I own 2 2018 Jeep Compasses and we have the same problem in both vehicles where the start/stop function malfunctions. It will either not work at all, or it randomly will cause our vehicles to stall, this happens more when our oil is low. The vehicles have stalled on me several times while driving in a public road with traffic behind me and almost caused me to crash. One Jeep has already been brought to a JEEP dealer (that charged us almost $100 to check for defects) and they said everything was fine. They do not acknowledge the problem nor do they try to fix it.
Back Up camera says “check surroundings” but is a completely black screen. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t…… most of time it doesn’t work. Sometimes it stays on when I’m driving forward as well. With the amount of complaints online about the 2018 Jeep Compass camera issues…. There should be a recall as it’s a safety issue!
Jeep Compass auto start/stop system malfunction causes vehicle to stall upon stopping. This is a significant safety issue as the stalls have occurred when stopping on major highways and interstates and other roadways. Once the stall occurs the steps and duration of time required to restart the vehicle are inconsistent. My vehicle has done this several times this week and is only avoidable if I happen to remember to turn the auto start stop function off. There is no warning that the stall is about to occur. The engine in this vehicle also has been replaced due to high oil consumption causing the vehicle to stop at roadway speeds without warning. I also had to have a door hatch replaced that impacted the vehicles start/stop function as well.
The vehicle consumes oil at an alarming rate despite being fixed by dealership. The oil pressure light will come on and stall the vehicle WHILE driving, usually while turning. This will shut off the vehicle in the middle of roads.
I have been told by my mechanics that there is an issue with my vehicle and its oil consumption. Due to the excessive oil burn, I have had to get my oil changes frequently and sooner than expected. My vehicle has suddenly turned off while driving and now has a warning that the "Stop/Start Unavailable Service Stop/Start System."
The week after I purchased it, the warning for my eco fuel came on and then service engine light. I was traveling at 45 mph and it instructed me to pull safely to the side of the road. Before I could do so, the car seized and jerked to a halt at a slowing speed of 10pm. The car had to be towed, “reset”. Since then I get the same alerts, the car will not accelerate when this happens and then slowly declines and shut down.
My head lights go out and will not come on while driving and the parking brakes turns on by itself
Headlights not working properly, sometimes one Headlight turns and then the other. Sometimes neither turn on you have to keep messing with switch until you finally get it to work. So frustrating!
I was driving my 2018 Jeep Compass in February 2022 and had received no warning of critically low oil pressure, then my car shut itself off in an intersection and the parking brake automatically engaged, then the critically low oil warning came on. I got an oil change and they said it wasn't leaking oil. In mid-July the same issue occurred again, my car shut itself off while I was driving and engaged the parking break and I got a critically low oil warning. Had it towed to a shop and they told me I was down 4 quarts of oil even though I should not have needed another oil change for another 3,000 miles. Carfax states campain number W20, which addresses this issue but it does not appear to have ever been addressed. Had I been driving on the highway and my car turned off and engaged the parking brake automatically I could have been severely injured or killed, and put other drivers at risk. When my vehicle did shut off it was right in the middle of an intersection, which of course is also extremely dangerous as I could have been hit. The potential extensive damage to my engine from not having enough oil in my engine is also a factor I would like to mention. I am having the vehicle looked at today 7/27/22 at North Olmsted Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram to hopefully address the issue.
After leaving the freeway, my vehicle completely shut itself down without warning while in traffic. (The "Auto Off" feature was off, so that my car wouldn't shut off at a light.) The dash completely turned off as well as the console. When I attempted to restart it, 4WD service not available and a coolant over temp warning was displayed and showed the coolant temp was all the way at it's hottest. Even though the entire drive up to this point showed the vehicle was running at it's normal temperature. After a minute or 2, the vehicle finally started, after blocking traffic the entire time. Now the temperature was showing normal but now the "Auto Off" was disabled was showing on the dashboard. I pulled into a gas station and the vehicle did the same thing again. I opened the hood to find that nothing seemed out of the ordinary and no odd smells. The coolant wasn't bubbling out or going into the overflow. I again had difficulties trying to start the vehicle. Once it started, I took it to the dealership where they couldn't find any stored codes that related to the coolant system, but found a lot of codes that were related to the electrical system, like the pillar airbags had a code along with the taillights and some others I didn't recognize what they would be for.
2018 Jeep Compass with OEM Bi-Xenon Headlights w/DRL. The right headlamp assembly bulb will frequently not turn on no matter what position you turn the headlights on to. Some days I am left with only driving with one operating headlight since the other won’t flicker on. This has been brought to my local dealership who found no source to problem.
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that while her son was driving approximately 15-20 MPH, the vehicle stalled and lost electrical power. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact's son was unable to restart the vehicle after several attempts. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic and was diagnosed and determined that the battery fuse had failed. The battery fuse was replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. THE CONSUMER STATED A FULL REFUND WAS REQUESTED DUE TO THE DEALER NOT DISCLOSING INFORMATION ABOUT THE VEHICLE BEING PREVIOUSLY TOTALED. The consumer stated that they no longer own the vehicle. It is still for sale and there is no salvage title.
This situation started back in April 2022. The steering wheel, ABS, Slip Hill, and other electrical lights came on. April 30th I took my Jeep Compass into the dealership where they said the front right sensor was the cause. The part came-in/installed on May 13,2022. Two months later the same thing is happening. The ABS, Steering wheel, Slip Hill, Check engine lights are all coming back on. I was driving when the Jeep stalled out and I got it to a nearby gas station where it took roughly 5mins to get it started again! While driving the Jeep home I noticed it started to smoke, so it has to be towed! The only appoint I can get is a month out! How am I to get around if I have to wait on service, Jeep do something about this issue that has been happening to many of us that Love our Jeeps!
There are so many issues I hope I can get it to fit. I love my jeep but after reading all these problems. Having all of them but showing no recalls. I am frustrated. My car is unsafe. It has left me stranded time and time again. And all I do is put money in it. Something needs to be done about it. 1. Since week 5 of owning my 2018 compass I have been told the alignment is terrible. I have replaced tires over 10 times due to wearing down on the inside before reaching 20k miles. 2. Massive oil consumption. I have a constant oil burning smell inside my vehicle when the ac is on and off. Oil is visible under the hood. My car is very well maintained. Checked daily because it goes so fast. 3. The engine runs so hot you can feel it inside at the floor. 4. The transmission overheats constantly. I drive in no traffic. 5. My main issue now. It just decided to shut off as I was picking my mom up. I was just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and have a colostomy. My jeep left me stranded in 104 degree weather. 100 miles from home. This is my only vehicle. To and from chemo I'm worried it's not going to start. I bought a jumper because I have had to ask for a jump 100000 times. The headlights dim the battery jumps down to 11.4. ever code goes off possible. It is dangerous. 6. The check engine light comes on randomly. The car dies. Won't start. Then 20 miles later it will start fine. Then it won't 7. I have multiple engine faults. They say it is not recalled. I can provide a lot more information. If I can get some answers and help.
I have a 2018 Jeep Compass with 22k miles. The touch screen panel is delaminating, it started in June at the top of the screen and has already moved almost halfway down the screen. It’s causing “ghost touches”. The radio station changes on its own, the thermostat and seat heaters are turning off and on. It’s distracting while driving. The headlights intermittently stopped working about a month ago, one headlamp will work, the other won’t, then they will alternate, then neither will work. I normally keep the headlights on auto. I switched the dial to every setting, tried engaging high beams and nothing. I tried power cycling the car and no change. At one point no lights would come on, fog, parking or running lights. I had to drive home on the highway and backroads with no lights at night. I don’t know if the lights are going to work when I have to drive at night. I can’t see the roads in poorly lit areas, other cars can’t see me and when they do they flash their high beams at me which is distracting. It took me a month to get an appointment with the dealer but they were unable to look at my car the day of service due to staffing issues. I had to reschedule for another day another 2 weeks away. I feel like this is an accident waiting to happen. Overall the Jeep has always had bugs, but nothing like the screen and headlights.
i have a rear view camera that went out 4 times during the warranty period , there is now 50K on jeep compass 2018 and camera is out completely, i am wondering if others are having this problem and why isn't this on a recall, thanks
As I was driving my car and was stopped at a red left and when the green light came on my car shut down all of a sudden. My emergency brake turned on and it was not allowing me to turn on my car or drive it. This caused my safety to be jeopardizes because I was on the road and had no warning it was going to turn off on me. Then my engine light went on and i had to have it towed to the nearest mechanic and when they checked the car had 4 codes P0123 P0222 P2111 and U0420. All indicated that it was the Throttle. When my regular mechanic finally checked it he said the Throttle was broken and needed to be replaced. I never had any warning or had my car experience any of this prior to this incident. This car is only 4 years old and now I have to pay over $1000 to have it fixed.
The Uconnect System on my 2018 Jeep Compass (19,995 miles) is failing/malfunctioning and the Stop/Start Technology has stopped working. Yes, it is available for inspection. After replacing the main battery, my UConnect system stopped functioning properly. It no longer receives a GPS signal rendering the navigation system useless along with the stolen vehicle assistance. Separate from that issue, the screen on my UConnect system is delaminating, which is a bubble that's formed underneath the outer layer. The delamination extends the entire width of the screen on top and covers the area where the time is displayed. This is causing the system to continually flash "Do you want to adjust your clock settings?" and makes a beeping sound every time it flashes. Just like when someone presses on the touch screen. Nothing stops it and it's very distracting. UConnect is the "brains" of the car and controls not only the time, but also navigation, phone, electronic power (heat) to seats & steering wheel, climate, backup camera, and SOS. The screen will continue to delaminate more and cause more system malfunctions and even greater distractions. I have not taken my car to a dealership to get an "official" diagnosis. However, after searching online, I've found that numerous other Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Fiat owners are having the same issues with satellite failure after new battery install and delaminating Uconnect screens causing distracting screen notifications. The only warning light displayed is for the Start/Stop malfunction.
The navigation/backup camera screen is going out. I cannot see when reversing, navigating, or any other function of the screen. This is a risk because I cannot use the backup camera properly to see cross traffic or other obstructions, such as children or pets. This started occurring in July 2022. When attempting to take it to the dealership in Roseville, CA, the service personnel told me I would have to replace the entire screen, and it would cost roughly $1,500. This was without him even having a technician looking at the vehicle.
the screen is delaminating this is a safety concern due to the uconnect system is malfunctioning due to the screen issue. there is ghost touching that changes things randomly in the car that is very distracting to a driver on the road.. ie radio stations changing, climate control changes, radio volume control. its quite shocking to be on the road and have the radio start blaring at you. I am worried that the back up camera will be affected by this issue and that is a huge safety issue. i did go to the dealership and they said i am out of the warranty time period for something like this.i have reported it to jeep copr and uconnect and both have said its not currently something they will fix. the bubble in the screen started in july of 2022 and keeps traveling from the top down.
The unconnected touch screen is delaminating and causing it to malfunction.
The stock radio is extremely hazardous. It started to delimite. It glitches all the time and takes my focus off the road. It randomly calls people, changes important settings such as safety features like the turn signal warning alerts and other functions. It changes the climate controls as well. I have to keep it off at all times due to the issues. There are lots and lots of other jeep/doge owners who have the same issues as I do. This needs to be recalled and taken care of for the safety of people and driving.
The Jeep says High Coolant Temperature even after adding much coolant. Car shuts off while driving on the streets and highways.
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that the main control screen began to malfunction and was independently activating different apps, make phone calls, turn on the heated seats and sudden electrical failures. The contact stated that the low oil level warning light illuminated one and a half month after having an oil change performed. While driving at various speeds, the vehicle decelerated, and the vehicle stalled. The contact restarted the vehicle and the vehicle operated as needed. The failure persisted. The contact stated while idling at a red light, the vehicle failed to accelerate while depressing the accelerator pedal. The contact restarted the vehicle and the vehicle accelerated as needed. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The mechanic was able to restart the vehicle. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 37,000.
The touchscreen randomly started switching between phone calls, navigation, and other functions of system due to touchscreen separating from the LCD of the unit. Malfunction distracting and disabled functionality of the system.
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Compass. The contact stated he was unable to start the vehicle. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated he replaced the battery and alternator himself. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V524000 (Electrical System) however, the VIN was not included. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 42,000.
I was riding down the road, and my “service transmission” code came on, it started stalling in the middle of the road and shutting off with my kids in the vehicle. It was sent to a transmission shop, they said there was nothing wrong with the transmission ** I eventually checked my oil and realized it was extremely low so I put oil in it, the next day the service transmission light went off and the car ran great. This morning 5/11/12 the same exact thing has started happening again without a “low oil” warning from my car, I had an oil change not even a month ago and I don’t have a leak. My motor is burning oil at a quart per 500 miles with no explanation and each time it gets low my check engine light comes on, my service transmission light comes on, and it starts shutting off in traffic. This is life threatening to my children!!! We’ve been on the interstate when my car has just completely shut off with no warning. I have videos of today’s incident in my phone that I can not upload to this page. This is my second complaint I’ve filed, and I never heard back on the first one.
The rearview camera does not turn on occasionally when backing up. The center infotainment display will show the welcome agreement screen and will not show the RVC screen. I have to put the car into park and back into reverse to get the RVC to show. Sometimes I have to accept the agreement first. It's very dangerous because I start to backup thinking the display will show but after moving a couple of feet backwards it never shows up or shows up too late. This happens about 1 in 5 times I start the car.
The Jeep started to get vertical lines in the 7 inch u connect screen. At first you could tap it and it would reset. Now, it is completely covered with vertical lines, the radio works, however the problem is the back camera does not show what is behind you due to the screen covered in vertical lines. It also does not show any information it is suppose to.
The car stalls when slowing down to approach stop signs and intersections, and the power steering is lost causing a dangerous situation. One instance it stalled while driving on a highway at 55 mph which was frightening! Luckily I was able to glide off to the shoulder without causing an accident. The start/stop notification showed on my dash, advising me to restart the vehicle. I had to put the gear back into park and try to restart. It took a couple of tries to restart the vehicle.
I purchased the vehicle in November 2021 when it was cold out. The unconnect radio worked fine until I would have the heat running a while and then the screen would either go completely black or black with colored lines going through it. Since it has warmed up I can come out and the screen does not work. This cause a safety issue it’s many blind spots in the vehicle and hard to see when going in reverse! Also the car’s temperature control settings are in the screen. When this happens at night it causes a issue because its like a flashing with the black and other colors it does when the screen goes out. Google it this is a know issue jeep need to put a recall out on these radios.
I believe I received a faulty vehicle from Brooklyn Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. Located at 2286 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234. I received this vehicle in October 2021 with a dead battery and a faulty engine. I returned the vehicle, and services claimed to fix all the issues. The next day my car completely shuts down on the highway in the middle of traffic nearly causing an accident. I immediately contacted Jeep to let them know my concerns. Since, the car has completely shut down in the middle of me driving multiple times. This is creating a hazardous environment for myself and others. I returned the car to Jeep and told them I am no longer comfortable driving this vehicle especially since I got it within reasonable mileage (18K). I was told that if I wanted to give the vehicle back I would have to pay $10,000 to do so. I expressed that I was not pleased with that amount. They then told me there was nothing they can do for me and I should get a lawyer to dispute this matter. Leaving me emotionally distressed and scared for my safety and the safety of others. I truly believe this car can get in a major car accident due to its condition.
I was driving on a local street when all of a sudden I started hearing a rattling sound coming from the front of the car. Next day, I took it to a mechanic. They notified me the struts needed to be replaced. Struts replaced and fine for awhile. 2 months later im on the highway heading to work. I hear the same sound starting again. I take it back to the same mechanic. They say the sway bar link needs to be replaced. Since I was just there they would replace at no charge, but I would have to pay labor fees. I didn’t care. Just wanted my car fixed. My car is my livelihood. I use it for work. Single working mother here.
My Jeep burns through oil very fast. My oil change sticker will stay I do not need an oil change for 2,000 more miles but my car will shut off WHILE driving and then be hesitant to restart. My engine light will then turn on. I will go to get an oil change and there will be nothing left. I will get an oil change and then everything will be fine again for the most part. There is no recall on my VIN but there needs to be. It is incredibly unsafe because my car has shut off on me while driving and then will not start until after a few attempts.
My car has 58,000 miles on it, I purchased it with 20,000 certified pre owned. I have noticed engine noises since around 40,000 miles. I was driving down the road a week ago and the Jeep Compass sport 2018 had shut completely off on me while driving and I never had any warning light. After getting the car to start about 2 minutes later my control screen gave me a low oil pressure message. I immediately took it for an oil change, I was still not due for. I still had at least 1,000 miles on my oil. I asked them if it was low and it was almost empty. I also had the sway bar links replaced already and my car still shakes, it feels to me, like the control arm. The dealership has me scheduled 2 weeks out and hasn’t offered me a rental, this engine issue is a clear hazard. I am still under manufacturing warranty and bought the extended warranty. Jeep knows about this issue specifically and knows it’s dangerous, and should not be driven.
I was driving my Compass in traffic when it died and wouldnt start for about 60 secs and then it started right up no issues. The next day they very same thing happened- No lights or anything the vehicle died in the middle of traffic. I could have been injured or someone else could have been injured due to the sudden stops. I did take the vehicle to the dealership and I have been informed that the engine is defective and unsafe to drive as this will continue. I have opted to have a new engine installed in the vehicle. FCA did not express any concern for the safety of the consumers of these vehicles.
The vehicle would not go into gears engine stalled in the middle of road. the engine cut off after it slowed and wouldn't go down. consumes a lot of oil struts tips when turning and bounce when going uphills picked up speed on its on when the highway without pressing on gas pedal
On 3/19/2022 and on 3/21/2022 while at a stop sign went to make a right hand turn and my car stalled and emergency brake engaged by itself. Had to wait a couple minutes and finally car restarted. Both times the car stalled in roadway, not enough power to pull off road. My Car has 45000 miles and original paperwork says Oil Consumption recall, however the VIN search does not show that at all. Please help.
My vehicle frequently has a check engine light pop on. When it does the car slows to 10-15mph instantly and I am unable to use the gas at all. I have to pull over and turn the car off for a few minutes and turn it back on in order to be able to go. The check engine light never stays on for more than a day or two. It has happened multiple times since I purchased in November 2020 with the frequency increasing over the last few months. I am concerned that this is going to cause a serious accident.
My name is [XXX] DL #[XXX], I live in Detroit Michigan 48219, About August 2022 I purchased a used 2018 Jeep Compass. About late November 2022 I was driving on the drive free way and the I got a quick dashboard reading High coolant Temperature and the vehicle started slowing down, I push the gas pedal and the car, accelerate it. I truly thought I did not have any radiator fluid in the radiator so I put the gas station and brought radiator fluid and put it into the vehicle. In December 2022 I was coming from basketball practice in the evening with a cold evening and I had the heat up in the ventilation of both up to high and I got to a stop sign the car * at the stop sign. From that point it had to be towed to a dealership Feldman Chevrolet in Livonia Michigan after three days in the shop I was told that there was nothing wrong but the vehicle needed a new battery. I had no issue with the vehicle [XXX] summer of 2022 since the winter of 2023 the vehicle have stopped on me three times with the same high coolant temperature too high, showing up on the dashboard engine shut down momentarily after I put my foot on the gas pedal again. It continues to drive, I notice it only happens when my heater is on and my temperature is high and my fan is hot inside the vehicle the last time wise about March 7, 2023. I am taking my vehicle to the Chrysler dealership in Lavonia in Livonia, Michigan. On Monday March 27,2023. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
Vehicle headlights work intermittently. Either will go out unexpectedly. Car has been to dealership. Problem not solved. Relays have been replaced, etc. There is a lengthy forum on this topic with this Jeep model; many others have this issue. This is a profound safety issue. When lights do not work, my daughter has been forced to pull off of road, exacerbating the safety issue. Please urge a recall on this matter
Excessive oil consumption lead to multiple incidents of stalling while driving. Vehicle had trouble restarting in middle of the road. Almost got hit several times by other motorists. Checked oil level and there was approximately 1 liter of oil left, added 4 liters and problem went away. Only 2k miles since previous change when checking oil.
Malfunction: The infotainment screen is delaminating. Safety at risk: This is a problem because most of the controls for the vehicle are based in the infotainment touch screen. Many functions will just randomly turn on or not work at all. Dealer has been contacted and is aware of this issue. The component has not been inspected but a visual inspection and you can see the delamination from the screen. There are no warning messages from the vehicle but the many functions that are associated with the touch screen will just happen without touching because the screen is pulling apart. Great for the radio to turn up to full volume while driving or the a/c or heat to just turn on. How about that backup camera that sometimes will not work now. I've checked the web and noticed this is a problem with model year 2018 and possibly other years. Not a one time incident and seems to be happening to all models with the infotainment system. If it is not happening in a car yet it will.
The automatic start stop function constantly goes out, TCM unable to send signal to transmission to shift. Caused the car to stall in an intersection and self applied the emergency brake at around 5mph causing the vehicle to jerk to a halt. Car inexplicably throws service engine code and then transmission downshifts to 30mph from higher speeds nearly causing wreck.
Engine burns through 1 qt of oil every 1000 miles
Car stalled at stop light. Threw on emergency brake, flashes ESC system fail. Auto stop/start flashes unable to work. Car wouldn’t move. Put in park tried to turn off wouldn’t shut down. Had to put on flashers as I couldn’t move. Finally after three tries putting it into park it shut down and was able to restart. This has happened 4 times now and doesn’t matter if I’m motion or stopped. It will shut down while driving down regular roads.
2/12/2022 while exiting Ohio Turnpike STRT 280 exit, while at toll booth driver’s window down, vehicle in drive foot on brake, paying toll, no engine warning lights, vehicle dies! Pleanty of fuel, pleanty of battery power vehicle would not start, it now seamed that every trouble light was flashing! Two tows and $900.00 later vehicle is as my dealers! If it died a mile earlier, while driving 70 mph, I would not be completing this form! Window down, in 20 degree temperature weather, my wife and I are SR Citizens!
The UConnect screen does not display images. You cannot see radio controls, temperature controls, etc. The screen is consistently showing bright white lines across the whole thing which is very distracting when driving at night. The main concern is not being able to use the back up camera. The car has quite a few blind spots, hence the need for a back up camera in order to safely reverse to insure you don’t injure a pedestrian or cause an accident. When I took it to the dealership, they said they’ve had many other cars with the same problem. However they are not figuring out what it is and their solution is instantly just installing a new screen for over $700.
On 2 separate occasions, my Jeep Compass has stalled completely shutting off, emergency brake engages on it's own and the steering wheel locks and the vehicle will not restart immediately. I have been on slight upward grades both times and vehicle starts shifting backwards as I attempt to get it restarted and it would not restart immediately either time. Vehicle had to be put in park, I had to wait atleast a minute if not 2 or 3 to get it to restart. Had I been in higher traffic areas or on a highway, this could have caused a major accident. Jeep dealers near me are backed up on service dates telling me they can't get it in for atleast a month and a half so I took it to a local certified mechanic who said nothing is throwing a code and drove it, but this didn't occur while they had it, so there was nothing they could do for me. I'm scared it will happen again and next time I might be in a higher traffic situation. I've read numerous other complaints like this online after searching the issue but I don't see any resolutions.
I took the Jeep in for radiator warranty work because it was leaking really really bad, and causing the heat to blow out ice cold. The dealership I got the Jeep from replaced the radiator and the very next day the jeep was still blowing out cold air instead of heat, and this time the jeep was sputtering and shaking and it cut off on me and my daughter at a stop light. I had to wait 15 minutes in traffic for it to start back up. I immediately called the dealership and had the Jeep there the following morning only for them to tell me they tested the vehicle and didn’t get anything to happen. I’m sick and tired of that dealership lying, and this jeep is not safe. And now the vehicle showed a error message on the screen saying coolant temperature to high, shutting vehicle down. It shut off in the middle of traffic AGAIN and I was almost rear ended!!! I don’t know what else to do.
