Because of Mustangs heavy doors the latch mechanism malfunctioned and the door came open on the highway. I realize the car is old but I have read up on other complaints on mustangs. The door was fine and within the couple of hours of seeing the problem I was driving 70 on the highway. And I heard the door ding go off and something told me to grab the door. It was all I could do to get back home. Which has now led to other issues like the door sagging and the window is now messed up.
Burning of terminal on brake light switch wiring. Brake lights left on.
The Belt Strap will get twists along the length. The Body Pillar clip refuses free movement. This is aggrevating for a Driver in the Seat. Driver in vain pushes Power Seat back to allow the Belt to clip into Latch at the Console. Reality. The car is 22-yrs old. Owner expects indifference by the local Ford shop. Both a neighbor & the Owner had a hard time about service. What does the Owner thinks a good solution? Late Model Restoration is this Model's best parts hope. A indy-body shop near the home of the car a repair alternative. Owner is [XXX] in a [XXX] & uses the Car as a Daily Driver. May be able to upload images of the car. Date of incident....sometime over night 1/27/24. Vehicle FIRE I believe started in electrical components. Happened overnight while PARKED in front of home in parking lot Melted left side of dash (all odometer area) and center console where AC controls and radio are. Shattered front windshield which was black with soot, as well as the plastic frame around front area of convertible top. Fire has somehow extinguished itself. Whole interior car full of soot. I had actually used my key FOB to enter my car at which time I noticed what had happened & all the damage. I immediately disconnected my battery. The engine did not look damaged. The fire seemed to have stayed behind firewall. My insurance company TOTALED my car out due to the fact of it being an ELECTRICAL CAUSE TO FIRE & even if it could've been repaired, was told parts (dash, odometer area which was COMPLETELY melted) were obsolete. Regardless, the car now has posed a serious DANGER. I have photos & totaled decision by insurance company information, but have been unable to upload on your site. I believe you should REALLY SEE THE PICTURES. After incident, I searched to see if there had been any recalls. I found a couple incidents of this happening to others with their 2003 MUSTANGS & am wondering why this had never been investigated. If I had known about a problem of electrical fires, this car would NOT have been purchased in 2017. I don't understand why this problem wasn't researched. It could've been so much worse as I had a FULL TANK OF GAS.

I WAS DRIVING 40 MILES AN HOUR AND REAR PASSANGER TIRE WITHOUT SOUND PRETTY MUCH JUST SHREDDED OF TRED .

TAKATA RECALL PASSENGER SEAT BELT LOCKED UP NOW DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT ACTING UP AND HARD TO RETRACT IN AND OUT AS WELL.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER. UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE SPARK PLUG WAS MISSING FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. WHILE TIGHTENING BOLTS IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, THE VEHICLE EJECTED ANOTHER SPARK PLUG. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HOLLINGSWORTH RICHARDS FORD WHERE THE CONTACT WAS NOTIFIED THAT THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THIS VEHICLE. SINCE THERE WAS NO RECALL, THE ENGINE HEAD CYLINDER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT, DUE TO THE MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR COST EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THIS MODEL VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 167,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2003 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A FIRE HYDRANT, SPUN OUT, AND CRASHED INTO A RESIDENCE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A SALVAGE YARD WHERE IT WAS DEEMED DESTROYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED A FRACTURED CLAVICLE AND SUFFERED NUMEROUS CUTS AND ABRASIONS. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE FRONT PASSENGER SUSTAINED INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AND NOTICED THE NEXT DAY THAT THE PASSENGER SEAT BELT WILL NEITHER RETRACT OR EXTEND TO A USABLE LENGTH . ONLINE I HAVE NOTICED NUMEROUS SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. MY LOCAL DEALER WANTS $287.00 PLUS LABOR OF APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS TO REPAIR AND FROM WHAT I'M SEEING THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IT WILL BE FIXED. *TR
WHILE DRIVING MY VEHICLE ON THE INTERSTATE I HEARD WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A POPPING SOUND AND THEN EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER. I EXITED OFF THE INTERSTATE AND BEGAN DRIVING AGAIN. MY VEHICLE FELT AS IF MY TORQUE CONVERTER WAS SLIPPING AND THAT POWER WAS REDUCED FROM THE MOTOR. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO MY LOCAL SERVICE MECHANIC WHO ADVISED ME THAT THE 3RD CYLINDER SPARK PLUG HAD SOMEHOW BACKED ITSELF OUT OF THE CYLINDER HEAD WHICH WAS CAUSING A LOSS OF POWER TO THAT CYLINDER. IT ALSO WAS STILL RECEIVING POWER VIA THE COIL PACK WHICH IN TURN MELTED THE RUBBER BOOT AND FRIED THE COIL PACK FOR THAT CYLINDER. THE RUBBER FROM THE BOOT RAN DOWN INTO THE SPARK PLUG AND FILLED THE HOLE. I HAD TO REPLACE BOTH THE PUG BOOT AND COIL PACK FOR THE 3RD CYLINDER ALONG WITH THE LABOR OF REMOVING MELTED RUBBER FROM THE SPARK PLUG HOLE AND CYLINDER HEAD. *JS
LOUD POP NOISE AND VEHICLE SPEED VERY QUICKLY DECREASED. ENGINE RAN EXTREMELY ROUGH. VEHICLE TOWED TO FORD DEALER. *TR

AS AN OVERWEIGHT 6'9" CITIZEN AND PHD SCIENTIST, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT SAFETY TESTS ARE DONE FOR PEOPLE THAT DEVIATE FROM A NORMAL SIZE AND WEIGHT. I UNDERSTAND THAT SAFETY TESTS ARE DONE FOR CHILDREN, BUT WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE THAT ARE VERY TALL, OR AS IT IS AN INCREASING PROBLEM IN THE US, PEOPLE THAT ARE VERY OBESE? MY SEAT BELT TOUCHES MY NECK RATHER THAN GOING OVER MY SHOULDER, POTENTIALLY EXPOSING ME TO NECK INJURIES. THE PASSENGER AIRBAGS WILL IMPACT MY KNEES RATHER THAN MY BODY, AND THERE IS NO NECK SUPPORT FROM MY HEADREST. I AM QUITE CONCERNED THAT I COULD BE SEVERELY INJURED IN AN ACCIDENT SINCE VEHICLES ARE NOT PROPERLY TESTED TO SUPPORT TALL AND/OR OVERWEIGHT INDIVIDUALS. PRESUMABLY THE NHTSA AND NTSB COULD BE HELD LIABLE FOR A LACK OF SUCH TESTING WERE SOMEONE INJURED IN AN ACCIDENT. EVEN NEGLECTING SAFETY INFORMATION, SOMEONE WHO IS 6'9" SUCH AS MYSELF WILL NOT FIT INTO MOST VEHICLES, AND ONLY SOME VEHICLES WITH AMPLE LEG/HEAD ROOM ARE SAFE FOR ME TO DRIVE COMFORTABLY. *TR
MAKING A RIGHT TURN IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD WITH A SPEED OF APROX. 10 MPH THE AIRBAGS SUDDENLY DEPLOYED ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND THE PASSENGERS SIDE. THERE WAS NO COLLISION WITH ANY KIND OF OBJECTS (CAR,PETS.VARMENTS,ROAD DEBRIS ETC;;... ) THERE WAS NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER TO THE CAR. BUT MY SON WAS KNOCK-OUT BRIEFLY AND HAD INJURIES TO HIS FACE, CHIN, AND ARMS. THANKFULLY NO OTHER CARS ARE PEOPLE WERE IN THE PATH WHILE HE WAS TURNING. *TR
I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AT 65 MPH. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CAR JUST STOPPED RUNNING. ALL DASH BOARD LIGHTS CAME ON INCLUDING CHECK ENGINE AND THEFT LIGHT WAS BLINKING. LUCKILY TRAFFIC WAS LIGHT DURING THE TIME I WAS DRIVING. I ENDED UP GETTING PUSHED OFF THE FREEWAY BY THE CHP. I HAD TO TOW THE CAR TO THE DEALER, AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR STATED TO ME, THAT A WIRING HARNESS THAT WAS MOUNTED ABOVE THE CAT CONVERTER, AND THE WIRE SHORTED OUT. WHATEVER WAS HOLDING THE WIRE IN PLACE MUST HAVE CAME OFF, AND THAT OVER TIME THE WIRE SHORTED OUT BECAUSE THE WIRE HARNESS WAS RESTING ON THE VERY HOT SURFACE OF THE CAT CONVERTER. THE DEALER TOOK PICTURES, AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY PUT SUCH A VITAL WIRE HARNESS DIRECTLY ABOVE SOMETHING THAT GETS EXTREMELY HOT. I WAS LUCKY, BUT SOMEONE ELSE MY NOT BE SO LUCKY. NO WARNING LIGHTS AND A CAR JUST SHUTS COMPLETELY DOWN WHILE DRIVING. I HOPE YOU WILL LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND NOT JUST THE YEAR AND MODEL OF MY CAR. THIS MUST BE RECALLED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT OR KILLED. *TR

IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE SHIFTED INTO GEAR. THE CONTACT HAD TO ABRUPTLY FORCE THE GEAR SHIFTER INTO NEUTRAL. THE CONTACT THEN DEPRESSED THE BRAKES AND YANKED THE GEAR SHIFT HARDER AS THE VEHICLE SHIFTED INTO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 163,035.
ALL 4 SEAT BELTS HAVE OPERATIONAL ISSUES. PASSENGER SEAT BELT FULLY EXTENDED AND WILL NOT RETRACT. DRIVER SIDE SEMI FUNCTIONAL WILL NOT RETRACT FULLY. BOTH REAR DIFFICULT TO RETRACT. CLEAR COAT ON FRONT BUMPER AND SPOILER COMING OFF IN SHEETS. *TR
WHILE DRIVING ON THE TURNPIKE THE CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM GOT STUCK CAUSING THE CAR TO CONTINUE ACCELERATED. I HAD TO HIT THE GAS PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE SYSTEM DESENGAGED, AVOIDING REAR ENDING THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME BY JUST A FEW FEET. I GOT OFF THE HIGHWAY IN THE NEXT EXIT TO GET A COFFEE, PUT THE CAR IN "PARK" AND THE TRANSMISSION GOT STUCK IN "PARKING" CRUISE CONTROL HAS NOT OPERATED SINCE. *JS

UPPER RETAINING NUT CAME OFF RIGHT REAR SUSPENSION TRAILING ARM CAUSING POOR HANDLING AND A CLICKING NOISE OVER BUMPS AND DURING PARKING LOT MANEUVERS. A HOLE FORMED ON THE LEFT REAR BRAKE LINE FROM RUBBING AGAINST THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE. *TR
THE PUSH BUTTON ON THE HANDLE OF THE SHIFTER THAT YOU HAVE TO PRESS TO GET IT OUT OF PARK ON MY 2003 MUSTANG IS STICKING. IT'S AS THOUGH YOU TRY TO PUSH IT WHILE NOT STEPPING ON THE BRAKE BUT WE ARE STEPPING ON THE BRAKE. WE TRY JIGGLING AND PUSHING AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF FIGHTING WITH IT, IT STARTS WORKING FINE UNTIL THE NEXT TIME I HAVE TO DRIVE IT SOMEWHERE. I HAD TO REPLACE THE SHIFT INTERLOCK CABLE DUE TO IT BINDING UP AND NOT RELEASING PROPERLY. *TR
ENGINE STALLS WHEN PARKING OR COASTING AT 5 TO 10 MPH OR WHEN COMING TO A STOP. *TR
THE SEAT BELTS IN THE FRONT WILL NOT RETRACT. WENT TO THE JUNK YARD AND EVERY CAR I FOUND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE NOT RECALLED THEM. YOUR OLDEST SEAT BELTS ON OTHER CARS STILL WORK. SO WHY WOULDN'T THESE STILL WORK?? IT IS A BIG SAFETY PROBLEM BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY NEW ONES. *TR
PUDDLE OF WATER IS FORMED IN THE "WELL" BEHIND THE BACK SEAT WHERE THE CONVERTIBLE TOP SITS WHEN LOWERED. I ALSO NOTICE MOISTURE IN THE OTHER AREAS SUCH AS REAR FLOOR MATS AND TRUNK. THIS HAPPENS AFTER RAIN OR AFTER CAR WASH. I'VE NOTICED HUNDREDS OF SAME ISSUES ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND FORUMS AND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHY NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS. THIS DISTRACTS THE DRIVER AND CAUSES SAFETY ISSUES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH WHEN HE FELT AS THOUGH SOMETHING HAD FALLEN ON HIS LEG. THE CONTACT THEN NOTICED THAT THE WHEELS HAD DISENGAGED FROM THE TIRES AND THE STEERING BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT ADVISED THAT THEY COULD OFFER NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 102,000. UPDATED 12/7/11 *CN
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH FRONT SEAT BELTS FAILED TO RETRACT PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN THE DEALER. THE DEALER CONFIRMED THE SEAT BELTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED . THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. MAKING A LEFT HAND TURN FROM A DRIVEWAY INTO THE STREET AND WAS HIT WITH SPEED OVER 40MPH. COMPLETELY TOTALED THE FRONT END OF CAR AND BUCKLED THE HOOD SEVERELY. FRONT BUMPER COMPLETELY REMOVED. IMPACT WAS INITIALLY ON DRIVER SIDE, BUT THE ENTIRE FRONT END WAS DESTROYED. *TR
PASSENGER SIDE FRONT SEAT BELT CONTINUALLY LOCKS UP. SEATBELT IS COMPLETELY INOPERATIVE RIGHT NOW AND WILL NOT RETRACT OR COME OUT. ASKED FORD ABOUT THE VOLUNTARY RECALL I HAD SEEN ELSEWHERE AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NONE AND PARTS WERE $300 TO FIX AND TWO HOURS OF LABOR TO INSTALL AND WOULD CARRY A 12 MONTH/12,000 MILE WARRANTY. TOLD THEM THAT SEAT BELTS WERE A SAFETY ISSUE THAT THEY NEEDED TO LOOK AT. RECEIVED A SEATBELT VIOLATION TICKET ON THE WAY HOME AND SINCE HAVEN'T DRIVEN THE VEHICLE WITH A PASSENGER. *TR
I OWN A 2003 MACH 1 MUSTANG I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE WHEEL BEARINGS 3 TIMES EACH ON THE 2 FRONT TIRES AND NOW I AM BEING TOLD THAT THE WHEEL BEARING ON THE 2 BACK TIRES ARE BAD MY CAR HAS ONLY 38,000 MILES AND I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR STALLING I HAVE HAD THE CAR CHECKED AND NOTHING WAS FOUND. *TR

THE DRIVER SUSTAINED MINOR BACK INJURY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO REPLACED THE TRACK ASSEMBLY SEAT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,679. THE CONTACT REVIEWED RECALL 06V108000 (VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL: ACCELERATOR PEDAL) WHICH WAS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE FAILURE BUT THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR THAT PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,900. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000.

THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 30,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PLACE THE VEHICLE ON TOP OF THE TOW DOLLY A DISPLACED METAL PIECE BROKE THE HOOD LATCH ON THE BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE. HE STATED THAT THE METAL PIECE DID NOT BELONG THERE AND THE MALFUNCTION CAUSED $1000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. THE DEALER ADVISED HER TO CONTACT HER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE. I HAVE OWNED A 2001 AND 2003 FORD MUSTANG AND A 2001 FORD EXPLORER ALL OF WHICH HAD A FACTORY IN DASH 6 DISC CHANGER. EACH ONE OF THESE VEHICLES HAVE HAD CD'S GET STUCK WHILE IT WAS BEING EJECTED AND WOULD JUST POP UP CD ERROR AND NOT WORK. ONCE IT STARTS IT HAPPENS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. I HAVE REPLACED ONE AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH IT. JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE I ATTEMPTED TO GET THE CD PLAYER TO WORK AS I WAS GOING DOWN THE ROAD. IF YOU THE DASH IN THE RIGHT SPOT IT WILL WORK USUALLY. AS YOU CAN TELL THIS IS VERY DISTRACTING FROM DRIVING. I CANNOT SAY THAT IT HAS CAUSED ME AN ACCIDENT BUT I'M SURE THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT IT HAS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS FORUMS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. PASSENGER SEAT BELT STARTED STICKING AND BEING HARD TO PULL OUT IN 2005, I TOOK IT BACK TO DEALERSHIP THEY STATED IT WAS OK, I HARDLY USED THAT PASSENGER SEATBELT BECAUSE I USUALLY DRIVE ALONE. IN 2009 IT GOT STUCK IN THE HOLDER AND I COULD NOT PULL IT OUT, AT THAT POINT THE FORD DEALERSHIP WANTED OVER $300.00 TO REPLACE THEIR ALREADY DEFECTED SEATBELT. I CHECKED JUNKYARDS IN THREE DIFFERENT STATES AND ALL THE 2003 FORD MUSTANG PASSENGER SEATBELTS WAS BROKEN. MY HEADLIGHT COVER IS MADE OF SOME SORT OF SUBSTANDARD PLASTIC THAT FOGGED UP AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SEE CLEARLY AND PLUS IT CAUSES MY CAR TO FAILS INSPECTION. FORD DEALERSHIP REQUESTED THAT I PAY THEM OVER $600.00 TO REPLACE HEADLIGHTS WITH MORE DETECTED HEADLIGHT. I CALL FORD HEADQUARTER TO NO AVAIL. HEADLIGHTS AND SEATBELT ARE VERY IMPORTANT TOOLS FOR SAFETY ON THE ROAD AND AS LONG AS THE CAR MANUFACTURER CAN GET AWAY WITH WEIGHTING THE ODDS* WITH PEOPLE LIVES WE ARE ALL IN DANGER!!!!! * ANALYZING IF IT IS CHEATER TO RECALL VEHICLES OR TO PAID THE LAWSUITS IN THE EVENT OF INJURIES OR DEATHS. *TR

MY 03' MUSTANG SPIT THE SPARK PLUG OUT OF THE HEAD,AGAIN, TAKING ALL THE THREADS WITH IT. NOW IT IS UNABLE TO RUN DO THE FACT IT HAS A MISSING PLUG. THE DEALERSHIP SAYS IT IS OUT OF THEIR HANDS DO TO NOT BEING UNDER WARRANTY ANY LONGER. FORD MOTOR CO. SAID THEY WILL NOT FIX THE CAR,IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. SORRY THE SPARK PLUG WAS EJECTED OUT OF THE HEAD. WE CAN NOT FIX IT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR PARTS/LABOR OUT OF YOUR POCKET. THIS IS A VERY WELL KNOWN ISSUE FOR FORD, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE ARE ACTING LIKE THERE IS NOT 1000'S OF PEOPLE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD MUSTANG. THE VEHICLE HAS SUMITOMO HTRZII TIRES, SIZE 315/35/R17. THE TIRES WERE PURCHASED IN MARCH OF 2009. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN, THE CONTACT STRUCK A ROUNDED CURB. THIS CAUSED A LARGE SLIT IN THE SIDEWALL OF THE TIRES. THE DAMAGE WAS INEXPLICABLE BASED ON THE NATURE OF THE IMPACT. SEVERAL TIRE DEALERS STATED THAT THEY HAVE SEEN THIS TYPE OF FAILURE NUMEROUS TIMES WITH THAT PARTICULAR TIRE BRAND AND MODEL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN 200 MILES FOR THE TIRES. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE LESS THAN 48,000. MY PASSENGER SEAT BELT WILL NOT COME OUT AT ALL. THE BELT IS NOT LONG ENOUGH FOR ANYONE TO SIT IN. PLUS MY DRIVER SIDE WILL NOT GO BACK AND ALWAYS SLAMS IN MY CAR DOOR. I SEE MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH 2003 MUSTANGS ONLINE EVERYWHERE AND FORD TOLD ME ITS MY PROBLEM. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY TOO WITH THIS PRODUCT.
