NEAR MISS. I BOUGHT A NEW 2009 FORD FOCUS 7 MONTHS AGO; IT HAD 25 MILES ON IT. I HAVE PUT 18,000 MILES ON IT SO FAR, MOSTLY IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS. THE BACK STARTS THUMPING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS ABOUT 1000 MILES AGO SO TODAY I TAKE IT IN TO BILL KNIGHT FORD, WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR (74133) , AND THEY TELL ME I NEED A REAR END ALIGNMENT AND 2 NEW TIRES. AMAZING ENOUGH, THEY DON'T HAVE THE TIRES IN STOCK- I'M GUESSING CAUSE EVERYONE THAT TRADED IN THE CLUNKERS 7 MONTHS AGO (TO BUY A FOCUS), ALREADY BEAT ME TO THE DEALER SHIP. IS IT JUST ME OR DOES THE $17,000 CAR HAVE PROBLEMS? *TR
DRIVING OVER LEVEL PAVEMENT IN MY 2009 FORD FOCUS APPROACHING A STOP LIGHT. WHEN I REMOVED MY FOOT FROM THE ACCELERATOR, THE VEHICLE CONTINUED AT THE CURRENT SPEED (45MPH). I BRAKED, BUT IT WASN'T ENOUGH TO STOP THE CAR. I DROVE THROUGH THE INTERSECTION WHICH WAS EMPTY, AND PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL. THE ENGINE THEN SLOWED TO NORMAL IDLE SPEED. I THEN DROVE HOME AND CHECKED THE OPERATION, AND COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG. *TR
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD, AT 55-60 MPH AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I HEARD A LOUD BANG, WELL MY SUNROOF JUST EXPLODED FROM THE INSIDE OUT. NOTHING HIT IT, THE ROADS WERE BARE, I WASN'T UNDER ANY TREES, NOTHING. THERE'S A BIG HOLE, AND SURROUNDING THE HOLE THE GLASS IS SHATTERED. I TOOK PICTURES OF IT. THE GLASS IS POINTED OUT, NOT IN. IF SOMETHING HAD FELL ON IT, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT OF GLASS INSIDE THE VEHICLE BUT THERE WASN'T. ITS A BRAND NEW CAR! 2009 FORD FOCUS. HAVEN'T EVEN HAD IT A YEAR. COMPANY WONT COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE SOMETHING HIT IT. I SAID NO. I DID MY RESEARCH AND FOUND 3 OTHER FORD VEHICLES THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. ITS UNSAFE. I COULD HAVE HAD LITTLE PIECES OF GLASS IN MY EYE!!! OR IF I HAD A PASSENGER THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL THESE LITTLE SHARDS OF GLASS ON THEM. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 55 MPH WHEN THE BRAKES FAILED. HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO A DITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER YET THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE DEALER ADVISED THERE WERE NO FAILURES WITHIN THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD INTERMITTENTLY PULL TO THE RIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,555 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE 18,150. UPDATED 11/12/10 *CN THE CONSUMER STATED HE HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THREE ACCIDENTS DUE TO THE BRAKES NOT FAILING. THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN HE APPLIED BRAKES THE VEHICLE WENT OUT OF CONTROL AND HIT A CONCRETE STORM DRAIN PIPE. THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE ALIGNED AND IT PULLS HARD TO THE RIGHT AT SPEEDS ABOVE 45 MPH. UPDATED 11/24/10
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR TIRES WERE WEARING PREMATURELY AND WERE REPLACED AT 29,000 MILES. IN ADDITION, WHEN DRIVING AT A SPEED OF AT LEAST 50 MPH, THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE WOULD ABNORMALLY BOUNCE. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE REAR TRANS AXLE WAS SLIGHTLY OFF YET WITHIN SPECIFICATIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 29,000.
I WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONT END CRASH THIS AM INVOLVING 3 DEER. THE ENTIRE FRONT END OF MY CAR IS SMASHED. HOWEVER THE AIR BAGS DID NOT ACTIVATE. THIS IS DISTURBING TO ME, AND I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN. MY CAR IS A 2009 FORD FOCUS SEL. *TR
DOOR LATCHES AND DOOR LOCKS DO NOT WORK ALL THE TIME. HAVE HAD THEM FIXED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT THEY STILL CONSTANTLY ACT UP AND WON'T WORK. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOORS COULD NOT BE UNLOCKED FROM THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, WHERE THE DOOR REGULATORS WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFERRED THE CONTACT BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED A SECOND TIME. ENGINE REPLACED IN NEW 2009 FORD FOCUS WITH ONLY 4,836 MILES. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL AND FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE EXCESSIVELY. IN ADDITION, THERE WAS A STRONG BURNING ODOR INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE SPEED WAS REDUCED AND THE VEHICLE WAS MANEUVERED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT NOTICED THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE TIRE COMPLETELY DEFLATED. THERE WAS NO FLAMES PRESENT. THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE TIRE WITH A SPARE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER THREE TIMES FOR THE SIMILAR. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THE DEFECT WAS RELATED TO FAULTY SUSPENSION. THE REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WHICH CONSISTED OF REPLACING THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM, FRONT RACK AND PINION. IN ADDITION, A FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND CAMBER KIT INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED. THE FAILURE RECURRED AFTER THE REPAIRS. THERE WERE A TOTAL OF SIX SET OF TIRES REPLACED ON THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
I WAS INVOLVED IN A ROLLOVER IN 2009. THE CAR STEERING WAS LOOSE AND CAUSED ME TO LOSE CONTROL ON THE ROAD. I WAS SWITCHING LANES ON THE HIGHWAY, THE ROAD WAS UNEVEN AND THE STEERING SEEMED TO STOP WORKING. ALSO THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. IT WAS A RENTAL CAR.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION WAS TURNED ON THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM MONITOR WARNING LIGHT INDICATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN TIRE FAILURE OCCURRED. DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE WARNING INDICATOR THE TIRES COMPLETELY DEFLATED AND NEARLY SHREDDED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER APPROXIMATELY THREE TIMES FOR THE IDENTICAL FAILURE. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM MONITOR OPERATED PROPERLY AND THAT THE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN THE TIRE PRESSURE MEASURED 15 PSI, ALTHOUGH THE ACCURATE PRESSURE SHOULD MEASURE BETWEEN 26 TO 27 PSI. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING ON A RESPONSE FROM THE MANUFACTURER REGARDING THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,274. THE CURRENT WAS MILEAGE WAS 33,512.
HAD AND ACCIDENT AFTER 6 MONTHS OF PAYING ON THE CAR, WHICH WAS SEPT. 2009.. INSIDE OF TIRED BALD, TOOK TO FORD TO HAVE OIL CHANGED, AND SUPPOSED LOOK OVER, BUT WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE INSIDE WARN TIRES. BACK DOORS WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OUT, FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE OUTSIDE, HAVE HAD TO BUY TIRES EVERY SIX MONTHS, BECAUSE CAR WEARS THEM OUT, CONSTANT REPAIRS THAT NEVER SEEM TO FIX THE CAR HANDLING ISSUES.. HAD FAR TOO MANY REPAIRS FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS OF HAVING THE CAR..
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. DURING BRAKE APPLICATION THERE WAS A GRINDING SOUND COMING FROM THE BRAKE PADS. SHE THEN NOTICED GREASE AND OIL ON BOTH FRONT WHEELS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT BRAKE DUST WAS ACCUMULATING ON THE WHEELS. HE THEN ADDED THAT AFTER REPEATED USAGE THE GRINDING NOISE SHOULD DISAPPEAR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,000.
WAS HIT IN FRONT END DOING 8,000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGE. AIRBAGS NEVER WENT OFF. TOOK TO BOB THIBODEAU AND QUESTIONED AIR BAGS AS TO WHY AND THEY EXPLAINED TO ME, BLACK BOX WOULD EXPLAIN. LEFT AT BOB THIBODEAU FOR REPAIRS TO BODY AND TWO WEEKS LATER, I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS, THEY EXPLAINED TO ME MY CAR CAUGHT FIRE WHILE BEING WELDED ON. BOB THIBODEAU SETTLED ONLY FOR THE COST OF MY LOAN, WITH NO EXPLANATION ABOUT AIRBAGS. FURTHERMORE, NUMEROUS CONTACTS WERE MADE WITH FORD MOTOR COMPANY AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM REGARDING THESE TACTICS. *TR
SECOND TIME IN TWO MONTHS WINDSHIELD HAS DEVELOPED A STRESS FRACTURE. *TR
CAR PURCHASED NEW FROM OUT OF AREA DEALER IN DECEMBER 2008 - NO ACCIDENTS OR POTHOLE CONTACT. AT 10090 MILES IN AUGUST 2009, HAD RIGHT REAR TIRE BLOWOUT, TIRE WAS REPLACED. SIX MONTHS LATER, REPLACED BOTH REAR TIRES DUE TO UNEVEN WEAR, COMPETED ALIGNMENT AT QUALITY PROVIDER WITH NO PROBLEMSIDENTIFIED. DID NOT USE DEALER FOR THE ALIGNMENT BECAUSE OF LOCAL DEALER'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTEGRITY REPUTATION. DECEMBER 2010, NOTICED SAME PROBLEM - SEVERE DIAGONAL CUPPING OF REAR TIRES. THIS TIME WE TOOK TO DIFFERENT TIRE PLACE AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT DO 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT DUE TO A REAR SUSPENSION COMPONANT ISSUE. IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE CAR TO DEALER WHERE PURCHASED, GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE HOWEVER, THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT ALLIGN EITHER, PROBABLY BECAUSE WE RAN SOMETHING OVER, WHICH WE KNEW WE DID NOT. WE WERE NOT SATISFIED SO THEY KEPT THE CAR CLOSE TO A WEEK FOR TESTING, MEASURING, CALIBRATION ETC. THEY FINALLY SAID UPPER REAR CONTROL ARMS WERE WRONG SIZE (I THINK THEY SAID TOO SHORT), WHICH THEY REPLACED AT NO CHARGE FOR THE PARTS, AND SAID THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE ALIGNMENT, WHICH COST $240. NOW SEPTEMBER 2011, 41000 MILES, AND AGAIN THERE IS SEVERE DIAGONAL CUPPING OF THE REAR TIRES, WHICH HAVE TO BE REPLACED. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE JUMPED A CURB AND CRASHED INTO A POLE. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED NO PERSONAL INJURY. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE PASSENGER REAR TIRES BLEW OUT. THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY WOULD ONLY REPLACE TWO OF THE FOUR TIRES AND REFUSED TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 14,000.
DRIVING AT NORMAL HWY SPEED, THE RENTAL CAR (2009 FORD FOCUS) WANDERED AS IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG IN THE WHEELS OR STEERING WHEEL AND THEN FLIPPED OVER ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD. MY ENTIRE FAMILY ALMOST PERISHED THAT DAY. *TR
MY GRANDDAUGHTER OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE DOOR LOCKS AND LATCHES DO NOT WORK. IT WAS TAKEN IN TWICE TO BE FIXED. THE DEALER SAID IT IS FROM DUST AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY $900 TO UPGRADE THE LOCKS AND LATCHES. THIS CONCERNS ME GREATLY BECAUSE I AM VERY WORRIED THAT IF THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT MY GRAND DAUGHTER WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE CAR. *TR
WHILE DRIVING AT SPEED, DRIVER LOSES ALL CONTROL OF GAS PEDAL AND HAS TO PUT CAR IN NEUTRAL AND SHUT IGNITION OFF IN ORDER TO RESTART CAR TO RESET CONTROL OF GAS PEDAL. THIS SITUATION HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST 5 MONTHS. ON OCT 2 IT HAPPENED 5 TIMES ON THE SAME DRIVE THAT DAY. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT COULD CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH. IT IS LUCKY THAT WE HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THIS AND IT HASN'T CAUSE US AN ACCIDENT. BUT NOW WE MUST GET IT REPAIRED BECAUSE FATE WILL CATCH UP TO YOU AT THE WRONG TIME. I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS. AFTER RESEARCH SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS THE THROTTLE BODY WHICH HAS A NON REPLACEABLE SENSOR ON IT THAT CONTROLS A SIGNAL TO THE GAS PEDAL. TO REPAIR IT THE THROTTLE BODY HAS TO BE REPLACED. PLEASE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS. I HAVE CALLED FORD DEALERSHIP ABOUT THIS AND THEY SHOW NO CONCERN OR INTEREST IN FINDING OUT IF THIS IS A NATIONAL PROBLEM THEY MAY KILL SOMEONE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE BEFORE SOMEONE DIES THAT IS NOT AWARE OF THIS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. WHILE PARKED, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO UNLOCK THE DOORS WITH THE KEY FOB AND MANUALLY USING THE KEY, BUT THE DOORS WOULD NOT UNLOCK. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. THE FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY AND USUALLY WHEN THE WEATHER WAS WARM. THE CONTACT HAD ALSO BECOME LOCKED INSIDE THE VEHICLE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AS A RESULT OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE LOCK ON THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR HOWEVER, THE FAILURE CONTINUED AFTER THE REPAIR. THERE WERE NO FURTHER REPAIRS PERFORMED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
TL*-CONTACT RENTED A 2009 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING AT A SPEED OF 60-65 MPH ON DRY PAVEMENT AND EXITING ONTO A RAMP THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES AND FELT THE WHEELS LOCK CAUSING HER TO CRASH INTO THE PRECEEDING VEHICLE . THE CONTACT FEELS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS FAULTY AND DOES NOT KNOW WHY THE WHEELS LOCKED UP. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 1070 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1055. UPDATED 05/26/09 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE DRIVING, SHE HEARD A LOT OF NOISES AROUND THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR, AS THE OUGH THE DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED PROPERLY. WHEN SHE EXITED THE RAMP, THE RIGHT FRONT BRAKE SEEMED TO GRAB AND SHAKE EVERYTIME IT WAS APPLIED. ABOUT 2 BLOCKS AWAY, THERE HAD BEEN HEAVY RAINSTORM, AND WHEN THE CONSUMER ATTEMPTED TO APPLY THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE SKIDDED AND HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HER. THE CONSUMER STATED THE BRAKES FAILED AND PULLED SEVERLY TO THE RIGHT WHICH CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. THE VEHICLE WAS A RENTAL. UPDATED 05/28/09.*JB
WHILE DRIVING THE CAR, A FOCUS, I TRIED TO STOP FOR A RED LIGHT; WHEN I STEPPED ON THE BRAKE, THE CAR ACCELERATED MOMENTARILY. I PUSHED HARDER ON THE BRAKE AND THE CAR DID STOP. HOWEVER, THIS HAS HAPPENED FOUR TIMES IN THE LAST MONTH (MID JANUARY TO MID FEBRUARY, 2009), AND THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED, I CAME WITHIN INCHES OF REAR-ENDING A STOPPED CAR.--THIS WAS AFTER I LEFT ABOUT DOUBLE THE STOPPING SPACE THAT WOULD BE NORMAL FOR A STOP.. THE CAR IS NOW AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SECOND TIME AND THEY ARE TRYING TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM,WITH NO LUCK SO FAR. *TR

TOOK MY 2009 FORD FOCUS TO DEALER FOR OIL CHANGE; TOLD DEALER I HAD LUMPY LEFT REAR TIRE; WAS TOLD I DIDN'T ROTATE MY TIRES; ASKED HOW OFTEN I SHOULD ROTATE; DEALER SAID WHENEVER OIL CHANGED; DEALER COST WAS $25 FOR TIRE ROTATION; I DID IT MYSELF; NEXT DAY PUT CAR UP ON HOIST, ROTATED THE TIRES, AND DROVE; FRONT END SHOOK AND WAS UNCONTROLLABLE; WENT BACK TO SHOP AND PUT TIRES BACK AS THEY WERE; VIBRATION WAS MINOR IN LEFT REAR CORNER; AT 12000 MILES TOOK CAR TO DEALER FOR OIL CHANGE; WAS TOLD I NEEDED TIRE ROTATION; TOLD THEM I TRIED @ 6000 MILES AND FRONT OF CAR SHOOK SO HAD TO PUT TIRES BACK WHERE THEY WERE; DEALER SAID TOO MUCH IN CAR AND WAS THROWING ALIGNMENT OFF; THAT NEEDED TO BUY NEW TIRES & WOULD TAKE CARE OF SHAKING IN BACK; SINCE PURCHASE, CAR WAS NEW I HAVE TO DRIVE WITH WHITE KNUCKLES AT A VERY SLOW SPEED IF THE ROAD IS WET OR HAS SNOW ON THE ROAD . AFTER 1/4" OF DRY POWDERY SNOW THE CAR IS ALL OVER THE ROAD AND CAN'T DRIVE OVER 25MPH WITHOUT THE BACK OF THE CAR SWAYING BACK AND FORTH. I HAVE NEVER DROVE ANY CAR IN MY LIFE I AM SO AFRAID TO DRIVE IN ANY AMOUNT OF SNOW OR RAIN. AT 20000 MILES I HAD TO PUT ON 4 NEW TIRES . THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE EXCELLENT ON SNOW AND RAIN . I TOOK OFF FOR HOME AND THEY WERE THE SAME. AT 30000 MILES I COMPLAINED AGAIN AND THEY SAID I NEEDED TO ROTATE THE TIRES MORE OFTEN BECAUSE THE LEFT REAR TIRE WAS CUPPING. AT 40000 I BOUGHT 2 TIRES AND PUT THE FRONT TIRES ON THE REAR AND THREW THE LEFT REAR TIRE AWAY. I TOOK TO DEALER AND INSISTED IT CHECK ALIGNMENT WITH WHATEVER WAS IN THE CAR; TECHNICIAN CHECKED & SAID LEFT REAR CONTROL ARM MUST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY HITTING CURB WHICH WAS NOT TRUE; TOLD NEEDED TO SPEND $530 TO CORRECT (WARRANTY HAD RUN OUT); COULD NOT FIND PROBLEM WHEN UNDER WARRANTY. *TR
2009 FORD FOCUS HEADREST MIS- ALIGNMENT PROBLEM. *NJ THE CONSUMER STATED ON TRIPS LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES, THE CONSUMER EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HER SHOULDERS FROM HAVING HER HEAD BENT FORWARD AND HAVING NO SUPPORT ON HER UPPER BACK WHEN SHE TRIED TO SIT STRAIGHT UP. WHEN THE CONSUMER TURNED HER HEAD QUICKLY, SHE HIT HER HEAD ON THE HEADREST, AND THE PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST OBSTRUCTED HER VISION. THE DEALER SUGGESTED THAT THE CONSUMER TURN THE HEADREST AROUND TO ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM, BUT SHE DISCOVERED THAT COULD NOT BE DONE ON HER VEHICLE. *JB
