I SWERVED TO MISS A DEER AND I HIT A TREE RUNNING 47 MPH AND MY AIR BAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY LUCKY BUT WHY DIDN'T THE AIR BAGS DEPLOY? MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF WORK FOR 5 MONTHS DUE TO TORN LIGAMENTS IN HIS SHOULDERS AND STILL HAS TO HAVE SURGERY.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 GMC YUKON DENALI. THE CONTACT STATED THE SPARE TIRE SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT EXAMINED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE SPARE TIRE CABLE FAILED TO SECURE THE DUE TO CORROSION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. MY WIFE WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND THE BACK LIFT GLASS BLEW OFF THE TAILGATE AND HIT A MOTORCYCLIST HE WAS NOT INJURED BUT THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE TO HIS BIKE. THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL NOT COVER THE REPAIRS TO THE GLASS AND THE DEALER SAID THAT THERE IS NO RECALL FOR THE GLASS SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT OUT OF POCKET. WHEN I WENT TO THE GLASS PLACE THE GUY TOLD ME THE SAME THING HAPPEN WITH HIS SUV AND THE DEALER SAID THEY HAD TO UPDATE HIS LIFT GLASS WITH BOLTS INSTEAD OF THE GLUE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY USED WHEN MANUFACTURED. *TR

WHEN THE CARGO DOOR WAS OPENED GLASS DETACHED FROM IT AND CAME OFF. THIS OCCURRED BECAUSE OF IMPROPER INSTALLATION AT TIME OF THE GLASS BEING MANUFACTURED, PER DEALERSHIP. *AK
