WHILE DRIVING IN NORMAL CONDITIONS ON THE HIGHWAY, THE VEHICLE BRAKES WERE APPLIED AND I BEGAN TO LOSS CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE THEN FLIPPED OVER ON ITS SIDE AND AIRBAGS EVENTUALLY DEPLOYED. I WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR POTENTIAL INJURIES FROM THE INCIDENT. NO CITATIONS WERE GIVEN FOR THE LOSS TO INDICATE NEGLIGENCE ON MY END. I BELIEVE THIS MAY HAVE BEEN RESULTED FROM THE CURRENT RECALL ON THE VEHICLE.

RECIVED RECALL OF THE ABS MODUEL, PASSENGER SEAT SOMETIME FALLS FOR NO REASON. HAS BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER DUE TO THE CAR TO GOING INTO GEAR AND NOT COMING OUT OF GEAR. WAS TOLD BY DEALER THAT IT WAS A COMPUTER ISSUE. THEY ADVISED IT HAD BEEN FIXED BUT IT STILL GET STUCK FROM TIME TO TIME. I DO NO FEEL SAFE IN THIS CARE AND FEEL LIKE I AM STUCK IN A VEHICLE I CAN'T TRUST. IN THESE INSTANCES THE SEAT WE WHERE ON THE HIGHWAY. MOVING FROM GEAR TO PARK OR PARK TO GEAR THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY.
I BOUGHT THE CAR ON 5/28/15,DEALERSHIP DID NOT INFORM ME OF ANY RECALLS ON THIS CAR.PLUS THEY HAD PROMISED 3 YEARS OF FREE OIL CHANGES,SOLD US EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR LIFE BUT DOES NOT SAY WHAT PERCENTAGE THEY WILL COVER.PLUS WE ALSO HAVE MOPAR WARRANTY OF 100,000 MILES.WHEN I WENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED ON OCT 30,2015 THEY ASKED FOR COUPON WHICH NEITHER ME NOR MY HUSBAND KNEW OF ANY COUPON AND WE TOLD SERVICE DESK CLERK THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE FREE.HE THEN CALLED THE SALESPERSON THAT SOLD US THE CAR,AND ASK HIM IF HE TOLD US ABOUT 3 YEAR FREE OIL CHANGES AND THE SALESPERSON STATED TO US HE DID NOT RECALL SAYING SUCH A THING TO US.WELL, WE WERE PRETTY UPSET BY THE DEALERSHIP LYING TO US.SERVICE GUY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT THIS TIME BUT NEXT TIME WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR OIL CHANGE.THEY DID NOT HAVE US SIGN ANY PAPERS SAYING THEY COULD WORK ON OUR CAR AND PROCEEDED TO PULL IT INTO THE BAY AND CHANGED THE OIL,I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY DID ANY CHECK POINTS ON OUR CAR AT THAT POINT SO I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING WAS DOCUMENTED WHETHER THEY ARE TRYING TO VOID OUR CAR WARRANTY OR WHAT.WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY GAVE US OUR CAR KEYS BUT STILL DID NOT GIVE US ANY PAPERS SHOWING ANY TYPE OF OIL CHANGE OR WHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO A 27 POINT CHECK.I DID SEND THEM ANY E-MAIL STATING I WANT A RECIEPT,AND I AM CALLING THEM ON 11-02-15 AND AGAIN STATING ABOUT A DOCUMENT WERE THEY SERVCIED MY CAR.THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY RUDE AND VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH.I PAID ALOT FOR THAT CAR AND EXPECT GOOD SERVICE,AND BOTH ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE UPSET OVER THE WHOLE ORDEAL SINCE THEY ARE GOING BACK ON THERE WORD.PLUS THEY ALSO TOLD US THEY WOULD GIVE US A COUPON ON OUR NEXT OIL CHANGE,BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE US ANY COUPON EITHER.THE CAR DEALERSHIP IS THOMAS GARAGE,IN ST.CLAIRSVILLE,OHIO THERE PHONE NUMBER IS 740-695-0452
DURING DRIVE THE CAR SHUTS DOWN, I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER, AND THEY SAY NOTHING IS COMING UP AND THEY ONLY HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 DAYS, I TOLD THE DEALERSHIP THAT IT SHUTS DOWN WHEN IT WANTS TO.
JOURNEY WILL DRIVE AND TURN JUST FINE, THEN WITHOUT WARNING IT BECOMES EXTREMELY HARD TO TURN OR WILL NOT TURN AT ALL, ESPECIALLY ON A RIGHT TURN. IT HAPPENS MOST OFTEN WHEN GOING 20MPH OR LESS (EVEN MORE OFTEN WHEN BACKING UP). I ALMOST HIT SOMEONE SATURDAY BECAUSE IT LOCKED UP IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TURN. IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. I TOOK IT TO DEALER BEFORE AND THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING THEY SAID. I DROPPED IT OFF AGAIN TODAY AND TOLD THEM TO TRY DRIVING IT ON PARKING LOT SLOW AND TO BACK UP AND DRIVE FORWARD A FEW TIMES BECAUSE THAT IS WHEN IT DOES IT MOST, BUT THEY JUST PULLED IT IN SHOP, SO DOUBT THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TODAY EITHER. IT IS DANGEROUS. I HAVE ABOUT 30,000 MILES ON IT NOW AND THEY SAY IF THEY DON'T FIND IT BEFORE IT HITS 36,000 THEN IT WON'T BE COVERED. IT HAS A SERIOUS ISSUE THAT NEEDS RESOLVING. ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE BACK DOORS NOT LOCKING WHEN IN DRIVE LIKE THEY USE TO. MY SONS DOOR DIDN'T LOCK LIKE NORMAL (INSIDE DOOR CHILD LOCK WAS LOCKED TOO) BUT WORSE OF ALL MY CAR DIDN'T EVEN SHOW THAT THE DOOR WAS OPEN IN THE BACK AND I DIDN'T HEAR HIM FALL OUT AND IT OPEN AND HE FELL OUT WHILE DRIVING, MY CHECK ENGINE HAS BEEN ON AND MY OUTSIDE TEMP ON CAR DASH READS 185 ALL THE TIME, IT LOSES POWER WHILE DRIVING, THE RADIO ALSO TURNS VOLUME UP AND DOWN AND CHANNELS CHANGES BY ITSELF. MY WIPES BACK AND FRONT SOMETIMES GO AND DON'T TURN OFF. MY RIGHT FENDER IS NO LONGER ON THE CAR BECAUSE WHEN I GOT A FLAT AAA LIFTED THE CAR FROM THE UNDER CARRIAGE AND THE FENDER JUST CAME OFF ON ONE SIDE LIKE BOLTS WEREN'T EVEN PLACE ON THERE I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR SAFETY FOR MYSELF AND KIDS AND THIS CAR IS NOT SAFE AND DODGE WON'T HELP AND I'M VERY UPSIDE DOWN ON IT, IM A RECENTLY DIVORCED MOM WAITING FOR DISABILITY FOR MY BACK. I CAN'T AFFORD TO TRADE IT WITH MORE MONEY DOWN. I PAID A DOWN 6500 AND PAY 400. PER MONTH AND NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO WORRY THAT MY KID WOULD FALL OUT WHILE CHILD LOCK WAS ON AND WHEN THE DOORS SHOULD LOCK, . NOW THIS NEW RECALL WITH THE ENGINE MAKES ME WORRIED TO DRIVE MY THREE KIDS TO SCHOOL OR ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER.

I WAS INFORMED THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. I DID TAKE PICTURES OF THE BRAKE CALIPERS ON ALL FOUR WHEELS AND FOUND THE DISCOLORATION THROUGH OUT THE CAR. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A NEW CAR AND FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT TO DODGE.COM. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RECALL OR NOTICE THAT MY COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED. AT THIRTEEN MONTHS I HAD TO HAVE MY FRONT ROTORS RESURFACED FOR A FEE $125.00. THE SERVICE MANAGER STATED I JUST MISSED THE ONE YEAR ON BRAKES ON I HAD TO PAY.
