Intermittently the car will stall out when parked idling and then won’t restart for a few minutes after turning off. It acts as if it ran out of gas. The gas gauge is always at different levels when it happens. We have taken it to the dealer multiple times with no fix.
The steering sticks and it’s not smooth at speeds ranging from 35 to 75 mph. It tends to become worse as the car gets warmed up. The steering wheel stick so bad that if you remove your hands from the steering wheel, it will stay in the turn, until you physically turn the wheel the opposite way. it is a very dangerous condition. This has been brought to the attention of our local Honda dealer many times. They continually say they cannot find anything wrong with the car.
I bought the car 4/1/2021, with 15,000 miles on it. In just 2 months, I have had two incidents of the car decelerating. When I was at a traffic light and from a complete stop, I accelerated and the car decelerated and almost stalled in the intersection. I was making a left-hand turn both times and if the car had stalled, an oncoming car could have hit me. This could have caused a serious accident. I notice there is a recall for this problem on other Honda models, but not my car. I am afraid to drive it now because i live in a major city and there is a lot of traffic.
I took my car in for servicing May 2021. When i was there The Coral Springs Honda dealer informed me that they ordered my parts for my cars recall. I called them in July to check on the status after failing to hear from them and they said they did not have the part. So now it is September and i am still here with a possibly faulty Fuel pump. I want this recall situated.
JUST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AT 359XX MILES 3 DAYS AGO. AT 36,2XX MILES, WHILE DRIVING, ALL THE DASH LIGHTS CAME ON SAYING THERE WAS A FAILURE IN THE BRAKING SYSTEM, EMERGENCY BRAKE, TPMS, LANE DEPARTURE, BRAKE HOLD, HILL ASSIST, IMPACT SENSOR, EMISSIONS SYSTEM, POWER STEERING, AND THE INFORMATION SYSTEM ALL SHOWED AS MALFUNCTIONING. AFTER STOPPING THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTING IT, THE NOTIFICATIONS STILL STAY ON.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The local dealer and the manufacturer were made aware of the issue. I I brought my car into Morehead Honda the dealer I purchased my vehicle from to get service because the car was acting funny. I then find out I had my car has a recall car with my car for the fuel pump. It was change the fuel pump I went home and a few days later I was stuck on the highway my car just shut down in the middle of the highway. My car was towed back to the dealership they found out there was something wrong with the fuel pump said they fixed it it was an error on their behalf. I returned several times after that because the fuel gauge is reading inaccurately. Dealer is unable to tell me what’s wrong. I fill up my car is giving me different readings my car normally falls up to 300+ close to 400 every time I fill up my car and now it’s reads 191, 150 or 140 when I fill up my car. I continue calling to dealership I am not getting a response. I need help with this it’s a safety issue.
I was sold a vehicle with no seatbelt in the middle of back seat . I had called the dealer that sold me the car to explain and they told me that why it took me this long to say something that now they think I took the buckle off myself. Very inappropriate for the manager to tell me that nonsense. I don’t sit in the back so I wouldn’t know until I had to buckle my niece in and I couldn’t because there is no buckle in my middle seat in the back. This is a safety hazard and feel very discourage to even make the report because nobody seem to want to help me!
MOST RECENTLY, DRIVING ALONG ON A SUNNY DAY AT ABOUT 45 MPH ON A FLAT ROAD. NO OTHER VEHICLES ON THE ROAD IN SIGHT. THE COLLISION WARNING SYSTEM BEEPED AND FLASHED THE WARNING ON THE DASH. AT THE SAME TIME THE SYSTEM ENGAGED THE BRAKES MOMENTARILY BEFORE DISENGAGING. THE BRAKING LOWERED MY SPEED TO ABOUT 30-35 MPH. THE ONLY CONCLUSION I COULD REACH WAS THAT THE SYSTEM MISTOOK THE SHADOW OF A TREE FOR AN OBJECT BUT I HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE WHEN TAKING AN EXIT RAMP FROM A HIGHWAY WHEN THE COLLISION WARNING FLASHED AND THE SYSTEM ENGAGED THE BRAKES MOMENTARILY, DROPPING MY SPEED SOMEWHAT, BEFORE DISENGAGING. IN BOTH CASES, I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE SYSTEM DISENGAGED, THOUGH I AM GLAD IT DID AS OTHER VEHICLES APPROACHED FROM BEHIND SOON AFTER.
HONDA IS REFUSING TO FIX THE OPEN RECALL I HAVE ON MY 2019 HONDA CIVIC.MY CAR STALLED AND NEARLY CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT.MY CAR IS ALSO BURNING A LOT OF GAS.
ON FRIDAY, APRIL 2ND, I WAS DRIVING HOME ON THE 710 FWY ON THE FAR LEFT LANE. I WAS DRIVING AROUND 75MPH AND THERE WAS AN OBJECT ON THE GROUND WHICH LOOKED LIKE AN EMPTY POTATO CHIP BAG, IT WASN'T ANYTHING THAT WOULD HAVE DONE ANY DAMAGE TO MY CAR BUT MY HONDA SENSE'S COLLISION MITIGATION BRAKING SYSTEM ACTIVATED FOR NO REASON AND ALERTED ME TO BRAKE AND STARTED APPLYING PRESSURE. I HAD NO REASON TO STOP SO I HAD TO SWERVE INTO THE SHOULDER LANE TO PREVENT MY CAR FROM BRAKING UNEXPECTEDLY WHICH COULD HAVE RESULTED INTO A DEADLY COLLISION IF THERE WAS A CAR CLOSE BEHIND ME. I HAVE FOOTAGE OF THE VIDEO AND REQUESTED THIS TO BE LOOKED INTO BECAUSE IF THIS IS A FAULTY SENSORY ISSUE, I WOULD LIKE IT CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT FURTHER ISSUES. I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN BECAUSE THIS INCIDENT WAS VERY DANGEROUS WHEN I DID NOT HAVE CONTROL OF MY OWN VEHICLE AND IT TRIED TO OVERRIDE MY COMMAND TO KEEP DRIVING STRAIGHT.

THE ENGINE WIRE HARDNESS WAS BITTEN BY RATS TWICE IN TWO YEARS BECAUSE HONDA USES SOY BASED WIRES AND WE ARE NOT INFORMED.
1.The Automatic Breaking System malfunctioned, and is available for inspection upon request. 2. Safety was at risk because in March 2020, the car stopped itself on North Carolina route 70 in the middle of traffic without warning and without cause/reason. 3. Dealership inspected the system on April 1st, 2021 and found no issue. They told me to manually turn off the system every time I start the car. 4. No, the car was not inspected for the ABS by the manufacturer, police, insurance, or anyone else. 5.No warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms were on. The TPMS Sensor keeps turning ON since we bought this vehicle brand new from Lia Honda of Kingston. The problem was reported to American Honda (Case # 11487126). Per their (Honda) advice, the vehicle was brought into the Honda dealership (Lia Honda of Albany and Keeler Honda in Latham) to diagnose this issue. Still, the service technicians were unable to identify the root cause of this issue. The readings from tire pressure for all tires showed no sign of leakage or low tire pressure. The ratings were taken at different intervals and showed the normal tire pressure readings. The issue still exists, and American Honda has not shown any interest in correcting this problem. EVERY TIME I DRIVE AT LEAST 30-35 MILES I GET THE MITIGATION, COLLISION AND ACC PROBLEM IVE TAKEN THE CAR TO HONDA 3 TIMES AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. I'VE PAID FOR THEM TO RECENTER THE RADAR SENSOR BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK NOW THEY ARE REQUESTING I REPLACE RADAR FOR $1,500. THIS CAR HAS 40,000 MILES ON IT WHY AM I HAVING ISSUES ALREADY? ONCE I TURN THE CAR OFF THE ERROR MESSAGE LEAVE BUT ONCE I GET TO THE 30-35 MILES IT COMES BACK UP.
DRIVING ON I-64 IN VIRGINIA WHEN A LOUD POP WAS HEARD AND SAW GLASS OFF THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE. SUNROOF HAD SHATTERED FOR NO APPARENT REASON.
PAINT CRACKS AND CHIPS OFF SIDE MIRROR CAPS, BOTH PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDE, AFTER ONLY A YEAR.
I can’t recall the exact mileage or the date, but I started having this issues but I’d say around 40-45K miles I started having what I’ve heard been called “sticky steering” when driving down the road the steering wheel almost gets a stuck feeling and I have to try and correct it back center, it mostly will try to pull towards the left side and I have to pull it back to the center. It does seem like it is stuck sometimes but I am able to correct it. It does this when I am driving at higher speeds probably anything above 45 mph. It can be scary driving long distances because I’m always having to use both hands on the wheel to try and control the wheel. I’ve also heard that it makes a “popping” sound when Turing the wheel all the way to one side mostly when backing up. I have reached out to a dealership before and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I did not feel comfortable taking it to the dealership to spend all this money on something they did not know about. I’ve seen where there actually is a recall for this exact issue I’m having but it’s only for 22-23 models. I’m asking that this becomes one for the 19 or any other civic because this seems to be a serious issue. I fear that one day it will get bad enough to where I am not able to control my wheel and get into a crash. It has gotten worse as the miles go on.
I WAS RECENTLY CHARGED FOR A REPAIR TO MY 2019 HONDA CIVIC TYPE R BY CHAPMAN HONDA OF TUCSON, ARIZONA.CHAPMAN HONDA INCORRECTLY BLAMES THE REPAIR ON WASHING THE CAR/ENGINE.SUBSEQUENT RESEARCH INTO THE ISSUE SHOWS THE ISSUE OF WATER PRESENT IN SPARK PLUG CYLINDERS OF THIS MODEL VEHICLE HAVE OCCURRED GLOBALLY, AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WASHING ANY PART OF THE VEHICLE. THE PROBLEM IS A DESIGN FLAW WITH THIS VEHICLE, AND IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE.
SMALL DINGS ON THE REAR PART OF THE CAR, WINDOW SPECIFICALLY BEHIND THE REAR WINDOWS, ON THE REAR PILLAR ON BOTH SIDES
I WAS DRIVING ON AN EMPTY ROAD WITH SPEED LIMIT 40 MPH. IT WAS 2:30 PM WITH SUNNY CONDITIONS. THE CAR STARTED BEEPING AND THEN THE CAR'S BRAKES AUTOMATICALLY ENGAGED VIOLENTLY. THERE WAS NO CAR, PEOPLE, ANIMAL, DEBRIS ANYWHERE IN FRONT OR TO THE SIDE OF ME. IT IS AN UNSAFE CONDITION BECAUSE A CAR COULD HAVE BEEN BEHIND ME AND REAR ENDED ME BECAUSE OF THE SUDDEN BRAKING.

UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER HAS LEAKING SPOTS.

THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY CONTAMINATED FUEL. AFTER DRAINING THE FUEL SYSTEM, THE CONTACT RETRIEVED THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V314000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE) IN JULY 2020. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000.

THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 56,276.
THE WINSHIELD HAS CRACKED TWICE IN THE ONE YEAR I HAVE OWNED IT. IT COSTS $1,000 TO REPAIR IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WINSHIELD CRACK IN 33 YEARS OF OWNING CARS. THERE IS AN ISSUE CAUSING THIS TO OCCUR. I HAD A ROCK CHIP IN BOTH INSTANCES.
ONCE I LEARNED OF THE RECALL, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT IN MID-JULY. WHEN I WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT, THE ADVISOR WAS NOT THERE, THE PART WAS NOT ORDERED, AND A DIFFERENT ADVISOR SAID THEY WOULD ORDER THE PART AND IT WOULD ARRIVE WITHIN A WEEK. AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK, I CALLED TO CHECK WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THEY SAID THE PART WAS STILL WAITING TO BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND I WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL WHEN IT ARRIVED. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALL OR NOTIFICATION THAT THE PART WAS IN STOCK TO BE INSTALLED. ABOUT A WEEK AFTER THAT, I RECEIVED A TEXT AND EMAIL STATING THAT THE WORK ON MY CAR (RECALL) WAS COMPLETED AND THEY WANTED MY FEEDBACK. SINCE I SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE RECALL WORK COMPLETED, IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIEVED ANY CALL OR NOTICE FROM THIS HONDA DEALERSHIP TO REMEDY THE SITUAION. I CALLED THEM THIS PAST WEEK, LEFT A VOICEMAIL, SPOKE TO A DIFFFERENT ADVISOR WHO COULD NOT TELL ME WHY I HAVE YET TO HAVE THE RECALL COMPLETED, AND SAID I WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM THE SECOND ADVISOR (THE ONE WHO ORDERED THE PART WHEN MY ADVISOR WAS NOT PRESENT). I HAVE YET TO RECEIEVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ABOUT THIS RECALL OR HOW TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION.
THE SUBJECT TIRES DEVELOPED SIDEWALL BULGES AFTER ONE YEAR OF LOCAL USE, 11,200 MILES. THEY WERE TAKEN TO THE HONDA DEALER WHO DID NOT THINK IT WAS AN ISSUE AND WOULD NOT REPLACE THEM.*DT CONSUMER STATED DISREGARD COMPLAINT HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING.*JB

I WAS DRIVING DOWN A ROAD (WITH MY FRIEND IN THE PASSENGER SEAT NEXT TO ME JUST TO NOTE) THAT IS BEING REPAVED AND IT'S NOT ANYTHING THAT I HAVEN'T DRIVEN ON BEFORE, JUST A LITTLE TINY BIT SHAKY HERE AND THERE BUT AGAIN NOTHING CRAZY. I'M GOING ABOUT 10-15 MPH AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN MY AIRBAGS JUST GO OFF. NOTHING HIT, NO POTHOLE IN SIGHT, JUST SLOWLY DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND BAM. I WAS SPOOKED AS I COULDN'T BRACE FOR IT AT ALL BECAUSE I WASN'T EXPECTING IT. MY WINDOWS WERE UP SO THE SOUND OF IT COMING OUT BASICALLY WRECKED MY EARS AND IT CAME OUT ALONG WITH A BUNCH OF SMOKE. I PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND GOT OUT TO LOOK, CONFUSED AS TO WHAT HAD TRIGGERED IT BUT NOTHING, NO DAMAGE TO THE CAR AT ALL, NOTHING HIT. AT HONDA THEY WERE NOT HAVING IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN REPLACE IT UNDER WARRANTY IF IT WAS PROVED TO BE A DEFECT. I ARGUED THAT IT MUST BE CONSIDERING I DIDN'T HIT ANYTHING AND WAS DRIVING SLOW AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE ON THE CAR. SHE SAID THEY'LL LIFT IT AND IF THERE IS ANYTHING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CAR TO INDICATE THAT THE SENSOR WAS TOUCHED, IT'S INSTANTLY OUT OF WARRANTY AND I NEED TO GO THROUGH INSURANCE. HOW IS THIS OKAY? CLEARLY THIS IS SOME DEFECT WITH THE CAR AND I'M BEING PENALIZED FOR IT. THEY CALLED TODAY FOR THE RESULT AND SAID THE CAR HIT THE GROUND AND DAMAGED THE SENSOR SO IT'S ON ME TO PAY FOR DAMAGES. I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE BECAUSE I FELT NO IMPACT AND WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE DRIVING THE CAR AFTER IT HAPPENED. I PUT IT IN PARK RIGHT AWAY TO COME OUT BUT ONCE I WAS TOLD BY THE POLICE TO GO TO HONDA I PUT THE CAR INTO DRIVE AND SMOOTHLY DROVE OFF TO THE DEALERSHIP. WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE HONDA ACCEPT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY? I NEVER THOUGHT THAT REGULAR DRIVING ON A SLIGHTLY BUMPY ROAD (BASICALLY FLAT AND PEBBLY) MEANS THAT THE AIRBAGS WOULD GO OFF. CMA'S COLONIAL HONDA (2100 WALTHALL CENTER DR, SOUTH CHESTERFIELD, VA 23834, 804-414-1900) WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,800.

THIS CAR WAS JUST RELEASED FROM BEING 'FIXED,' AT THE DEALERSHIP. THE DAY AFTER THE CAR STALLED ON THE HIGHWAY NEARLY CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. THE CAR HAS THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS SINCE 5000 MILES AND IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN A NEW CAR. IT'S A LEMON. 1. ENGINE CYLINDERS FLOODED WITH COOLANT 2. ENGINE NOT WORKING 3. DASHBOARD COMPUTER FLASHING ALL SYSTEMS FAILURE (SINCE 30 DAYS AFTER CAR WAS PURCHASED IN 11/2019. NEVER RESOLVED). 4. HEATER NOT WORKING. ENTIRE AC SYSTEM REPLACED. THEY ALSO SAID SOME VALVE HAD GONE OUT AS WELL. THAT'S NEVER BEEN MADE CLEAR TO ME IN SPITE OF REPEATED INQUIRIES. 5. CAR OUT OF SERVICE SINCE FEB 23 TO DATE. HONDA CORPORATE HAS TOLD ME TO POUND SAND. TO GO MAKE A LEMON LAW COMPLAINT.
When my phone rings while my radio is on and after I’m done with the call, it doesn’t go back to the radio it’s stuck in that call mode..I have to stop and turn off my engine and start it back up to clear the settings/mode.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INSURANCE LOT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5,000.
I OWN A 6 SPEED MANUAL SPORT COUPE PURCHASED ON 5/30/19. ON 2/10/20 I WAS STOPPED AT A LIGHT ON A SLIGHT DOWNHILL 15- 20' BEHIND CAR IN FRONT. SHIFT WAS IN NEUTRAL WITH MY FOOT ON BRAKE PEDAL. AFTER A WHILE, MY CAR STARTED MOVING FORWARD. I PUSHED HARDER ON THE BRAKE PEDEAL BUT NO RESPONSE AND COASTED INTO REAR OF CAR. ONE PERSON IN EACH CAR AND NOBODY INJURED. FEARFUL THAT BRAKE FAILURE WOULD OCCUR AGAIN, HAD CAR TOWED TO LOCAL HONDA DEALER WHERE PURCHASED. RECEIPT TO ME INDICTED THEY DID DIAGNOSTIC TESTING, INSPECTED BRAKE SYSTEM AND TEST DROVE CAR. "ADVISED CUSTOMER NO PROBLEMS AT THE MOMENT". AS NOTED BEFORE TESTING, SINCE NO MANUFACTURER DEFECTS FOUND WAS CHARGED $139.95. ON 2/11, RECEIVED CALL FROM MGR. OF HONDA SVC. DEPT. DUE TO MY NEGATIVE SURVEY RESPONSES. TOLD HIM I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH ANSWER BY EMPLOYEE TO MY QUESTION OF WHY FORWARD COLLISION MITIGATION/FCM DID NOT BRAKE WHEN GETTING CLOSE TO CAR. MGR. STATED THAT FCM IS DESIGNED NOT TO WORK WHEN CAR IN NEUTRAL OR REVERSE. I CONSIDER LACK OF FCM IN NEUTRAL TO BE A SERIOUS SAFETY DESIGN FLAW. MGR. THEN RECOMMENDED THAT I OPEN CASE WITH HONDA CUSTOMER RELATIONS WHICH DONE ON 2/14. REP. TOOK DOWN MY INFO. AND ASKED WHAT I WANTED FROM HONDA. I SAID THEY NEED TO DETERMINE WHY THE BRAKE FAILURE HAPPENED AND WHAT CAN BE DONE SO I HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT IT WILL NEVER OCCUR AGAIN. SHE THEN GAVE ME A CASE # AND STATED THAT IT WOULD NEED TO BE REFERRED TO THE "LEVEL 1" DEPT. HANDLING ACCIDENTS/INJURIES/FATALITIES. RECEIVED A CALL FROM "LEVEL 1" ON 2/17 BUT WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO/WAS A LOCAL DEALER ISSUE AND HE WAS TO CONTACT THE MGR. OF THE LOCAL HONDA SVC. DEPT. I SENT VOICE/E-MAILS TO MGR. OF LOCAL HONDA SVC. DEPT. ON 2/21 NOTING MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUST. RELATIONS/"LEVEL 1", AND ASKING WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS -- AWAITING RESPONSE. I AM CURRENTLY DRIVING THE CAR IN FEAR/ON EDGE. *LN *AS
IRREGULAR COOLING FROM AC, SAME TEMPERATURE CONTROL WILL FEEL COOL ONE DAY AND NEXT DAY IT FEELS LIKE THE CAR IS NOT COOLING MUCH AT ALL. I BELIEVE THERE IS ALREADY A LAWSUIT ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE AGAINST HONDA, BUT I CAN ONLY BECOME A PARTY TO THAT IF I INCUR SOME REPAIR EXPENSES. I HAVE HAD FREON REFILLED TWICE AND RECENTLY HAD AC CONDENSER REPLACED (UNDER WARRANTY) BUT I AM STILL NOT CONVINCED IT IS WORKING OPTIMALLY FOR A CAR THAT BARELY HAS 5500 MILES, DESPITE BEING ALMOST 2 YEARS OLD.
THE COMPUTER SYSTEM IS UNSTABLE AND MALFUNCTIONS ROUTINELY BY ALL EQUIPMENT SYMBOLS FLASHING MALFUNCTIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE AC AND HEATER HAVE FAILED AFTER ONLY 5000 MILES DRIVEN. THE ENTIRE AC SYSTEM IS SCHEDULED TO BE REPLACED.
EVERYTIME I START THE CAR I GET A LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING, I HAVE CHECKED ALL FOUR TIRE PRESSURES AND THE SPARE REPEATEDLY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER I FILL THEM WITH THE CORRECT PRESSURE OR NOT THE TPMS DOES NOT STOP SIGNALING LOW TIRE PRESSURE. WARNING HAS NOT GONE AWAY SINCE IT CAME UP DESPITE CORRECTING PRESSURE BI-WEEKLY. CURRENTLY HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS. THE POWER STEERING ALSO SEIZED AS THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO PULL THE VEHICLE OFF TO THE SHOULDER. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND DRIVE HOME. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HONDA CARS OF BOSTON (100 BROADWAY, EVERETT, MA 02149, (617) 381-9000) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE RADAR ON THE VEHICLE HAD ACCUMULATED DEBRIS, WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO BE OBSTRUCTED. THE VEHICLE WAS CLEANED AND RETURNED TO THE CONTACT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND A COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000.
AUDIO SYSTEM WILL INTERMITTENTLY DISABLE SOUND OUTPUT ON ALL CHANNELS: BLUETOOTH,AM,FM,XM RADIO, PHONE CALLS, ETC. CAR AUDIO AMPLIFIER OVER HEATING. TEMPERATURE MEASURED AT 197 DEGREES F. RISK OF FIRE. IN ORDER TO RESUME AUDIO OUTPUT, VEHICLE MUST BE COMPLETELY SHUTDOWN AND RESTARTED. WHEN THE RADIO IS OPERATIONAL FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME AT A CERTAIN VOLUME IT OVERHEATS AND SHUTS DOWN.
