WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH ON INTERSTATE 40, VEHICLE WENT INTO FAIL SAFE MODE (HAPPENED A COUPLE OF TIMES). SUBSEQUENTLY, ENGINE BEGAN WITH A TICKING NOISE WITH EVER INCREASING RATTLING/SHAKING TO A POINT THAT THE ENGINE HAD TO BE TURNED OFF. THIS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES WHILE STOPPING OR IDLING IN CITY TRAFFIC. LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP REPLACED ALL COILS & PLUGS, THROTTLE BODY, FUEL FILTER, ETC. VEHICLE RAN FINE FOR SIX MONTHS, HOWEVER THE RATTLING, KNOCKING, SHAKING, SURGING, STALLING HAVE RETURNED TWO FOLD. VEHICLE IS NOW EXPERIENCING A MASSIVE OIL LEAK FROM THE ENGINE. HAD IT CHECKED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO COULD NOT MAKE THE REPAIRS (BUT DID COMPLETE AN OIL CHANGE). FORD MOTOR COMPANY IS TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE ISSUES. THESE ISSUES ARE NOT JUST INCONVENIENT AND EXPENSIVE BUT MORTALLY DANGEROUS TO THE PASSENGERS OF THE VEHICLE AS WELL AS TO ANYONE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY. STEP UP FORD!
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. AFTER REPLACING THE TIRES ON THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT HEARD A CRACKING NOISE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED ON A LIFT. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC CONFIRMED THE FRAME WAS RUSTED THROUGH TO THE POINT THAT IT WAS UNSAFE TO PLACE ON THE LIFT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO FREDERICK MOTOR COMPANY (1 WAVERLEY DR, FREDERICK, MD 21702, (800) 734-9118). THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD NOT ASSIST SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000.*BF*JB
ENGINE TAPPING WHEN WARM ONLY AT IDLE DOESN'T DO IT WHILE COLD OR WHILE DRIVING I HAD A MECHANIC LOOK AT IT AND HE SAID IT'S DUE TO A DESIGN FLAW WITH FORD 5.7 ENGINES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE'S FRAME WAS CORRODED, WHICH CAUSED THE TRANSMISSION LINE TO BECOME DEFECTIVE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE TRANSMISSION LINE WAS REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE MECHANIC THAT, DUE TO THE CORROSION, OTHER PARTS OF THE VEHICLE COULD BECOME DEFECTIVE. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 95,000.
THE ENTIRE FRAME IS RUSTING OUT. EVERYWHERE I LOOK THERES RUST. ALL OF THE CROSS FRAME FROM FRONT TO BACK DOWN SIDES AND ACROSS BOTTOM OF BED AND WHERE FLOOR BOARDS ATTACH LIKE WAS EXPENSIVE TRUCK FORD HAS TO KNOW
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO HAVE FRONT AND REAR SHOCKS INSTALLED. THE MECHANIC INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT DUE TO THE SEVERE RUST DAMAGE TO THE SUBFRAME, IT WAS NOT RECOMMENDED TO HAVE THE SHOCKS REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT PASS STATE INSPECTION WITHIN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THIS TRUCK IS VIRTUA;;Y RUST FREE ON BODY. THE FRAME HOWEVER IS RUSTED THROUGH NEAR THE GAS TANK. I HAVE SEEN OTHER PEOPLE WITH THIS ISSUE. MECHANIC HAD TO TAKE IT OFF LIFT, BECAUSE IT WAS SO WEAK. COULD JUST BREAK WHILE DRIVING.
ON 9-14-19 I GOT INTO MY TRUCK TO DRIVE. WITHOUT REALIZING IT, MY SEAT BELT DID NOT RECOIL THE LAST TIME I GOT OUT OF MY TRUCK. WHEN I REACHED TO PUT THE SEAT BELT ON, WITHOUT KNOWING IT, THE SEAT BELT WRAPPED ITSELF AROUND THE SEAT RECLINING HANDLE. WHILE DRIVING I STOPPED AT A LIGHT AND THE BELT MUST OF TIGHTENED UP MORE AND PULLED THE RECLINING HANDLE WHICH PUT ME IN A LATERAL POSITION WHILE DRIVING. IF I HADN'T PULL MYSELF UP BY THE STEERING WHEEL AND SLAM ON MY BRAKES, I WOULD HAVE HIT THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME! I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE MY TRUCK ANYMORE WITHOUT CHECKING ON THE SEAT BELT EVERY DAY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW LOWERED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO ROLL THE WINDOW UP, BUT IT FAILED TO CLOSE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 140,000.
BOUGHT TRUCK LEAST WEEK TOOK IN FOR A OIL CHANGE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FRONT HALF SHAFT IS ROTTEN TO THE POINT IT'S PITTING. THE STEERING SHAFT IS RUSTED OUT AND THE MAJORITY OF THE FRAME IS RUSTED OUT NEAR WHERE ALL THE IMPORTANT PARTS OF THE VEHICLE ARE HELD IN PLACE. AS I DO RESEARCH ON THIS PROBLEM I'M FINDING IT IS A COMMON PROBLEM. THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 61000 MILES ON IT AND IT SHOULDN'T HAVE THIS MUCH WEAR ON THE BODY OF THE TRUCK. FORD REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO A RECALL BECAUSE THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF TRUCKS WITH THIS SAME ISSUE. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A FORD AND NEVER WILL AGAIN. THE CAR IS BASICALLY WORTHLESS AND IT'S A MATTER OF TIME WHEN IT RUSTS ALL THE WAY THRU. STATIONARY ISSUE. I DON'T HAVE ANY PHOTOS AS OF RIGHT NOW. I WILL BE TAKING MORE THE OIL SHOP HAS PICTURES THAT HE SHOWED ME.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE REAR FRAME DETACHED AND WAS ROTTED OUT. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TONY BETTEN AND SONS FORD (3839 PLAINFIELD AVE NE, GRAND RAPIDS, MI 49525, (616) 363-6841), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE LOCAL DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 151,678.
TWO MECHANICS AND ONE AUTOBODY TECHNICIAN INSPECTED THE TRUCK AND REPORTED THAT THE CHASSIS IS HEAVILY CORRODED THROUGHOUT FOR THE VEHICLE'S AGE AND IS NOT SAFE FOR TOWING. ONE MECHANIC REPORTED THAT THE REAR END OF THE TRUCK WOULD REQUIRE OVER $1,000 OF WELDED STEEL REINFORCEMENTS TO MAKE TRUCK TOWE WORTHY. ALSO GAS TANK CAN FELL DUE TO THE TANK HOLDER STREEPS ARE ATTACHED TO THE CORROTED CHASSIS.
CHASSIS IS ROTTED OUT AND CANNOT EVEN BE PUT ON A LIFT. TOOK MY TRUCK TO BE INSPECTED AND THE FOUND THE CHASSIS ROTTED AND ADVISED NOT TO PUT ON LIFT
I HAVE PUT 3 TRANSMISSION IN AND ONLY LAST ABOUT 4-5 YRS THE WRENCH LIGHT COMES ON AND IT LOST POWER
MY 2005 FORD F150 HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING SUA, "SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION" SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT NEW OFF A FORD DEALER LOT. THIS IS NOT DRIVER ERROR OR FLOOR MATS LIKE FORD EXPLANS AS THE PROBLEM. SUA DOES EXSIST. COMPLAINTS PEAKED IN 2005 FORD TRUCKS! ONLY HAVE 16K MILES ON MY VEHICLE BUT HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF NEAR ACCIDENTS OVER THE YEARS. WOULD GLADLY PAY TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED, BUT THE ANSWER I ALWAYS GET " WHAT PROBLEM, IT DOESN'T EXSIST" SUA HAPPENS WHEN TRYING TO BRAKE WITH TRUCK IN GEAR AND IN MOTION. HAS HAPPENED IN BOTH FORWARD AND REVERSE MODE. CAN NOT DRIVE ANY MORE WITHOUT KEEPING MY HAND ON THE GEAR SHIFT LEVER TO THROW INTO NEUTRAL WHEN THE PROBLEM OCCURS. WORST INCIDENT WAS WHEN I NEARLY REAR ENDED A STOPPED SCHOOL BUS.
TRANSMISSION CLUNKS. TRUCK STALLS IN TRAFFIC BECAUSE OF THROTTLE BODY PROBLEMS. IT HAS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 184,994.
I NOTICE NUMEROUS OF F 150 LIKE MINE PAINT ON HOOD AND CAB FADING. ALL THE REST OF THE BODY PAINT IS GREAT. THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THESE ITEMS.FORD SHOULD LET CUSTOMERS BRING TRUCK IN FOR A TOUCH UP OR PAINT JOB.
MY 2005 F150 HAS AN ELECTRONIC SWITCH TO ENGAGE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE. IT HAS STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER. I'VE RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM AND HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM FOR THIS MODEL FROM 2004 ON UP. I NEARLY CRASHED WHILE DRIVING AFTER A SNOW STORM DUE TO THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE BEING INACTIVE.

This vehicle is part of the now famous Frame Rust Issue on 2004 - 2008 f-150 Extended Cab pickup trucks. This is a one owner well maintained, very clean vehicle in perfect running order. During regular service, I found rust spots on the frame. The rust appeared to be from the inside out. After further investigation the frame had been destroyed by internal rust. I condemned the vehicle and took it off the road. Further investigation showed this was a very widely known problem and contested Issue. I have undercoated this truck many times over the years and it was very clean. I. Have never received any notice from Ford about this well documented problem. I am in the process of repairing the frame via dorman products. Ford should be held to account any pay for this repair.

REAR PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW REGULATOR BROKE FOR SECOND TIME ALLOWING WINDOW TO FALL AND SHATTER INSIDE DOOR WHILE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC ON INTERSTATE. VERY DANGEROUS, VERY EXPENSIVE.
EXTENSIVE FRAME RUST COMPROMISING VEHICLE INTEGRITY. CRACKED FRAME.
FRAME ON F150 IS RUSTING THROUGH CAUSING FRAME TO BECOME VULNERABLE TO BREAKING. RUSTING AND CRACKING TAKING PLACE BETWEEN BACK OF CAB AND REAR WHEEL MOUNTS. FOUND DURING OIL CHANGE AT FORD DEALERSHIP AND BODY SHOP DID NOT EVEN WANT TO PROVIDE ESTIMATE TO FIX DUE TO COMPLEXITY OF FIX AND LEGAL IMPLICATIONS.

WHILE DRIVING, MY F150 WITHOUT WARNING, DIED 3 TIMES IN 1/2 MILE. LEAVING ME WITH NO POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES. VERY DANGEROUS. NEARLY HAD A ACCIDENT. HAD 1/2 TANK OF GAS. NEW BATTERY. AIRBAG LIGHT WITH CODE 34. BOTH BELT RETENTION HAVE BEEN REPLACED BUT HAS NOT FIXED IT.
HAVE OWNED THIS TRUCK BOUGHT NEW, 2005. HAVE USED SPARINGLY ONLY 15K + MILES. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE EXPERIANCED A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS WHEN IT TRIED TO ACCELLERATE WHEN I WENT TO BRAKE. FIRST THOUGHT IT A QUIRK OR FLOOR MATS. RECENTLY NEARLY TRASHED A PARKED CAR WHILE BACKING ITO A PARKING SPACE. CONTINUED TO ACCELLERATE DISPITE STANDING ON BRAKE. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY DOUBT THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH SUA, SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELLERATION, THAT FORD HAS NEVER ADMITTED. I HAVE MADE SURE I AM OFF THE GAS PEDAL AND THE FLOOR MAT HAS BEEN REMOVED. THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE VEHICLE IS MOVING AND WHEN TRYING TO BRAKE!
PREMATURE FRAME CORROSION AND RUST FAILURE, DURING RECENT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, MY MECHANIC INFORMED ME THAT THE FRAME ON THE REAR HALF OF MY 2005 FORD F-150 HAD RUSTED UNDER THE BED AND REAR WHEEL WELLS TO THE POINT OF FAILURE WHERE THE FRAME WOULD NO LONGER SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE ON HIS LIFT. RUST THRU HOLES AND LONGITUDINAL CRACKS HAD FORMED ON THE BOTTOM AND SIDE FRAME SURFACES AT THE STRESS POINT BEFORE THE REAR WHEEL BEND. THIS SEEMS EXTREMELY UNUSUAL BECAUSE THE TRUCK HAS BEEN GENERALLY BEEN GARAGE KEPT AND MAINTAINED IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION. THE EXTERIOR BODY ONLY EXHIBITS LIGHT SPOTS OF SURFACE RUST ON THE VISIBLE BODY PANELS. PROVIDING NO HINTS OF THE DEGRADATION OCCURRING BELOW. MY MECHANIC HAS TOLD ME THAT CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE FRAME STRUCTURE WAS IMMINENT AND THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER SAFE TO DRIVE. WHICH IN ITSELF IS CONCERNING IN THAT I HAD BEEN TOTALLY UNAWARE OF THE VEHICLE'S DETERIORATING CONDITION. HAD I NOT TAKEN THE VEHICLE IN FOR MAINTENANCE I WOULD LIKELY CONTINUED DRIVING THE VEHICLE UNTIL ONE DAY BEING TOTALLY SURPRISED WHEN THE BACK HALF OF MY TRUCK SEPARATED FROM THE FRONT.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTIRE SUBFRAME OF THE VEHICLE WAS RUSTED AND CORRODED, INCLUDING THE DAMAGED EXHAUST PIPE. THE EXHAUST PIPE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE SUBFRAME WAS NOT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.

THE BRAKE WARNING LITE REMAINS ON. I'M TOLD BY MY MECHANIC THAT IT IS DUE TO A BROKEN CONNECTION IN THE DASH BOARD CIRCUIT BOARD AND HE SAID IT IS A RELATIVELY COMMON FAULT. REPAIR REQUIRES REMOVING THE ENTIRE DASH BOARD AND REPLACEMENT OF THE CIRCUIT BOARD.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS EXAMINED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP DRIVE MODULE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 135,000.
VEHICLE STALLS AND OR SURGES AND HAS DEAD SPOTS. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE THE ISSUE IT STILL PERSISTS. LOOKING ON LINE IT IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE.2005 -2008 F 150 5.4. IT IS ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS WHEN TOWING A TRAILER MY WIFE HAS ALMOST GOT INTO ACCIDENTS A COUPLE OF TIMES WHILE TOWING A HORSE TRAILER AND IS NOW AFRAID TO DRIVE THE TRUCK. SPOKE TO FORD BUT NO REAL RESPONSE. I THINK THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT FURTHER ESPECIALLY WHEN CONSIDERING PEOPLE DO TOW WITH THEIR TRUCKS AND IT AMPLIFIES THIS ISSUE. THANKS MARIO .
FORD HAD AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THEIR 2005 5.4L ENGINES IN THE F-150 TRUCKS. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WAS FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM 07M08. THE EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERED FUEL INJECTOR FAILURES BUT FAILED TO COVER THE RESULT OF THOSE FAILURES. I LOST SEVERAL INJECTORS WHICH RESULTED IN "DAMAGE TO OTHER POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS." THOSE COMPONENT WERE THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS. BOTH OF MY CATALYTIC CONVERTERS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WOULD HESITATE WHEN ACCELERATING AND FUEL CONSUMPTION INCREASED AS THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS CONTINUED TO FAIL. EMISSION TESTING WAS NEVER PERFORMED OF THIS VEHICLE. I CAN BE ASSUMED THAT EMISSION TESTING WOULD HAVE FAILED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STILL UNDER THE 07M08 COVERAGE.
A WHEEL STUD, FORD P/N YL3Z 1107 AB, ON THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL/HUB ASSEMBLY WOULD NOT TIGHTEN TO THE PRESCRIBED 150 FT-LBS TORQUE BECAUSE IT STRETCHED. THE WHEEL STUD STRETCHED 0.044" BEFORE I STOPPED TRYING TO TORQUE IT UP TO SPECIFICATION. THE WHEEL STUD AND NUT WERE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY. THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT INVOLVED. I BELIEVE THAT EITHER FORD HAS OVERSTATED THE TIGHTENING TORQUE OR THERE IS A MATERIALS AND/OR HEAT TREATING DEFECT. THE WHEEL STUD APPEARS TO BE ZINC PLATED. THE WHEEL BOLT TORQUE OF 150 FT-LBS IS LISTED IN REFERENCE MATERIALS AS THE TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR PLAIN, UNLUBRICATED M14 CLASS 10.9 STEEL FASTENERS. THE TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR ZINC PLATED M14 FASTENERS IS ABOUT 20 FT-LB LESS.
HAD WHAT APPEARED TO BE A SLOW LEAK IN REAR TIRE. TOOK IT TO LES SCHWAB TIRE AND THEY FOUND IT WAS A WELD THAT WAS FAILING IN THE ORIGINAL STOCK RIM. THE SPLIT WAS APPROXIMATELY 8 INCHES LONG. I THEN SPOKE TO A LOCAL FORD DEALER WHO DENIED EVER HEARING ANY KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH A THING AND SIMPLY SAID YOU CANNOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET AFTER I HAD GOOGLED THE ISSUE. HE SAID FORD TAKES THESE THINGS VERY SERIOUSLY BUT THAT THIS WAS SOMETHING BRAND NEW. HE KEPT INSISTING A 13 YEAR OLD TRUCK WILL HAVE ISSUES AND THAT I SHOULD LOOK AT THEIR NEW ONES...EVEN THOUGH THE INTERNET HAD ALL AGES OF RIM ISSUES RELATED TO THE F SERIES PICKUPS

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BILL KNIGHT FORD OF STILLWATER (4405 W 6TH AVE, STILLWATER, OK 74074, 405-372-7144) AND THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS UPDATED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 80,000.
EXHAUST MANIFOLDS ARE LEAKING AND CAUSING EXHUST FUMES TO ENTER THE VEHICLE. TRUCK HAS APROX 120,000, ISSUE STARTED AT AROUND 80,000. IT'S AT THE POINT NOW WHERE IT MAKES PEOPLE IN THE TRUCK SICK AND IT WON'T PASS STATE INSPECTION. CAM PHASERS MAKE NOISES AS WELL. WO KNOW WHEN THIS ENGINE WILL FAIL. COMMON PROBLEMS WITH THE 5.4 V8 ENGINE. WELL DOCUMENTED ON THE INTERNET.

I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH GET MY TRUCK FIXED AND WHAT UPSETS ME IS I TAKE CARE OF MY TRUCK CHANGE OIL SPARK PLUGS EVERYTHING SINCE PURCHASED IN 2005 BRAND NEW AND IM OVER IT SOMETHING NEEDS TO DONE WITH ALL THESE PARTS DEFECTED AND IT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE.

TRANS FAULT ERROR
THERE IS A CURRENT RECALL FOR THIS SAME ISSUE BUT ITS TILL 2004, BUT SHOULD BE EXPANDED. I HAVE A 2005 F150 WITH THE SAME ISSUES AS A 2004 F150 AND THE CHASSIS SUFFERS FROM MASSIVE CORROSION. MY TRUCK IS DEEMED UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE FRAME IS ROTTING THROUGH AND VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. IT CAN SEPARATE AT ANY TIME. THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 88K MILES AND IT COULD SEPARATE AT ANYTIME. IF INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IT CAN BE FATAL. NHTSA YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE AND RECALL THIS SERIOUS ISSUE RIGHT AWAY AND SAVE PEOPLES LIVES.
