CAR WAS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENT THE TOW COMPANY ON SCENE WAS TOLD TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THE SHOP WE DESIRED IT TO BE FIXED IN. INSTEAD THE DRIVER AT DAVRON AUTO REPAIR AND COLLISION 2425 BROADWAY BUFFALO NY 14212 (716)894-0592 SAID THEY HAVE TO BRING IT TO THERE SHOP DUE TO THE WEATHER THEREFORE WE WERE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL TOW FEE 2 DAYS LATER WHEN THE BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO WEAR WE WANTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. OUR FAMILY IS REFUGEE FROM BURMA. WE FEEL LIKE WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF PLEASE HELP THANK YOU GOD BLESS.
TAKATA RECALL. MY DAUGHTER'S 2005 HONDA HYBRID'S AIRBAG INFLATORS HAVE NEVER BEEN REPLACED. WHEN I TYPE IN THE CAR'S VIN, NO OUTSTANDING ISSUES ARE LISTED. HOWEVER, WHEN I TYPE IN "2005 HONDA ACCORD HYBRID" AT THIS SITE, ISSUES WITH THE AIRBAGS ARE LISTED. WHY THE DISCREPANCY? WHY ARE AIRBAG ISSUES LISTED WHEN I TYPE IN THE YEAR MAKE AND MODEL, BUT NO ISSUES ARE LISTED WHEN I TYPE IN THE VIN? SHOULD I BE ABLE TO SEE WHEN THE ISSUES WERE PRESUMABLY CORRECTED?
HYBRID LIGHT CAME ON...WANTED TO KNOW IF THEIR IS A RECALL TO FIX IT
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THROUGH SOMEONES YARD AND ITS LIKE MY VEHICLE MADE A GRINDING SOUND AND A MALFUNCTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED AN EXCLAMATION POINT IN A TRIANGLE. I ALMOST GOT STUCK AND I WAS HORRIFIED AT THE SOUND. LATER ON I STARTED NOTICING IT WAS HARDER TO CONTROL THW VEHICLE AT HIGHER SPEEDS ON THE ROAD. ESPECIALLY AFTER IT RAINED I WOULD LEAVE MY YARD AND WOULD ALMOST BE TRAPPED IN MY YARD. VERY EERIE GRINDING SOUND WITH 3 MALFUNCTION LIGHTS ON: ABS, TRACTION CONTROL, AND BRAKE LAMP ILLUMINATED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IDLING AT A RED LIGHT, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND IT OPERATED NORMALLY. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED ON TWO OTHER OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 144,000.
THE SRS INDICATOR LIGHT COMES ON WHEN THE ENGINE IS STARTED AND REMAINS ON UNTIL THE ENGINE IS TURNED OFF. AS LONG AS THE ENGINE IS RUNNING THE LIGHT REMAINS ON WHETHER THE VEHICLE IS STATIONARY, OR BEING DRIVEN.
2005 HONDA ACCORD RECALLED TAKATA AIRBAG INFLATOR
THE REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCHES ARE NOT WORKING THE WINDOWS ARE NOT GOING UP OR DOWN...
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE CONTACT REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE, BUT THE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED NECK AND BACK INJURIES, WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TOWED. THE MANUFACTURER AND LOCAL DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 159,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
POWER STEERING LEAKING UNDER THE HOOD.
THE POWER STEERING HOSE WAS REPLACED BY DEALER UNDER EARLIER RECALL. IT IS NOW LEAKING AND CAUSING NOXIOUS FUMES IN THE CAR. I CALLED THE DEALER. SERVICE PERSON TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE IT WAS SERVICED UNDER THE RECALL, MY CAR WAS NO LONGER SUBJECT TO THE RECALL AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT FIXED. THIS DOES NOT SEEM RIGHT TO ME.
WHILE DRIVING, PART OF THE BEARING BECAME LODGED IN THE PARK PRAWL (THE METAL PIECE THAT ENGAGES PARK), CAUSING THE CAR TO ROLL AWAY AFTER IT'S SHIFTED INTO PARK.
HELLO, ON MY WAY TO GROCERY STORE I REALIZED THAT MY CAR WASN'T ROLLING SMOOTHLY. THEN I LOOK ON MY DASHBOARD AND FOUND THE STEERING LIGHT AND BATTERY LIGHT POPPED UP THEN AFTER HALF BLOCK ALL OTHER LIGHT LITE UP AND THE WORST PART WAS THE STEERING WHEEL MOVEMENT WAS HARDER I WOULD SAY IT WAS NEXT TO STEER SO I USED EMERGENCY LIGHT AND PULLED THE CAR ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND TURNED OFF THE ENGINE. AFTER 10-15 MINUTES I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE AND SAFELY REACHED A GARAGE THERE THE TECHNICIAN AFTER INSPECTION TOLD ME THAT THE PARTS SEEMS TO BE FINE AND CAR NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPDATE . WHICH CAN ONLY BE DONE BY A DEALER.
I WAS TURNING INTO A PARKING SPACE WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE WHEN MY ENGINE ACCELERATED FAST AND THE BRAKES COULD NOT STOP IT. I CRASHED OVER A CONCRETE THING AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER CAR, CAUSING MAJOR DAMAGE.

"TAKATA RECAL" I WAS INVOLVED IN A MINOR FENDER BENDER ON AUG 7 2018 ALL I COULD REMEMBER AT THE TIME WAS TWO SUDDEN BLOWS TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY HEAD AND THEN A LOUD RINGING NOISE THAT GOT LOUDER AND LAOUDER AFTER THAT I JUST REMEMBER MASSIVE PAIN TO MY CHEST I WAS OUT FOR A FEW MINUTS WHEM I WOKE UP, I WAS STILL IN THE DRIVING POSITION AND MY MOUTH WAS FULL OF BLOOD AND MY ARMS WERE CUT ON BOTH ARMS AND BLEEDING, LITTLE PEICES OF MATERIAL WERE IN MY SKIN, I HAD LOSS OF MEMORY FOR ABOUT TWO WKS. I WAS TRAVELING SOUTH DOWN ARDEN ST IN SAN BDNO WHEN A TAILGATOR TRIED TO PASS ME ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDEAND FAILED TO MAKE IT SO HIS REAR BUMPER CAUGHT THE FRONT OF MY CAR AND RIPPED ACROS MY FRONT GRILLM WICH I DIDNOT SEE HAPPEN I WAS KNOCKED OUT BY GHEN BY AIR BAG, BUT DAMAGES SHIW THAT CONCLUSION, I WAS TRAVELING ABOUT W5 TO 35 MPH, I INCURED A BLOW TO MY CHEST WICH CAUSED A FRACTURED STERNUM, MY CHEDT AND BREAST WERE ALL BLACK AND BLUE , I HAVE BEEN HAVING CHEST PAINS EVERYDAY SINCE AND BEEN TO A EMERGENCY ROOM TWICE , THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT AND ON SEP 17 IM STILL IN PAIN.HAVING A HARD TIME BREATHING OR EVEN MOVING

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD ONLY DRIVE IN SECOND GEAR WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 77,000.
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO FAILURE EXPERIENCED WITH THE AIR BAGS UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER AN UNKNOWN RECALL REGARDING THE AIR BAGS. FIRST TEAM HONDA (3444 WESTERN BRANCH BLVD, CHESAPEAKE, VA 23321, (757) 337-6597) PERFORMED THE RECALL REPAIR AND THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED THAT, SHORTLY AFTER THE REPAIR, THE AIR BAG INDICATOR KEPT FLASHING. THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE INDICATOR WOULD TURN OFF, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT FELT THAT THE RECALL REMEDY CAUSED A FAILURE THAT WAS NOT EXPERIENCED PRIOR TO THE REPAIR. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE DIAGNOSED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
PURCHASED CAR IN 2007 - DIED WHILE DRIVING 2 WKS LATER: NEW BATTERY SUPPOSEDLY. HAD BATTER/ELECTRIC PROBLEMS REPAIRED THRU STARTER, NEW BATTERIES AND ALTERNATORS EVERY OTHER YEAR. TODAY: 6/5/18 - CAR HAS ELECTRICAL PROBLEM & SO TODAY I ENTER VIN # INTO NHTSA WEBSITE WITH RESULTS: " A BROKEN OUTER RACE MAY CAUSE ABNORMAL NOISE, THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT TO TURN ON, AND ALLOW CONTACT BETWEEN THE TRANSMISSION IDLE GEAR AND AN ELECTRONIC SENSOR HOUSING WITHIN THE TRANSMISSION" CALLED HONDA HDQTRS AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING
HONDA AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FAILED IN 2015; CONTACTED HONDA CORP NO RECALLS ALTHOUGH THERE IS A RECALL R89 FOR EXACT PROBLEM BUT WAS TOLD MY CAR IS NOT A PART OF RECALL. HAD TRANSMISSION REPAIRED AND ONE YEAR LATER AFTER DRIVING 10,000 LOCAL MILES TRANSMISSION HAVING EXACT SAME PROBLEM. CONTACTED HONDA AND THEY STATE DUE TO AGE YEAR AND WARRANTY FACTORS THEY COULD NOT ASSIST. CAR HAS BEEN SERVICED AND DIAGNOSED BY SEVERAL HONDA'S DEALERS. TOOK CAR FOR OIL CHANGE ON 5/18; ON 5/21 WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AFTER 2-3 MINUTES IT WOULD START TO BE SLUGGISH AND NOT RESPOND TO SOMEONE PUSHING THE GAS PEDAL. THIS WAS WHILE DRIVING IN A 35 MILE PER HOUR AREA TWO LANE STREET. AT THAT POINT I PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF A CITY STREET ALLOWED THE CAR TO COOL DOWN AND TOOK BACK TO DEALER. DEALER SUGGESTED FAULTY TRANSMISSION WITH BROKEN INTERNAL SHIFT PARTS.

WHILE OPERATING VEHICLE AN ICON APPEARES ON THE DASH INDICATING A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR BAG SYSTEM. MY AIR BAGS HAVE NEVER BEEN DEPLOYED. THIS ICON REMAINS LIT ALL THE TIME THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN.
TAKATA RECALL. I TOOK MY 2005 HONDA ACCORD TO HONDA WORLD IN WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA AND WAS TOLD THERE'S NO RECALL FOR MY AIRBAGS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICES IN THE MAIL AND THE AIRBAG LIGHT TURNS OFF AND ON. THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION ON CITY STREETS OR HIGHWAY, WHETHER GO STRAIGHT OR TURNING, THE AIRBAG LIGHT TURNS OFF AND ON. THIS DEALER HAS REFUSED TO CHECK THE AIRBAGS UNLESS I PAY AND SAYS THERE'S NO RECALL FOR THE AIRBAGS THOUGH I'VE RECEIVED NOTICES.
THE CAR WENT INTO FULL THROTTLE WHILE WAITING AT A LIGHT WHILE MY FOOT WAS ON THE BRAKE, THROWING ME OUT AND INTO THE INTERSECTION AND GETTING HIT BY ON COMING TRAFFIC. MY FOOT WAS NO WHERE NEAR OR ON THE GAS PEDAL.
LOUD GRINDING NOISE FROM REAR UPON STOPPING AND GOING, AND BRAKES STICKING. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME FIXING AND CHANGING THE PADS AND ROTORS. VERY LOW USE OF VEHICLE AND SHORT TIME BETWEEN HAVING BRAKES DONE AGAIN.
FRONT AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT HAS COME ON. ADDITIONALLY, THE SEAT BELT LIGHT ON THE DASH NO LONGER ILLUMINATES. FORUM SEARCH SAYS THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT SENSOR IS MOST LIKELY FAILED.
AIR BAG NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND EVER SINCE I BOUGHT IT I BEEN HAVING STEERING WHEEL NOISE AND IT SHAKES CONSTANTLY. I BOUGHT NEW TIRES, CHANGED POWER STEERING, PUMP, HOSE AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. I GO TO DISCOUNT TIRES NEARLY EVERY TWO WEEKS TO GET TIRES REBALANCED EVEN IF ITS NEW. THEY STILL CANT FIND THE PROBLEM. CAR ALSO TURNS OFF SOMETIMES. HAPPPENED FIVE TIMES ALREADY. THE STEERING WHISTLE SOUND IS CONSTANT NOW AND WHEN MY CAR TURNED OFF IT WAS ON THE STREET PARKED AND ALSO MAKING TURNS CAUSES THE STEERING WHEEL TO BE STIFF.
I CALLED HONDA SERVICE CTR IN ESCONDIDO, CA TO ASK IF MY HONDA WAS AFFECTED/INCLUDED IN THE TAKATA AIRBAG RECALL AND WAS TOLD IT IS NOT.
"TAKATA RECALL" WHEN EVER I START ENGINE AND UNTIL I SWITCH OFF THE ENGINE, THE RED LIGHT FOR THE AIRBAG LIGHTS ON.
WHILE SLOWING DOWN ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY, VEHICLE RAMMED INTO VEHICLE IN FRONT OF IT. ALL THE DAMAGE WAS TO THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVABLE AFTER THE COLLISION. DURING THE COLLISION THE PASSENGER AIR BAG DEPLOYED WHILE THE DRIVER'S AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WAS NO PASSENGER IN THE CAR.
NON WORKING FRONT PASSENGER AND REAR WINDOWS. TRY TO ROLL OTHERS 3 WIDOWS DOWN YOU CAN HEAR THE SWITCH CLICK AT THE SWITCH ON THE DOOR YOU ARE TRYING AT.
AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT IS INTERMITTENTLY ON. THE WARNING LIGHT EITHER REMAINS ON THE ENTIRE TIME THE ENGINE IS RUNNING, OR IT LIGHTS TEMPORARILY AT START UP AND THEN GOES OUT AS NORMAL.
WHILE DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY, GEAR SHIFTING KNOB POPPED OUT. IT WAS BROKEN IN MULTIPLE PIECES. WITH OUT THE KNOB, YOU CANNOT SHIFT THE GEAR. ALTHOUGH, YOU CAN TURN OF THE ENGINE, YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE KEY UNTIL THE GEAR IS SHIFT TO "PARKING". WITHOUT THE KNOB, GEAR CANNOT BE SHIFTED.
TLA* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 HONDO ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE CRASHED HEAD ON INTO A TREE WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN UNKNOWN WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW LOT AND DEEMED A TOTAL LOSS. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUFFERED MINOR SCRATCHES, WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED PER NETS CAMPAIGN NUMBER: (AIR BAGS) AT HONDO OF FORT WORTH (3400 W LOOP 820 S, FORT WORTH, TX 76116). THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE RECENT FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,623.*DAD*JB

SIMILAR ISSUE AS REPORT 10659813. THE AIRBAG/SEATBELT LIGHT ABOVE THE GAS GAUGE RANDOMLY STAYS LIT. DOESN'T HAPPEN EACH TIME THE VEHICLE IS USED, AND OCCURS MORE IN COLD WEATHER THAN WARM. DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME STATES THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING UNLESS WE BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO THEM WHILE THE LIGHT WAS ON. THIS SITUATION DOES NOT HAPPEN CONSISTENTLY ENOUGH TO ALLOW US TO TAKE IT TO A DEALER WHEN THE LIGHT IS ON. ALSO SPEED CONTROL DOES NOT WORK!

THE CAR HAS SEVERE VIBRATION WHILE ACCELERATING BETWEEN 55 AND 60 MPH. THERE IS NO ISSUE AT SLOWER SPEEDS, THERE IS NOT ISSUE WHEN DRIVING OVER 60 MPH.

THE AIRBAG LIGHT IS ALWAY TURN ON HAD WHILE DRIVING,TURNS OFF SOMETIMES WHEN TURNING ON STREETS BUT THEN IT TURN BACK ON
INITIALLY ONLY THE DRIVERS DOOR AND RIGHT REAR PASSENGER DOOR WOULD LOCK OR UNLOCK, WHETHER INSIDE THE CAR, USING THE KEY, OR USING THE KEY FOB. BEGINNING YESTERDAY, ALL THE DOOR LOCKS WILL NEITHER LOCK NOR UNLOCK USING ANY OF THE PREVIOUSLY MENTINOED METHODS, THE LIGHTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR WILL NOT TURN OFF, AND THE DASH SYMBOL SHOWING ALL DOORS AJAR STAYS ON CONSTANTLY. I INITALLY ASSUMED IT WAS THE DOOR ACTUATORS BUT AFTER RESEARCHING THE PROBLEM, IT SEEMS TO POINT TOWARDS AN ISSUE REGARDING THREE RELAYS WHICH ARE SOLDERED ON WHAT'S CALLED A MULTIPLEX CONTROL UNIT LOCATED UNDER THE DASH ON THE LEFT. SAFETY ISSUE IS I CAN'T LOCK OR UNLOCK THE DOORS.
I HAVE 2005 HONDA ACCORD WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TAKATA RECALL BUT I HAVE A AIRBAG LIGHT THAT GOES OFF AND ON. AS A RESULT, MY PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT LOCKED UP WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER THEY SAID THAT THE ENGINE READ A CODE THAT SAID IT WAS INVOLVED IN REAR COLLISION AND IT WAS NOT. THEY ALSO STATED THAT THE SEAT BELT COULD HAVE LOCKED UP BECAUSE THE AIRBAG LIGHT IS ON. SOMEONE WAS SITTING IN THE SEAT AND HAD TO MANEUVER TO GET OUT OF IT. THE DEALERSHIP HAS TOLD ME IT WILL COST $800 AND UP TO REPAIR THE SEAT BELT (AND IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SEAT BELTS)BUT WHEN I TOOK THE CAR TO HONDA THE AIRBAG LIGHT WAS NOT ON AT THAT MOMENT SO THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO UNLESS IT WAS ON. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I HAVE A FAULTY AIRBAG THAT MY SEAT BELT MAY CONTINUE TO LOCK UP. I AM HESITANT TO FIX THE SEAT BELT BECAUSE OF THE AIRBAG SITUATION.
VERIFIED WITH HONDA THAT AIRBAGS WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONT END COLLISION AT A HIGH SPEED (OVER 50 MPH) ON THE HIGHWAY (AFTER THE CAR IN FRONT STOPPED SUDDENLY) AND AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE CAR PASSED PA STATE INSPECTION 3 DAYS BEFORE, AND THERE WERE NO WARNING OR INDICATOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.
TAKATA AIRBAG RECALL
WIPERS AND WIPER WASHER STOPPED WORKING; NO BLOWN FUSES INVOLVED; KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM NOT WORKING; REMOTE CONTROL IS NOW OPENING JUST THE TRUNK BUT NOTHING ELSE; RADIO BACKLIGHT NOT WORKING & POWER STEERING GETS HARD IN COLD WEATHER OR AFTER DRIVING ON STREETS OR ROADS WITH LITTLE MANEUVER. EVEN AFTER PUMP REPLACEMENT.
ON 12/23/2016 HAD TROUBLE WITH CAR HESITATING, STALLING THEN NOT STARTING, WAS IN MY DRIVEWAY. CAR TOWED TO HONDA DEALER IN BURLINGTON, MA. THEY REPLACED STARTER MOTOR FOR $574.60 AND ON 12/29/2016 AFTER I PICKED UP THE CAR, WAS DRIVING IN THE FAST LANE ON THE HIGHWAY AND COULD NOT ACCELERATE. WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF TRAFFIC AND PULL OVER. EVENTUALLY MADE IT TO A PARKING LOT WHERE CAR BUCKED, STALLED AND WOULD NOT START. TOWED BACK TO HONDA IN BURLINGTON. THEY "CLEANED OUT DEBRIS IN MAF SENSOR" AND SAID "ONE OF THE CABLES ON THE THROTTLE BODY IS BROKEN AND MAY CAUSE THE SAME PROBLEM" SUGGESTED $819.00 REPAIR. CAR RAN OK UNTIL 9/19/2017 WHEN AGAIN COULD NOT ACCELERATE ON HIGHWAY. WAS TRAVELLING IN THE FAST LANE BUT MANAGED TO CROSS FOUR LANES OF TRAFFIC WITH NO POWER. THIS WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS HIGHWAY CRASH FOR THE SECOND TIME. DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND AN APRIL, 2007 RECALL RELATED TO THE FUEL PUMP RELAY IN CERTAIN 2005 HONDA ACCORDS. I SEARCHED THE NHTSA FOR MY VIN AND FOUND THERE ARE 0 RECALLS ASSOCIATED WITH MY CAR. HOWEVER, MY CAR DID, IN FACT, HAVE A DEFECTIVE MITSUBA RELAY. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND I AM EXTREMELY LUCKY. SOMETHING IS WRONG THAT MY VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL.
