THE CAR, A HYBRID, SUSTAINED LEFT SIDE IMPACT TWICE, LEFT FRONT IMPACT, AND RIGHT REAR BUMPER IMPACT. THE FRAME WAS DAMAGED IN TWO PLACES AND REPAIRED. THE DAMAGE TO THE CAR WAS OVER $15,000.00, NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED CAUSING 1 IN THE CAR TO BE INJURED. *TR
ON JANUARY 17, I HAD AN OIL CHANGE AND VEHICLE INSPECTION DONE. MY BRAKES WERE AT 6MM. ON APPROXIMATELY FEBRUARY 15, I NOTICED A "METAL ON METAL" SOUND COMING FROM MY CAR. ON FEBRUARY 22 I TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE AND WAS TOLD MY BRAKES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IT'S A 2010 HONDA CIVIC WITH 21,000 MILES. I'VE OWNED IT FOR 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS- SO THE BRAKES WERE NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. SEEMS AS THOUGH HONDA CORP NEEDS TO START LOOKING INTO THIS AS THIS SEEMS LIKE ITS BECOMING QUITE A COMMON OCCURANCE AND IT'S EXCESSIVE AND HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA- WHICH IS SAD BECAUSE HONDA IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CAR TO BUY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID REPAIRS AND BREAKDOWNS!!!!! I PURCHASED MY BRAND NEW HONDA CIVIC IN 3/2010 (IT ONLY HAD 11 MILES). ABOUT 7-8 MONTHS LATER, I NOTICED THE CIVIC WAS MAKING WIERD BRAKING NOISES. IT WOULD COME AND GO. BUT IN 2/2011 (LESS THAN A YEAR AFTER MY PURCHASE) I WAS SCARED TO DRIVE MY CAR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT BRAKING. I ALMOST REAR ENDED SOMEONE AND COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. I TOOK THE CAR INTO A HONDA DEALERSHIP TO INSPECT MY BRAKES AS IT WAS GETTING WORSE AND I DID NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING IT. I WAS TOLD I NEED TO REPLACE BOTH FRONT BRAKE PADS AND MY LEFT ROTOR. THE CAR HAD LESS THAN 9000 MILES ON IT!!! I PAID $400 BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WARRANTY ON THE BRAKES!! I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY DRIVING. 7 MONTHS LATER (9/2011) THE BRAKE IS AT IT AGAIN. THIS TIME, THERE WAS NO SQEAKING SOUNDS TO WARN ME, THE CAR SUDDENLY SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS METAL RUBBING ON METAL AND MY CAR WOULDN'T BRAKE. AGAIN, I ALMOST GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! I'VE OWNED SEVERAL VEHICLES PRIOR AND NEVER HAD ANY BREAK ISSUES. NOW I'M SCARED TO DRIVE MY CAR. HOW AM I GOING TO GET TO WORK? I'M SCARED TO EVEN DRIVE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP. PLUS, THEY'RE GOING TO TELL ME THE SAME THING AND CHARGE ME ANOTHER $400 WHEN IT'S CLEARLY NOT MY DOING BUT A DEFECTIVE PROBLEM WITH THE CAR. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. *TT
STEERING WHEEL VISIBLY VIBRATES AND SHAKES WHEN DRIVEN ABOVE 50MPH - THIS IS CLEARLY A SAFETY ISSUE LOUD BUZZING WHEN STARTING CAR (WHILE TURNING KEY IN IGNITION)
I WAS DRIVING TO SCHOOL AND HEARD THE FIRST DREADFUL, SQUEALING ALERT OF MY WEARING BRAKE PADS. I CALLED MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER AND ASKED WHAT MIGHT BE GOING ON AS I WAS A FIRST TIME VEHICLE OWNER. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY BRAKE PADS WERE SURLY WORN OUT AND BLAMED ME THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF MY DRIVING HABITS, OR I WAS RACING. AT THIS POINT I BEGAN TO LAUGH IN DISBELIEF. THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN SO THEY CAN INSPECT THE PADS. I WENT IN AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR THEY TOLD ME MY BRAKES HAD BEEN CHANGED AND I WOULD NOT BE PAYING ANYTHING SINCE THEY WERE CHANGED UNDER WARRANTY. NOT TOO LONG AFTER, THE SAME SQUEALING NOISE BEGAN AND THIS TIME AROUND I KNEW THE DRILL. EVER SINCE I'VE HAD TO REPLACE MY BRAKES MANY TIMES, ABOUT 5 TO BE EXACT, AND ONLY AT 60K MILES. NOT TO MENTION, IM BEGINNING TO WORRY A BIT BECAUSE MY BRAKES SINCE THE RECENTLY LAST TIME I CHANGED MY PADS, THE RESPONSE IN BRAKING HAS BEEN VERY BAD. I DO FEAR FOR MY SAFETY SOMETIMES. ESPECIALLY FOR MY SIBLINGS' SAFETY WHEN I RIDE THEM TO SCHOOL. PLEASE HELP THE THOUSANDS OF CONSUMERS THAT ARE IN THE SAME BOAT AS I AM. *TR
PREMATURE BRAKE SYSTEM WEAR AFTER ONLY 15,000 MI OF CONSERVATIVE CITY DRIVING IN THE SPAN OF 12 MONTHS. *TR
WITH LESS THAN 12,000 MILES ON MY CAR, MY BRAKE PADS NEED TO BE REPLACED. I WOULD HAVE NEVER EXPECTED MY CAR TO NEED NEW BRAKES THIS EARLY, SO I ALMOST DIDN'T TAKE MY CAR IN WHEN IT WAS MAKING A NOISE. I INSPECTED MY CAR TO SEE IF SOMETHING AS STUCK IN THE TIRES OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND AM SHOCKED TO FIND OUT MY BRAKES ARE ALREADY WORN. AFTER MUCH RESEARCH ONLINE, I SEE THAT THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE FOR HONDAS. *TR
I HAVE A 2010 HONDA CIVIC THAT I PURCHASE IN OCT OF 2009 THAT IS GOING THROUGH BRAKES PREMATURELY. THERE MUST BE SOME SORT OF DEFECT WITH THE CIVIC'S BRAKING SYSTEM. ON NOVEMBER 30TH ON 2010, I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA IN TORRANCE, CA BECAUSE MY BREAKS WERE SQUEAKING. I WAS CERTAIN THAT AFTER ONLY 13 MONTHS AND 12,457 MILES THERE MUST BE SOME SORT OF DEFECT AND THAT MY WARRANTY WOULD COVER THE COST OF ANY REPAIRS. WRONG. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE REP THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY BRAKE PADS AND THAT THE WARRANTY WOULD NOT COVER THE COST BECAUSE THE PADS WERE WORN EVENLY AND IT APPEARED TO BE "NORMAL" WEAR AND TEAR. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE HAD HONDA'S FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO REPLACE BREAK PADS BEFORE 25,000-30,000 MILES. HE SIMPLY SHOOK HIS HEAD AND GENTLY INSINUATED THAT IT MAY BE DUE TO MY DRIVING HABITS OR THE FACT THAT I LIVE ON A HILL. I PAID THEM $196.59 TO REPLACE THE BRAKE PADS. ON OCTOBER 31ST 2011, I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA AGAIN FOR A PROBLEM I HAD BEEN HAVING WITH THE POWER DOOR LOCKS (LUCKILY, THIS PROBLEM WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY). WHEN THE REP CAME OUT TO UPDATE ME ON THE STATUS, HE INFORMED ME THAT I HAD VERY LITTLE LEFT TO MY BRAKE PADS. I WAS SHOCKED AND OF COURSE LOOKED AT THE MAN LIKE HE HAD FOUR HEADS. I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS ONLY A YEAR AND LESS THAN 11,000 MILES (10,993 MILES TO BE EXACT) SINCE I LAST HAD THE PADS REPLACED. ONCE AGAIN, I WAS MET WITH THE SYMPATHY OF A REP SHAKING HIS HEAD AND A "SOMETIMES THAT HAPPENS" COMMENT. I HAVE ALWAYS SWORN BY HONDA VEHICLES, BUT IF I HAVE TO LAY OUT 200 BUCKS FOR NEW BRAKE PADS EVERY 11,000 MILES, I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE IN THE FUTURE. I FEEL THAT THIS PROBLEM REALLY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FURTHER AND THAT HONDA SHOULD RECALL AND MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. *TR

MY VEHICLE WASN'T EVEN A YEAR OLD AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED NEW BRAKES. THE MECHANIC SHOWED ME THE BRAKES AND THE ROTOR. I WAS METAL TO METAL. OF COURSE I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PURCHASE BRAKES FOR MY NEW CAR. I ALSO MENTION TO THE MECHANIC HOW MY VEHICLE HESITATED ON OCCASION. NOTHING WAS EVER FOUND WITH THAT. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 30 MPH WHEN A SQUEALING NOISE EMITTED FROM THE BRAKES AFTER BEING DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DEALER CONFIRMED THAT THE BRAKES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 26,000.
I HAVE A BRAND NEW 2010 HONDA CIVIC GX ( NATURAL GAS VEHICLE) I PURCHASED THE CAR LESS THAN ONE MONTH AGO AND HAVE ONLY DRIVEN THE VEHICLE FOR THE LAST WEEK. I'VE BEEN NOTICING THE SMELL OF NATURAL GAS AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO THE HONDA DEALER. THE DEALER INSTRUCTED ME THAT THE VEHICLE HAS A SUBSTANTIAL LEAK COMING FROM THE PIPES BETWEEN THE TANK AND EXTERIOR. HONDA REFUSES TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE NEW TANK AND ASSEMBLES AND HAVE OPTED TO TRY AND ADD NEW "O" RINGS. HONDA DOES NOT SEEM VERY CONFIDENT IN THE PRESCRIBED MEASURES FROM HONDA CORPORATE AND ALSO DON'T SEEM VERY CONFIDENT IN REPAIRING THESE TYPES OF VEHICLES. I'M VERY WORRIED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THESE VEHICLES AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF ITS AN ON GOING PROBLEM. THESE THINGS CAN BLOW UP IF YOU HAVE A LEAK OF ANY KIND. THANK GOD THE CAR WAS PARKED OUT SIDE AND NOT IN THE GARAGE BY THE DRYER AND WATER HEATER. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PARKING, THERE WAS SUDDEN ACCELERATION. AS HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKES THE VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000.
THE CONDENSER UNIT IN MY 2010 HONDA CIVIC EX HAS EXPIRED. I TOOK IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE A LITTLE OVER A WEEK AGO, AND EVER SINCE THEN, THE A/C HASN'T WORKED. I RETURNED TO THE DEALER THIS MORNING AND THE SERVICE GUYS INSISTED THAT THE CONDENSER WAS PUNTURED BY ROAD DEBRIS. THE MANUFACTER WARRANTY WON'T COVER THE COST TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE, NOR WILL MY EASY CARE INSURANCE COVER IT. I PURCHASED THIS CAR 7 1/2 MONTHS AGO BRAND NEW. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TPMS WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
SUNVISOR ON DRIVES SIDE CRACKED AT SEAM AND UNABLE TO RETURN TO THE UP POSITION. OBSTRUCTING VIEW. HAD TO REMOVE VISOR TO CONTINUE DRIVING. THE PASSENGER SIDE HAD SAME PROBLEM, TWO MONTHS LATER. DEALER REPLACED NO COST TO ME; HOWEVER, STATED IT THIS OCCURRED AGAIN I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR. BOTH TIME DEALER HAD PART IN STOCK, I FOUND THAT A SUN VISOR WOULD BE IN STOCK. *TR
TRANSMISSION FAILED REQUIRING IT TO BE REBUILT. *TR
2010 HONDA CIVIC - ROLL OVER ACCIDENT. CAR TOTALED. PASSENGERS INJURED. AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. SPEED AT TIME OF INCIDENT WAS 70 MPH (APPROX). CAR LEFT FREEWAY AND ROLLED ON FRONT DRIVER CORNER AND SIDE-OVER-SIDE. FRONT PASSENGER CORNER FLATTENED. PASSENGER SUFFERED NECK INJURY(CRACKED VERTEBRA). OTHER PASSENGERS AND DRIVER INJURED. AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY DESPITE SEVERITY OF CRASH. *TR
DURING MY DAUGHTER'S 5-HR DRIVE TO COLLEGE IN HER 2010 HONDA CIVIC (~ 3500 MILES ON IT), THE CAR'S A/C ABRUPTLY QUIT WORKING. AFTER CHECKING OVER THE INTERNAL CONTROLS TO MAKE SURE SHE DIDN'T HAVE A WRONG SETTING, SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A HONDA DEALERSHIP FOR INSPECTION AND FOUND THAT THE CONDENSER HAD A HOLE IN IT APPARENTLY FROM A FOREIGN OBJECT (ROCK). UPON FURTHER INTERNET RESEARCH, I DISCOVERED THIS SITUATION WAS NOT A RARE OCCURRENCE. THERE ARE HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS LISTED ON THE INTERNET OF THIS EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I CONTACTED BOTH AMERICAN HONDA AS WELL AS THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED AND WAS TOLD THAT HONDA WOULD NOT COVER THIS UNDER WARRANTY. THE ISSUE IS DESIGN OR MATERIAL WORKMANSHIP RELATED, NOT AN "ACT OF GOD" OR UNLUCKY CIRCUMSTANCE. THE CONDENSER IS NOT WELL PROTECTED AS IN OTHER COMPETITIVE VEHICLES, SO IT IS MORE PRONE TO THIS ISSUE. OTHER PEOPLE DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE ON AN INTERNET "FORUM" ARE FINDING CREATIVE WAYS TO PROTECT THE CONDENSER WITH A WIRE "NETTING" BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT JUST BY REPLACING THE CONDENSER DOES NOT FIX THE ROOT CAUSE. SINCE THIS IS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE, HONDA IS MOST LIKELY NOT GOING TO ADDRESS THIS IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER. AT THIS POINT, I'LL HAVE TO ASK MY INSURANCE TO GET INVOLVED AND PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE AND POTENTIALLY HAVE MY INSURANCE RATES INCREASE IF THIS RE-OCCURS. WE WILL HAVE A "LOCAL" HONDA DEALERSHIP REPLACE THE CONDENSER AND ASSOCIATED PARTS. MY OBJECTIVE HERE IS TO LET MORE PEOPLE KNOW THAT HONDA HAS AN ISSUE WITH THIS DESIGN/CONDENSER MATERIAL IN THE HOPES THAT THEY WILL ADDRESS IT. *TR
PROBLEM WITH THE HONDA CIVIC PAINT JOB. MY 2006 I BOUGHT WITH 18000 MILES ALREADY HAD THE PAINT BUBBLING UP BELOW THE CLEAR COAT IN THE ROOF AND HOOD AND TRUNK, JUST BOUGHT A 2010 NEW AND JUST NOTICED TWO OR THREE SPOTS BEGINNING TO FORM ALREADY, WILL TAKE IT TO THE DEALER SO IT CAN BE DOCUMENTED THAT CAME LIKE THAT FROM THE FACTORY, GOOGLED THE PROBLEM AND IT SEEMS TO BE PREVALENT ON THE HONDA CIVICS. *TR
I HAVE A HONDA CIVIC-2010 THAT I BOUGHT BRAND NEW ON 2/14/10. ON 7/23/10, MY AC STARTED RUNNING HOT-TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID A ROCK PUNCTURED MY AC CONDENSER. THIS WILL COST ME $830. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH THIS SAME ISSUE. I WISH I KNEW THAT BEFORE I BOUGHT THIS CAR. *TR
PRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL ALSO ENGAGES THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO TRY TO MOVE WHEN ONLY THE BRAKE PEDAL IS APPLIED. IF YOU PRESS THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BRAKE PEDAL IT DOESN'T OCCUR HOWEVER IN HEAVY TRAFFIC YOU ALWAYS DON'T HAVE TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY PRESSING THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BRAKE PEDAL. IT ALMOST CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE CAR. I DON'T FEEL SAFE DRIVING THE CAR. *TR
BRAKE DOES NOT FUNCTION WELL. I HAVE TO PUSH IT HARD TO HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO STOP EVEN WHEN THE SPEED IS VERY LOW. I ALSO NOTICE THAT WHEN THE AIR CONDITION IS ON, BRAKE WORKS WORSE. I BELIEVE THERE MIGHT BE A SELF-ACCELERATION PROBLEM ESPECIALLY WHEN THE AIR CONDITION IS ON. *TR

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
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA CIVIC. WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL WHILE ON AN INCLINE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER DENIED ANY ASSISTANCE REGARDING THE FAILURE OR THE REMEDY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 827 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 8,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 HONDA CIVIC. WHILE TRAVELING AT 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE OR SHIFT INTO ANY ADDITIONAL GEARS WHETHER HIGH OR LOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED AND THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS OF THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 98,000.
BRAND NEW 2010 HONDA CIVIC LX. HAS 320 MILES ON IT AND ALREADY CAR PULLS TO THE RIGHT AND HAS VIBRATION AT 45 MPH AND ABOVE. REAR TIRES SHOWING EARLY SIGNS OF UNEVEN TREADWEAR. I THOUGHT THIS PROBLEM WAS COVERED AND RESOLVED ON PREVIOUS MODEL YEARS. APPARENTLY IT HAS CONTINUED TO THE 2010 MODEL. I HAVE READ ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS THE SAME PROBLEM ON A 2010 ON EDMUNDS.COM. WILL BE GOING TO DEALER TOMORROW AND HAVE THEM FIX TO SPEC AND THE PREVIOUSLY ISSUED TSB 08-001. NOT IMPRESSED WITH DEALER PREP OF THE CAR AS THEY SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT IT. *TR
MY CAR FAILED TO STOP AND BUMPED TO THE BACK OF THE CAR THAT IN FRONT OF ME AT SLOW SPEED ABOUT 3MPH. *TR
MY 2008 CIVIC EX L CONDENSER WAS DAMAGED BY A ROAD SIDE DEBRIS/STONE. I TOOK IT TO MY HONDA DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY THE TO REPAIR WOULD BE $725.00 OR I COULD TAKE IT TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY SEE IF THEY WILL COVER THE COST. 1. WHEN THE FUEL CAP IS REMOVED THERE IS A ESD DISCHARGE WHEN THE CAP TOUCHES THE BODY OF THE CAR. THE ESD DISCHARGE CAN OCCUR VERY CLOSE TO THE FUEL INLET AND WHERE THERE ARE GASOLINE VAPORS. THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR A FUEL EXPLOSION OR FIRE. THE FUEL CAP IS ATTACHED TO THE FUEL DOOR SO THE MAX DISTANCE THE CAP CAN BE MOVED FROM THE FUEL INLET IS ABOUT 6 INCHES 2. THE ESD SEEMS TO BUILD UP VERY QUICKLY (AT LEAST 1 MILE OF DRIVING). THE PROBLEM OCCURS EVERY TIME THE CAR IS REFUELED AND HAS BEEN PRESENT SINCE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED. 3. THE MANUFACTURE WAS CONTACTED AND THEY INDICATED THE ISSUE WAS DUE TO THE BUILDUP OF ESD ON THE OPERATOR OF THE CAR. WHEN THE FUEL CAP IS TOUCHED THE ESD CHARGE IS THEN TRANSFERRED TO THE CAP WHICH THEN DISCHARGES TO THE BODY OF THE CAR. THE MANUFACTURE RECOMMENDED USING AN ANTISTATIC SPRAY ON THE FACTORY INSTALLED SEATS AND FLOOR MATS. AT THIS TIME NO OTHER ACTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURE AS THEY ARE CLAIMING THE PROBLEM MUST BE RESOLVED BY THE OPERATOR OF THE CAR. I DISPUTE THIS FINDING FOR SEVERAL REASONS.
