DEALER HAS FIXED AND PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. *AK FIRST OCCASION, DEALER STATED PROBLEM WAS FIXED AND WHEN CONSUMER CAME TO PICK UP VEHICLE, FOUND A DASHBOARD LIGHT FOR THE HEADLIGHTS WAS NOT LIT, ON THE 3RD DAY OF REPAIR, DEALER STATED A WIRE HAD BROKEN IN THE CONNECTOR TO THE MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH, THIS HAD BEEN REPLACED 2 YEARS PRIOR, OTHER ELECTICAL COMPONENTS HAVE FAILED INCLUDING THE DOOR LOCKS, SEAT BELT BUZZERS, KEY LEFT IN IGNITION BUZZER, COURTESY LIGHT, AND OTHERS, CONSUMER TOLD DEALER THAT ON ONE OCCASION WHILE SHUTTING THE DRIVER'S DOOR SHE COULD HEAR A NOISE THAT SOUNDED LIKE SOMETHING WAS SHORTING OUT. *SLC
WHILE ENGAGING THE REVERSE GEAR IN THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS, VEHICLE ACCELERATED ON ITS OWN AND CRASHED INTO TREE. TT *JB
DUE TO THE DEFECTIVE SPEEDOMETER CABLE THE NEEDLE DOES NOT TO GO OVER 20 MPH OR DOES NOT WORK OVER 50 MPH. THE SPEEDOMETER BROKE 4 TIMES. DEALER CANNOT DETERMINE THE CAUS EOF THE PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
WHEN CRUISE CONTROL COAST BUTTON IS PRESSED AND RELEASED, VEHICLE ACCELERATES INSTEAD OF SLOWING DOWN, ALSO WHEN THE SET SPEED BUTTON IS DEPRESSED THE VEHICLE ACCELERATES BETWEEN 1 AND 3 MPH BEFORE SETTING THE CRUISE SPEED. *SLC

WHILE IN A PARKING LOT CONSUMER WAS TRYING TO SLOW DOWN, BUT INSTEAD STEPPED ON GAS AND BRAKE PEDAL AT SAME TIME BECAUSE PEDALS WERE SO CLOSE TOGETHER. CONTACTED DEALER. *AKATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE, VEHICLE ACCELERATED AND CONSUMER UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL CRASHED INTO A WALL, INJURING HIMSELF AND DAMAGING OTHER PARTS OF THE VEHICLE. CONSUMER HAS HAD PREVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE ACCELERATOR AND BRAKE PEDAL. ONCE BEFORE CONSUMER WAS PARKING THE CAR AND HAD TO KEEP FOOT ALL THE WAY DOWN ON THE BRAKE PEDAL IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. *JG
WHEN TRYING TO CHANGE GEARS AND ENTERING ON AND OFF HIGHWAYS, TRANSMISSION DOES NOT RESPOND. DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THEY COULD NOT FIND THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. *AK *ML
PASSENGERS AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY, AFTER HITTING A VEHICLE IN THE REAR. TT
TRANSMISSION SLIPS INTO LOWER GERA, THEN LUNGES FORWARD; DRIVER HAS HAD CLOSE CALLS IN REAR ENDING OTHER VEHICLES, DEALER COULDN'T DETECT CAUSE. *AK
ALUMINUM ENGINE PISTONS EXPLODED, DAMAGING TRANSMISSION. *AW

WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK AND IN THE OFF POSITION. THE CAR ROLLED FORWARD. AS IF THE VEHICLE WERE IN NEUTRAL. CAR ROLLED ABOUT 3 FEET.*AK DEALER SUGGESTED TO CONSUMER TO ALWAYS USE PARKING BRAKE AND TO APPLY IT BEFORE PUTTING VEHICLE INTO PARK. *SLC
INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE WILL ACCELERATE UNEXPECTEDLY AND THE BRAKING SYSTEM WILL NOT WORK, CAUSING THE OCCUPANT TO TURN OFF THE VEHICLE IN ORDER TO STOP. RESTART THE VEHICLE AND PROBLEM IS GONE. ALSO WHILE DRIVING FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME THE VEHICLE WILL STALL, ALMOST CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. DEALER CANNOT DETERMINE PROBLEM. *AK
