I WENT TO GET MY OIL CHANGED SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN MY FORD DEALERSHIP AND SINCE, THE CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING ODDLY. MOSTLY ISSUES WITH ACCELERATING AFTER SITTING AT A RED LIGHT ON ROADS WHERE THE SPEED IS ANYWHERE FROM 35 TO 45 MPH. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ALL THE TIME, BUT I NOTICED IT ABOUT A WEEK AFTER THE OIL CHANGE. THE OTHER ISSUE, THAT IS MORE CAUSE FOR ALARM, IS THAT THE DOORS WILL NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY. FIRST IT WAS THE PASSENGER FRONT DOOR, THEN THE PASSENGER REAR DOOR AND FINALLY THE DRIVER REAR DOOR. ALL WHILE STATIONARY, THANK GOODNESS. SINCE THEN, ALL BUT THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT DOOR HAVE BEEN SECURED WITH BUNGEE CORDS FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS, BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO REPLACE THE DOOR LATCHES. ONE OF WHICH HAD BEEN REPLACED ONLY LAST YEAR AND COST ME NEARLY $500 BECAUSE THE PART HADN'T BEEN ON RECALL! I THEN FOUND OUT TODAY THAT THERE IS A RECALL ON SAID PARTS THAT BEGAN IN JANUARY 2017 BUT I HAVE YET TO BE NOTIFIED BY MY DEALERSHIP! I ONLY NOTICED BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE -IF- THERE HAD BEEN A RECALL DUE TO HEARING ABOUT A FEW OTHER PEOPLE HAVING THIS SAME TYPE OF ISSUE. SEE PHOTOS OF BUNGEE CORDED DOORS. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND THOSE WHO OWN THIS SAME MODEL OF CAR SHOULD BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF A RECALL, NOT WHEN PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. I WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN HAD I NOT THOUGHT OF DOING MY OWN RESEARCH. I MAY NEVER HAD KNOWN IF I WAS WAITING ON MY DEALERSHIP TO NOTIFY ME... I MAY HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED OR WORSE IF I HAD WAITED ON THEM.
STOP SAFELY NOW - FORD FOCUS ELECTRIC I HAVE HAD THIS FORD FOCUS SINCE NEW AND HAVE HAD AT LEAST 5 INCIDENTS OF "STOP SAFELY NOW" WARNING WHICH RENDERS THE CAR POWERLESS FOR AT LEAST A FEW MINUTES. THIS HAS OCCURRED IN SITUATIONS SUCH AS IN LEFT HAND TURN LANES WHICH IS A HAZARD TO ME AND OTHER CARS. FORD DID A RECALL -- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM 15N03 AND 15B23 WHICH WAS AN INSPECTION OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE WIRE HARNESS. THIS INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED ON 10/26/2016. THERE WAS ANOTHER OCCURRENCE ON MAY 1, 2017, AFTER THIS INSPECTION. MY WIFE WAS TURNING LEFT ON A BUSY STREET AND GOT THE MESSAGE "STOP SAFELY NOW". SHE COULD NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. I DON'T FEEL SAFE OPERATING THIS VEHICLE AND MY WIFE REFUSES TO DRIVE IT.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. WHILE STATIONARY AND DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. DON SANDERSON FORD IN GLENDALE, ARIZONA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE RACK AND PINION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 80,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED 3 TO 4 TIMES UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE THE WHEEL WOULD NOT MOVE, AFTER AWHILE AFTER PUTTING THE CAR FROM "P" TO "N" AND BACK AGAIN IT MOVED. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL RECALLS. CONSUMER HAS BROUGHT IT IN MANY TIMES FOR TRANSMISSION RECALLS. CONSUMER ALSO STATED DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOORS OPEN ON THER OWN AND PASSENGER WINDOW WOULD NOT GO DOWN FROM DRIVER SIDE CONTROLS.*JB
WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE POWER STEERING ASSIST MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND WAS UNABLE TO BE MANEUVERED. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED, THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEABLE. HOWEVER, THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING REOCCURRENCE. EACH TIME THE VEHICLE IS SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED IT SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED AND DRIVEABLE. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MECHANIC, NO ISSUES COULD BE DIAGNOSED AT THAT TIME. OWNER CALLED TO CHECK FOR ANY OPEN RECALLS UNDER VEHICLE VIN SEARCH, BUT NO RECALLS APPLY TO THIS ONGOING STEERING PROBLEM.
2012 FORD FOCUS STANDARD TRANSMISSION ORIGINAL OWNER EXPERIENCED POWER LOSS 3X ON HIGHWAY IN 6 YEARS. VEHICLE WOULD LOSE POWER ON HIGHWAY AND COULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 65MPH GAS PEDAL TO FLOOR..NO WARNING LIGHTS ON DASH SLOW ACCELERATION IN ANY GEAR WITH SLIGHT STUTTER. WHEN I PULL OVER TURN OFF FOR 5 MINUTES THEN START AGAIN PROBLEM GOES AWAY.YOU TUBE SEARCH SHOWS MULTIPLE FORD FOCUS OWNERS SAME ISSUE. CHECKED WITH FORD..TOLD ME THEY HAD SOFTWARE UPDATE BUT MY VEHICLE NOT IN LIST FOR UPGRADE AS IT IS NOT AFFECTED.
CAR WAS PARKED. STARTED THE CAR AND PUT IT IN REVERSE TO PULL OUT OF PARKING SPOT. THE CAR ROLLED FORWARD, THE STEERING LOCKED AND ALL BRAKES BECAME DISABLED. HAD TO OPEN DOOR AND ROLL OUT OF THE MOVING CAR BECAUSE IT WAS HEADED FOR A LAKE. THE GROUND FLATTENED OUT AND CAR STOPPED.. STARTED CAR AND EVERYTHING WORKED NORMALLY. IN ADDITION, IT WILL ROLL BACKWARDS WHILE IN DRIVE ON A VERY SLIGHT INCLINE. THIS CAR IS DANGEROUS. FORD: DO THE RIGHT THING BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED.
POWER STEERING WENT OUT
I HAVE HAD THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER TWICE FOR IT STUDDERING AND NOT SHIFTING RIGHT. IT HAS STILL SHUDDERED ONCE IN A WHILE WHILE GOING FORWARD COASTING AND TURNING BUT NOT AS BAD AS WHEN I TOOK IT IN. I LOVE MY FOCUS BUT AM SO UPSET THAT IT NOW HAS A MAJOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEM THAT MAY NOT BE COVERED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY. I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY AND I TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY CAR, GETTING OIL CHANGES ECT WHEN DUE. GANLEY FORD IN BARBERTON NOW HAS IT AND IS TAKING IT APART TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE IS. SHOULD NOT HAPPEN ON A CAR THIS NEW. IT STARTED MAKING A LOUD NOISE WHEN PUSHING ON THE GAS AND DRIVING AT ABOUT 40-50MPH. THE NOISE WAS LOUD LIKE A RACE CAR, VIBRATION NOISE. I TOOK IT IN TO FORD THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. I MOSTLY DRIVE ON STREET, NOT ON THE HIGHWAY. IT WAS IN DRIVE GOING FORWARD THAT THE NOISE ISSUE OCCURED, GETTING LOUDER THE WARMER THE CAR WAS.
WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY MY FOCUS BEGAN STALLING OUT VERY ABRUPTLY. I WAS AS IF I WAS SLAMMING ON MY BRAKES WHILE CRUISING ON THE HIGHWAY WITH NO NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. THIS HAPPENED MANY TIMES AND THE CAR WOULD SOMETIMES STALL COMPLETELY OR JUST KEEP MOVING. WHILE IDLING AT A STOP THE RPMS WOULD FLUCTUATE RAPIDLY THEN THE CAR WOULD STALL OUT. I BOUGHT THIS CAR AT 57K MILES AND AT 65K IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS THE FUEL PUMP WHICH WAS REPLACED. NOW AT 77K MILES I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME SYMPTOMS AND THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY ON THE HIGHWAY. THE MANUFACTURERS PUMP IS CLEARLY FAULTY AND IT'S COSTING ME ANOTHER $600 TO REPLACE FOR THE SECOND TIME. I HAVE SEEN MANY OTHERS WITH THIS SAME ISSUE AND I'M HOPING TO SEE A RECALL ON SOMETHING THIS DANGEROUS.

ON APRIL 22 , 2017 WHILE MY DAUGHTER AND HER 5 YEARS OLD CHILD WAS DRIVING FROM A CHEERLEADER MEET IN MARYLAND TO STERLING VIRGINIA, SHE STOPPED TO RETRIEVED A SNACK PACK OUT OF THE TRUNK, WHEN SHE GOT BACK IN AND STARTED THE VEHICLE THE VEHICLE STEERING SEIZED UP AND THE LIGHT CAME ON SHE WAS LUCKILY ABLE TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE BACK TO STERLING VA GOONS DEALERSHIP . THE VEHICLE AS BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 25 DAYS; FORD MOTOR CO OFFERED AN X-PIN TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE WHICH THEY TRIED TO INTIMIDATE MY DAUGHTER INTO BUYING. THE VEHICLE IS IN MY NAME AND I HAVE SINCE RETIRED AND LIVE IN FL . THE VEHICLE IS AT KOONS FORD VERY ARROGANT BUNCH AND TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL THAT THEY WANTED THEIR LOANER BACK AND THAT FOR ME TO MAKE A DECISION RIGHT AWAY AND AUTHORIZED THE PAYMENTS FOR REPAIR HE DID NOT OFFER ANY COUPONS OR BREAKDOWN OF THE SAME. I TOLD HIM TO CALL ME BACK AND THAT'S WHERE IT IS NOW. FORD KNOW VERY WELL THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE STEERING SYSTEM AND ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH PEOPLE LIVES. 2012 FORD FOCUS SE 65K MILES: AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION STOPS SUDDENLY LOOSING POWER AND CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WHEN YOU GO ON THE HIGHWAY OR ON BUSY STREET. SHIFT GEAR GET LOST AND SPEED, VELOCITY AND ACCELERATION DECREASE. WHEEL BEARINGS MAKE A LOT OF NOISE ON THE REAR TIRES LIKE IF THEY GOING TO FLY OUT OF THE CAR. RADIATOR HAVE A HAIR LINE CRACK SO IS LEAKING COOLANT. NOTE: THE CAR IS WELL MAINTAINED AND HAVE ALL MAINTENANCE MADE ON TIME. NO ABUSIVE DRIVING. WHAT HAPPEN FORD???😡 NO QUALITY AT ALL!!!

THERE WAS A POWER STEERING FAILURE WHEN BACKING OUT OF PARKING SPOT. I WAS UNABLE TO TURN THE WHEEL, RESULTING IN BLOCKED TRAFFIC, AND DISRUPTION TO OTHER DRIVERS IN THE PARKING LOT. MANAGED TO DRIVE CAR (IN STRAIGHT LINE, BACK TO EARLIER PARKING SPACE). DEALER INDICATED THAT THERE IS A POWER STEERING ISSUE THAT COULD IMPACT SAFETY (STRANDING THE VEHICLE IN PARKING LOTS OR LOSS OF CONTROL AT SPEED).

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 45 MPH, THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR OPENED INDEPENDENTLY AS THE VEHICLE MADE A BEEPING SOUND AND THE VEHICLE'S INTERIOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE PARKING BRAKE ALSO ENGAGED AND DISENGAGED INDEPENDENTLY SEVERAL TIMES. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES AS THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO DRIVE HOME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INSTRUCTED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR LATCH FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V643000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES). ALTHOUGH VIN TOOL STATED PARTS NOT AVAILABLE, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE AVAILABLE AND THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED THE SAME DAY. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
PURCHASED THE CAR USED IN 2014 WITH APPROXIMATELY 26,000 MILES FROM SCHULTZ FORD ROUTE 304, BARDONIA, NY FOR ABOUT $18,000. IN 2017 IT WAS NOTICED THAT DURING RAINING WATER WAS ENTERING THE CAR INTERIOR ABOVE THE LEFT WINDOW ONTO THE DRIVER'S SEAT AND ONTO THE FRONT LEFT FLOOR MAT WHERE IT WOULD POOL. SUBSEQUENTLY THE INTERIOR WETNESS WAS HEAVIER AS THE RAIN WAS HEAVIER WHETHER CAR IS PARKED OR IN MOTION. THE WATER NEEDED TO BE SOAKED UP WITH TOWELS AND SPONGES AS NECESSARY. THEN AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WITH SCHULTZ DEALERSHIP AND REPAIR TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WITH 'THE WATER MAN' ON A MONDAY THAT HE WAS SCHEDULED TO BE AT SCHULTZ'S FORD DEALERSHIP (ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH). THE LEAK WAS FIXED BY THE WATER MAN FOR $265 WHO USED TOOLS TO RE-EMERGING OUT MOSTLY TREE AND PLANT DEBRIS THAT FELL ON THE CAR AND SOMEHOW ENTERED THE DRAINING CHANNELS THAT ALLOW THE ENTERING RAIN WATER TO DRAIN THROUGH THE ROOF AND DOORS TO THE GROUND. I ASKED THE SUPERVISOR OF THE SCHULTZ SERVICE CENTER WHY THE CAR HAD A LEAKING PROBLEM AND WHY ISN'T THERE RECALL FOR THE PROBLEM, AND WHAT CAN I DO TO ELIMINATE OR ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM. HIS SNIDE RESPONSE WAS 'PARK YOU CAR IN A GARAGE WHEN NOT DRIVING!' AFTER THE LEAK WAS TENDED TO BY SCHULTZ DEALERSHIP THE LEAKS WERE GREATLY MINIMIZED , BUT THEY SLOWLY RETURNED OVER MONTHS AND MONTHS UNTIL NOW THEY ARE AS BAD AS THEY WHEN WE FIRST HAD THE 'WATER MAN' REMEDIATE THE PROBLEM TEMPORARILY. THIS VEHICLE SAFETY COMPLAINT IS BEING MADE TO ALERT THE AGENCY TO THIS PROBLEM IN THE 2012 FORD FOCUS CAR, AND TO ASK YOU TO SEE IF THERE IS A SYSTEMATIC SAFETY PROBLEM IN WATER LEAKAGE FOR THIS FORD MODEL THAT SHOULD RESULT IN A RECALL FOR THIS MODEL. THERE IS A GREAT DANGER THAT THIS CONTINUAL LEAKAGE PROBLEM COULD CAUSE MICROBE AND MOLD PROBLEMS DUE TO MOISTURE ACCUMULATION.
WHILE BACKING OUT OF DRIVEWAY POWER STEERING FAILED. COULD NOT REGAIN POWER STEERING UNTIL VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND THEN RESTARTED
HAVING PROBLEMS MAINTAINING SPEED ! WHEN I EXCELERATED IT DOESN'T WANT TO PICK UP SPEED THEN SUDDENLY IT PICKS UP SPEED AFTER PRESSING THE PEDAL TO THE FLOOR. VERY DANGEROUS. I SAW THIS VERY SAME COMPLAINT FROM ANOTHER FOCUS OWNER DATED IN MARCH 2016 . VERY SCARY!
POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE. DROVE TO WORK FINE, 8 HOURS LATER CAME OUT TO GO HOME AND THE POWER STEERING WOULD NOT WORK. TURNED OFF THE CAR AND ALL ELECTRONICS IN HOPES IT WAS JUST A BOOT ERROR WITH NO SUCCESS. THE ERROR WAS "POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE." HAD TO HAVE CAR TOWED DUE TO IT NOT BEING HIGHWAY SAFE. RECALLS FOR POWER STEERING ON OTHER MODELS AFTER FAILURE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
FORD IS A MANUFACTURER THAT NEEDS TO BE UNDER A MICROSCOPE. THIS IS THE SECOND FOR VEHICLE I OWN THAT OPENS A DOOR ON US WHILE DRIVING.
I'M CURRENTLY ON MY 4TH POWERSHIFT TRANSMISSION. I GET A NEW ONE INSTALLED YEARLY DUE TO UNSAFE DRIVING HAZARDS IT CAUSES. JERKING, HESITATION, ROLLING BACKWARDS ON SLIGHT INCLINES. SEVERAL TIMES WHILE DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS THE POWERSHIFT TRANSMISSION SLIPPED OUT OF GEAR AND I HAD NO SPEED CONTROL. VERY SCARY! FORD KEEPS INSTALLING A NEW TRANSMISSION BUT, IT NEVER FIXES THE PROBLEM. THEY DID INCREASE MY WARRANTY TO 100,000 MILES. I INTENDED TO KEEP THIS CAR FOR MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER WHEN SHE STARTS TO DRIVE BUT, I WOULD NEVER TRUST HER LIFE WITH THIS CAR. I CAN'T TRADE IT IN BECAUSE ALL DEALERS KNOW THIS CAR IS A LEMON.
POWER STEERING WOULD RANDOMLY GO OUT WHEN STARTING THE CAR. AT FIRST, TURNING CAR OFF AND RESTARTING WOULD CLEAR ERROR AND STEERING WOULD BE FINE. ONE DAY, CAR TURNED ON AND ERROR WOULDN'T CLEAR. NO POWER STEERING AT ALL. TOOK INTO DEALER TO REPAIR. REPAIR WILL COST OF $1900. NOT SURE WHY IT'S NOT COVERED UNDER POWER TRAIN WARRANTY. AND WITH THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS I'VE READ ONLINE FOR 2012 FORD FOCUS POWER STEERING ISSUES, I'M REALLY SURPRISED THERE HASN'T BEEN A RECALL. VERY UNSAFE!!
VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY WHEN I TURNED THE CAR ON. STEERING COLUMN LOCKED UP AND THE CAR STARTED BEEPING AND PRESENTED THE WARNING "SYSTEM CHECK STEERING ASSIST FAULT SERVICE REQUIRED." THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY AND NOT IN MOTION. IN ORDER TO STOP THE ABOVE ISSUE, I HAD TO TURN THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON AND THEN THE STEERING WOULD UNLOCK.
AFTER STARTING THE CAR AND STARTING TO BACK OUT OF A PARKING PLACE, THE AUDIBLE NOTIFICATION CAME ON AND THE DASH BOARD DISPLAYED A MESSAGE SAYING "STEERING ASSIST FAULT". AFTER THAT THE STEERING FELT LIKE THERE WAS NO POWER STEERING AT ALL

TURN ENGINE OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON AGAIN, POWER STEERING RESTORED, WORK NORMALLY. THEN HAPPEN AGAIN 9/23/2017 (TURN OFF AND ON ENGINE TO RESOLVE). BUT TODAY (10/16/2017), THE SAME SYMPTOM AND THIS TIME, TURN ON AND OFF ENGINE DOES NOT CLEAR THE PROBLEM. FORD DEALER SAID NEED TO PAY $2600 TO REPLACE THE STEERING RACK TO FIX THE ISSUE.

I HAD TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. FORD REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR ABOUT A MONTH. THE DEALERSHIP SAID THEY ALSO FIXED THE HORN. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE. THE HORN IS STILL NOT WORKING. I DON'T USE THE HORN MUCH, BUT I REALIZED HOW DANGEROUS NOT HAVING ONE CAN BE LAST WEEK. RECENTLY, ON MARCH 18, 2017 I WAS DRIVING MY CAR AGAIN ON MAJOR ROADWAY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE 'ENGINE LIGHT' COMES ON IN THE CAR AND THE CAR COMES TO A COMPLETE STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF ME DRIVING IN WHICH ALMOST CAUSED A MAJOR ACCIDENT OUT OF MY CONTROL. I TURNED THE CAR OFF AND SAT WITH MY HAZARD LIGHTS ON FOR A FEW MINUTES. I RESTART THE VEHICLE IN WHICH THE 'ENGINE LIGHT' WAS STILL ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE WAS BARELY MOVING UPON ACCELERATION. I WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTOCARE LOCATED AT 7320 ELGIN ST, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19111. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD CHECK TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE MAY BE WITH MY VEHICLE. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE APPEARED TO BE FAILING AGAIN AND THAT I SHOULD TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALER DUE TO THE PAST RECALL. I DID EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON THIS DPS6 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. ALTHOUGH, THE TRANSMISSION IS SUPPOSED TO BE AUTOMATIC, IT ACTUALLY OPERATES AS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION. THE CAR DRIVES LIKE A MANUAL VEHICLE. THIS ISSUE IS EXTREMELY URGENT AND OPERATION OF THIS VEHICLE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT MAY DO NEXT. ALSO, DUE TO THE FACT THAT FORD TECHNICIANS CONTINUE TO STATE THAT THIS ISSUE IS NOT FIXABLE.
