MY 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA HAS BEEN ALIGNED TWICE BY FIRESTONE AND STILL HAS A PULL IN THE WHEEL WHICH CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO PULL AND SLOWLY DRIFT OFF THE ROAD THE CAR HAS NO STEADY ALIGN AFTER BEING ALIGNED AND I HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY ON THE ALIGNMENT IT'S SO IRRITATING DRIVING A NICE CAR WITH LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS WHICH RUINS THE LUXURY OF ENJOYING MY ROAD CAR .
ELECTRONIC STEERING FAILURE A LOT OF NOISE AND THE STEERING COLUMN RATTLES WHEN YOU HIT THE SMALLEST BUMPS. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO KEEP THE STEERING STRAIGHT AND IT IS MY WIFE'S CALL DRIVING MY FAMILY TO SCHOOL ETC. IT WILL CATCH WHEN ATTEMPTING TO TURN INCREASING THE RISK OF ACCIDENTS IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO MAKE QUICK MOVES.
VEHICLE WAS DROVE FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS WITH A USED MOTOR, FULLY INSPECTED AND REPLACED PER HYUNDAI PROTOCOL AT A REGISTERED REPAIR SHOP AFTER HYUNDAI DENIED MY MOTOR REPLACEMENT. VEHICLE DIED DUE TO BEARING FAILURE, WHEN BROUGHT TO HYUNDAI WAS IMMEDIATELY DENIED WITHOUT ENTERING REPAIR FACILITY DUE TO "VEHICLE HISTORY". VIDEO CAN BE PROVIDED, CANNOT ATTACH. FIRE WAS DUE TO STARTER MOTOR CATCHING FIRE AT FAILURE. EXTINGUISHED MYSELF.
MY FUEL GAUGE DOESN'T REGISTER WHEN GAS IS PUT INTO CAR, GOD DOES NOT ACCELERATE WHEN WHEN NEEDED TO.
DRIVER DOOR, UNABLE TO OPEN FROM THE INSIDE DOOR HANDLE. ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE TO CAR, EVER, ORIGINAL OWNER, CAR IN MINT CONDITION.
LOUD CLICKING NOISE WHEN DRIVING SPEED OF 50 MPH OR MORE ON THE INTERSTATE, SUDDENLY LOSS OF POWER STEERING CONTROL AND HARD TO TURN THE WHEEL. TOOK THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC. HE RAN A DIAGNOSTIC AND CONFIRMED THAT THE STEERING COLUM COUPLING WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND THE POWER STEERING ASSIST MOTOR NEED REPLACING. RESEARCHED FOUND THAT THIS WAS INVESTIGATED FEBRUARY 2017 TSB #5NP-G5Z6W-03 , HOWEVER I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECALL NOTICE.
TAIL LIGHTS REMAIN ON EVEN WHEN CAR IS TURNED OFF KEYS OUT OF IGNITION AND LIGHT SWITCH IS OFF ... TAIL LIGHTS REMAIN ON WHEN CAR IS ON AND RUNNING IN DRIVE THE TAIL LIGHTS REMAIN ON GIVING CARS BEHIND ME FALSE SENSE THAT I'M BREAKING
STEERING COUPLER HAS DISINTEGRATED ALLOWING DANGEROUS FREE PLAY IN STEERING ACCORDING TO AUTO TECH. OCCURS WHILE STATIONARY IF WHEEL IS MOVED SIDE TO SIDE, AS WELL AS IN MOTION. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR APPROX 6MO BUT HAS GOTTEN WORSE SO IT WAS JUST TAKEN TO A PRIVATE GARAGE FOR DIAGNOSIS. I REVIEWED FOR RECALLS BUT DID NOT FIND ANY FOR THIS ISSUE WITH THIS VIN. I BELIEVE MANUFACTURE SHOULD COVER REPAIRS DUE TO NATURE OF PROBLEM.
THE DRIVER EXPERIENCED A STALLED ENGINE WHILE DRIVING. THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND AND THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP. THE CAR COASTED, DESPITE REPEATED BRAKING ATTEMPTS, AND JUMPED A CURB AND STOPPED WHEN IT RAN OVER ONTO A PERSON'S LAWN. THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO STEER AND STOP MULTIPLE TIMES. AS A CONSEQUENCE, THE TWO DRIVER SIDE TIRES BLEW OUT. THE CAR WILL BE TOWED TO A DEALER. A POLICE REPORT WAS ISSUED.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO BILLION DOLLAR AUTO (3401 WEST 41 ST, SIOUX FALLS, SD 51706) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE SEIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 103,000.
THE CAR WILL TURN OFF WHILE DRIVING. WE TESTED THE BATTERY AND THE ALTERNATOR AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT WILL BE THE ISSUE BUT EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE AND MAINTENANCE IS UP TO DATE. WE DONT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THE CAR

THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO GRAYSON HYUNDAI (8729 KINGSTON PIKE, KNOXVILLE, TN 37923, (865) 693-4550). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
I HAD TAKEN MY CAR IN DECEMBER 2018 AND I WAS INFORMED TO CHECK MY STEERING FOR THE COUPLING, BUT THAT WE WOULD. IT FALL UNDER THE WARRANTY. JAN 31. 2019 WHILE DRIVING ON FREEWAY MY CAR STARTED TO SHAKE AND THEN IT STALED. I TOOK TO A MECHANIC. WHO CALLED ME AND STATED THAT MY STEERING COUPLING WAS SHAVED DOWN AND CAUSE MY STEERING NOT TO WORK WHICH ALSO CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY TIE RODS. HE TOLD ME THIS WAS A RECALL FOR CAMPAIGN 132 BUT I INFORMED HIM THAT IN 2016 ACTUAL PART. I ALSO WENT BACK AND LOOKED TO SEE IF I HAD THE COUPLING PART ON MY RECEIPTS AND THERE IS NOTHING ON IT.
MY FRONT RIGHT COIL SPRING BROKE FOR THE SECOND TIME. BOTH INCIDENCES OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING IN VERY COLD WEATHER. BOTH INCIDENCES HAPPENED WHILE MAKING A RIGHT TURN. I HEARD THE METAL FALL OUT OF MY CAR SO I PARKED AND WAS ABLE TO PICK UP THE PORTION OF THE COIL THAT FELL OFF. I ATTACHED A PICTURE FOR CLOSER REVIEW.
THE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT BULBS# 4 (STOP/TAIL LIGHT). THE BULB BURNT INTO THE SOCKET. ACTUAL THE BULBS WAS ON FIRE TO WHERE THE WHOLE COMBINATION SET HAS TO BE REPLACED. I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN ANOTHER CAR PULLED UP BESIDE ME TO LET ME KNOW MY CAR ON FIRE.BUT IT WAS INSIDE THE LIGHT FIXER.

WHEN I LOOK UP RECALLS ON MY VEHICLE, I GET THIS SUMMARY: MANUFACTURER RECALL NUMBER174 NHTSA RECALL NUMBER18V137000 RECALL STATUSRECALL INCOMPLETE WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER, THEY SAID NO OUTSTANDING RECALLS WERE SHOWN FOR MY VEHICLE??? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???
STEERING ASSIST FAILED AND THEN BEGAN OPERATING AGAIN WHILE IN MOTION. ALSO A KNOCKING WHEN TURNING STEERING WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT.
WHILE TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL OF MY 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA, IN MOTION OR STATIONARY, LEFT OR RIGHT, THERE IS A CLICKING NOISE. RECOMMENDED SERVICE HAS BEEN TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE STEERING SHAFT WHICH IS EXTREMELY COSTLY. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS WHILE DRIVING. AS OF DATE, THERE HAS NOT BEEN A RECALL CAMPAIGN, ALTHOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN OVER 200 COMPLAINTS REGISTERED WITH THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION (NHTSA). WILL HYUNDAI ISSUE A RECALL TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?
WHILE DRIVING IN TRAFFIC CAR BEGAN TO JERK AND LOSE SPEED THOUGH THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING. THE CAR STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING TRAFFIC. TRANSMISSION FLUID SPILLED OUT PROFUSELY. TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED BUT STARTED TO SLIP AGAIN THE SAME DAY I PICKED IT UP AFTER NEW (REMANUFACTURED) TRANSMISSION WAS INSTALLED BY THE HYUNDAI DEALER. PRIOR TO THIS TRANSMISSION ISSUE, THE ALTERNATOR IN MY CAR FAILED WHILE DRIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING TRAFFIC. THIS COMPLETE TRANSMISSION FAILURE OCCURRED SHORTLY AFTER A NEW ENGINE WAS INSTALLED BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL ENGINE SEIZED AND FAILED PRIOR. ALTERNATOR WAS REPLACED. THE NEWLY INSTALLED ALTERNATOR FAILED AGAIN. A NEW ALTERNATOR WAS ONCE AGAIN INSTALLED. I AM NOW HAVING SIMILAR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS YET AGAIN AND THERE IS A CURRENT CONCERN THAT THE VEHICLE MAY POSSIBLY STOP SUDDENLY AND HAZARDOUSLY AGAIN WHILE IN MOTION.
WHEN TURNING STEERING WHEEL THERE'S A CLUNKING NOISE. IT HAPPENS WHEN STATIONARY, OR WHEN DRIVING AND TURNING. HAD A WORN STEERING COUPLER REPLACED 1-10-19. HAVING SAME NOISE. NOW THEY SAY IT'S THE STEERING SHAFT AND IT'S GOING TO COST $420. THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THIS.
Steering has a clunking/clicking sound when turning left or right. It has gotten worse from when I noticed it. At first I could hear a faint rattling sound when going over bumps in the road (more noticeable in colder time of the year). Now for the past 2-3 years it’s very noticeable and makes clunking like noise every time turning even when parked. When I first heard the faint noise my mechanic couldn’t hear it. He said I have to hear it to know for sure but said it’s possibly the steering column And at that time he priced it at $500 I’m sure it’s more now with this economy. I didn’t get it fixed bc he wasn’t sure and I didn’t want to pay to get it fixed if that wasn’t the problem. I had no idea I could file this complaint otherwise I would have done it sooner! This problem started January 2019. Also the gas gage will blink and say I have no gas even tho I filled up. The sensor to gaging the gas I believe is faulty. Hard to show a mechanic because it does it randomly starting the car, while driving, after filling up to name a few. Then the lines will fill in while driving, stopped at a traffic light/stop sign, starting the car. It will stay good for a while and act up again. This has been doing it so long I’d say it started a few years after owning so around 2015 about 45,000 miles. I’m lucky that I have jobs 5-10mins from my home I haven’t put on miles that most do. Again I would have put in a complaint if I knew of this site. Anyone driving this car could cause an accident if it runs out of gas in the middle of driving.
THE FUEL GAUGE IS NOT READING CORRECTLY AND WHEN THE CAR IS TURNED OFF AND BACK ON THERE IS A CLICKING IN THE DASH.
WAS DRIVING TO WORK AND THE CAR CUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ALLOWED ME ENOUGH MOVEMENT TO TURN IN PARKING LOT AND GET HALFWAY IN TO A PARKING SPACE
THE CAR HAS RANDOMLY STALLED THREE TIMES, TWO OF WHICH OCCURRED WHEN ENTERING TRAFFIC (RIGHT-TURN MAJOR INTERSECTION AND ENTERING HIGHWAY). ALL LIGHTS ON DASH APPEAR WITHOUT WARNING AND THE CAR WONT ACCELERATE, BRAKE OPTIMALLY, OR STEER (LIKE IN THE LAST INSTANCE). CAR WON'T START BACK UP AT ALL NOW, WON;T EVEN TRY TO TURN OVER. ALL INSTANCES OCCURRED RANDOMLY WHILE IN MOTION. THE FIRST TWO TIMES IT HAPPENED THE CAR STARTED UP WITH A SPUTTERING HESITATION, NOW I AM PRETTY SURE THE ENGINE SEIZED ON THE LAST OCCURRENCE.
MY CAR STARTED MAKING A LOUD TICKING NOISE IN THE ENGINE, I TOOK IT IN AND THEY TOLD ME IT'S NORMAL BUT WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR IT WAS NOT MAKING THAT NOISE AT ALL. IT NO LONGER FILLS TO 410 MILES WHEN I PUT GAS AND THE GAS DOES NOT LAST AS LONG AS IT USED TO. WHEN PARKED AND THE CAR IS ON IT WILL START SHAKING
AFTER HAVING EVERY RECALL IMAGINABLE INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF MY ENGINE RECENTLY AFTER IT STALLED WHILE DRIVING DOWN ONE OF THE BUSIEST HIGHWAYS IN LAS VEGAS, I AM STUNNED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN AND THE ELECTRICAL FOR THE BRAKES HASN'T BEEN RECALLED YET. MY STEERING COLUMN IS CLICKING AND MAKING NOISES THAT HAVE INCREASED IN THE VOLUME OF THE SOUND AND IT DOES THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN THE WHEEL. I SEE OTHERS HAVE ALREADY HAD THIS FAIL IN THEIR 2012 SONATAS ENTIRELY AND PREVIOUS YEARS OF MY EXACT VEHICLE FOR THE SAME ISSUES HAVE BEEN RECALLED. I DRIVE A THREE YEAR OLD AROUND FREQUENTLY AND I AM AFRAID THAT SOON MY COLUMN WILL COMPLETELY DETACH ITSELF AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. I SEE OTHER CONSUMERS HAVE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT FIXED OUT OF POCKET AT LOW MILEAGE AS WELL. CLEARLY WE CANNOT ALL BE MISUSING OUR VEHICLES. PREVIOUS SONATA MODELS HAVE ALSO HAD THE EXACT SAME SAFETY RECALLS FOR THESE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS THAT WE ARE SEEING NOW IN THIS SPECIFIC YEAR AND STILL THEY CHOOSE TO DENY IT IS THEIR FAULT. MY MILES AREN'T EVEN 70,000 YET. I HAVE ALSO REPLACED MY LEFT REAR BRAKE LIGHT 4 TIMES NOW, HOW MANY MORE TIMES WILL I HAVE TO DO THIS BEFORE I AM HIT BY SOMEONE OR BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE'S BRAKE LIGHTS FAIL AND THEY END UP IN AN ACCIDENT THAT COULD BE FATAL? I HAVE ALREADY BEEN PULLED OVER FOR HAVING A TAIL LIGHT OUT THAT I HAD JUST REPLACED A WEEK PRIOR. THIS YEAR MAKE AND MODEL SHOULD JUST BE RECALLED AND SCRAPPED ENTIRELY AND OWNERS GIVEN THEIR MONEY BACK. I HAD A SEATBELT RECALL THAT WAS THEN LATER ON RECALLED AGAIN!! I MEAN COME ON HYUNDAI!
The contact owns a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated he would need to replace both rear brake lights every two months. The contact stated recently he noticed a burning smell and saw the plastic cover on the bulb was melted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
I WAS DRIVING MY 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN SMOKE STARTED COMING INSIDE THE CAR FROM THROUGHOUT THE DASHBOARD I PULLED OVER RIGHT AWAY AND OPENED THE HOOD AND I SAW FIRE AT BACK OF ENGINE WHERE THE ORANGE TUBE AND COMPONENT. AFTER THAT THE WHOLE CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE IT WAS TOTAL LOST. BY THE WAY AT THE SAME DAY AT 7:45 AM I WAS AT RICK CASE HYUNDAI FOR MAINTENANCE FOR THE CAR.
CAR HAD A THRUSTING NOISE WHEN ACCELERATING ON FREEWAY, LOST STRENGTH POWER, NO WARNING LIGHTS WERE ON. ELECTRICAL WENT OUT, THEN CAME BACK ON WHEN I TRIED TO START IT AGAIN. UPON DECELERATION, SMOKE COMING FROM BACK, THEN UPON STOP SMOKE WAS IN FRONT. WHEN HOOD WAS LIFTED, FIRE AT THE SIDE OF THE ENGINE BLOCK.

THE CONTACT HAD TO PULL THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SHOULDER BEFORE BEING STRUCK FROM BEHIND BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT RELEASED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL EVERY TWO SECONDS AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED. IN ADDITION, THE TRACTION CONTROL INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 154,616.
WHILE DRIVING TO MOBILE ALABAMA AFTER OUR VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED AND WERE TOLD THAT OUR VEHICLE WAS FINE, THE ENGINE SUDDENLY STOPPED RUNNING IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC. WE WERE LUCKY NOT TO GET HIT BY SEMI TRUCKS AT THE TIME. AT THE TIME OF THIS INCIDENT WE WERE HEADED SOUTH BOUND ON I-55 AT 70 MPH. IN THE RIGHT LANE WITH HEAVY TRUCK TRAFFIC, THANKFULLY I WAS ABLE TO GET OFF THE ROAD WITHOUT INCIDENT.

ARRIVING AT BUSY INTERSECT WHEN ACCELERATORS AND BRAKES CEASED TO WORK ALL DASH LIGHTS BEGAN FLASHING AND I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH FOR LIGHT TO BE GREEN AND WAS ABLE TO COAST TO A STOP AT SHOULDER THROUGH INTERSECTION W FLASHERS AND HORN BLOWING ! I RESTARTED CAR AND PULLED INTO A LOCAL BUSINESS W A CLUNKING NOISE!! WAS TOLD BY MY MECHANIC WHO HAS REGULARLY SERVICED THIS VEHICLE THAT IT WAS THE ENGINE ! WHY BRAKE/ACCELERATION NOT WORKING ?? WHEN STARTING THE CAR, EPS CAME UP. TRIED TO PULL OUT OF DRIVEWAY, BUT STEERING WHEEL WAS LOCKED.
STEERING WHEEL MAKES CLICKING NOISE WHILE TURNING THE WHEEL TO LEFT. NOISE ALSO HEARD WHEN CAR GOES OVER A SPEED BUMP OR POTHOLES
I HAVE TO CHANGE MY BULBS EVERY OTHER MONTH IT SEEMS LIKE BECAUSE MY BRAKE/TAIL LIGHTS KEEP BURNING OUT.. ALSO MY EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT ON MY DASH WILL NOT TURN OFF NOW. I TOOK MY CAR IN LAST WEEK FOR ENGINE RECALL AND NOW MY EMERGENCY PARK LIGHT WILL NOT TURN OFF. MECHANIC CHECKED BRAKE FLUIDS AND IT WAS FINE, BUT I DIDN'T HAVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR REPAIRS.
I HAVE NO LIGHT SOCKETS THEY ARE MELTED RITE OUT THE BAULB FALL RITE OUT I HAVE TO CHANGE MY HEADLIGHT EVERY 2 MONTHS AND MY TAIL LIGHTS EVERY WEEK

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 86,000.

WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY THE VEHICLE BEGAN DECELERATING AND INCREASING IN RPMS TO MAINTAIN SPEED.TRANSMISSION BEGAN SLIPPING IN AND OUT OF GEAR. PREVIOUS INCIDENTS INVOLVED HARD SHIFTS THAT THREW PASSENGERS BACK INTO THEIR SEATS AND SLUGGISH RESPONSE MERGING ON FREEWAY.

DEALERSHIP CANNOT DUPLICATE ISSUE. I MAKE THEM KEEP VEHICLE TO INVESTIGATE. THEY GET A CODE ERROR AND CHANGE OUT THE ECM FOR A MERE $1400. MEANWHILE, I MUST FIND TRANSPORTATION IN A CITY I DO NOT LIVE AND RENT A CAR FOR A WEEK. RETRIEVED VEHICLE. 2 WEEKS LATER, TRAVELING TO HOUSTON ON 12-26, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON, CAR WILL NOT ACCELERATE; SPITTING, FEELS LIKE NO GAS GETTING TO ENGINE, HEAVY SMOKE FROM TAILPIPE. CHRISTMAS EVE, NO PLACE TO STOP. BARELY MAKE IT TO HOUSTON. INOPERABLE. CAR GOES TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP IN HOUSTON. AGAIN, WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION IN A CITY I DO NOT LIVE IN. FAULTY HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP. CARBON BUILDUP. ANOTHER $1100. PRIOR TO THAT, MARCH 2017, ENGINE FAILURE TRAVELLING TO HOUSTON. KNOCKING NOISE. WONT GO. INOPERABLE (LUCKILY, THIS ONE I MADE IT TO A FULL STOP). CAR TOWED. WAITED THREE MONTHS FOR A NEW ENGINE (NOT IN MY HOMETOWN). HAD TO TRAVEL TO PICK UP VEHICLE. (CAR HAD BEEN INSPECTED BY HOMETOWN DEALERSHIP SPECIFICALLY FOR METAL DEBRIS AND IT DID NOT GET FLAGGED FOR REPLACEMENT). DIRECTLY AFTER THAT, WHILE DRIVING IN AUSTIN. VEHICLE STOPS IN MAJOR INTERSECTION. INOPERABLE. TOWED. DEGRADED BATTERY CABLE BECAUSE THE VEHICLE SAT FOR THREE MONTHS WHILE WAITING FOR AN ENGINE. THE ONLY WARRANTY WAS THE ENGINE. CAN YOU SAY LEMON? THE ONLY SAVING GRACE IS THAT MYSELF AND MY FAMILY WERE NOT SERIOUSLY INJURED WHEN OUR VEHICLE BECAME INOPERABLE WHILE DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY.

ALSO, WHILE DRIVING THE CAR AND TAKING OFF FROM A STOP SIGN, RED LIGHT IT WOULD NOT ACCELERATE WHILE PRESSING THE PEDAL AN SEEMED LIKE TRANSMISSION WAS SLIPPING. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE AT 70MPH THE CAR WOULD LOSE ACCELERATION DROPPING MY SPEED TO 40 MPH. CAUSING ME TO ALMOST CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WITH CARS BEHIND ME HAVING TO SLAM ON THEIR BRAKES.
