BELTS CAME OF PULLEYS, VEHICLE LOST CONTROL RESULTING IN ACOLLISION. ALSO, REPLACED THROTTLE CABLE/EMISSIONS/IGNITION/CV BOOTS AND WINDSHIELD WIPERS. *AK
THE GEAR SHIFTER STUCK AND CAUSED TO SURGE FORWARD RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT. *NLM
GEAR SHIFT WAS STUCK AFTER VEHICLE WAS TURNED ON WHILE SITTING AT A RAILROAD CROSSING. WHEN THE MOTOR WAS TURNED ON, THREE MINUTES LATER, THE GEAR SHIFTER JAMMED. THE CONSUMER THEN PLACED THE GEAR INTO NEUTRAL AND RESTARTED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE BOLTED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE WHICH WAS TRAVELING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. THE GEAR SHIFT WAS REPLACED BY THE DEALER. *SCC JB
THE SRS LIGHT STAYED ILLUMINATED WHILE DRIVING. THE DEALERSHIP INDICATED IT WAS CAUSED BY THE SRS UNIT'S COMPLETE FAILURE WHICH WOULD RENDER THE AIR BAG INOPERATIVE IF THE VEHICLE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT.*AK CONSUMER STATED THE AIR BAG COMPONENT IS A SAFETY ITEM AND IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER. *PH *NLM
WHILE DRIVING UNDER RAINY CONDITIONS THE VEHICLE'S WIPERS STOPPED WORKING. THE DEALER HAD BEEN CONTACTED. PLEASE DESCRIBE FURTHER. *JB
THE SEAT BELT BECAME TWISTED AROUND THE SEAT ADJUSTER LEVER. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THAT IN A SUDDEN STOP THE PASSENGER WILL NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED, BECAUSE THE SEAT BELT WAS NOT LOCKED IN POSITION. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. *JB
CONSUMER STATED FLOOR MATS WOULD BECAME STUCK UNDER GAS PEDAL. *AK THIS OCCURRED WHEN THE MAT WAS NOT SECURED. THIS ALSO CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO ACCELERATE WITHOUT APPLYING THE GAS PEDAL. *SC
