2017 qX30 Had a safety recall for clockspring this repair was made in 2018 it has now happened again and no recall to cover the cost I should not have to pay to repair it again since it should have been fixed with the first recall.
I was in a car accident where the front of my car collided with another car damaging and taking part of the front of my car off and pushing it up bulging at the side mirrors and my airbag did not deploy. After the impact, my dashboard had "SRS Malfunction Service Requested" light to come on. This accident occurred on 4.25.22 around 6am in New Orleans located at the I-10 and I-610 EB. The car was deemed as a complete total by both insurance parties even though the airbag did not deploy. I hit my head knocking my glasses off my face and my chest causing severe whiplash, back muscle spasms, and broke a rib from the impact of hitting my steering wheel. I do have a picture of the SRS light that came on. Consumer totaled car with some injuries that could have been avoided had my airbag not malfunctioned and deployed.
