THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT AIR WAS ADDED TO THE TIRES BUT THE TPMS WARNING LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE MORE THAN ONCE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REMEDY TO REPAIR THE CONDITION. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V675000 (ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL , SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) AND WAS WAITING FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME TO RECEIVE THE PART FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO CONFIRM WITH THE DEALER, WHEN THE PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.

WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE AND VIBRATE AND THE PSI SENSOR LIGHT WOULD ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SIDEWALL WAS SEPARATING ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED, BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL TIRE DEALER WHO DISCOVERED THAT THE ADDITIONAL THREE TIRES ALSO EXPERIENCED SIDEWALL SEPARATION AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE TIRE AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
