ROBERT HORNE FORD (3400 S TOMAHAWK RD, APACHE JUNCTION, AZ 85119, (480) 508-8831) DIAGNOSED THE FAILURE AND WAS CURRENTLY REPAIRING THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS AND SUGGESTED THE CONTACT CALL NHTSA. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DISCLOSED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
2016 FORD FOCUS. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO BRAKE AND TRANSMISSION ISSUES WITH VEHICLE. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE BRAKE PADS WERE PREMATURELY WORN. THE TRANSMISSION WOULD SHUDDER/CLANK AND DID NOT SHIFT PROPERLY. IT HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER FOUR TIMES DUE TO THIS FAILURE. *JS

THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT SHE HAD TO REFUEL THE VEHICLE MORE THAN USUAL. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER, TURNED OFF AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE, AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HOME. THE CONTACT CALLED AUFFENBERG FORD (1312 N KELLER DR, EFFINGHAM, IL 62401, (217) 342-3929) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL; THEREFORE, THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,061.
WHILE DRIVING, MY CAR ALL OF A SUDDEN STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF TURNING, MY FOOT WAS ON THE GAS PEDAL AND IT WOULDN'T MOVE. AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS TO GET IT GOING, IT FINALLY TOOK OFF AND STARTED TO MAKE A GRINDING NOISE AND SHAKING ONCE IT GOT ABOVE 25 MPH. I'VE BEEN TO SCARED TO DRIVE IT EVER SINCE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FELIX SABATES FORD LINCOLN (7601 SOUTH BLVD, CHARLOTTE, NC 28273, (980) 224-5854) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: CAS-22244697. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 98,000.
WENT TO START CAR IN DRIVEWAY, RECEIVED A STEERING ASSIST FAULT. TURNED CAR OFF FOR 30 SECONDS STARTED CAR AGAIN WITH NO FAULT, WAS ABLE TO DRIVE CAR HOME. NEXT DAY TRIED TO START CAR IN DRIVEWAY, SAME FAULT (STEERING ASSIST FAULT) VEHICLE HAD LOST ALL POWER STEERING. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED WHEN MY 17 YR OLD DAUGHTER WAS ACTUALLY DRIVING, WHEN THIS FAULT OCCURRED, IT COULD OF CAUSED A VERY SERIOUS ACCIDENT AS MY DAUGHTER WAS UNABLE TO TURN THE WHEEL WITHOUT THE ELECTRONIC STEERING ASSIST. CALLED DEALER SAID I COULD BRING IT IN A WEEK (THEIR FIRST APPT). CALLED FORD CORPORATE RECEIVED CASE # CAS21959134. I'VE RESEARCHED AND SEEN THIS TO BE A LONG TIME PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRONIC STEERING ASSIST IN FORD FOCUS CARS. THIS VEHICLE HAS ONLY 33627 MILES ON IT.
AFTER THE ORIGINAL RECALL TO REPAIR THE STUCK CANISTER PURGE VALVE MY VEHICLES FUEL GAUGE IS NOT ACCURATE I RUN OUT OF GAS AT 1/4 TANK OR 135 MILES TO EMPTY. WHEN FILLING UP ON FUEL MY VEHICLE WILL NOT START PROPERLY WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE AFTER REFILLING THE FUEL TANK TO FULL. THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME ISSUE THIS IS A ONGOING ISSUE THAT HAPPENS MANY TIMES A MONTH. TRANSMISSION IS JERKING AND MAKES NOISE AND THE DEALER TELLS ME THIS IS NORMAL WHEN I KNOW IT IS NOT. FORD HAS TOLD THE DEALERSHIPS TO TELL OWNERS OF THIS VEHICLE IT IS NORMAL SO THEY ARE FORCE TO LIE PER COMPANY INSTRUCTIONS. THIS VEHICLE AND ALL OTHER LIKE IT SHOULD BE SENT TO THE DEALERS FOR BUY BACK.

VEHICLE SPUTTERS ON TAKE OFF FROM STOP OR A SLOW DOWN BACK TO TAKE OFF. HAS HAD TRANSMISSION CLUTCH REPLACED AS WELL AS SPARK PLUGS, FUEL INJECTORS CLEANED, BATTERY, ALTERNATOR. FORD SAYS IT'S HOW THEIR TRANSMISSIONS WORK BUT IT HAS ALMOST CAUSED ME TO HAVE MANY WRECKS. NOW THAT I AM PAST THEIR 'WARRANTY' PERIOD THEY WON'T EVEN LOOK AT IT WITHOUT CHARGING ME EVEN WITH THE SAME ISSUES SINCE I PURCHASED THE CAR.
FOR OVER A YEAR OR SO I HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY CAR SHUTTING OFF WHEN I'M LOW ON GAS. IT HAS STOPPED ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC, STRANDED ME ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND REFUSED TO START AT SERVICE STATIONS WHEN I'VE STOPPED TO GET GAS. I TOOK MY CAR TO JOE MYERS FORD IN AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER, 2019 BUT I COULDN'T LEAVE IT WHEN I PULLED AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP IT STOPPED ON THE FEEDER STREET OF THE FRWY. AND WOULD NOT START. I WAS STRANDED THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS BEFORE THE CAR STARTED AGAIN AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HOME. A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD IT TOWED TO JOE MYERS FORD. THEY COULDN'T GET TO IT FOR A MONTH OR LONGER SO I HAD TO GET IT TOWED BACK TO MY HOME. LATER IT WAS TOWED FROM MY HOME TO STERLING MCCALL FORD. I GOT THE CAR BACK AND IT STILL WOULD SHUT OFF WHEN I STOPPED OR SLOWED DOWN IN TRAFFIC ON A CITY STREET. IT WOULD JUST SHUT OFF. WHILE I'M DRIVING IT STARTS TO SPUTTER THEN CUT OFF BUT IT WON'T START FOR AWHILE AFTER THAT. THIS IS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE IT IS STILL HAPPENING OFF AND ON NOW FOR OVER A YEAR. I HAVE A 2 YEAR CHILD AND I AM REALLY AFRAID FOR OUR LIVES. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT'S GOING TO JUST SHUT OFF OR NOT START AND IT IS REALLY DANGEROUS FOR ME AND MY CHILD. I HAVE FORD FOCUS SE TRIM 2016. IWAS DRIVING AS NORMAL WITH 30MPH SPEED AND SUDDENLY RPM RAISES TO 4000 RPM THE TRANSMISSION WAS ON D POSITION BUT CAR WON'T DRIVE FORWARD, A MESSAGE APPEARS ON SCREEN ' TRANSMISSION FAULT STOP SAFETY ' I STOPPED THE CAR AND TURN IT OFF THE TURN IT ON AGAIN TRIED TO USE REVERSE R BUT IT'S NOT WORKING AND D IS NOT WORKING AND KEEPS SHOWING ME THIS NOTIFICATION ABOUT ' TRANSMISSION FAULT STOP SAFTY' & ' TRANSMISSION OVERHEATED..' THE CAR HAS ONLY 40000 KM SO I TOOK IT TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER IN IRAQ ' AL KASID ' THEY CHECKED IT AND TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE CLUTCH AND BALL BEARINGS OF THE DCT AND IT'S NOT COVERED BY THE COMPANY AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIRS BUT I KNOW THAT FORD DONE SOME RECALLS FOR THE FORD FOCUS WITH DCT TRANSMISSION (POWERSHIFT) BUT THEY SAID YOU CAR IS NOT INCLUDED.
WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AT SPEEDS AROUND 65-70 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION SLIPPED INTO NEUTRAL AND THE VEHICLE LOST THE ABILITY TO ACCELERATE. PRESSING ON THE GAS WOULD REV THE ENGINE UP TO 4-5K RPMS. I WAS ABLE TO COAST TO THE SHOULDER BUT WAS TERRIFIED OF BEING STRUCK BY A LARGE SEMI TRUCK BEHIND ME UNTIL I COULD GET TO THE SHOULDER. I PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND THEN RE-ENGAGED THE TRANSMISSION AND IT WORKED SPORADICALLY UNTIL I COULD GET TO THE NEXT EXIT. I PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT AND TURNED OFF THE CAR. TURNED IT BACK ON AND THE REVERSE WOULDN'T ENGAGE. I DROVE THE CAR TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP. ON THE WAY THERE, THE CAR WOULD JOLT FORWARD IN AN INTERSECTION, ONLY TO SLIP INTO NEUTRAL WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION. THIS SLIPPING INTO NEUTRAL HAPPENED TWO OR THREE TIMES ON THE WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP. ALSO, WHEN COMING TO A STOP, THE GEARS WOULD SHIFT AUTOMATICALLY INTO A LOWER GEAR PREMATURELY WHICH RESULTED IN THE VEHICLE COMING TO A FASTER STOP THAN WAS EXPECTED.

A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED HEAD INJURY, MUSCLE SPASMS AND FURTHER MEDICAL TREATMENT WAS REQUIRED. THE HIGHWAY PATROL TOWED THE VEHICLE TO A YARD. THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS NOTIFIED OF THE CRASH. A DEALER HAD NOT DIAGNOSED THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE AND WHY THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE CRASH AND THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO DETERMINE IF THEY MAY INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE OF THE CRASH AND THE NON-AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,000.
TURNED VEHICLE ON, THERE WAS NO POWER STEERING. TURNED VEHICLE OFF AND TURNED IT BACK ON. STILL, STEERING WHEEL FELT LIKE IT WAS LOCKED. THANKFULLY WE WEREN'T DRIVING. WITH MUCH DIFFICULTY, WAS ABLE TO GET VEHICLE DOWN THE STREET TO FORD DEALERSHIP. FORD SAYS COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF POWER STEERING UNIT IS REQUIRED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. 35K MILES ON VEHICLE.
MY VEHICLE MAKES A GRINDING SOUND LIKE TGE FLOOR IS GOING TO FALL OUT , MY GAS TELL ME IM 50 MILES UNTILL EMPTY AND I RUN OUT ALSO WHEN I TURN MY CAR MAKES A LIKE A SCRECH SOUND AND ALSO SHAKES AT THE SAME TIME. THE TRANSMISSION SPUTTERS AND SHAKES AND MAKES A GRINDING NOISE. I AM FEARFUL THAT IT IS GOING TO FAIL AND CAUSE A SEVERE ACCIDENT INJURING MYSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE. THIS IS A ONGOING PROBLEM. THE DEALER SAID THIS IS NORMAL FOR THIS CAR. I FIRST TOOK IT IN AROUND 17,000 MILES. IT IS ONLY GETTING WORSE. THE DEALER INITIALLY TOLD ME THAT FORD WAS AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND WOULD FIX IT. NOW THEY WILL NOT HONOR THERE WORD AND SAY IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY.

THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V735000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. FORD DEMANDS PAYMENT FOR ESTIMATE/DIAGNOSTIC EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE WELL AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS LINE OF VEHICLE. EXTENDED WARRANTY WAS OFFERED, AT A SIGNIFICANT CHARGE- SHOULD BE FREE!!!. THESE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN ONGOING SINCE I INITIALLY PURCHASED THE VEHICLE.

CAR JERKING AFTER FUELING GAS, THE SHUTS OFF. HAVE TROUBLE RESTARTING. BRAKES WENT OUT WHILE I WAS DRIVING ALMOST CRASHED INTO SOMEONE. ECOBOOST WORKED VERY FEW TIMES
I HAD THE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH REPLACED ONE THEN TOOK BACK BECAUSE OF THE HESITATION STARTED AGAIN BEFORE WARRANTY WAS UP TOOK BACK TO LEN STOLER DEALER ND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE HESITATION WAS WITHIN THE THRESHOLD. NOW THE HESITATION IS WORSE WITH GRINDING SOUND AND THEY TELL ME THE WARRANTY IS UP ND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY.
MAY 30 2019 MY CAR CUT OFF FROM DRIVING IN THE OF THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY CALL ROAD SIDE TOLD I'M STUCK IN MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY CAN'T MOVE, THEY'LL BE A HOUR, TOW DIRECTLY TO THE DEALER WHERE I BROUGHT IT AND GET CAR SERVICE THEY FOUND ITS THE CLUTCH HAD IT FIX ALREADY MAYBE A YEAR AGO, I PURCHASE PREMIUM CARE WARRANTY ASK TO A SAFE VEHICLE UNTIL THEY CAN FIX MY THAT IT WAS ON BACK ORDERED TWO WEEKS GIVE BACK MY NOT FIX TOLD ME IT'S SAFE DRIVE I FEEL IS UNFAIR. ALSO THERE'S A LAWSUIT ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH FORD.
Over the course of less than 5 years that I’ve owned this car it has needed the clutch repaired 3 times. First time was at approximately 25,000 miles, second time at 47,000, and third at 71,000. There is an extremely noticeable shudder, loud noise, and vibration throughout front end of car when accelerating. Additionally, the car has erratic transmission shifting and does not properly shift into gear causing it to lose motive power and not immediately accelerate when pressing the gas. I have attached the most recent invoice I received from the dealer diagnosing the problem.
SINCE I PURCHASED MY 2016 FORD FOCUS SE THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN SLIPPING, STUTTERING AND HIGH RPMS DURING GEAR CHANGES BUT WILL NOT ACCELERATE PROPERLY. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO MERGE FROM AN ON-RAMP ONTO A MAJOR HIGHWAY AND UPON ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE TO MERGE THE RPMS WERE VERY HIGH BUT THE CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE. AT THIS POINT I AM ON THE HIGHWAY WITH TRAFFIC GAINING AT AN ALARMING RATE WHICH CAUSED ANOTHER VEHICLE TO SWERVE TO AVOID HITTING ME FROM BEHIND. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH THIS ISSUE BUT THE FIRST TIME I ACTUALLY FELT I WAS IN A LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. THIS ALSO AFFECTS MY FUEL ECONOMY WHICH IS A NOMINAL ISSUE AS COMPARED TO THE FACT I NO LONGER FEEL SAFE WITH MY TWO CHILDREN IN THE VEHICLE. STEP UP FORD BEFORE THERE ARE MAJOR ACCIDENTS DUE TO THIS ISSUE.
THE TRANSMISSION, DRIVE TRAIN, INTENSELY VIBRATES, SIMMIES, AND DOESN'T WANT TO ACCELERATE WHEN YOU TRY TO PRESS THE GAS PEDAL. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS WHEN ESP. TRYING TO PULL OUT INTO TRAFFIC FROM ANY DEAD STOP. IS THIS A CONSULTANT PROBLEM WITH THE FORD FOCUS? HAVE NOT HAD THE CAR FOR A YEAR YET, AND DO NOT PLAN ON PURCHASING ANOTHER EVER AGAIN. CURRENTLY, 16,000 MILES ON IT. IT IS A CONSTANT PROBLEM SINCE PURCHASED.
HAVING PROBLEMS WITH ENGINE TRANSMISSION ENGINE REVVING AND IS UP THERE IN THE SHIFTER
PURCHASED VEHICLE IN AUG 2018. VEHICLE HAS STALL ON ME 4 TIMES SINCE I HAD IT ALSO, WENT TO THE FORD HOMESTEAD DEALER FOR RECALL ISSUES BUT CAR SEEM TO STILL STALL. ENDED UP TAKING THE VEHICLE ON 05/17/19 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND DIAGNOSTIC DUE TO THE CHECK ENGINE CAME ON AND VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PEP BOYS AND WAS THERE ALL WEEKEND. NOW I THOUGHT THE REPAIR WAS FIXED AND THE WAS RETURNED TO ME ON 05/19/19 WHICH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. SO NOW THE CARE CONTINUE TO STALL.

VEHICLE WILL STALL AND SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING, SIMILAR 2016 MODELS HAVE AN OPEN RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE BUT MY VEHICLE VIN IS NOT LISTED ON THE OPEN RECALL. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND WHEN I TAKE IT TO A SHOP THEY CAN NOT DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE THE VEHICLE IS HAVING. THE ISSUE WILL ARISE AND GO AWAY CAUSING A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO COME ON AND GO AWAY
" TAKATA RECALL" I WAS DRIVING TO WORK WHEN MY CAR STARTED SMELLING HOT. I LITERALLY JUST LEFT MY HOUSE I WAS ABOUT 5 MILES FROM HOME. IT SMELLED LIKE HOW YOU USE THE HEATER FOR THE FIRST TIME DURING COLD WEATHER. I CHECKED THE GAUGES TO MAKE SURE I WAS NOT OVER HEATING. I HAD NO WARNING LIGHTS POP ON AND MY TEMP GAUGE WAS NORMAL. I THAN STARTED SEEING SMOKE COMING FROM THE SIDE OF THE HOOD. I PULLED OVER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND GOT OUT. THE ENTIRE CAR UNDER NEATH WAS ON FIRE. I IMMEDIATELY GOT AWAY FROM THE CAR AND WAITED FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND POLICE TO COME.
TIRES ARE WEARING OUT ON THE INSIDE A LOT FASTER. AM ON 3RD SET THE FIRST TWO SETS DID THIS AND THE DEALER SAID THE ALIGNMENT WAS FINE. I.FEEL THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD AS A CURSORY INSPECTION OF THE TIRES LOOKS OK BUT IF YOU GET ON THE GROUND TO CHECK THE INSIDE PART THE WEAR WILL BE ALARMING. I WENT ONLINE TO CHECK MESSAGE BOARDS FOR THIS MODEL AND NUMEROUS OTHER PEOPLE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HEALEY FORD LINCOLN LOCATED AT 2528 NY-17M, GOSHEN, NY 10924, (845) 291-1998, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO RECALL THE PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FUEL SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS NO LOANER VEHICLE OPTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 63,000.

I GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT ON APRIL 22 2019 AND MY STEERING WHEEL AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. MY WHOLE FRONT OF THE CAR WAS WAS DESTROYED AND THE AIRBAG UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL DEPLOYED. I'M REPORTING THIS BECAUSE IT MAY NOT HAVE KILLED ME BUT IT COULD KILL SOMEONE.
TRANSMISSION/CLUTCH IS EASILY HEATED AND STARTS TO GRIND WHEN WITHIN LOW GEAR (10-30 MPH). WHEN ITS COOL IT OPERATES NORMALLY. IT FEELS AS THE ENTIRE CAR WANTS TO STALLS COMPLETELY, THE CAR SHAKES UNCONTROLLABLY. EVEN THE HANDLING IS SUFFERING WHILE THIS HAPPENS. I REPORTED THIS ISSUE TO MY FORD DEALER AND FORD CORPORATION. THE DEALER SAID IT WAS NORMAL, WHICH I KNOW IT ISN'T. AND THE FORD CORPORATION HASN'T RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY CONTACT ATTEMPTS OVER THE LAST 8 MONTHS.
THE FUEL LINE THAT CONNECTS TO THE GAS TANK IS LEAKING AND I CANT GET THE THE CAR TO START EVEN THOUGHT IT'S AT 5 MILE LAST TIME I WAS ABLE TO TURN MY CAR ON WHEN I WAS PARKED IN MY BARRACKS PARKING LOT

THE PURGE VALVE WAS REPLACED AND THE ECM WAS REPROGRAMMED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE RECALL REPAIR WAS PERFORMED INCORRECTLY AND THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. CAR WILL NOT START AFTER FUELING. CAR SHAKES AND SHUTTERS AND TAKES MULTIPLE CRANKING ATTEMPTS TO START CAR. THIS ONLY HAPPENS AFTER FUELING. IT ALSO DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER THE TANK IS ALMOST EMPTY, HALF-WAY FULL, OR 3/4 FULL. THE SAME THING OCCURS EVERYTIME. THIS STARTED HAPPENING AFTER THE DEALERSHIP UPDATED MY SOFTWARE PER THE RECALL. CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $100 JUST TO DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM THAT STARTED AFTER THEY UPDATED MY SOFTWARE.
