This page combines three types of NHTSA data: recall campaigns (official manufacturer or government actions), owner complaints (unverified consumer reports), and crash test ratings (where available). A vehicle with many complaints is not necessarily less reliable — complaint volume correlates with sales volume and vehicle age. Recalls indicate identified defects, not overall quality. To compare this model year with others, use the year navigation in the sidebar or return to the model overview page.

We’ve taken the vehicle to two different Infiniti dealerships (Sewell and Crest) multiple times due to engine rattling, vibration noises, and propulsion issues. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any resolution or fix for these problems. We tried to upload a video with sound as reference but the platform doesn’t allow us to. We experienced similar issue that resulted in total engine failure on the highway with our children in the car in our Yukon Denali. We are fearful that something similar will occur. Please Help!!!

I have received email from my car dealer Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine, TX. The email was regarding a recall for potential engine issues. I called my dealer and scheduled an inspection. When I sent my vehicle for inspection the dealer replaced my engine with a new engine without my consent. After the engine replacement I’ve received my vehicle back and I’ve been having issues where my vehicle suddenly got jammed while I was driving in my community. I called my dealer again and they took the car, fixed it and sent it back. Now after receiving the car my car is not starting and I did a jump start, eventually my car got started but I got an emission control system malfunction error and my car is not starting anymore. With all this I lost the confidence on my car and I need some kind of justice here. Thank you!!

I purchase my vehicle [XXX], While driving it I noticed that my driver seat was moving when I drive and turn corner, go on a hwy on ramp, or turn in a driveway. The car is under the manufacturer warranty and I have been taking my car back and forth to the only Infiniti dealership here in Las Vegas. Every time I take it there they tell me they cannot duplicate it, but they have replaced my seat track 3 times, which 2 of what I was told was broken. I keep telling Infiniti that this is a safety issue for me and I don’t feel safe driving my car. They cannot tell me why the seat track keeps breaking and I don’t know what else to do. I took it the the dealership I bought the vehicle from and 2 people there were able to duplicate the problem with my seat. There is rattling noise in the dashboard area that is evident when driving 55+ mph. The noise started in the middle of the dashboard. I took it in for service and was told it was a known air bag issue. After servicing the issue has recurred but has moved to the driver side dashboard area. If this is a known issue, I'd like to know to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive and that the airbag won't deploy while I'm driving. My car has been at the dealership in the service department for 9 days now. No update has been provided; which in itself is alarming.
