THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,000.

THE CONTACT LATER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V568000 (ENGINE). THE VEHICLE WAS KEPT AT THE DEALER FOR LONGER THAN TWO MONTHS. THE DEALER REPLACED THE PART FOR THE RECALL REPAIR, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE MOTOR AND STARTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD AND THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO AVOID A COLLISION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT AN ECU UPGRADE NEEDED TO BE PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 42,800.
THE VEHICLE HAS A HISTORY OF LOSING POWER COMPLETELY. AT THIS POINT I AM UNABLE TO ENTER THE CAR WITH THE KEYLESS ENTRY, YOU HAVE TO DO IT MANUALLY. THE CAR WAS PARKED ON THE STREET. ONCE YOU PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION THE HORN/ALARM GOES OFF AND DOESN'T STOP. IT ALSO SEEMS TO BE REVVING WHILE IT IS IN PARK. WHILE DRIVING I EXPERIENCE LITTLE POWER SURGES FROM THE CAR WHERE IT ACCELERATES WITH ME TRYING TO DO ANYTHING. THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER INSTANCE WHERE THE CAR WOULD NOT START ONCE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS ENGAGED. ONCE DISENGAGED THE CAR STARTED WITH A LITTLE HESITATION. I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 6 MONTHS AND HAVE HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO THE DEALER AT LEAST 6 TIMES.
FREQUENT ISSUES WITH BRAKES. LATEST ISSUE, CALIPERS NEEDING TO BE REPLACED AT 63,000 MILES BECAUSE THE CALIPERS ARE NOT PROPERLY DECOMPRESSING. A SEARCH OF RECALLS SEEMS TO INDICATE A SIMILAR ISSUE WITH 2015 SONATAS. I AM TOLD BY THE MECHANIC THAT HYUNDAI SONATAS HAVE A LOT OF BRAKE ISSUES AND IT IS UNCOMMON FOR CALIPERS TO NEED REPLACING AT THIS STAGE.

WE BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR OTHER REPAIRS. THE DEALER NOTIFIED US THAT THE CAR HAS KNOW STEERING ISSUES THAT CAN BE DANGEROUS ON THIS MODEL AT ABOUT 70000. THE DESCRIBED IT AS A STEERING COUPLER THAT GETS WORN OUT AND CAN CAUSE DANGEROUS STEERING PROBLEMS.
RECEIVED EMAIL FROM NTSB A FEW MONTHS AGO, RECEIVED LETTER FROM MANUFACTURER SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. JUST CHECKED WITH SERVICE DEPT AND WAS TOLD THEY STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED THE FIX YET. LOOKING AT ALL OTHER COMPLAINTS ON HERE NO ONE HAS THE PARTS YET! IS IT CHEAPER TO REPLACE THE ENGINE THAN REPLACE THE PART? IT HASN'T FAILED YET BUT SEEMS LIKE IT'S ALMOST INEVITABLE!
CAR STALLED WHILE MERGING ON FREEWAY WITHOUT ANY WARNING. PARKED CAR IN THE EMERGENCY LANE BUT HAD TROUBLE STARTING CAR. FINALLY WHEN CAR STARTED IT ONLY RAN FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES BEFORE STALLING A SECOND TIME WHILE ON THE STREET. CAUSE UNKNOWN. ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER I STARTED TO HEAR A LOUD METALLIC NOISE COME FROM THE ENGINE CAR STALLED AT A RED LIGHT. I BELIEVE IT HAS TO DO WITH RECALL #15V568000.

REAR PASSENGER SEAT GETS VERY HOT WHEN DRIVING EVEN WITH AIR CONDITIONER ON IN SUMMER. SOMETIMES GETS HOT ENOUGH TO FEEL LIKE IT COULD START SOME KIND OF FIRE INSIDE SEAT AREA. EVEN IN WINTER THIS PROBLEM PERSISTS.

MY 2012 SONATA HAS STOPPED ACCELERATING AND SHIFTING PROPERLY. WHEN THE GAS PEDDAL IS PRESSED, THE CAR REVS HIGH AND DOES NOT UPSHIFT PROPERLY, RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL POWER LOSS. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON DAYS AFTER THIS BEGAN AND GAVE CODE P2562 FOR AN ERROR IN THE TURBOCHARGER. FURTHER RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE ON THIS VEHICLE RELATING TO THE WASTE VALVE OF THE TURBOCHARGER. THIS IS A GRAVE SAFETY CONCERN AS THE CAR CANNOT SAFELY MERGE ONTO ROADWAYS AND CAN LOSE POWER RANDOMLY AT ANY TIME, RESULTING IN A REAR END COLLISION. THIS PROBLEM HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES AT POSTED SPEEDS ON SIDE ROADS AND ON HIGHWAYS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER AND THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS ISSUE AND MUST CHARGE ME TO DIAGNOSE BEFORE DETERMINING IT IS COVERED UNDER THE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.

EARLY THIS YEAR WHEN I STARTED MY 2012 SONATA IN THE MORNING FOR WORK IT STARTED TO STALL. IN MARCH WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER FOR OIL CHANGE I NOTIFIED THEM OF THIS ISSUE. THEY SAID THE BATTERY NEEDED REPLACING. IT GOT BETTER AFTERWARDS UNTIL TWO WEEKS AGO. I THOUGHT MAYBE THE KEYLESS REMOTE NEEDS NEW BATTERY AND SO SWITCHED TO THE SPARE REMOTE THAT I HAD BARELY USED. IT DID NOT HELP. BUT I NOTICED THE STALL HAPPENED IN THE MORNING WHEN I LEAVE FOR WORK, NOT IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN I GO HOME. MAYBE BECAUSE I HAVE TO USE THE REMOTE TO UNLOCK THE CAR IN THE AFTERNOON AND MAKE THE CAR CONNECT TO THE "KEY" RATHER THAN DISPLAY " KEY NOT DETECTED." THIS MORNING I COULD NOT GET THE CAR STARTED AFTER TRIED ALL MY TRICKS FOR NUMEROUS TIMES. I WAS STRANDED AND HAD TO USE MY VACATION FOR WORK. MADE AN APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK WITH THE DEALER FOR THIS TUESDAY. WONDER HOW I AM GOING TO HAUL THE CAR TO THE DEALER IF I CAN NOT GET IT STARTED.

OIL PAN HAS BEEN LEAKING AND RESEALED FOUR TIMES. AFTER FIRST TWO TIMES THE DEALER REPLACED THE PAN AND RESEALED IT AGAIN. IT STARTED SEEPING AGAIN AND I AM SICK OF IT. THE OIL PAN HAS BEEN LEAKING SINCE THE CAR HAD ONLY 7000 MILES ON IT AND I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW.
CLUNK NOISE IN THE STEERING WHEEL THAT IS GETTING WORST WHILE I AM DRIVING, TURNING, SPEED BUMPS, STATIONARY JUST TOUCHING THE WHEEL MAKES THE HORRIBLE NOISE. I WAS READING A 2011 RECALL PROBABLY THE SAME PROBLEM.

THE MOTOR DRIVEN POWER STEERING COUPLING IN MY SONATA WAS TORN TO SHREDS. THIS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED WITH A TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN (14-ST-002-01) & A REVISION HAS BEEN ISSUED TO THE PART (THE COUPLING WILL HAVE A "4P" STAMPED ON IT), YET THEY HAVE NOT RECALLED THE PART. I MARKED THE DATE IT HAPPENED AS TODAY'S DATE (11/07/2015), BUT MY CAR HAS BEEN MAKING THE THUD NOISE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS.
AFTER STARTING THE CAR AFTER IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR 8 HOURS OR MORE, IT SEEMS THE TURBO CHARGER WAS NOT ENGAGED. NO ENGINE FAULT LIGHT WAS ON AND THE POWER WAS DIMINISHED. IF YOU STOP AND RE-START THE ENGINE EVERYTHING WOULD BE BACK TO NORMAL WITH THE TURBO CHARGER ENGAGED. EVENTUALLY THIS PROCEDURE STOPS WORKING AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER FOR THEM TO ADJUST THE TURBO. THE SAFETY ASPECT IS IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE FULL POWER PULLING ONTO THE HIGHWAY AND THEN SUDDENLY YOU DON'T, THEN AN ACCIDENT CAN HAPPEN. THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME I GOT INTO MY CAR AT WORK AND IT STARTED FINE. WHEN I PULLED INTO TRAFFIC I COULD FEEL SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT AND THE CAR BARELY MOVED YET THE ENGINE REVVED TO OVER 4K.

STEERING WHEEL FLEXIBLE COUPLER (P/N 56315-2K000) WORN OUT CAUSING A MILD 'LOCKING' FOLLOWED BY A DULL SOUND WHEN TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL BACK TO THE 'STRAIGHT' POSITION DURING LEFT/RIGHT/U TURN AT CITY SPEEDS. DEALERSHIP QUICKLY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM (INDICATING THAT IT IS VERY COMMON) AND QUOTED $375 + TAX FOR THE REPLACEMENT WITH AN UPGRADED PART, WHICH COSTS A MERE $2. THE FACT THAT HYUNDAI HAS AN UPGRADED PART INDICATES THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ORIGINAL PART IS PROBLEMATIC. HYUNDAI IS FOLLOWING A DIRTY PRACTICE OF SELLING CARS WITH SUBSTANDARD PARTS AND THEN CHARGING AN EXORBITANT LABOR FEE TO REPLACE IT WITH AN UPGRADED PART WHEN IT EVENTUALLY WEARS OUT.
I RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR SAFETY RECALL FOR MY CAR WHICH I JUST BOUGHT 3 MONTHS AGO FROM HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP IN TAMPA. MY CAR IS MAKING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE AS I DRIVE. I CALLED TODAY TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY STATED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DROP THE CAR OFF. I SAID THAT'S FINE AS LONG AS I CAN GET A LOANER SO I CAN DRIVE TO MY WORK. THE PERSON (JEFFERY MARTINEZ) REFUSED STATING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A LOANER CAR RIGHT NOW. I SAID YOU ARE GIVING ME APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY AND HOW CAN YOU TELL ME THAT THE LOANER IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THURSDAY? HE JUST KEPT REFUSING AND SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE JUST TELLS ME THAT THE MANAGER WILL CALL ME AND HANGS UP THE PHONE. I CALLED THIS MORNING AND TALKED TO A PERSON NAME KAREN AND SHE TOLD ME THAT LOANER CARS ARE ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR SERVICES AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK TO AN ADVISOR FOR IT. THAT PERSON NEVER CALLED ME! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE ENGINE IS MAKING NOISE DUE TO RECALL AND IF I HAVE TO GET IT FIXED THEN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A LOANER COMPLIMENTARY UNTIL MY CAR IS FIXED.

THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN MY STEERING WHEEL BEGAN TO RATTLE A WEEK AGO CAUSING A HARSH SHAKE AT THE HANDS AND A LOUD NOISE IN THE STEERING COLUMN. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY INFORMED ME IT'S A DEFECTIVE BUSHING THAT MALFUNCTIONS AND A LARGE MAJORITY OF SONATAS ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE. HE SAID IT'S HAPPENING SO MUCH THAT THE MANUFACTURER CAN'T KEEP UP WITH PRODUCING THE PART SO THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY ON FIXING IT. I ASKED IF THE VEHICLE IS SAFE TO DRIVE AND HE INFORMED ME THE MANUFACTURER SAID IT'S SAFE. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK AND A HALF OUT, DUE TO THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND OF THE PART. DURING THIS PERIOD I CONTINUED TO DRIVE THE CAR AND IT WOULD OCCUR EVERY TIME THE CAR WAS IN MOTION. WHILE DRIVING TO WORK ON A HIGHWAY THE STEERING DETERIORATED SO QUICKLY NOT ONLY DID THE STEERING WHEEL START TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY BUT THE ENTIRE VEHICLE WOULD COMPLETELY SHUDDER WHILE DRIVING IT. IT FELT LIKE I WAS DRIVING ON AN UNGRADED DIRT ROAD AND THE RATTLE WAS INCREASING LOUD OUT OF THE STEERING COLUMN. THE VEHICLE BECAME EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND HARD TO HANDLE AS THE STEERING WOULD SWAY. THIS MADE THE VEHICLE LOOSE AND UNCONTROLLABLE TO DRIVE. THERE WAS NO SAFE OPTIONS TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE UNTIL IT WAS FIXED. THERE ARE VERY FEW VEHICLE ISSUES MORE DANGEROUS AND DEVASTATING THAN LOSS OF STEERING WHILE DRIVING A VEHICLE. THIS IS ROUGHLY A $5 DOLLAR BUSHING THAT TAKES AROUND 2 HOURS TO FIX. A DEFECT THAT IS THIS SIMPLE TO FIX BUT IS EXTREMELY DEADLY GIVES PLENTY OF CAUSE FOR A RECALL. ON TOP OF THAT, THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT A RECALL IS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF THE WIDESPREAD OCCURRENCES. BOYFRIEND'S VEHICLE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE CODE P0087 WAS NOTED BY THE OBDII (FUEL RAIL PRESSURE LOW) MECHANIC ORIGINALLY STATED THAT THIS WAS AN "INTERMITTENT" PROBLEM AND THE WHOLE SYSTEM WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT + $1200. THIS DIDN'T MAKE SENSE TO HIM SO HE ASKED TO BE SHOWN EXACTLY WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS LOCATED, AND WHAT PART WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. THE MECHANIC COULD NOT GIVE HIM AN ANSWER. "IT'S AROUND THIS AREA" HE REPLIED AS HE WAVED ACROSS THE CENTER OF CAR. HE WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND ANOTHER AFTER THAT. ONLY CONSISTENCY HAS BEEN THE LACK OF KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. IN THE MEANTIME, HIS OIL IS THICKENING AND DARKENING, AND HIS FUEL IS NOT GIVING HIM THE MILEAGE IT SHOULD. IT SEEMS THE ONLY ASSISTANCE ANYONE WANTS TO GIVE REVOLVES AROUND REPLACING THE WHOLE SYSTEM, YET THE SERVICEMEN THEMSELVES ADMIT THAT THEY ARE UNCERTAIN THAT THIS AVENUE FOR REPAIR IS NECESSARY. NONE OF THEM CAN OFFER US A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE SENSOR ITSELF. FINALLY, ONE MECHANIC ADVISED US THAT UNDER THE P0087 ERROR CODE THE FOLLOWING COULD BE CAUSING THE ENGINE LIGHT TO COME ON: 1. WEAK FUEL PUMP, CLOGGED FILTER OR SCREEN, RESTRICTED FUEL SUPPLY LINE 2.FAULTY FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODULE 3.FAULTY FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS MECHANIC IS A STUDENT AND NOT CERTIFIED TO PERFORM REPAIRS. I VERIFIED HIS OPINION THRU OBDCODES.COM BUT WAS QUICKLY DISILLUSIONED BECAUSE AGAIN, NO ONE IS WILLING TO CHECK THESE CAUSES INDIVIDUALLY. FINALLY MY BOYFRIEND WAS TOLD TO JUST BUY A CAN OF AIR SPRAY TO BLOW OUT ANY SURROUNDING DUST AND THEN JUST LET HIM 'RESET' THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND SEE HOW LONG IT STAYS OFF. I KNOW THAT THIS IS WRONG AND HAVE FOUND A REPAIR GUIDE FINALLY. BUT,I ALSO NOW FIND SERVICE BULLETIN NO.: TSB-15-01-010 COMPONENT(S): ENGINE NHTSA ID NUMBER: 10058132 THAT SEEMS TO BE ABOUT THIS ISSUE. HOW DO WE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ALREADY?
STEERING COLUMN HAS STARTED MAKING A KNOCKING NOISE WHEN TURNING LEFT OR RIGHT. FROM WHAT I HAVE READ, THERE ARE MANY OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH THIS SAME PROBLEM. I DON'T HAVE $300 PLUS TO FIX THIS PART ESPECIALLY SINCE I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. MY CAR HAS 89000 MILES AND WAS PURCHASED NEW.
The contact owns a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that upon depression of the brake pedal, an abnormal grinding noise would emit from the brake pedal without warning. The contact had taken the vehicle to a dealer where they found no fault with the vehicle. The contact had taken the vehicle back to the dealer on multiple occasions where software updates were performed and rotors were replaced; however, the failure persisted. I ASKED IF THIS WAS DUE TO METAL DEBRIS LEFT IN ENGINE THEY SAID NO.THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL.TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR CVTS TO BE REPLACED. ABOUT 8 DAYS LATER AFTER HYUNDAI RETURNING CAR THE NOISE WAS BACK. 3 WEEKS IT GOT WORSE, CALLED HYUNDAI DEALER, TOOK IT BACK. THE SERVICE REP. AGAIN CLAIMS THEY DONT HEAR ANTHING.HAVE TO DRIVE MY CAR AGAIN TO IDENTIFY NOISE TO MECHANIC.ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. CRUISE CONTROL WILL NOT SET, ACCEL, OR CANCEL INTERMITTENTLY WITH DAILY USE OF THE CAR. IT WORKS USUALLY WHEN YOU FIRST START DRIVING THE CAR BUT NOT ALWAYS. THE CANCEL BUTTON RARELY WORKS AT ALL AND THERE HAVE BEEN INSTANCES WHEN THE ONLY WAY I COULD CANCEL CRUISE CONTROL WAS BY HITTING THE BRAKE PEDAL. SEVERAL NEAR COLLISIONS BECAUSE OF THE FAILURE OF THE SWITCHES ON THE STEERING WHEEL WORKING. I'VE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER REPEATEDLY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. A LOCAL HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP INSTALLED A BRAND NEW ENGINE AND THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME. I FOUND OUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING MY CAR BACK THAT HYUNDAI WAS PUTTING OUT A RECALL FOR ALL 2011/2012 SONATAS YET I FOUND IT INTERESTING THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK. ON OCTOBER 11, 2015 MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE WHILE I WAS DRIVING. THE ENGINE SEIZED, I LOST MY BRAKES AND MY ABILITY TO STEER THE VEHICLE. THANKFULLY I WAS TRAVELLING UP HILL SO THE CAR STOPPED ON ITS OWN WHILE IT SAT THERE AND BURNED AND MORE THANKFULLY, ALL THREE PASSENGERS WERE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE CAR UNHARMED. THE INITIAL INSPECTION CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS AN ENGINE FIRE WHILE FURTHER INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY. AFTER THIS INCIDENT I BEGAN RESEARCHING THE INTERNET TO FIND OUT IF THERE HAD BEEN OTHER INCIDENTS TO FIND OUT THAT THERE HAD BEEN, THAT THIS HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR SOME TIME WITH ENGINES SEIZING AS WELL AS CATCHING FIRE. ON FRIDAY OCTOBER 30TH I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE BUT WITH NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS...JUST A "SIT BACK AND WAIT TO BE CONTACTED WITH A NEXT STEP". I DO NOT FEEL THAT HYUNDAI IS DOING ENOUGH TO NOTIFY OWNERS OF THE POTENTIAL DANGERS INVOLVED. THE ENGINES SEIZING IS ENOUGH TO CAUSE A POTENTIAL DEATH NOT TO MENTION THE ENGINES CATCHING ON FIRE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V568000 (ENGINE); HOWEVER, THE REMEDY OR PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,300.
STEERING WHEEL LOCKED TEMPORARILY TWICE. ONCE WHEN MAKING A TURN IN THE PARKING LOT OF A LOCAL GROCERY STORE. I WAS ABLE TO COME TO A COMPLETE STOP THEN THE POWER STEERING RETURNED. THE SECOND EVENT OCCURRED WHEN EXITING A MAJOR US HIGHWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH. SINCE THE EXIT ANGLE WAS SHALLOW, I WAS ABLE TO DRIFT INTO THE ADJACENT LANE WHILE STOPPING THEN THE STEERING RETURNED. EITHER EVENT COULD HAVE RESULTED IN A COLLISION OR INJURY TO A PEDESTRIAN. AFTER THE SECOND EVENT, I NOTICED A POPPING NOISE WITH A LOOSE FEEL IN THE STEERING WHEEL. I TOOK IT TO THE LOCAL HYUNDAI DEALER. THEY FOUND AND REPLACED A WORN MDPS COUPLING. THE SERVICE ADVISOR STATED THEY WERE HAVING SEVERAL OF THESE REPAIRS LATELY.
