE PASSENGER DOOR WILL BE SOON TO FOLLOW. IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN THESE GRAND CARAVANS. SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT.
LOUD BUZZING NOISE FROM AUTOMATIC LOCKS EITHER FROM KEY ACTUATION OR SPEED.
THE DRIVER'S SIDE PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR HAS BEEN IN THE LOCKED POSITION FOR SOME TIME NOW AND IT CANNOT BE OPENED MANUALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY. I CAME OUT OF THE STORE INTO THE PARKING LOT AND TRIED TO OPEN THE SIDE DOOR TO LOAD MY GROCERIES WITH NO SUCCESS. I HAVE BEEN DOING SOME RESEARCH AND APPARENTLY THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM IN THE CHRYSLER/DODGE MINIVANS. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD NOT TO MENTION A VERY EXPENSIVE PROBLEM TO FIX. I WOULD LIKE THIS ISSUE TO BE EXAMINED AND POSSIBLY RECALLED.
BOTH LOCKS ON OUR SLIDING DOORS HAVE GONE BAD. ONE IS PERMANENTLY LOCKED AND ONE DOES NOT LOCK AT ALL. THE CAR HAS LESS THAN 60K MILES ON IT. THERE IS WEAR AND TEAR ON A VEHICLE, BUT IT SEEMS ODD BOTH WOULD FAIL THAT QUICKLY. A QUICK GOOGLE SHOWS THAT THIS APPEARS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUE.
MY 2016 DODGE CARAVAN BACK SLIDING DOOR STARTED BUZZING AND SOMETIMES DOESN'T UNLOCK. IT IS DRIVING ME INSANE. IT IS VERY LOUD. I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.
The driver side sliding door is stuck in the locked position and the passenger side sliding door is stuck in the unlocked position. The driver side door cannot be opened at all.
LEFT CYLINDER HEAD FAILURE. "PENTASTAR TICK" CYLINDER 2 MISSFIRE, RANDOM MISSFIRE. LOSS OF POWER IN MOTION. NO OVERHEATING. JUST FAULTY MECHANINCAL FAILURE. THIS IS COVERED UP UNTIL 2014. SAME ENGINE. SAME PROBLEMS!

The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with the door actuator needing to be replaced. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION GOING DOWN ROAD WOULD REV REAL HIGH LIKE IT WAS A NEUTRAL EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE TO THE POINT WHERE IT DOESN'T WANT TO MOVE
AFTER DRIVING THE VEHICLE 15 MILES OR SO, THE VEHICLE BEGINS TO CUT OFF WHEN YOU HAVE TO COME TO A STOP. IT WILL START BACK UP, NUT CONTINUES TO GET WORST THE LONGER YOU DRIVE IT.
SIGNIFICANT OIL LEAK ON 2016 GRAND CARAVAN DUE TO OIL FILTER HOUSING CRACK. MECHANIC WAS CAREFUL NOT TO OVER TORQUE AND LEAK DID NOT OCCUR UNTIL OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES DROPPED BELOW ZERO. LEAK WAS DISCOVERED WHILE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY BC OF LARGE PUDDLE OF OIL. VEHICLE IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE.

THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.*DT*JB THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND IT WAS DETERMINED THE ACTUATOR FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE VEHICLE BEING OUT OF WARRANTY. THE DEALER EXPLAINED THE PASSENGER SIDE WOULD FAIL SOON. *JS

I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MY 2016 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN I HAD TO REPLACE THE LEFT SIDE LIFTER FOR PENTASTAR TICK. BOTH DRIVER SIDE AND PASSENGER SIDE DOORS DON'T ALWAYS OPEN MANUALLY OR WITH REMOTE AND NEITHER ONE LOCKS ANYMORE. JUST HAD TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION REBUILT, WAS DRIVING VAN IT SUDDENLY STOPPED WOULD NOT ACCELERATE, LUCKILY GOT OFF OF THE MAIN ROAD THEN HAD TO BE TOWED TO GARAGE. THIS VAN HAS COST ME SO MUCH MONEY OUT OF POCKET.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REMOTE START FAILED TO OPERATE AND THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS INADVERTENTLY REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO FIVE STAR CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF WARNER ROBINS (2817 WATSON BLVD, WARNER ROBINS, GA 31088) WHERE SHE WAS INFORMED THAT THE HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT AND RELAY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED HER NHTSA FOR ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 86,000.
I WAS COMING OFF THE INTERSTATE I20 AT THE DOUGLASVILLE/ HWY 5 EXIT WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MY VAN WILL NOT GO IN DRIVE IT WOULD NOT PULL FORWARD IN DRIVE SO I THREW MY HAZZERS ON AND HAD TO PUSH IT OFF THE EXIT AND DOWN THE ROAD INTO A GAS STATION AND GET A TOW TRUCK IT GET IT. IT'S IN A SHOP NOW AND THEY SAID THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AND IT ONLY HAS 67,000 MILES ON IT SO THEY ARE HAVING TO REBUILD THE TRANSMISSION I THINK ANYWAY I AM HAVING TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION REPAIRED.
FAULTY DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR ON BOTH POWER SLIDING DOORS AND HAVE DONE NOTHING TO PROVOKE THE ISSUE JUST WENT OUT ON A VAN THAT'S 4 YEARS OLD ABSOLUTELY INSANE
I WAS GOING BACK TO HOME AT 8:45 PM WHEN I TURN A ROAD AND PRESS THE GAS TO KEEP GOING THE VEHICLE NEVER MOVE FORWARD AND DID STOP COUPLE SECONDS LATER AND NEVER MOVED AGAIN THE VEHICLE START AND EVERYTHING DOES WORK BUT WON'T MOVE FORWARD OR BACK UP

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,000.
My left sliding door won't open or unlock. My right sliding door is making a loud buzzing sound when the power lock unlocks/locks. The vehicle is currently at a dealership for these problems.
Vehicle: I own a 2016 Dodge Caravan. Issue: When I unlock my van or open the back passenger sliding door, there is a loud annoying buzzing noise coming from the door. It may be a door actuator. Periodically the lock will stop responding and it stays locked until the buzzing noise comes back. I have small children and this worries my wife and I. Fear is the door wouldn't respond in the event of an emergency. I am attaching three files I found online that seem to have observed similar behavior of the doors on 2016 Dodge Caravans.
